I do fully intend to color this, but I am so happy with how the lines came out and coloring this beast might well take me another couple of weeks. So please enjoy this as it is now. I’ve wanted to illustrate this scene for ages, but I knew it would be a lift and I was a bit daunted by the task. I really wanted to give it the attention it deserves. I have never in my life been so affected by a love scene. The tenderness, the communication, the naked want. It just gets me every time. I really hope I’ve done it justice.

Wanted to repost my spooky Simon Snow fanart!!!!

First pic: OK so I was thinking about a dark AU where Simon's Magic sharing is more evil, like he uses other mages as wands (Stephen and Premal shown here for example) and he's like an eldritch being (I mean his conception was canonically pretty metal just saying) so I drew Simon using a couple of his dad's Mages men as human wands. The Mages Men has a cult like devotion to the Chosen one and train to endure pain since sharing Simon's Magic is painful (unless your Baz) but it's considered an honor

the Anathema enchantment on the Watford rooms is such a funny concept to me because when Simon and Baz fight and it results in one of them shouting “Anathema!” I never think of it as like. A growled reminder that they’re stuck with each other. I imagine one of them gets very worked up and the other squeaks “anathema!” while scampering out of the way so the punch or spell hits the wall instead of the person
