dosing this sickly squirrel w the dewormer has been harder than anything i’ve ever had to do including every TNR i’ve ever spent weeks on for cats. i keep rushing outside to deposit the single almond, frosted with a size-of-a-grain-of-rice dose of ivermectin on top, near where ive just seen the squirrel and then i rush away to wait and watch. then the squirrel comes back out and ignores the almond and walks over to another corner of the clearing. i go and move the almond, frightening him away. i retreat and wait again. squirrel comes back. ignores almond. moves again. rinse and repeat for 2 days now 😩
