Getting back into the swing of things with my Kemetic practice. Starting over like the sun rising each day, taking baby steps back in. Uncovered the main shrine and gave Father a new dedicated spot. It feels nice and right to have it all like this.

I call out to you, O Divine Crocodile!
He who illuminated the beginning and
Broke forth from the Nun.
Let me be reborn, just as you are daily on
The Solar Barque.
O He who created the Sun, O He who created the land,
Let me sing your praises!

Note
saw you're taking requests, maybe something for Aset or Sobek-Ra?
O' Sobek-Ra,
Sun upon the Waters,
I wade through your rivers,
and bask in the coolness of your streams.
You stalk my ka,
the submerged predator,
keeping my legs firmed and aware,
for whatever may occur.

Hi! Thought I'd do an update since it's been awhile.
Current deities are Anubis, Set, Sekhmet, Thoth, Sobek, Ra, Ares, Aphrodite, and Baphomet. I've been very in touch with the Netjeru recently. I talk to more than just the ones I worship, especially Osiris, Wepwawet, Khonshu, and Nut. I'll probably post an altar update sooner or later when I get the chance.
If anyone has any questions, I'll gladly answer! I love talking about my deities and helping others :)

One of my favorite things about crocodilians is how unapologetic they are.
"Yes, I am an apex predator. Yes, I lack fur and large doe-eyes. Yes, my lineage has survived unchanged for longer than your monkey-brain can comprehend. Yes, I'm going to eat you and your loved ones given half a chance. No, I am not sorry, I am hungry."

Narmer and Daylon both have cats! Narmer's is currently unnamed but Daylon has an orange tabby named Chili :D

I got the Daylon screenshots from the reddit bc I don't actually have him, can he talk to/understand animals? Since I don't remember seeing them ever translate animal speech before.
Also, Daylon just seems to be a really sweet nature guy, I mean look at his lvl 50 art he looks so happy taking care of his little piranha plant venus flytrap :')

For my Father, the Crocodile
Did some card pulls this morning, and I'm honestly so very moved at how present Sobek is. Not that He isn't always there, but He's made his presence VERY much known.
I tread lightly along the darkened banks of the Nile. Never out of fear, but out of reverence. The sharp eyes peering from the depths are a comfort as the teeth that rest beneath are not for me. The ripples in the water's wake are the silent promise that here, I am safe under His watch.
Thank you, He of Great Strength
The Rager

For reasons that I will be keeping personal for the most part, I will be leaving the Kemetic Pagan path and moving to a more Norse-centered one. This means I won't be posting Kemetic-related things anymore. I'm very sorry if that's what you primarily follow me for! But for me it's time to move on to something else.
I will be adding all of my Kemetic tags to this post so you can see things about specific Kemetic deities or topics if you would like to.
Thank you to everyone who has joined me on my journey so far! It's been a pleasure, and I hope you stick around 💕

I got these wonderful paintings for the top of my shrine and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Megan Z. if anyone is looking for paintings of the Netjeru! (She's also the creator of the Sekhmet's Servant Tarot Deck!)

Hello again!
I am here with a question as a Kemetic pagan to the other kemetic pagans here.
I am also a Hellenic Pagan but I've been noticing lots of the Egyptian Netjer reaching out.
Currently I worship Ra, Set, Thoth, and I work with Anubis. I've been noticing the presence of Sobek and Sekhmet recently and have been wondering why they have been reaching out to me. All in a whole why so many Egyptian deities have been reaching out. I rarely hear or see anything from my Greek deities anymore unless I'm talking to them myself. They are still great tho and I don't see them leaving anytime soon.
Just a general question though. I've talked to both Sekhmet and Sobek through my egyptian oracle cards and have gotten some interesting answers.
I'm also gonna post this on kemetic and pagan reddit.
Thanks for any input! Blessed be to you all 🫶
