Holy hell does this man have a hold of me. I love this movie to start with. And to be honest both the movie and I are 30 years old this year. The comedic timing is wonderful. The action is thrilling. Dennis Quad is a babe in the movie. Kathleen Turner is a goddess. But I'll be damned if I didn't fall for Muerte at a very early age. He has been one of my longest standing crushes ever. I think the best part of this crush is now that I'm 30, the character is about 33 yrs old and that just works for me. I might write a small series for this particular character though I haven't honestly decided.
This month, we discuss the 2022 series Inside Man created by Steven Moffat and starring David Tennant and Stanley Tucci. Everyone has THOUGHTS. It’s a fascinating series where every decision a person makes is absolutely the wrong decision, but it’s very easy to understand why that decision was made.
There is some dislike about the two storylines being so separate until right at the very end. We do all agree that the acting is absolutely amazing from everyone. One of the biggest questions we have is why doesn’t Janice believe Harry at the beginning? Janice also seems to be the one keeping herself in this situation. Things didn’t have to turn out this way.
What would your final meal be if you were on death row?

when lucky flickerman was making that call to the restaurant to move the reservation back, he mentions a highchair in the reservation (obviously a reference to ceaser) and whenever i try to picture him as a baby i just see a baby with stanely tucci as ceaser flickerman's face on it

Thanks for the tag @cold-blooded-jelly-doughnut <3
1. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (1995) - it's cheesy, it's camp, it's perfect and a movie I watched alllll the time as a kid
2. Scooby Doo + Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed - Aside from the PERFECT casting, they just make me happy and are fun to watch. I was a biiig scooby doo kid so seeing the movies in theaters was a highlight from the younger days
3. Sailor Moon R, S, and SuperS - My favorite show growing up, and definitely impacted me the most on the person I became today. Love these three movies so much. Jupiter is my favorite <3
4. Silence of The Lambs - The movie on the list to give you whiplash. It was my first rated R movie ever and I've always loved how eerie and uncomfortable it makes you feel. I love a good horror, and ESPECIALLY love psychological thrillers so this will always be a favorite.
5. Hercules - My all time favorite disney movie and I will always be up to watch or sing along with it. So excited for the future broadway cast album (AND MOVIE!!! amber riley as a muse pls and ty @ god <3)
6. Spirited Away - I actually had never seen this until about a year or two ago somehow, and that's a tragedy because this movie is so precious. Beautifully animated and such a sweet story, I listen to the sound all the time still.
7. Easy A - Emma Stone kills it. Stanely Tucci kills it. Patricia Clarkson kills it. Amanda Bynes kills it. Lisa Kudrow kills it. You get the idea. Love this movie so much
everyone I'd tag I think has already done this or has been tagged already so if you see this and haven't done it or been tagged yet consider yourself tagged *tap dances off the stage*
Right now I'm equally obsessed with Casteel Da'Neer from the Blood and Ash series and Hades from Neon Gods but I'm sure I'll have new favourites in like two weeks (honourable mention: Any fan-written depiction of Kylo Ren specifically in Reylo fics).
Real-life:
My wild boy from Texas. The man of my fuckin dreams. My guy. He beats out all the aforementioned crushes without question.
I understand this is a ridiculous over - reaction and a lot of other people are sick.
But he’s on a very short list of mine of genuinely nice famous guys who are decent people and need to stay that way and he can’t die yet. Take care of him and Rita for us Australia.
