Summary: In which Y/N tells Stefan the gender of their baby.

Prompts: "Do you want to know the gender of our baby?" and "Thank you for making me a mommy." "Thank you for making me a daddy."

You came back home from the doctors office with a big smile on your face. You were just at the doctor and she told you the gender of your baby and you were beyond excited to share the news with your husband Stefan.

You walked upstairs and walked into you shared bedroom to see him laying there on the bed. He looked up and smiled when he saw you. You walked over and crawled onto the bed and then planted a soft, gentle, loving kiss to his lips.

"Hey baby." You said with a smile.

"Hello princess." He said smiling back. "How was your appointment?" He asked.

"It went really well!" You said with a smile. "And guess what!" You said with a giggle.

"What?" He asked with a chuckle.

"She told me the gender of our beautiful baby." You said with a big grin.

"Really?!" He asked with a big smile.

"Yeah! So, do you want to know the gender of our baby?" You asked with a smile.

"Of course I want to know! Please tell me!" He said with a smile.

"Well..." You said with a big smile. "We are having a baby girl." You said.

"Really?" He asked with a smile.

"Yeah, really." You said with a nod smiling. He pulled you over and then held you close, snuggling you gently. You smiled and giggled softly when he did so. He kissed your head softly, making you smile.

"Thank you for making me a mommy." You said with a smile as you looked up at him. He looked down at you smiling.

"Thank you for making me a daddy." He said smiling back. You leaned up and kissed his lips softly before resting your head back on his chest. You both then slowly drifted to sleep, dreaming about your future with your baby girl soon to come.

The Vampire Diaries Imagine

Imagine: Being Damon and Stefan's younger sister and having an unexpected family reunion (PART 1)

"Emily, what is this for?" You ask Katherine's friend who hands you a blue lapis lazuli necklace.

"For protection." Emily says cryptically, walking around to the back of you while you lift up your hair to accept the beautiful necklace.

"..from what?" You ask hesitantly.

"There are many dangers out there, little Salfatore. I fear that your time in the light may be coming to an end sooner than you think." She says.

"I... I don't understand. Has this something to do with father's plans?" You turn around after she helps you put your hair back downw.

"So you're aware?" Emily raises an eyebrow.

"I'm aware of the fact that he believes Katherine to be a vampire, yes." You laugh in disbelief, remembering the quiet conversations he has had with Johnathan Gilbert in his study late at night. "All I know is that she has a mysterious hold on my older brothers. Which may make her a temptress, yes. Vampire? Completely absurd."

"Guess we shall have to wait and see where the absurdity lies." Emily gives you a small smile which you only return half-heartedly, letting your face fall into a frown the second she walks away.

"Vampires can't possibly be real, could they?" You think to yourself, looking at your new necklace in the mirror and touching your right hand to it delicately. Wanting it closer to you for its own protection against your father who loathes anything out of the ordinary such as Katherine, Emily, or even your necklace, your decide to tuck it underneath the corset of your dress. As you start to leave your room to try to look for your brothers, you hear a commotion coming from Stefan's room. As you rush over, you hear Damon and Stefan protesting and struggling against a few of the townspeople who are carrying off an unconscious Katherine.

"Father, no!" Stefan yells, and you see him charge out of his bedroom door along with Damon only to be held back by some men.

"Father, what are you doing?!" You exclaim, trying to follow after him. He quickly pulls you into his study and you get one last glance over at your brothers who both look horrified at Katherine's kidnapping. "Are you going to kill her??" You ask as he shuts the door.

"I think you already know the answer to that question." Your father Giuseppe replies.

"Just because you think she's a vampire?!" You yell, and watch your father's eyes widen. "I've been listening in on your little plans, father! Do you realize how absurd this all sounds?"

"I've been protecting you from all of this." He takes a step closer to you, and you quickly try to open the door. He roughly grabs your wrist and forces you to spin around to look at him. "I don't want you to follow down the same path as your brothers. Katherine has darkened their hearts, and I am trying to avoid the same thing from happening to you! Don't you understand that?"

You look down at the ground and scoff. Not once have you ever felt like your father has done anything other than make you feel like you weren't good enough. He forced you to be just as perfect as he always thought your mother was, but the truth is that you hardly even knew her. When you were only 5, your father sent her away to die of consumption in a ward with other sick patients, and that was the last that you ever heard of her from your father. From Damon's attitude about her, you've been given to understand that she was not perfect by any means, but not in your father's eyes.

Feeling anger and resentment about this matter, you know what you must say if you wish to be let go to try and join your brothers in the scheme you know they must be concocting to try to set Katherine free. Without looking at him, you say "All I understand, Father... is that you're preventing Stefan and Damon from being with their Lillian. Temptress or not, they're in love with her. No one can ever be Mother, and most certainly not me. Yes, their love has made them reckless... even idiotic at times, but if you ever truly loved Mother... you'd at least try to at least understand that." Your father may not have given you much love growing up, but he did ensure you had the best education and books money could buy. You're very well-spoken for a 12-year-old, and you hope that some of your educated words have worked their way into your father's stone cold heart.

It's only when you feel his strong grip on your wrist relax that you decide to look up, but any glimmer of hope you had that your speech worked is lost when you see that instead of regret, anger appears to be set on his face.

"You're not to leave this room until I get back." He says, walking swiftly towards the door. This time, it's your turn to grab his wrist to stop him from leaving but he quickly dodges your lunge at him and strikes your face with the back of his hand. With a gasp, you stumble backwards, clutching at your cheek where his ring cut deep into it. "I will not lose you too because of this." He says, and slams the door hard behind him without another word.

"Father!" You exclaim, running to the door and trying to open it with your free hand as blood seeps through the fingers of the one covering your cheek. To no surprise, you find that the door has been locked in some way to keep you from leaving. All you can do in the meantime, is sit and wait to find out the fate of your brothers and the woman- or as your father wants to believe- vampire that means the world to them right now.

As much as you think your father is crazy for thinking that Katherine is a vampire, you would be lying to yourself if you said that you didn't think she made a significant impact in your brothers' lives very quickly. you would also be lying to yourself if you said you wouldn't do the same thing if you were in her position. To have no just one, but two young and attractive men vying for your hand would be deisirable. Yet, why have they fallen in love with her so quickly? She is beautiful, which you cannot deny. However, so are many other women of her age that have you have grown up with.

With a heavy sigh, you walk over to your father's desk and begin to rummage for anything that can help stop your cheek from bleeding so heavily. After some investigating, you come across a large drawer that's locked with you're able to unlock easier with the use of one of the many pins in your hair and find a large handkerchief with the initials L.S on the corner.

"Sorry, Mother." You say, picking it up and dabbing at the wound gingerly. Right before you close the drawer, you notice a large binder full of your father's nears illegible scrawls on several pieces of paper and let your curiousity get the better of you. "Maybe I'll get to the bottom of his madness." You mutter, knowing if you're powerless physically to be able to escape, you might be able to continue to use the power of your brain to help your brothers by finding your father's weak spot.

So... you read.

After about 45 minutes of reading the radical views of your father, you're just about to close the book when you hear the lock turn and quickly shove the papers back into the drawer and stuff your mother's handkerchief in your dress, where it rests next to the necklack Emily gave you earlier. With the same stone cold look on his face as when he left, he barely acknowledges you and turns his attention to putting away his rifle back in the case.

"Father, do you have your rifle?!" You ask in alarm. He says nothing, and you take a step closer, knowing this time not to touch him mostly due to fear that he'll hit you again.

"That's none of your concern, Y/N." He answers, hands slightly trembling just like his voice.

"Where's Stefan and Damon?" You ask. Again, he says nothing. Deciding to press your luck a little, you walk around so he has to look at you. To your surprise, you see some small tears welling up in his eyes. When he catches you noticing however, they quickly disappear. He turns away from you, and you ask again. "Father, where are my brothers?"

"...they're gone." He says, in an almost inaudible whisper.

"Gone...? Gone where?" You ask slowly. He doesn't answer, but watch as he gives a quick glance over his shoulder. "No..." You gasp, letting your own tears start to blind your vision. "What did you do?!" Letting all of the emotions from the way he's mistreated you come out in this moment, you lunge at him, deciding to try to strike him the way he did you early. Instead, you trip on your dress and fall into his chest. "Father, what did you do?!!" You shriek, feeling one arm wrap around your back. Burying your face into his chest, you let out a few muffled screams and a sob. He's taken away the only people left in your life that you ever felt loved you. As much as Katherine took them away from you, you know you'd always have a special place in their hearts that she could never replace. Not wanting to cry any longer, you let the feeling of rage wash over you again, and raised a hand to strike him in the chest.

Once again, he sees this coming and stops your arm mid-blow. "I did what had to be done!" He yells. "I'd already lost them. They were no sons of mine... not anymore."

"And you..." Your voice trembles, and you feel the blood from your cheek start to trickle into your mouth. "Are no father of mine!" In a split second decision, you spit a mixture of saliva and blood into his face and use your free hand to claw at his own cheek as deeply as possible.

"AGH!" He yells. In another split second, his rage taking over his actions, he grabs you by your pinned up hair and slams your head against his desk and you feel as well as hear a sickening crack. Everything becomes a blur and you feel your body go limp.

Struggling to remain conscious, you swear for a second you hear Stefan call out your name. Before you can decide if it was just a figment of your imagination, everything goes black. And then, a faint voice that sounds very far away catches your attention. "Y/N...!"

"...St...Stefan...?" You croak out. Feeling very weak, you manage to fight off the darkness enough to open your eyes slowly, only to see his face covered in blood and red veins both in as well as around his eyes. "...your... your face..." You gasp, feeling your eyelids start to droop again.

"No, no, no...!" Stefan cries out, shaking you a little as he holds his hand to your head. Opening your eyes again, you see his anguished face as he thinks about how he can save you. Your head feels wet where he's touching it, which you both seem to realize at the same time. "Oh my god." He mutters, and you watch him growl and clench his teeth as his head starts to shake from restraint.

"Stefan.... what's... happening to you...?" You gasp out weakly. He doesn't say anything, just looks at his hand that's wet with your blood that's trembling as violently as the rest of his body.

"Y/N..." He chokes out. "I'm so sorry...!" Slowly, he sets your head onto the ground.

"...Stefan...?" You say, finding it harder to keep your eyes open now.

"I-" He stands up slowly, and backs away his body still trembling with both sobs and restraint against whatever is making his face look how it does. "I'm sorry, Y/N!" With that, you watch as he runs out of your father's office which is the last thing you see before your eyes close and your breathing stops.

And then... your eyes open.

Summary: In the Mikaelson mansion, Hayley and Y/N argued about Elijah's unexplained absence. Hayley expressed frustration at his tendency to disappear during tough times, while Y/N defended him, acknowledging his complicated past.

Hayley crossed her arms, her expression filled with frustration. "I can't believe you're defending him, Y/N. He disappeared without a word, leaving us to deal with everything on our own!" Y/N took a deep breath, trying to keep their emotions in check. "I understand that you're upset, Hayley, but you know how complicated Elijah's past is. He might have his reasons for leaving."

Hayley's eyes flashed with anger. "Reasons? He's been doing this for centuries! Always running away when things get tough. I thought he'd changed, but it's the same old story." Y/N sighed, trying to find the right words. "I know he has a complicated past, but he's also been there for us in the past. Remember when he helped save Hope from the Hollow?" Hayley clenched her jaw, trying to control her emotions. "Yes, I remember. But that doesn't excuse his behavior now. We need him, and he's nowhere to be found!"

Y/N took a step closer, reaching out to touch Hayley's arm gently. "I'm not saying it's okay, but we can't just give up on him. Maybe he needs time to sort things out." Hayley shook her head, pulling away from Y/N's touch. "I don't have time for his excuses. Hope needs a father figure, and I need a partner who's there for me." Y/N's heart ached for Hayley, understanding the pain she was going through. "I know you're hurting, and I wish I could make it better. But let's not forget the good times we've had with him. Elijah has his flaws, but he's also shown us kindness and loyalty."

Hayley's eyes softened slightly, but her resolve remained firm. "I just can't keep waiting for him to come back. It's not fair to me or Hope." Y/N nodded, acknowledging her feelings. "I understand, Hayley. Whatever decision you make, I'll support you. But remember, we can't control Elijah's actions. All we can do is focus on taking care of each other and Hope."

Hayley looked into Y/N's eyes, her anger starting to dissipate. "You're right. I just wish it didn't hurt so much." Y/N pulled Hayley into a comforting embrace, holding her close. "I know, and I'm here for you, no matter what happens."

As they stood there, holding each other, Y/N and Hayley knew that their love could weather any storm, even if it meant facing the uncertainty of Elijah's absence. They found strength in each other, a beacon of hope in the midst of the supernatural world's turmoil. And together, they vowed to face whatever challenges lay ahead, supporting each other through thick and thin.

You had always been fascinated by the Mikaelsons, the original vampires who ruled New Orleans with an iron fist. You were a witch, but you didn’t belong to any of the covens that served them. You preferred to keep your distance and practice your magic in secret.

But fate had other plans for you. One night, you stumbled upon a ritual that was meant to resurrect the fallen Mikaelson siblings, who had been daggered by their vengeful brother Klaus. You felt a surge of power as you witnessed the spell, and before you knew it, you were caught in the middle of a family reunion.

You locked eyes with Elijah, the noble and honorable eldest brother. He looked at you with curiosity and admiration, as if he sensed something special about you. He approached you slowly, his gaze never leaving yours.

“Who are you?” he asked in a deep and smooth voice.

You felt your heart skip a beat as you answered him.

“I’m y/n. And you are?”

He smiled slightly, his dimples showing.

“I’m Elijah. Elijah Mikaelson. And I’m very pleased to meet you.” He offered you his hand, and you took it without hesitation. He led you out of the cemetery, where the ritual had taken place, and into his car. He drove you to the Mikaelson mansion, where he invited you to stay for the night.

You agreed, feeling a strange attraction to him. You wondered what he wanted from you, and what he would do to you. You followed him to his room, where he closed the door behind him. He turned to face you, his eyes burning with intensity.

"Y/n, I have to ask you something. How did you find yourself in the middle of our resurrection? Do you have anything to do with it?" You shook your head, feeling nervous.

"No, I swear. I was just passing by, and I saw the witches performing the spell. I didn't know what they were doing, or who they were bringing back. I was just curious."

He nodded, seeming to believe you. "I see. Well, then, I owe you my gratitude. You witnessed one of the most important moments of my life. The reunion of my family." He moved closer to you, his hand reaching for your cheek.

"You also witnessed something else. Something that I haven't felt in a long time. A connection. With you."
