I’ve posted these on various other social media’s that I have, but it’d be nice to have them here too!

Meet the Strahd Squahd! A curse of Strahd campaign that is sadly now completed. This group was such a treat to be a part of! 

Sheeree the dwarven knowledge cleric was my character. She was a chipper novice to adventure, having been raised in a “church” (spoiler it was a cult.) she was just excited to be outside the walls. She was the little spark of light in a group of hardened warriors in a dismal cursed land.

Burne was our aasimar barbarian, big loud boy who was Strahd’s favourite toy for hundreds of years. Every time the lord killed him he’d just come back a few hours later, losing a little more of himself each time. When we found him he’d basically forgotten his entire past and was only continuing on to kill Strahd. Having him open up and start caring for the other players was so good, and we had this SCENE AT THE END OMG. I was emotional. 

AJ was our human arcane rogue, a trained assassin from a mysterious group who took a job to guard a cart as her day off only to end up in Barovia. Sheeree often tried to get her to open up and have some fun, but the girl just never really understood the purpose of it. She did however cave to Sheeree’s innocent little antics and worked pretty hard to keep her away from any dark truths that they dug up along the way.

Balmorn was our dragonborn paladin, a quite warrior who lost his old group and wasn’t too keen on making any bond with us (but also couldn’t resist Sheeree’s charm) He and Burne got close, they had a shower scene near the end that had all of us roaring with just how absurd they were. Like. It wasn’t even anything inappropriate, they were straight up trying to dig a worm out from under one of Balmorns scales, but they were using Burne’s greatsword to do so, meanwhile a doctor was sitting like. THREE FEET AWAY. Just watching these two fucking idiots flail about. It was glorious.

Strahd Squahd really does sum this meme up damn near perfectly haha.

Balmorn our hexblade warlock/paladin would of course ask for help, maybe from a sketchy ass cursed axe but!! Who are we to judge?

Sheeree would never call anyone a burden! Even as she brings on more and more NPCs to watch over, feed, and save over and over.

AJ is literally an assassin.

Burne is very in touch with his feelings, even if that feeling is RAAAAGEEE.
