NEW PLANNER PAGES !!
𖦹 lower in structure overall, perfect if you're someone who doodles + likes stickers/washi tape. option b is better if you want a little more structure but it is still less structured than your standard "grab n go" planner.
Please do not redistribute these for money, these are free to use but not for commercial use.
!! CANVA LINK !! -> want to customize the colors? add another sidebar? type in your tracker name? add extra boxes and to do lists? change the dates? use this link! Click "make a copy" and have fun!
!! checklist style routine pages + cleaning pages !!
꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱₊˚⊹ DETAILS ! 𖦹 made for 8.5 x 11 in printing, there will be white space ! 𖦹 vertical weekly layout 𖦹 blank dates 𖦹 two tracker style boxes on each page 𖦹 simple grey style gridding + boxes 𖦹 option a has one left handed sidebar for whatever you'd like 𖦹 option b has two left handed sidebars and two right handed boxes for whatever you'd like
꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱₊˚⊹ SUGGESTIONS ! 𖦹 if you need more structure, try option b. Option B has less white space due to the extra sidebar grid + right handed boxes 𖦹 SIDEBAR -> reminders, meal planner, due dates, appointments, priorities, highlights of the week, non-planned to do list, doodles, sleep tracker, mood tracker, work schedule, quotes, stickers/washi, pain tracker 𖦹 RIGHT-HANDED BOXES -> Two priorities (A : extremely important to get done, there will be consequences. B: important, consequences aren't as bad) , goal breakdown, to do breakdown, chores list, self care list, morning/night routine, hobby to dos 𖦹 Option B sometimes glitches when printing, make sure you have it set so that it will be printed in the confines of where it can be or it'll likely cut off the two right-handed boxes.

I made a beginner coding resource! 👩🏾‍💻💗
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hiya! 👩🏾‍💻💗
I made a coding infographic/slideshow for anyone getting into coding and are stuck! I'm seeing a lot of new codeblr blogs coming up recently and they're all beginners and I have been getting a lot of asks which basically all ask "I'm new to coding, how do I start?", so I decided to make this at 1am in the morning real quick! 🥲😭
I genuinely hope that this resource proves beneficial to someone out there. And remember, if you find yourself still facing challenges or need assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help! ✨

Okay so: you had your zero day. Now it’s time for a reset.
Get in the shower/bath. Clean the previous week off of your body.
Do some skincare if that’s something you do. I like to use an oil cleanser with some facial massage tools.
Clean your desk. A tidy space is a clear mind.
Look at your assignments for this week so you know what you’re doing.
Organize your schedule on a physical or online planner. Write down due dates.
Set your alarm for tomorrow morning so you don’t wake up late.

Japanese Reading Resources for Absolute Beginners
A question I encounter often is "How much Japanese should I study before I can begin reading in Japanese?"
From my experience as a learner and reader myself and from managing a Japanese book club for other learners I can honestly say that you can start way earlier than you probably think!
There are many resources that only require knowing hiragana. Those texts usually teach vocabulary through pictures and only use basic grammar.
Some are even simpler than that: The Japan Foundation's Hiragana Books are great for those, who are still remembering hiragana characters. Every short book introduces only 1-2 new characters, so it's a great reading exercise for those who've just started.
Tumblr media
The free graded reader 「どうぞ、どうも」 by the NPO Tagengo Tadoku only uses the words 「どうぞ」 and 「どうも」 to write an entire story. Again, this makes for a great exercise in reading hiragana and understanding context. Another "level 0" recommendation by the same NPO would definitely be 「しろい?くろい?」. This book uses the full range of hiragana characters but the grammar is simple and all used vocabulary is illustrated.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Another site with great resources for absolute beginners is Nihongo Tadoku Dōjō. If you have memorized both hiragana and katakana and know how the particles を and で work you will be able to read this text about stationary (ぶんぼうぐ) and understand everything by looking at the pictures!
Tumblr media
The resources linked so far can all be accessed completely free on the linked websites. If you have the money to spare, please also have a look at the box 「スタート」 from the series reberubetsu nihongo tadoku raiburarī published by the NPO Tagengo Tadoku and ASK (affiliate link). This box includes 8 little books in very simple Japanese.
Tumblr media
All these texts for absolute beginners will get you started reading in Japanese with very little knowledge of characters and vocabulary.
Reading in Japanese is a skill that requires practice. But once you get used to it, it can be such a valuable tool to reinforce new vocabulary and grammar. So please don't wait until you're "ready" before you start reading - start early at your own level!

Hello! I made these this morning and thought I'd share. You can print these or use them as inspiration for your bullet journal-- whatever works for you. I made one daily cleaning checklist with suggestions and one without. Enjoy :0
I originally made these for myself (since it's easier to remember if I have something I have to physically "check" off) but realized it wouldn't hurt to share.

How to learn: HTML | Resources ✨
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sunday 10th September 2023
I have come back with a new resource I've made! This time about how to learn HTML! I'm starting from the basics right now and working my way up of 'how to learn' info resources!😅
I've made a HTML resource in the past (one | two) but this one is a bit more detailed and has tips of how I studied HTML. I use HTML on the daily so though I would share my knowledge with more people. Again, just like my previous resource "Starting your coding journey", this is more targeted towards absolute beginners or for people who want to learn how to customise their Tumblr blog/Neocite! 👩🏾‍💻
Anyhoo, check it out and let me know what you think: LINK

How exactly do you do a character study whether it be a film character or a book character?
Character development is the soul of story-telling. Compelling characters are what make or break a good narrative, which makes it one of the most important elements of any creative writing project. A fantastic way to get to the bottom of what makes a great character is by conducting a character study on characters you already know and love. So how, exactly, can you do that?
What is a character study?
A character study is a critical examination of a character in a work of literature, television, film, or other media, to understand their role and significance in the narrative. It involves delving into the character’s behaviours, motivations, relationships, and growth throughout the story.
Why should you do a character study?
Understanding Complexity: Characters are rarely black and white. Exploring what makes them tick can help you understand the nuances of character development and how to incorporate those complexities in your own characters.
Character Growth: Observing character growth can provide you with insights on how to develop and transform your characters over time.
Motivation and Conflict: A character study can help you understand the inner motivations and conflicts that drive characters’ actions and decisions.
How to conduct a character study?
Choose a character from that you admire or find interesting from you favourite book, tv show, film, or play.
Analyse the character’s traits by noting down their physical appearance, personality, emotions, and behaviours.
Examine the character’s relationships by looking at how they interact with others in the story. What do these relationships reveal about the character?
Look at the character’s growth and development by analysing their journey throughout the story. How have they changed or evolved?
Interpret the character’s motivations and conflicts. What drives them? What internal and external conflicts do they face?
Applying what you’ve learned to your writing
Write a character study for a variety of different characters, from protagonists, to love interests, and villains. What traits do you find most compelling, and do they have anything in common? Look at what relationships stood out to you, and how deep their motivations and conflicts are. Consider their growth and change, and use those learnings to develop your own characters. You can even start with a character development template to help organise your thoughts.
