SUNSHINE HOBI FIC EXCHANGE 2021 IMPORTANT NOTES AND DATES...
As part of your sign up, please fill out the form HERE with all of your contact info. Please do this BEFORE you submit your prompts, and make sure you read the rules thoroughly before signing up.
Contact us at [email protected] for any doubts, concerns, or issues you have.
You can also shoot a message or an ask on Twitter @sunshinehobiex if you want more informal help.
All official communications throughout the exchange will be done through email, so please make sure that the email account associated with your form is either checked regularly or linked to an email account that you check frequently. There will be two midway check-ins, just to see how you're doing! We will expect you to have 500 words for the first check-in and 1000 words for the second (remember the total word count minimum is 1500 words). These check-ins will be done through Google forms and will require you to upload a screenshot of your current word count. Think of check-ins as a way for us to touch base with each participant and as a reminder of the schedule of the event. While we want to see the progress you're making on the story, the most important part of check-ins is that you fill out the google form to make sure we're still in contact with you and that you're still planning to continue participating.
