An Incredible Discovery!

While looking through old TV shows that I used to watch, Telecat (or Téléchat) came to mind.

I searched online for episodes when I discovered one that was fully dubbed in ENGLISH.

For years, all I had to go on was the original French dub. But now I know that the show was lucky enough to get an English release!

Sadly, this was the only English episode I could find. I searched all over the internet, only to come up empty-handed.

I don't believe the English dub of Téléchat is lost media. But considering the small number of episodes I found that were dubbed in other languages like Spanish and German, it just might be.

I'm pretty sure Telecat wasn't as big a success in Britian as it was in France. But there HAD to be some people out there who were fortunate enough to record these episodes.

If you or anyone you know happens to have a copy of an English episode of Telecat, don't hesitate to share them and tell me about it! The world needs more of Groucha's (Telly's) wonderful English voice this incredibly obscure show!

"So I looked upon the channel that might've made that same video, and oh god it was a rabbit hole. It had a cartoony animation unlike the puppet show, except more expressiveness and pretty disturbing imagery that made me regret finding the channel in the first place.

the video showed a kid version of Groucha saying something about his mom ordering ants on his birthday. The reason for this, is because she wanted him to do something to his father that... Nearly made me puke...

When the mom said "Adhere them to my husband's prostate"... She made Groucha shove ants. In. His. Actual prostate... I nearly puked and had to close the video right before the prostate thing... I knew Groucha didn't wanna do it, but his mom wanted it...

Now I know why I couldn't find the video. Days later the video was taken down... and that's probably for the best.
