just grumbling about the tumblr posting experience.

I've been back on tumblr for a few years now and I'm still an annoyed and flailing mess when it comes to actually using the editor and making my vid or fic posts. there's always something that goes wrong and then I either have too many notes on it to want to make a new post or I can't figure out what the fuck I can do to make it look right and spend a stupid amount of time trying to edit to make sure everything is working. nevermind I hate figuring out how to format things here. for instance: I started drafting up my Fringilla vid, dropped my Youtube embed there and discovered it had a thumbnail of Francesca. So I made my Fringilla screencap and uploaded it to YouTube. the vidpost looks fine on desktop with Fringilla showing up on the preview image. but nooo on mobile it still shows Francesca in the preview. At least it does on my mobile. is it Francesca for everyone else on the mobile app? it's just a dumb thing to be annoyed about. but annoys me enough to actually make a post it. also I can't seem to remember to make proper titles on my tumblr posts before actually hitting post. run back to edit in but now all the reblogs say 'watching streaming on ao3' lmao, whyyyy. what a dumb thing to be irritated by. pfft. and I still have no idea if YouTube embeds fail to make posts show up in the tags. but I get the impression people might be more likely to watch an embed than clicking over to AO3 or wherever. I'm not a gif-maker and I don't think gifs of my vids have the same kind of impact without the music. so I dunno what to do to make things look prettier. I LOVE finishing things, I love people getting to see my fanworks. but my god I just hate posting and crossposting so goddamn much. Sometimes I have a streamlined process for my dreamwidth/twitter feeds but the bulk of my peeps there are not witcher folks anyway so that's not a crossposting priority for my witcher goodies. anyway. ngl noiz's bad route made me laugh so hard he was like "AOBA *BLEEDS HALFWAY A SENTENCE* I FEEL PAIN" and aoba in response is like "NO SHIT SHERLOCK MY BUTTHOLE IS FULL OF BLOOD" rens bad route probably dissapointed me the most since it is my favorite in REconnect. THEY CUT IT SO SHORT, LIKE THE BEST BAD ROUTE TURNS OUT TO BE LITERALLY SHITTED ON IN THE OVA LIKE WHYYYYYYY DO ME LIKE THISSISIISISISI!!1!1111!

KR Zero One ep29: The ep where Fuwa was the protagonist... in fact i feel Fuwa is the true protagonist. XD Aruto fails as main character in many ways, but anyways, that’s just my feeling. Now that finally, after 15/20 eps the plot is moving may be... just may be Aruto could do something good and worth and reclaim his main Rider position.. and for not annoy anyone with my CRITIC about this show...

We left with a defeated Aruto, because his humangear went berserk at his own will and began to insult people, but yeah... for Aruto humans are meanies. Of course Gai took advantage of that situation in the most treacherous way as he always does.

And Fuwa got controled by Gai thanks to the brain chip... really i wish they could have showed a small flashback of how and when they intalled him the chip. Dear lazy Zero One writer... flashbacks are good, please... use them.

Probably Naki will only appear in the special of the Bluray box. I really hope dont because will be another wasted character.

I feel Zero One want to pick the problem of machines stealing human work... in a very wrong way! XD And here we can clearly see that Izu is just a cute robot. She don’t have any dialogue, she is just there... being cute and being a victim the most dramatic way. And this don’t help, just makes feel Aruto more lonely than he already is.

And Fuwa just observing in the back... is... worse!! XD I mean... why he is not helping them? It’s not his duty? come on... he had already say it, he do what he want. This was a golden opportuny for show friendship, cute interaction. But no. I mean even Geiz and Sougo had A LOT more interaction, more dialogue than these two in 29 eps. And you know Zio is really BAD WRITTEN was awful, but the characters speaked to each other, interacted to each other, it was... good, characters were good. Here in Zero One... they are superficial, their only treat are their good looks, and even i admit Horobi and Jin, i like them more for the looks than anything else, they are good looking characters. Sorry, if you not agree with me, but that is what i feel.

Gai have a not healthy impulse to control tools! Wonder... why?! Probably we will never know.

Aruto... the only human employees you have are those two... any others are humangears and you don’t pay them any cent. Either way i guess Aruto is more concerned about the destiny of the humangears... wish... he really had a counter plan for that.

I’m working on episode 101 now and I’ve finished screencapping and right at the end #spoilerslol Yami walks through a virtual door and in order to do so he just straight up WALKS ON WATER and I had to share

like look that’s his foot ON THE WATER 

I appreciate that it looks like his foot is hovering awkwardly but LOOK

that’s his OTHER FOOT moving past it

and onto the black void and he’s not hovering or anything because

his foot causes ripples when he raises it!

Honestly this raises more questions than ANYTHING ELSE about the exact nature of the Virtual World. Like Shizuka put her hand full-on into water earlier and commented that it felt so cold and real. Kaiba is currently saving Mokuba from falling into rushing water and elsewhere, Anzu is saving herself from falling into rushing water, all parties assuming they might actually die of the virtual water. Which Shizuka’s experience certainly supports. But not only does Yami NOT fall into the water, he doesn’t even hesitate or question that he might, he just full on strolls out onto the lake. Does he know?? Or does he just not give a single shit about falling into the lake?? And WHYYYY did the animators choose to put the door on the lake and animate this walking on water bit???? It would’ve been quicker and easier to just put the door beside him on the land, they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO THIS, so why???? Do they enjoy animating ripples THAT MUCH????
