The heavy footsteps as he blinks sleep from his eyes, searching for her since her absence was what had woken him in the first place, she's sure of it - it makes her heart skip a little bit.

His hands snake in between her arms, and she steadies herself - lest she burn herself on the stove. ' Eggs. And some leftover bacon. ' she chimes quietly, brows furrowed in her concentration. She's working very hard on her healthy breakfast for him. ' How did you sleep my love? '
