I only have two stories published and Come Home to Me I debated if I wanted to share anything from it because the parts that I'm proud of, I think are best if you read the whole thing for full heartachiness but I did manage to find a snippet. But you should go read the whole thing!

And the one for No Kissing Rule is honestly the first words I actually wrote down for this fandom so I'm proud of it just for that fact alone :)

Come Home to Me (a 2x02 2100⁰ coda)

“Hi,” TK sighs through the phone and the instant relief Carlos feels hits him so hard he has to lean back against the wall.

“Oh my God, when I heard through dispatch. I– I didn't know what to do.” Carlos's voice sounds desperate to his own ears.

TK gasps softly. “Oh baby, I promise I'm okay. I’m sorry you heard that way, that’s awful. I don't have a lot of time right now. I'm in a corner of the locker room on my way to shower. I just really…I wanted to hear your voice.” TK’s voice shakes just a little as he says the last few words and Carlos’s heart aches for him.

No Kissing Rule (a TK has the flu sickfic)

Carlos moved to bend down to kiss him goodbye and TK quickly disappeared under the blanket, narrowly missing hitting Carlos in the chin as he moved.

“What was that for?” Carlos asked.

“No kissing. I don’t want you to get sick too.” TK said softly, peeking just his eyes out of his blanket burrito.

Carlos’ confusion turned to laughter. “I appreciate that babe, but we did way more than kiss just last night. Not to mention you practically slept on top of me most of the night. I think the ship has sailed on me being exposed to your germs right now.”

??? were people really getting on missa's ass about using the word gringo?? bro it's not a slur. i LIKE being called gringo, i almost consider it a cute nickname. if any latino americans are nervous about that term, please don't be! i've never seen it used in a derogatory way, just a descriptive one. as in "this person isn't hispanic/lat-am." that's not othering or rude, and it can be useful contextual information in casual conversations. :']

He is just so sweet & silly, & he loooves being mischievous & pulling pranks so he likes to just tease his friends with a few pokes or something, or uses his powers to tickle them & act all innocent & clueless.
