NAME: Taeon Nightvale

WOULD THEY BE KNOWN: Taeon would be known for his enchantments or enchanted items. He has extensive knowledge of magic, magical items and magical properties. He owns a shop in Castlemount named Dragonfire. He’s mostly found there crafting magical items or doing commissions. Taeon is also known to host parties with his younger brother Aerian, and most parties are held in Castlemount’s central square or in the various clubs within Dusk Pine Village.

PERSONALITY: Taeon can be laid back, has a great flair to him and presents himself well, he’s what people call “flamboyant.” And he takes that assumption happily as he does prefer the company of both men and women. He has a clear voice and has high confidence. That is unless he’s around a certain someone then all that goes out the window. His magic is what makes him… him. He uses it in confidence and never allows it to take over. He never seems to be shy, but he can be around a select few.

Different enchanted runes cover his body along with an ouroboros tattoo on his right hip. He also has a dragon clasp earring on his left ear.

The lights around Stormwind were just coming on and Risri knew she had room for one more picture on this roll of film before she would need to swap it out. Other Notable Features: He has jet black hair, tanned skin and his eyes are a beautiful shade of gold. Taeon’s hair is usually always styled with gel, either in spikes, shaved at the sides, but he also likes to have it not styled. During those days, he won’t put on his eyeliner or eyeshadow. There are some days where he’ll walk around with no eye makeup. Most people will take a double take and see that it’s Taeon more relaxed than in his usual flair persona. There are also days where he does wear eye makeup and it ranges from a dramatic cat eye, eyeliner and shaded in eyeshadow, to something more subtle like some eyeliner and a black eyeshadow.

He has a few hidden tattoos on his body with the most noticeable tattoo being the black pseudodragon tattoo on his left arm that he is able to activate and spring to life with his magic. Enchanted runes cover his body underneath his shirt mainly and a ‘white’ tattoo that is on his right side, a bit above his paint line to show he’s a warlock. He has a clasped earring above his right ear, with both sides pierced.

You will most likely never see him wearing sweats. He’s always dressed for the occasion and is usually always wearing silk shirts. He loves the feel of silk and prefers that anything else. Though, he will wear something else if the time calls for it.

Extra Info: Please note that I prefer OOC communication with an RP partner. This is just to ensure that we’re on the same page and that things don’t get overstepped such as writing for my character when they barely know each other. Talent(s): He’s exceptionally well versed in enchanting items. Sometimes he goes out of his way to make powerful enchantments just to ensure the quality of the product that his customers want. Taeon also makes his own line of drinks. He uses his own magic to make each one unique. An exceptional dancer, self-proclaimed stylist. He is known as the High Enchanter & Cursor of Alenor Vale, meaning he can also collect souls of the dead or the living.

A wish they have always wanted: He very much wants to be married and to have or adopt a child with his partner. We’re getting there, and he’s close to getting one of his dreams. He’s quite excited about this!

An item they hold dear to their heart: The purple band that Gwain gave him as a sign of trust, devotion and love. It is also a knight’s tradition. Anything that Gwain had ever given him, means a whole lot to him.

Favourite sound(s): Gwain’s heartbeat. It calms him and lets him know that the moment he’s living in right now, is real. The sounds of rain hitting the windows. To him, it has this therapeutic effect to it.

Fear(s): Losing his family to the corruption of his species, also losing Gwain. At this point, he doesn’t know what he’d do without him.

Accomplishment(s): Being happy for once. Truefully, happy. It’s been a long time since he’s given a true smile.

Your muse’s catchphrase(s): The roll of the eyes with a smug grin and he just says, “Well then.” And he just stretches his fingers out then sort of quickly puts them into a fist from pinky to index. It’s hard to explain.

Likes: Practicing his magic, reading, horseback riding, flying, enchanting items, making new drinks and testing them either on his brother or his fiance. Gwain! Odysseus!

Dislikes: The Silens, corruption, Rolen (fuck this guy), Lorien (he’s going to be dead soon), Beridan (he’s dead now but still), abusers, cheaters, HATES Karim (he’s fucking dead now).

Any scars?: Tae has a scar on his left arm that goes from his fingertips up to his collarbone. He uses his “tattoo” to mask it. Once he activates the tattoo which is a living pseudodragon that stays on his arm, the scars show. He enchanted the small dragon a very long time ago to fuse into his arm as a tattoo unless he activated him, or when the eyes of the dragon flashed and that’s when he knew that Odysseus wanted to fly around for a little while.

Birthmarks?: A few, not gonna say where. Only Gwain can know.

Something about your muse that is different from everyone else: I guess his confidence? He’s not confident like how everything thinks? It’s sort of a very feminine/manly sort of confidence. There are some other aspects but I don’t want to outline them here, people will have to get to know him.

What makes your muse cry?: The feeling of losing someone whether it’s his family, his fiance, or his fiance’s family, his friends. He loves each and every one of them dearly. He’s made some horrible choices in his past and now he feels like he has to make up for it by loving the people that surround his life.

What makes your muse happy?: Gwain. Glitter, magic, dancing, making drinks, flying.

What makes your muse laugh?: Gwain’s ability to make him laugh! It’s great. Witty interactions.

Does your muse love his/her parents? Why or why not?: He doesn’t know his parents. The only form of parental influence he’s had was his stepfather that raised them until he died, and then his older brother Valerian who took up the role. He’s currently met his birth mother, but he’s conflicted on it.

Does your muse have any friends? Which friend is closest to him/her?: Tae has so many friends, I can list them all here but the list will go on and on. The closest he has is his best friend first and foremost which is Gwain [ @spiesandcaptains ]. Their interactions are honestly the best, they’re lovers, they’re best friends, they’re honestly just everything you’d want a partner to be. Another close friend would have to be Variandra Sunsorrow [ @sunsorrow ], because who wouldn’t call her his best friend. She set up our babies together. And Keyianna Starsun [ @the-little-shining-star ]. He loves this little ball of sunshine so much and does his best to be there for her.

Your muse’s favourite food?: The Mount. Hands down. Anything that Gwain makes for him.

Does your muse follow a religion? Nope!

What would get your muse to fall in love with someone?: Not being abusive, showing him that it’s okay to love someone of the same sex (if he’s in a gay relationship - or starting one). He’s an abuse victim (rape, mental & physical abuse) so being considerate of that is major plus points. Allowing him to show some PDA, he used to get beaten if he ever attempted. Being there for him, whether it’s the good or the bad.

Has your muse ever killed/murdered somebody? Why did they do it and what was their motive? He has killed. Many people actually. He’s completely decimated an entire town of 250,000 people with his brother. All because they were a threat to the leader of the Clan.

Does your muse have a type when it comes to physical attraction?: So far he’s fallen for the guy with the auburn hair, the fiery eyes and the lopsided grin. The lopsided grin gets him. Every. Single. Time. Also a nice butt. He likes his butt. It’s a nice butt.

What does your muse find endearing personality wise?: People that are strong, inside and out. He kept his emotions hidden for so long and now they’re finally coming out. So when people can be strong, but can also cry. He finds that endearing, whether it’s an attraction or just appreciation.

What is the stupidest/ most illogical thing your muse has done and why did they do it?: Loved and continued to stay with an abusive man for over 200 years. He used to beat himself up over this a lot. Kept himself hidden behind a lot of guilt, self-depreciation, and worthlessness. For a long time he felt like he was never good enough.

Taeon and Gwain; the Pumpkin Patch

Their day started off late in the morning. The coffee was brewing, the fireplace lit and the morning sun shining brightly. There was no cloud in the sky in the warm autumn day. Thinking of their promise last week. How they promised they’d at least spend one day together in their busy lives. He was the Captain of the guard, and he was the High Enchanter.

“Promise we’ll spend the day together?” He asked. “I promise.” The Captain responded. It was a week since then, he still wore his satin robe and his flannel pyjama pants. “Morning, my love.” His groggy, tired, just waking up voice echoed into the room. Turning around to face him, he couldn’t help but smile seeing how he rubbed his right eye. His hair was a complete mess, and he figured it must’ve been the sheets that tousled up his long auburn hair.

The tie around his hair was loose and just below his shoulder as he came near. “What do we have planned today my dear?” He asked him. The Captain looked at him perplexed as he hasn’t thought about it either. “I… didn’t plan anything.” He responded with a mild sense of disappointment. Taeon cupped his cheeks and placed a soft kiss on his lips. “I saw a flyer a few days ago, how about we go to the Pumpkin Patch and get ourselves some Pumpkins?”

Seeing how his beloved smiled and became more relaxed, he nodded slowly and placed his own hands over his. “Let’s a make a date out of it.” Gwain finally said. For the next hour, they got themselves ready to head out for the remainder of the day. Walking hand and hand together as they approached High Hill Acres. “Let’s find the biggest pumpkins and carve them tonight.” The Captain smiled glancing down to Taeon and responded with a gentle squeeze.

Hours passed with them smiling, laughing and snapping pictures along the way. Taeon made sure they had their mini photoshoot, his magic held up his camera and would snap photos at any moment. By the time evening hit, they already had their pumpkins chosen and with just a snap of his fingers. They were portalled and standing in the foyer of Taeon’s home.

“Let’s get these carved up.” Gwain chimed reaching over to bring his love with him to the dining table. The Enchanter got busy and brought out the supplies they needed just so they could begin their work. Sneaking a glance over at his auburn hair coloured boyfriend. A soft, affectionate smile curled across his lips as he watched the focused look on his face. “Hey.” He spoke catching his attention.

“Let’s make this a tradition… just for us.” Gwain glanced over and smiled in response. “Our first tradition.” A shy smile crept over his lips as Tae nodded. “Our first.”

This or that according to your muse: morning or evening? Both, but he likes the morning’s a bit more. He gets to see Gwain all groggy and tired and he just loves it.

Marvel or DC? Marvel.

Mayonnaise or ketchup? Hasn’t has either of them, but I think he’ll go for ketchup.

Books or movies? Books.

Red or blue? Neither. Mix those two together though and you get purple. So he’ll go with purple.

Black or white? Black.

Halloween or Christmas? Both. He loves both holidays. Mainly because Halloween is his birthday, and Christmas he just loves the idea of spending time with his family under one roof.

1. What is your name?

“Taeon Nightvale.”

2. What is your real name?

“High Enchanter and Curser of Alenor Vale, Taeon Nightvale.”

3. Do you know why you were called that?

“No, my adoptive father just gave my siblings and I names that just... fit.”

4. Are you single or taken?

“Taken, very much so.”

5. Have any abilities or powers?

“I do have magical abilities.”

6. Stop being a Mary Sue.

“A... what? Who?” 7. What’s your eye color?

“Ah, gold.”

8. How about your hair color?

“Black.”

9. Have you any family members?

“I do, my older brother Valerian, and my younger siblings, Aziah and Aerian.”

“I do have a pseudodragon, he’s not around at the moment. He’s with my Gwain’s little sister at the moment.”

11. That’s cool I guess, now tell me about something you don’t like.

“Mmm... I try my best to enjoy everything and everyone. I try not to think of the things that I don’t like... ah... well... alright.” Tae cleared his throat before speaking in a low tone. “Not feeling good enough.”

12. Do you have any hobbies/activities you like doing?

“I enjoy reading new tomes, spell books, training my magical abilities, making enchantments, making new drinks. I have a shop in Castlemount named Dragonfire that I enjoy spending my time in. Spending time with my Gwain, his siblings, flying, oh there’s so much more. I can go on for hours.”

“Y-Yes... I don’t like to speak about it.”

“Y.... Yes....” He sighed glancing towards the side.

“Oh, light’s ass..” He whispered gently, thankful that a new question was asked so soon. “I’ve been compared to a black cat before...”

“I... run away... but I’m trying to stay put when things get rough now.”

“My Gwain... literally and figuratively.”

“No, not for a very long time.”

“I...” His cheeks flushed. “I’d like to one day... with my Gwain.”

“I don’t know what those are...”

“Never being enough, losing my family, losing my Gwain, losing his family... hurting any of them.”

“Suits. Can’t go anywhere without making a fashion statement.”

“I do... he’s... there’s nobody like him.”

“I’d say it was when I was a very young child, toddler maybe?”

“There’s this little island that I found as a teenager... my siblings and I go to it once a year, mostly on our birthday’s. There is also my Gwain and I’s place... our place.”

“More than interested.”

“Both. Both is fine.”
