As per a variant cover, it seems that Godspeed is the infected member (or one of them, since the solicit later says speedsters plural) of the Flash Family.

There are two Flash issues in this month’s solicitations, but one is due out in January; I’m not sure why it’s included here.  The second issue doesn’t appear to have any Rogues.
