#Teen Genius : Hiro Hamada

top ten smartest characters in BH6, my ranking:
1- Hiro Hamada. Of course he’s at the top, lol. Not only did he outsmart Obake, he also came up with everyone’s hero gear, coded Baymax’s other chips besides Tadashi’s, made a working energy amplifier (that didn’t immediately explode) in like two days with only Krei’s failed prototype to go off of, and HE IS IN SFIT AT 14. Of course he’s the smartest. Also he’s made other robots completely on his own like the microbots and Mini-Mac. He also comes up with most of the battle plans for BH6, and helped cure Liv Amara alongside Karmi.
2- Obake/ Bob Aken. First off, he was also in SFIT as a teen. My headcanon was that he started attending at 16, and Karmi’s like a week younger than him (so she’s technically still the 2nd youngest person to ever go to SFIT). Also!! He was the FIRST to make an energy amplifier, with absolutely nothing to go off of. His was the first, and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if Krei’s amplifier was based off of Obake’s amplifier. Yes the amplifier exploded immediately but he was still the first. And of course, as an adult, he made a shit ton of advanced tech. He made Trina, the most advanced AI in the whole BH6-verse (even better than Baymax because she’s basically indistinguishable from a human and can make her own decisions outside of her original purpose), he made an underwater base, a bunch of other robots, and was able to follow Shimamoto’s clues to rebuild the star machine. Also he managed to play Hiro and the rest of BH6 like a damn violin and would have succeeded if it wasn’t for Globby.
3- Honey Lemon. Honey Lemon is a goddamn genius and I will die on this hill. Her chem-purse has the INDIVIDUAL ELEMENTS. So in battle, she has to legitimately think up and type in a chemical formula to make the compound to use. So she’s gotta have some MAJOR chemistry skill, an excellent memory, and wicked fast reaction time. She also found a way to cure Globby. Also let’s not forget that time she made a literal amnesia serum in like two minutes for Hiro to give to Karmi when she thought that Karmi was onto them. Also, she did uncover Lenore Shimamoto’s secret life as a scientist alongside Wasabi, and Lenore hid that shit really well.
4- Tadashi. Honestly, Tadashi and Honey Lemon are almost tied for third, but Honey Lemon’s a little smarter. He probably got into SFIT early too, cause he couldn’t have been that old. He was probably in at like 17 and died at 20. Also, he made Baymax, one of the most advanced AIs to ever exist, plus the actual robot is rlly advanced too. So just for building Baymax, he can have this spot, because of how advanced Baymax is. Although running into a burning building was kind of a dumb move.
5- Karmi. Karmi’s actually pretty gifted and you all are unnecessarily hating on this poor girl. She’s 16 and at SFIT, and while my headcanon is that she only got in a week younger than the third youngest student, she’s still the second youngest to ever go to SFIT. She also was able to observe BH6 close enough to write moves that could actually work with their gear, which allowed them to escape Momakase and save Karmi herself. Also, she’s made some epic tech. She made the patches to subdue Oreo Knox, which Di Amara later used for her own evil work. She also did that project with the electric currents in the roses, which probably has some pretty interesting uses. She also got chosen to be Di’s intern, and although she got manipulated big time, I can’t say I blame her or say she’s any less smart for literally being mutated and tortured by a woman she thought was her friend and mentor. Also, Hiro would have never gotten the nanobots to work and cure Liv Amara without Karmi’s help and insight. She also made that glove in Season 3 to beat Hardlight. In short, Karmi is way smarter than the fandom gives her credit for.
6- Gogo. Gogo’s actually quite smart and she’s come up with some interesting things. Her maglev tech is really advanced and gives her an extra edge in battle. She also was the first to catch onto the fact that Karmi had a point with her fanfic and was the first to start using Karmi’s ideas to drive up the wall to chase Momakase. She also came up with that train thing we saw her with the model of in CtC pt 1, which I assume is her midterm project. The world can always use more high-speed rail so she’s quite smart in my book for that. She also of course worked with Hiro to make that awesome bike she chased Mr Sparkles with in S2. Plus she’s in SFIT, which is a really challenging environment on its own so she’d have to be really smart to get in.
7- Wasabi. Wasabi and Gogo are like, exactly tied for 6th. They’re both on the same level of smart, but I like Gogo more so she gets 6ths (no hate to Wasabi fans, I like him too). Wasabi, of course, has his plasma blades, which are literally second to nothing but graphene. He can cut through nearly anything with his tech. He also worked with Hiro to build that space junk disposal device in S1, and helped Honey Lemon uncover the very well-guarded secrets of Lenore Shimamoto’s life as a scientist.
8- Wendy Wower. Wendy, although a minor character, has shown herself to be pretty damn smart. She wrote the thesis that Trevor Trengrove stole, which was the basis for Tadashi’s work. Without Wendy’s thesis, Tadashi would have never made Baymax. So, though she never gained the recognition she deserved for her intelligence, she’s still hella smart. Plus, she did manage to make a name for herself as a beloved educator and inspiration for kids to get into science, and that’s kind of hard to do if you’re not already really smart when it comes to science.
9- Lenore Shimamoto. Lenore Shimamoto is really smart, although her invention failed. She built the star machine, which caused the Great Catastrophe. But, she intended it to be an infinite energy device. So, like a very early interpretation of the energy amplifier. She also built a secret lab and hid all evidence of the star machine so well that it took over a hundred years to find. And honestly, if the only person who could crack your secret was literally the second smartest person in the whole show (Obake), you hid that secret pretty well. She also built and ran a whole art institute, it takes smarts to run such a big university.
10- Professor Granville. Honestly I was stuck on who to put here, but I think she deserves this spot. She’s an accomplished professor, knowledgeable about her subjects, and was obviously smart enough to mentor Hiro, Karmi, and Obake. If she wasn’t smart, they wouldn’t have latched onto her as much as they did. She also fixed Baymax that one time in S2 and went to rescue their asses all on her own, built the robot spider SFIT security system, and has some pretty good deduction skills in order to find out where Momakase was going to steal from next.
You can also put Professor Callaghan here at 10th for similar reasons, being an accomplished professor, writing many papers on robotics and inspiring Hiro’s microbots, and coming up with the plan to kill Krei. But, his plan got foiled by Hiro, and Hiro was an inexperienced superhero at this time, so it’s not like with Obake where Hiro was a seasoned superhero who had a fair shot at stopping his plans. Hiro and Obake were evenly matched. So if Inexperienced Hiro could beat Callaghan, that means Callaghan’s not quite as smart.

Ours by Taylor Swift & Adult Variro Headcanons
Okay so I’ve been sitting on a TISE update for forever and I AM making progress on it - but I need to talk about this because I think I’ve found what is the quintessential Variro song (that isn’t a Disney song - we’ll talk about that one later). And as much as I want to focus on fanfiction, this thing has been driving me crazy.
So, in case you want to listen before reading: this sentence will be linked to the song
Let’s talk about Ours by Taylor Swift, and how I think it perfectly fits my OTP as an adult relationship - and in some parts works even as their relationship is beginning.
A couple things to know before we get started:
This is centered around the idea of a modern AU, it could work in other aspects, but it’s what I think about when I listen to it
Varian was a villain, before falling for Hiro in his mid-late teens (15-18) and their relationship started up
That being said - let’s get into this song and unpack how I feel its lyrics perfectly encapsulate everything I love about these two little science nerds.
Elevator Buttons and Morning Air Strangers’ silence makes me want to take the stairs If you were here we’d laugh about their vacant stares But right now, my time is theirs
So, being adults now, I imagine the two of them both have pretty stable jobs being boy geniuses. Hiro probably works with Krei at some company (I like the idea of them partnering and giving Krei Tech a makeover into a business called Hamada & Krei, where Hiro tends to reign in Krei’s lackadaisical approach to his technology by being a super stern head of R&D), and Varian I picture working in biotech and chemical engineering - especially in the medical field (i imagine part of what lead him to villainy was Quirin contracting someone that he was desperate to cure).
Varian, being socially awkward, isn’t really good with people when it comes to his job. Especially since I feel like his identity as a villain would have been revealed to the public at some point along his redemption, so the general populace would probably still be pretty judgmental about him. He doesn’t like dealing with them, but he and Hiro usually just laugh it off when they’re together. Varian still struggles with it on his own though - especially at work and meetings and the like.
Seems like there’s always someone who disapproves They’ll judge it like they know about me and you And the verdict comes from those with nothing else to do  The jury’s out, my choice is you
This is one of a couple areas of this songs that reads like a small conversation between the two. The first two lines being Varian, and the second two being Hiro.
Now, this is the interesting bit. My personal headcanon is that Hiro and BH6 wind up going all Tony Stark/Iron Man at some point and reveals their identity. Even if the entirety of BH6 doesn’t reveal themselves, I definitely think Hiro would, especially in being involved in a multi-million dollar tech business and partnered (in business) with one of the most famous and influential men in the city, if not the world - on top of being a boy genius. I think the stress of all that AND being a superhero would kind of get to him, so he just kind of reveals it at some point.
Even if he doesn’t - I think all that positive attention on him would definitely contrast all the negative attention on Varian as a former villain whose identity would have definitely been revealed. As such, their relationship would definitely be judged by a lot of the people around them, save for their closer friends. By the way, no, Varian doesn’t join Big Hero in this universe. Think of him more as an occasional “guy in the chair” who helps direct them or give them alibis at times, but is never directly involved in the crime fighting. He’s just support. He’d be too affected by all the negative attention, I think, and wouldn’t want to draw any more to himself when so many people are already judging his and Hiro’s relationship.
But of course, Hiro only has eyes for Varian. He always reassures him that there’s no need to pay attention to people with enough free time to worry about who someone’s dating. He loves his little raccoon just the way he is, and wouldn’t trade Varian for the world.
So don’t you worry your pretty little mind  People throw rocks at things that shine And life makes love look hard  The stakes are high, the water’s rough  But this love is ours
THE CHORUS. OHMYGOD THE ChORUS.
It’s just. SO perfect. For these two. Starting off with “Don’t you worry your pretty little mind”. Ohmygod. That sounds so much like something they’d say to each other. Yes, they’re both considered very attractive and have pretty faces, but that’s not what’s important to them. It’s their minds. They connect to each other because they’re both boy geniuses with cutting with and quick, casual tongues. They’re the only people who can keep up with each other in conversation, and that just kind of lead them to wind up together. Their minds are so connected and linked together that it’s all they see in each other, more than anything else.
And of course, they have a pretty rough, rocky relationship. Between the reveal of Varian being a villain, his subsequent decision to fall for Hiro and redeem himself, and the judgement they both get from others for their decision to love each other - “the stakes are high, the water’s rough” definitely fits. No matter how many stones get thrown at them and how hard their relationship is at times because of outside influence, however -
They love each other, and they work together and overcome everything that comes their way. I love this chorus so much. However, as it’s repeated throughout the song a bunch and this post is already incredibly long, this will be the only time it’s brought up in this post until the end.~ \
You never know what people have up their sleeves Ghosts from your past gonna jump out at me Lurking in the shadows with their lip gloss smiles But I don’t care, ‘cause right now you’re mine
And you’ll say
So I don’t think I need to say much about this stanza here - but I will anyway because that’s what this is all about.
So, naturally, this is all Hiro to Varian. He had quite a history, and Hiro always learns like he’s learning something knew about his boyfriend and his stint as a villain. From having been arrested in his own home town for thievery and other acts against the mayor’s family (Frederic) for not working on or accepting his own ideas on research for a cure for whatever - having to help him come to terms with all the people he’s wronged in the past as well as all of San Fransokyo. Varian’s got a deep history.
There always seems to be something new just around the corner, out of view, ready to pop out at him. But it doesn’t bother him, because they belong to each other, belong together. Varian’s his, and he’s Varian’s, and he’ll do whatever it takes to help sort things out. And no matter how much the people from Varian’s past may even judge Hiro, not knowing him, for being involved with him, Varian will always be there for him, just like he’s always there for Varian -
this stanza leads into the chorus, so let’s move  right on to the next part.
And it’s not theirs to speculate if it’s wrong and  Your hands are tough but they are where mine belong and  I’ll fight their doubt and give you faith  With this song for you
If the last stanza was all Hiro, this one is all Varian. He’s a bit more snippy with the people who judge their relationship than Hiro is. Of course he is, it’s Varian. He’ll flat out tell people they have no business meddling in their affairs while Hiro will mostly just ignore it and reassure Varian that he doesn’t need to bother them. He gets tired of people saying that he and Hiro, a villain and a hero (whether actual revealed super hero or just “local hero”), don’t belong together.
Still he loves Hiro and knows the two of them are meant together. “Your hands are tough” are more than likely a reference to the fact that Hiro’s hands probably get pretty calloused working on machines and technology and stuff all day as compared to Varian’s delicate chemistry hands.~ I like to headcanon that Varian has a slimmer build while Varian is not necessarily as muscular as Wasabi, but still not as much of a “twink” as Varian when he grows up (or Tadashi, despite their being brothers and genetically linked).
And of course - Varian can sing. It’s always canon. No matter what. And I just see him kind of soothing Hiro’s nerves from time to time or them just relaxing together and him singing for him. It’s a fun little touch I wanted to add for the “song for you” bit.
Cause I love the gap between your teeth And I love the riddles that you speak And any snide remarks from my father about your tattoos  Will be ignored, 'cause my heart is yours
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
So while I love the ENTIRETY of this song for Variro, and you saw how much I freaked out over this chorus. This part. This part here was one of the parts I was most looking forward to writing out.
This is another one of those stanzas
So “I love the gap between your teeth” - Hiro has a gap tooth. Varian loves it. End of story. Simple. I think they’d both keep their tooth problems (gap tooth for hero and buckteeth for Varian) into adulthood, but they might be a tiny bit less pronounced.
“and I love the riddles that you speak” is read so well as Hiro’s response to it. Because, again, Varian does tend to be a little more smooth-tongued and speak in riddles when he’s not being snippy, as compared to the more blunt and straightforward Hiro. It drives him crazy sometimes, but it’s fun for him to play those word games with him, and he loves Varian despite how difficult he can be at times.
Now, let’s talk about the big boy here “Any snide remarks from my father about your tattoos will be ignored, ‘cause my heart is yours”.  HIRO. GETS. TATTOOS.
I think they’re mostly out of love for aunt Cass and the Lucky Cat. A calico cat and a bunch of showy, japanese-style tattoos. I don’t know of what exactly, but the calico cat is the big one - symbolic of the Lucky Cat and Mochi. While he’s serious and stern at work, he has a reputation for being casual, and never really grows out of that rebellious, punk atmosphere. Ripped jeans, leather jackets, probably rides a motorcycle. Sometimes it’s hard for people to see through that. And I definitely think that when Quirin first meets Hiro (he gets CURED of whatever he contracts! Thanks to Varian! He’s fine!) he kind of has a hard time seeing through it at first. I don’t think he likes Hiro much until he sees what a good match for Varian he is - he comes around eventually.
And I lvoe the contrasted idea of Hiro coming off as rebellious and a punk and having a bit of a temper. However, he’s actually super sweet and a teddy bear underneath, always wanting to do what’s best for others. Meanwhile, Varian is kind of spindly with long limbs. He dresses in modest clothes - either sweaters or lots of button ups and vests. He gives off the impression of a perfect angel visibly, but his tongue is sharp and he’s more devilish than his appearance lets on. It’s. Synergy. And.  I love it.
So after that it goes into one last chorus but it adds an extra line in there about
“They Can’t Take What’s Ours”
Which I think is a great addition for the end. Basically them saying they love each other. And no matter what people say, or how much criticism they get for dating, they love each other and no one can take that away from them. The people who are really important will always be there to support them, and that’s all that matters.
Anyway that’s enough of me making an obsessively long post over a song no one probably listens to that just kind of got me all excited over my OTP. I’ll properly focus on fanfiction updates now. Thanks for anyone who read this beast

A Spooky Birthday Ch 1
🎃🎂🦇
Pairings:
Vesabi (Venus x Wasabi) ⬅ Lots of fluff!
Honeygo (Honey Lemon x Gogo)
Fredashi (Fredzilla x Tadashi)
Hints of Chiro (Hiro x Carrie Francess)
Carrie belongs to my friend, @divinejusticespiritual!
October 8th, 2032
“Can you guys tell me where we're going?” Catherine “Venus” Woods drowsily asked her friends, as they helped pack clothes in her Gothic bedroom. It was the day before her 19th birthday, almost 7:30 in the morning, and they wouldn't share any information.
“Nope!” Carmen “Honey Lemon” Lopez, aged 20, shook her head, her voice filled with her trademark enthusiasm. “It's a surprise!”
Venus' childhood friend, 20-year-old Fred Frederickson the IV, nodded in agreement. “Yeah; the wait will be worth it!”
She giggled. “Where are Wasabi, Hiro, and Tadashi?”
“Renting an R.V.,” Ethel “Gogo” Tomago, 19 years old, and just so happened to be Honey Lemon's girlfriend, replied.
“Ooh, so we're traveling?” The almost birthday girl grinned with excitement. “Cool!”
“Still not telling you where we're going,” Gogo smirked.
“Darn,” Venus pouted; she walked to the ocean-themed bathroom, to grab her hygiene products.
At the R.V. lot, freshly turned 21-year-old Wesley “Wasabi” Ginger, and brothers 19-year-old Tadashi and 14-year-old Hiro Hamada, were having a look at the suggestions provided by the dealer. The younger Hamada was feeling winded when perfectionist Wasabi turned down vehicles for specific reasons; the bed's mattress was too firm, or too soft, there was dirt from the previous consumers, the seats were too hard, the vehicle itself was too small, etc. He considered the dealer a saint for his patience. “Wasabi, we've looked at over a thousand R.V.'s here,” Hiro groaned in annoyance, “My feet are killing me; just pick one!”
“It needs to be perfect,” Wasabi insisted. Venus was his girlfriend of several months, almost half a year; he loved her with all his heart, and wanted her special day to be amazing, memorable, and everything she wanted it to be.
What are their secret plans?
A trip to Disneyland! It had been Venus' birthday wish for since she was little, but due to the money, and conflicting schedules, it never came true, until now.
They couldn't wait to see her face when they would present the surprise to her! If only her boyfriend would make a decision on their ride, though...
As they looked over yet another choice, Tadashi turned to the dealer. “We're taking his girlfriend to Disneyland for her birthday tomorrow,” He explained, “He wants everything perfect for it.”
“Ah,” Daniel, the dealer, nodded, “Understandable. I would do the same for my partner.”
“But not at a snail's pace?” Hiro smirked.
Tadashi snickered. “When you want to do something for your girlfriend, you'll get it.”
“Tadashi!” He blushed furiously.
“What?” His brother laughed. “I've seen the way you and Carrie interact; you're definitely smitten for each other.” Carrie Francess was a fellow teen genius at the group's college, the “San Fransokyo Institute of Technolgy”, specializing in hydrology. Hiro had fallen head over heels for her, though wouldn't spill to his friends out of pride. They figured it out on their own, and helped him woo her. One thing led to another, and they became official.
“Well, we wouldn't be as mushy as lover-boy over there, and future mrs. lover-boy,” Hiro gestured to Wasabi, who was looking over the interior like a crime investigator.
The vehicle was a Mirada Select 37RB with an eye-catching black, grey, white, and blue paint job. The walls and furniture had a white/cream hue, easy on the eyes, and dark wood cabinets. The twin-size bed had a nice, comfortable mattress, the couch folded out into a doable futon, the appliances didn't have crumbs or stains from previous consumers' food, and no strange dishes were in the cabinets. “Okay,” Wasabi nodded, “We'll take this one.”
“Finally!” Hiro sighed in relief, flopping in the driver's seat, as the paperwork was looked over, and signed appropriately.
“I'll tell Fred we've got a winner, and that we'll be over there soon,” Tadashi took out his phone, and texted his boyfriend, who was labeled as “Fredalicious <3” in his contacts, the good news. Once the signing was done, the amount of rent was paid for, and Wasabi's car was locked and emptied, he took the wheel. Tadashi was in the passenger seat, while Hiro lounged on the couch to rest his legs. Wasabi had made him keep his shoes off the couch to keep it clean, and he begrudgingly took them off. He took out his Nintendo Switch, and continued playing “Super Mario Galaxy”, on the All-Stars three-pack, from where he last left off.
“Fred got my text,” Tadashi told Wasabi, “He and the girls know we'll be there after we get mine and Hiro's stuff from home. Everything's packed, done after your nagging,” He snickered.
Wasabi smirked. “See? It's a good idea to pack ahead of time, isn't it?”
“Yes, Father,” Tadashi joked, and they laughed together. Hiro was completely oblivious, as he swam at a beach galaxy. “This is a really nice R.V.; Venus is going to love it.”
“Anything for her,” The driver agreed, safely guiding the monster vehicle along the road, “She deserves the best; and she's getting it.”
He stopped in front of the Lucky Cat Cafe, where the Hamadas lived in the loft above. “I'll help you guys with your stuff,” He offered.
“Thanks,” Tadashi nodded, “Hiro? We're getting our stuff.” The teen genius was absorbed into his game. “Hiro? Hey, Hiro!” He walked over, and nudged his little brother's shoulder, making him jump.
“AH!”
“Come on, jumper boy; we're getting our luggage.”
Hiro paused the game, and followed them out. “Mario was Jumpman, by the way.”
“Tomato, tom-ah-to; same thing,” Tadashi teased with a smirk; Hiro playfully sneered at him, as they all walked in.
“Hey, boys!” Hiro and Tadashi's Aunt Cass greeted them from behind the counter. “I saw the R.V. when you pulled in; it's beautiful!”
“Thanks; Venus is going to love it, and it'll fit everyone.”
“It took Wasabi hours to pick it,” Hiro smirked.
Tadashi laughed. “Not hours, knucklehead,” He tussled his wild, black hair, and playfully pushed his head. “An hour and a half at most. Let's get our stuff.”
The three boys walked upstairs to the living quarters of the cafe owner and her genius nephews. Hiro's side of the room, unsurprisingly, had clothes, papers, and action figures on the floor, while Tadashi's side was neat. Not Wasabi-neat, but nonetheless not a pigsty. “Good Lord,” Wasabi muttered under his breath in horror, eyeing the mess like it contained decomposing bodies. The two Hamadas got their respective luggage, and followed their muscular friend downstairs. He already had his stuff handy in his car, before choosing their mode of transportation.
Cass turned to them when they returned, and hugged all three firmly. “Have fun, boys! Take lots of pictures, and bring me back a souvenir!”
“We will,” Tadashi beamed, “Both things.” They turned to Mochi when he meowed. “We'll find something for you too, Mochi,” He chuckled, and the cat looked happy, “Aunt Cass, we'll call you at our next stop; whether it's in our hotel, or on the way.”
“Good,” She nodded, “Be careful! And Hiro, bring something back for Carrie, okay?” She winked.
“I will,” He blushed deeply in embarrassment.
“I'll make sure he does,” Tadashi joked.
“Dude!”
Wasabi snickered in his hand, and gestured to the door. “Why don't we go ahead, and grab Fred and the girls? They might be long done by now.” He was eager to see Venus react to their ride; he knew that she would love it.
After more goodbyes with Cass, they returned to the R.V. “Tadashi, can you drive on the way there, to the resort?” Wasabi requested.
“Want to spend time with V, huh?” He smirked.
“Yes,” Wasabi blushed, “So what? She's my girlfriend. I'll drive back.”
“Deal.”
They made themselves comfortable, then headed for the Woods residence. At a red light, a smile grew on Wasabi's face, as he thought of his girlfriend; he could already see her jumping with joy at her surprise when she would receive it.
With Fred and the girls, the packing was done. Thankfully, Venus was still oblivious to the surprise coming. For the R.V. ride, she was wearing a pair of black and orange soft shorts with a white Mickey Mouse pumpkin on the left front side, and a pair of white bats above, a black slightly cropped hoodie with orange drawstrings, and a graphic of Mickey dressed as a skeleton, black crew socks with yellow cat eyes all over, and black Converse low-tops. She had her black Kuromi rolling suitcase filled with everything she needed for the trip, along with a pink striped pouch, from Victoria's Secret, with her toothbrush and toothpaste.
She was following her man's footsteps in organization.
They were all sitting at the kitchen table, eating Halloween-themed poptarts. “The boys are coming, Freddie?” Honey asked.
“Yep,” Fred nodded, “They should be here in a few minutes.”
Venus crunched on a tiny sprinkle after picking it off her plate. “Hopefully just a few minutes,” She smirked. She missed her boyfriend.
Malia Woods, Venus' mother, came out of the downstairs bedroom in her nightgown and slippers. “Morning, kids. Happy early birthday, sweetie.” She kissed her daughter's cheek, as Fred, Honey, and Gogo greeted her back.
“Morning, Mom.”
“You excited for tomorrow?”
“Yep. Though I'd be more so, if I knew where we're going,” Venus giggled.
“Not telling you,” Gogo said.
Malia snickered. “You'll have to wait until you get there.”
“You and Dad aren't coming?”
“Sorry, we can't; Rob has work, and I need to keep Jack out of trouble.” Jack was Venus' older brother; a real bully, and borderline criminal.
“O-okay,” Venus nodded, “I'll bring back souvenirs for all of you, wherever we're going.”
“Even Jack?” Gogo raised an eyebrow.
“Yes, even Jack,” She giggled.
“That's sweet of you,” Malia patted her shoulder.
Robert, Venus' father, came out next in a t-shirt, slippers, and lounge pants. “Morning, birthday girl.” He kissed her dark hair.
“Morning, Dad.”
“When are Wasabi, Tadashi, and Hiro coming over with your ride?”
“Should be any minute now, Mr. Woods,” Fred replied, “Dashi texted me.”
“Okay,” Robert nodded, “You kids want some coffee?”
“No thanks,” They all kindly declined.
“We don't want to be a hindrance.” Honey added.
“You won't be...” Robert started to assure them, but stopped when his eyes caught the window. “That must be your ride.”
Venus made a mad dash for the window, Honey narrowly catching her plate before it could tip over, and had a look. Her green eyes widened at the impressive R.V. parked outside. “Whoa! It's awesome!”
They waited for the three boys to come inside, and see her parents before departing. “Hey!” She made a beeline for Wasabi, as he kneeled down to her level, and hugged him excitedly. “The R.V. looks awesome!”
“It better be; Wasabi took forever to pick it out,” Hiro smirked, as Tadashi greeted Malia and Robert.
Venus giggled. “Ah.”
“Only the best for you, V,” Wasabi smiled lovingly at his girl, ignoring Hiro's gag gesture.
She blushed deeply, feeling bashful. He always had that affect on her. “Where are we going?” She tried to ask.
Wasabi smirked. “Not telling you.” He chuckled when she tried her cute, pout face, complete with fluttering eyelashes. “That's not working this time, baby.” He playfully prodded her nose, and kissed her forehead over her bangs, then straightened up. “Let's get your luggage.” Venus giggled, and walked closely next to him, holding his hand. “You look adorable.”
“Thanks.” They headed upstairs to her room, as their friends talked with her parents. They had gathered at the table, and discretely discussed the trip; recommendations on rides, restaurants, and shops for the birthday girl, and promises to bring photos and souvenirs back.
“Did you use those bags I recommended?”
“Yep,” Venus nodded, and unzipped her suitcase to let him see, as he knelt down, “I have a top and overalls skirt in here, a backpack in the middle, and a swimsuit in this one.” There was also a Halloween-themed sandwich bag with hair accessories inside, a pouch made from Gothic mermaid scales print fabric that held jewelry, and her pink pouch with her hygiene products.
“I taught you well,” Wasabi nuzzled his nose in her soft hair, and kissed her head, as she blushed and giggled.
“I learned from the best,” She agreed. They shared a kiss for a few seconds; her tiny hands were on his cheeks, while he had his large hands on her back and shoulders.
After they separated, he looked around to make sure she didn't miss anything; but he noticed that the top of her dresser was now empty. He turned to her, after spotting a big pouch in her suitcase. “You're bringing your princess dolls?”
“Y-yeah,” Venus nodded shyly. She had all the Disney Princess dolls released for the film “Ralph Breaks the Internet”, the big ones, in her possession, including copies with new outfits, and separate clothing packs. “Um, f-for the R.V. ride. I don't know how long we'll be driving.” She also had some portable video games prepared as well, with a Nintendo DS, and a 3DS.
“You're so cute,” He chuckled, and straightened up, as she zipped her suitcase shut. “Let's go downstairs.” She grabbed her purse, which resembled a tiny, black cat backpack, and he rolled her luggage down, not taking no for an answer, as they headed down to the living room. “Hey, guys. We're ready when you are.” They all stood up, the couples holding hands.
“Okay, bye, sweetie!” Malia hugged Venus firmly, and kissed her cheek. “Have fun!”
Robert shared an embrace with her next. “Bye, sweetheart. Have fun, and be careful. Call us when you get there, okay?”
“Will do,” She nodded; he kissed her hair, and they drew away.
“Take care of my daughter,” Robert turned to Wasabi.
“I will; I promise.”
“Good.”
“Bye, kids!” Malia waved, as they all headed out. “You all have fun!”
“And be careful!” Robert added.
“We will!” Honey nodded, her arm holding Gogo by the shoulders, as they went out the door.
The gang filed into the R.V., and stored their luggage in the bedroom. “Who gets the bed?” Hiro asked.
“I think Venus should,” Fred replied, “Since she's the birthday girl; Wasabi can take it too!”
She blushed, and giggled. “Thanks.” After the vehicle was locked, and everyone was settled in, with Venus in the bedroom, Fred in the passenger seat, and Hiro, Wasabi, and the girls in the booth, Tadashi started driving along the road.
Since the birthday girl couldn't hear them in the bedroom, from the low engine rumbling, her friends discussed plans in the Disney parks. “What're we doing for breakfast?” Hiro asked.
Wasabi took a list out of his jeans pocket. “We'll be going to Goofy's Kitchen, since it's in the area; we have a reservation.”
“Yay! We can meet characters there!” Honey cheered.
“Oh great,” Gogo muttered.
“Come on, Gogo; it'll be fun!” Honey insisted.
“If any of those mascots come near me, I'm knocking them out.”
“Don't,” Wasabi sighed, though was stifling laughter at the mental image, “We'll get in trouble; and we can't spoil Venus' big day.”
“... Fine,” Gogo caved.
“Yay! What about dinner tonight?” Honey asked the organizer of the group.
“We'll stop somewhere on the way,” Wasabi replied, “There's a burger joint near the parks that has a 50s theme to it. The prices are low, and the ratings are high.”
“Sounds great!” Honey nodded.
After a few more minutes of discussing, Wasabi glanced over at the bedroom. “I'm going to spend some time with Venus,” He slid out of the booth, as the two girlfriends moved to the couch together, and walked to the bed. His girlfriend was laying on her stomach, absently dressing her Snow White doll in a blue “Lucky 7” shirt-dress, and yellow sneakers, her movie outfit laid on the covers. Venus' sneakers were on the floor, like they had been since the group's departure. She was still oblivious to what was coming. “Hey, cutie.”
She looked up, and smiled. “Hi. We almost to... wherever we're going?” She giggled.
“It's still going to be a while,” He replied, “You want some company?”
Venus nodded. “I'd love that, thanks.” She put her doll and little outfit in the big pouch, and patted at the bed with her left hand.
He left his black jikatabi shoes on the floor, and crawled over next to her. “So, you like the R.V.?”
“I love it,” She nodded, “It's amazing; so beautiful, and cozy.”
When she yawned drowsily, he held her close with one arm. “You tired?”
“Yeah,” She replied, “I don't usually get up at 7 in the morning. It's usually 9 at earliest.”
“If you want a nap until lunch, then go ahead. I'll stay with you.”
“Thanks, babe.” She snuggled in his shoulder, and let her eyes close. Her whole body relaxed in his loving hold, as she drifted off to sleep.
Wasabi smiled down at his tiny girlfriend's sweet, peaceful face; she was so beautiful. He tenderly brushed her long bangs from the right side of her face, and tucked them behind her ear. Words couldn't express how much he loved her; he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. He hoped they would get married, find their own place, and start a family. He couldn't live without her; frankly, he didn't want to try. He laid down on the bed, being gentle with Venus to avoid disrupting her slumber, and then drifted off to sleep himself.
Outside the bedroom, Hiro had switched seats with the girls; he was in the booth, continuing his Suoer Mario Galaxy game, while Honey and Gogo were getting snuggly on the couch. He averted his eyes when the makeout session started; watching people kissing made him uncomfortable.
At one point, they grabbed takeout from Noodleburger for lunch, waking the couple in the bedroom to give them their usual orders.
On the bed, Venus ate her chicken nuggets and French fries, being careful with crumbs, while Wasabi had his own favorite: the Cock-a-Noodle-Doo burger. Fred helped Tadashi with his food, which was a copy of the birthday girl's order, as he drove; he himself had a classic Noodleburger. The two girlfriends each had a copy of Wasabi's order, and shared a large bag of fries. “Can I have a hint?”
“Of what?” Wasabi asked cluelessly.
“Where we're going.”
“Nope,” He shook his head with a snicker.
“Please?” She tried to grin cutely.
“Do you want to ruin the big surprise?” He chuckled.
“Yes!” She giggled.
He laughed, and held her closer. “You're silly.” She squealed, and her shoulders shot up to her ears when he tickled her neck for a second. “You'll have to wait, until we get there.”
“When are we getting there?”
“It should be tonight, after we have dinner at a burger joint I found.”
“'Kay.”
When they stopped at the burger joint for dinner that evening, they all went inside. Since Venus still wore her shorts, a trio of teenage boys gawked at her long, pale legs. But Wasabi holding his nervous girlfriend close by her shoulders with an intimidating stare directed at them, along with a killer glare from Gogo scared them into averting their eyes.
After finishing, they were back on the road. Wasabi and Venus were on the bed again, with Tadashi and Fred up front, while Hiro and the girls were in the booth, and on the couch, respectively. This time around, Venus was playing “Mario Party Top 100” on her 3DS, playing as Rosalina, while laying in Wasabi's lap. He smiled down at her, keeping his large, gentle hand in her hair; she was adorable when in deep concentration. He chuckled when she cheered after winning a game. “Congratulations.”
“Thanks,” She giggled, “It was a hard one too.”
Before long, when nighttime loomed, a certain theme park area came in view. When the vehicle slowed to a stop in the parking lot, Tadashi made the three-word announcement they were all waiting for, interrupting makeout sessions between two of the three couples inside.
“Here we are!”

Aw, sounds good!

Summary: Megan misses her previous homes
---
The first two weeks of summer vacation had already come and gone. Everyone in San Fransokyo was out and about, going anywhere they pleased. The Lucky Cat tended to do better than usual with business when school was out, resulting in Hiro lending his aunt an extra hand during work hours. His spare time went into night patrols alongside his friends, who were currently looking for work since graduating.
What was a bit concerning to the teen genius though was that he hadn’t heard much from his good friend Megan in awhile. He hadn’t seen her since the day Trina attempted to unleash her robot revolution on the city. They had briefly texted a couple times before school let out. Since then, Megan hadn’t contacted him once. It was unlike her. Megan was an extremely social person. Hiro figured by now, they would have hung out with more free time on their hands.
Hiro tried not to be too worried at first. Perhaps she was spending more time with her dad? Or she had plans with other friends?
After awhile, a thought had occurred to him that maybe she needed space after the whole ordeal with Trina. While Megan initially wanted to get more involved in superheroing since discovering Hiro’s identity, what happened that day had to have been overwhelming. Trina did capture her for a short time.
With that unsettling memory in mind, Hiro decided to reach out to her. A simple text asking how she was doing. A text that not only she didn’t respond to, but also never read. Was she okay? Was she purposely avoiding him?
After a couple of days with still no response and concerns rising, Hiro took a trolley that let him off in Megan’s neighborhood. He walked at a fast pace as he neared closer to the apartment complex. A wave of apprehension overcame his nerves as he entered the building, accelerating the closer he got to her home.
Not to his surprise, Chief Cruz answered the door. Although, what was surprising was the chief’s attitude towards Hiro. The strict, overprotective man who was always cautious when allowing Hiro to go up to Megan’s room was uncharacteristically welcoming. It may have had something to do with him having more of an appreciation for the young prodigy after rescuing his daughter. However, upon being told that Megan was in her room, he also made a remark about how she could probably use some company right now. There was a hint of sadness in his tone that Hiro chose not to comment on. It only made him worry more, all the more glad that he chose to stop by for a visit.
Hiro walked up the stairs that led to Megan’s room. His eyebrows knit at the closed door, wondering what she was up to. What was going on? Why did her father think she needed company? Had she been up in her room since school ended?
The teenager paused upon reaching Megan’s bedroom door. Hiro let out a quick, inaudible sigh. He hated the thought of his good friend not doing well. Megan was such a good person. She helped Hiro experience a more casual, teenage lifestyle and had his back in desperate times. If she’s been troubled, the least Hiro could do is help.
Reaching his arm out, Hiro gave two firm knocks on the door.
A loud, exasperated groan was made on the other side. “I’m fine, Dad!”
Hiro flinched. He hadn’t expected that to be the reaction. Clearly, her dad had been checking up on her multiple times. “M-Megan, it’s me!” Hiro responded. “Hiro.”
There was a short silence. “Hiro?”
Before Hiro had a chance to say anything else, he could hear Megan’s footsteps approaching closer. Soon enough, the door swung open. The aspiring journalist was in her usual shirt and jeans; her black jacket tucked away due to the summer heat gradually increasing.
However, the first thing Hiro noticed about her was the dark circles under her eyes. Along with that were widened eyes and a small frown. She raised an eyebrow as Hiro continued to stand in front of her. Hiro noticed this. What was she thinking about?
“What are you doing here?”
The soft, yet dejected tone in her voice made a frown form across Hiro’s face. She was usually so excited when he would come over. Something must really be bothering her.
“I came to see how you were doing.” Hiro sighed heavily. “We haven’t hung out in awhile and you never responded to the last text I sent you.” His frown deepened as he looked over her facial expression again. “Are you alright?”
Megan glanced down at the floor. She debated what to say and what to do. A lot was going on in her mind, but the last thing she wanted to do was push Hiro away. Especially since he stopped by just to check on her.
“Come in,” she suggested. She walked out of the doorway, holding her arm out as she invited Hiro into her room.
Hiro nodded before stepping inside her room. She led the way to her bed, which was neatly made with the exception of the comforter being wrinkled from where she had recently sat. Hiro took a seat at the end of her bed where Megan distanced herself in the middle.
For a minute, the teens sat in complete silence. They looked away from one another, both trying to find the right words to say. Eventually, Hiro looked Megan’s way first.
“Megan...i-if this is about what happened with Trina and the whole robot revolution, I am so sorry  you got caught up in that mess. I should have been more--”
“What?” Megan cut him off. She shook her head at him. “Hiro, I’m not upset because of that.”
Hiro blinked in shock. He wasn’t sure if he should feel relieved or more uneasy. On the one hand, it was reassuring to know that she hasn’t been too shaken up from that experience. Though now, he was somehow more anxious. What was causing her to be sad?
“O-okay...then what’s up?”
Megan’s face fell into a deeper frown. Not wanting her friend to see her so distraught, she faced away from him. She sighed, closing her eyes as she collected all her thoughts together.
“I’ve just been thinking about the places I used to live before my dad and I moved here,” Megan admitted. She gained the courage to look back over at Hiro again. “You know he’s been transferred before because of his job. So, every time that’s happened, I’ve been to different cities. Different schools. Different people…” Megan clutched onto her arms. “I have friends all around the state. Most of them I haven’t seen in months or years. I’ve been reaching out to them, but everyone has been travelling since summer break started. This sucks…”
With a frustrated huff, Megan brought her legs up to her chest, wrapping her arms around them. She leaned her chin against her right knee, pursing her lips as her mind went back to thinking of all the friends she’s had to say goodbye to over the years.
Hiro was at a loss of what to do. He couldn’t relate to how Megan felt. He wanted to provide the comfort she clearly needed, but was unsure how. No wonder she was so upset. She was apart from a lot of her friends and it was making her lonesome. Moving from place to place made maintaining her friendships harder.
The young prodigy gave a sympathetic frown Megan’s way. He reached his hand out, gently placing it on her shoulder. The second Megan felt his touch, she looked over to her friend.
“I’m really sorry, Megan.” Hiro sighed. “I...I can’t imagine how hard that is.”
“It’s just a little frustrating,” Megan admitted. “I want to see them, but for a lot of reasons I can’t. You’re so lucky, Hiro. You’ve lived in San Fransokyo your whole life!”
Hiro nodded. “Yeah, that’s true…” He rubbed a hand at the back of his head. “But you’re lucky too. I mean, sure you’ve had to move a lot, but you’ve gotten to live in a lot of different places. That’s cool too! You love photography. I can only imagine all the photos you’ve taken of everywhere you’ve been so far.”
Megan cracked a tiny smile. “Yeah...I have actually.”
“See? I’m not much for travelling, but I still think it’s awesome that you’ve gone so many places. I’m sorry that all the moving has made it hard to stay in touch with your friends though.”
“It’s alright.” Megan shrugged. “I guess...it’s not all bad. If I hadn’t moved, I never would have met any of them in the first place. The good thing is that I’ve always met at least one really great person everywhere I’ve been.” She smiled widely at Hiro. “That includes you of course.”
Hiro chuckled. “Thanks. You know, I don’t exactly have friends my age or a more normal teenage lifestyle. So I’m glad we’re able to hang out when we can.”
“Me too.”
Hiro scooted over closer to Megan. Once their proximity was merely inches apart, the teenagers wrapped their arms around one another in a happy embrace. More than anything, Hiro was glad he had stopped by. He was able to cheer his friend up again and understand why she had been distant.
After a few seconds they pulled away. The smile that had managed to make its way on Megan’s face was far from fading.
Hiro got up from her bed. “How about we go to Joe’s Diner? It’s on me this time.”
Megan giggled, standing up to follow him. “You’re the best. That sounds great.”
---
Yay, I finally got a request done! This was a cute one to do. Hiro and Megan have such an underrated friendship. I like to headcanon that since Chief Cruz is a police chief/officer, they’ve had to move around a lot with his job. Anyway, thank you so much for the request @blxndeichiban! I hope you enjoyed it! :D

Possible Hero 6
Tumblr media
Well a couple of days some watching of KP, Marvel Rising & BH6 for inspiration later and heres chapter 6 of Possible Hero 6 this will be a two part chapter and will lead up to events before the finale which will be based off the storyline of the BH6 season finale. But for now lets begin.  Kim Possible & Big Hero 6 (c) Disney, 2020 I don't own the characters this is just for fun!
Chapter 6 Destructo- nightmare part 1
In the wake of last nights undercover mission Team Possible and Big Hero 6 now know who Drakken is working with and what Yama is having him build a robot filled with enough weapons to put Ultron from the Avengers to shame.
In the morning air of San Fransokyo Baymax, Hiro and Kim were armoured up/suited up and flying around the city skyline looking out for trouble Baymax was using his super sensor to scan the area for Shego and trying to find any traces of ion emissions from her powers.
“Anything Baymax?” Hiro asked. “Negative there is no sign of Shego or Drakken.” Baymax replied.
The Kimmunicator then sounds off and Kim answers it.
“Wade any news?” Kim said. “Nothing Kim, I can’t get an exact fix on Drakken, ever since he blew up his lair I can’t see, to track him or Shego.” Wade relayed.
“Same Sitch on our our end, they may have gone underground in hiding.” Kim deduced.
“So how are we going to find them?” Hiro asked.
“Well from experience, Drakken usually shows up when he moves his plan into action, so until Wade comes up with any new leads we’ll have to wait.” Kim decided. “But I’ve got a feeling Drakken will play his hand soon.”
With that Baymax flew away back to Hiro’s garage.
Periodic Table Cafe (SFIT)
Later that day after a number of classes Honey Lemon, Gogo, Wasabi, Fred, Hiro and Baymax were at the periodic table cafe having lunch.
“Fred you sure you should be eating that mystery meat again?” Wasabi asked a little concerned.
“Hey it wasn’t so bad last time and it’s a known fact that something’s better the second time round.” Fred explained as he started eating.
“Maybe in some cases but here it’s really not.” Honey Lemon said.
“Yeah, so any word from Kim yet?” Gogo then asked. Hiro checked his phone with no recent messages from the red headed teen or from Ron.
“No nothing I don’t like it when a villain goes quiet.” Hiro said feeling a little anxious.
“Yeah kinda like Obake.” Fred observed with his mouth full whilst Wasabi used wipes he’d brought from home to clean up the mess his spit was causing.
“Yeah but the difference is Obake is unpredictable and we don’t know what he has planned.” Gogo said. “We know what Yama and Drakken are planning but have no idea what he’s doing or when he’s going to do it.”
“Yeah I have to admit guys I’m freaking out a little.” Honey Lemon admitted.
“Yeah but don’t forget we’ve got Kim Possible helping us we’re bound to stop this evil scheme.” Fred said confidently.
“Working together has had a higher success rate than working individual.” Baymax explained.
Just then Karmi came by with a tray of her lunch and looked to Hiro.
“Hey Hamada.” Karmi called getting his attention.
“Yeah what is it Karmi” Hiro asked. “Just wanted you to know there’s some robotics doctor looking for you.” She then said.
“Really who?” Hiro asked with interest. “Don’t know he didn’t give his name he said he was looking for you.” Karmi shrugged as she left.
This had gotten everyone curious Hiro especially but none the less he left the cafeteria table to go to his lab.
“Well I guess I better find out what he wants.” Hiro said and Baymax soon followed. The team did have a look of concern on their faces because if any robotics experts had come to see Hiro they would’ve been notified by Professor Granville.
Soon Hiro and Baymax arrived in the robotics lab and made his way to his lab. When he opened the door he saw someone in a black trench coat sitting on the chair with his back facing Hiro.
“Uh hello?” Hiro asked. “Ah greetings Mr. Hamada.” Said the ‘robotics doctor’ however Hiro could tell something was up the voice sounded familiar.
“I understand your a robotics expert impressive.” The figure then stood up and turned around to reveal..
“For a teenager!” It was revealed to be Dr.Drakken himself.
Hiro was frozen in fright and was about to act when suddenly he felt a sudden pain in his back and it revealed to be Shego who just stunned him with a taser.
“Oh no” Baymax said but before he could act Shego tased  him too right on the face shorting him out and he fell to the ground.
Hiro saw this right before he lost consciousness. “Baymax....” he groaned before everything went black.
Soon he woke up a little disoriented and he could feel he was on a cold metal surface when his senses returned to him he was tied down by metal clamps on a cold metal table he could see he was inside some kind of lair not surprising who.
“What the..” Hiro said as he woke up. “Where am I what’s going on!” Suddenly a light lit up showing Baymax was stuck inside a cell surrounded by energy bars.
“Baymax?!” Hiro called. “Hiro.” Baymax said.
“Well well look who’s finally awake.” Called a voice and it was revealed to be Drakken and Shego.
“Drakken!” Hiro exclaimed. “Hmm” Drakken said in surprise. “You’ve heard of me.”
Hiro quickly made up an excuse as he didn’t want Drakken to know who he really was.
“Uh yeah your Dr.Drakken a major super villain I heard about on the news.” Hiro said chuckling nervously.
“Ah so I am well known ha beat that Professor Dementor!” Drakken gloated however Shego just eyed the young teenager suspiciously she couldn’t help but wonder where she’s seen him before.
“Now then I’ll get straight to the point mr. Hamada, I have a little robotics problem and according to my associate Mr.Yama your the person to talk to about this problem.” Drakken then explained.
“What ever you want your not going to get it.” Hiro said. “Oh maybe you’ll change your mind when I show it to you.” Drakken said as he gestured to the Destructo Yama in the room.
“Behold the Destructo Yama a robot designed for one thing.” Drakken explained “don’t tell me world conquest.” Hiro cracked.
“Gah another lippy teenager!” Drakken said. “Look all I need is a robotics expert to fix some glitches in the programming and the cyber circuitry and that is why I need you.” Drakken said.
“We’ll forget it I’m not helping you.” Hiro said. “I mean why would you think I would for an evil genius your pretty stupid.” He then cracked.
“What I’m an evil genius!” Drakken exclaimed. However at that moment Shego realised something as she looked at Hiro closely.
“Wait a minute.” Shego said as she took a long hard look at Hiro and noticed his face and eyes looked a lot like someone she’d seen before then it hit her.
“No way !” Shego exclaimed “What what is it?” Drakken demanded.
“Dr. D this is one of those Big Hero 6 guys.” This caused Hiro to grimace in horror a supervillain knew who he was.
“What him? you sure Shego?” Drakken said.
“Gah it’s that one in purple armour with that big red robot, I’ll bet you anything that walking balloon is said red robot.” Shego said pointing directly at Baymax who blinked.
“I am a personal healthcare companion.” Baymax simply said with his know it all finger pointing up.
Drakken took a close look at Baymax and noticed his eyes.
“Hmm, well he does have the same eyes as that red robot.” Drakken observed. Shego just groaned in frustration then decided to persuade Hiro herself.
“Okay kid, lets try this again.” Shego said approaching him. “We need you to fix these robots otherwise we could just hand you over to Yama, apparently he’s got a score to settle with you.”
“I’ve seen Yama before and I’m not scared of him.” Hiro said.
“Only when you didn’t have your friends backing you up, cause without them your just a defenceless genius.” Shego said.
“Says the one helping mr blue clueless over there.” Hiro cracked.
“HEY I HEARD THAT!” Drakken shouted. Shego knew this kid was good and couldn’t be intimidated, however she had another means. She then proceeded to lower the bars on Baymax’s cell.
“Wait what are you doing?” Hiro said a little frightened. “Yes I’d like to know too.” Drakken asked.
“Your going to help us kid, because if you don’t…” Shego ignites her plasma energy in her right hand  and thanks to the energy enhancers made it glow brighter with energy. She then places it close to Baymax.
“I’m gonna cut this robot of yours into tiny little pieces.” She then smirked.
“No don’t touch him!” Hiro said “Fire can be dangerous and cause sever burns.” Baymax then pointed out.
“Hm your smart for a marshmallow, no offence.” Shego said.
“I am a robot I cannot be offended.” Baymax just says.
Shego then notices the circular port on Baymax and when she touches it it opens to reveal his data disk port.
“Ah I wonder what happens if I burn some of these.” She said smirking.
“No!” Hiro cried. “Why you making such a fuss he’s just a robot.” Drakken asked.
“He’s not just a robot, he’s like my family.” Hiro then exclaimed angrily. “Please don’t hurt my friend.”
Shego just gagged in disgust whilst Drakken just walked over to Shego.
“Well thats, actually quite touching but lets see..” Drakken was about to finish his sentence he noticed one of the chips had a familiar looking ‘KP’ logo on it. He then proceeded to remove the chip and looked at it with curiosity.
He goes over to the computer console and inserts the data chip into it and reviewed its contents he saw it was all the data Hiro collected during the teams training sessions with Kim and Ron. This development made Drakken grin from ear to ear.
“Ohh ho ho, seems you’ve already been very useful to me Hamada, with this the Destructo Yama will be invincible!” Drakken exclaimed.
“So kid what will it be.” Shego said getting ready to burn Baymax’s data port and chips Hiro knew he couldn’t help these bad people finish their robots but at the same time he couldn’t lose Baymax not again.
“STOP!” Hiro cried. “I’ll help you but if any harm comes to Baymax I won’t fix the robots!” He then added.
This put a smirk on Shego’s face and even more for Drakken.
“Good.” Then let’s get to work. He then grinned.
Meanwhile at the Hotel
Kim was sitting on her bed next to her Kimmunicator waiting to hear from Wade about Drakken and Shego’s whereabouts. Minutes passed and still nothing.
“Kim.” A voice then startled her and she turned to see Ron standing at the door with Rufus on his shoulder.
“Oh sorry Ron you just startled me.” Kim said. Ron then proceeded to sit next to her.
“So I’m guessing there’s no word from Wade.” Ron asked.
“No nothing, and I don’t like it.” Kim said. “Come on chin up KP we’ll find Drakken and stop his evil scheme like we always do.” Ron said. “especially since we have a group of superheroes helping us second only to the worlds best teen hero.”
Kim then turned to Ron with a smile and a slight chuckle.
“Thanks Ron you always know just what to say.” Kim said.
“Well what kinda friend or sidekick would I be if I wasn’t there for my best friend.” Ron smiled and Rufus squeaked in agreement.
Just then they could hear a voice and it was Kim’s mom on the phone to someone. The two exited the room and could see Ann was on the phone.
“No Cass I haven’t seen him.” Ann said as she was talking to Hiro’s Aunt Cass.
“Oh no no don’t worry I’m sure he’s fine he’s probably out with his classmates.” Ann said and she saw Kim and Ron standing in the room and then she had an idea.
“Look if it’ll put your mind at ease I’ll ask Kimmy to go to the campus and look for him.” Ann said and with that Kim, Ron and Rufus left the hotel room waving to Ann and she waved to them.
When they were walking down the hallway Kim’s phone started ringing. She looked at the screen and saw it was Honey Lemon calling her.
“Hello.” Kim said. “Kim its Honey Lemon..” “I think I know why your calling have the others meet me at SFIT.” Kim replied.
Hiro’s Lab:
Soon everyone was gathered at Hiro’s lab looking for him but so far couldn’t find any trace of him on campus. Whilst the team looked around campus Kim went to the deans office.
She knocked on the door and waited. “Come in.”
Called a voice and Kim opened the door to see Professor Granville at her desk.
“Professor Granville.” Kim said coming into the office. “Ah Miss Possible this is a surprise, can I help you with anything?”
Granville asked.
“Well is Hiro around on the campus, it’s just according to his Aunt he hadn’t come home after his after his classes.” Kim explained.
“I see, well I haven’t seen Mr.Hamada since this morning or anywhere on campus since then.” Granville explained.
This had gotten Kim even more confused and a little worried Hiro doesn’t just disappear and not tell anyone, he couldn’t be bot fighting given he’d given it up, unless…
“Professor, have you seen any strange people lately on campus people you didn’t know about?” Kim then asked
Granville was a little more than surprised and took a moment to think when something came to mind.
“Well I can’t say I’ve seen any strange people around the campus Miss Possible.” Professor Granville explained.
“However I did overhear someone talking to my biotech student Karmi asking her to leave a message to Mr.Hamada, said he was a robotics expert wanting to meet him.”
“Whats strange about that?” Kim asked. “I wasn’t notified by any visiting robotics experts to the campus its university policy.” Granville then explained.
“I see are there any security cameras in the robotics lab if so I’d like to have a look at the footage.” Kim then requested.
“Well normally I wouldn’t allow someone access to the security footage.” Granville said “however if one of my students maybe missing I can make an exception for his safety.”
Professor Granville makes a few types on her computer and brings up the security footage from the robotics lab and shows todays log. They look through the footage and sees two figures leaving the lab with Hiro and Baymax in hand Kim recognises the two figures almost instantly.
“Oh no!” Kim breathed. “They’re kidnapping him.” Professor Granville said in slight horror then turns to Kim.
“You better find Mr. Fredrickson and the others Miss Possible.” She then suggested much to Kims surprise.
“Wait Fred why do him and the others need to know?” Kim asked while trying to keep their secret.
“Well so you can find Mr.Hamada of course after all if these people took him for a reason you’ll need the remainder of Big Hero 6 to help you and Mr.Stoppable.” Granville then said.
This surprised Kim even more she wasn’t expecting the dean of the university to know who Big Hero 6 were much to her surprise, but the how would have to wait.
Later everyone met at Hiro’s Garage and Kim explained her recent discovery minus another recent thing.
“So Drakken and Shego have Hiro!” Honey Lemon said in concern.
“But why? why take him to start with?” Ron asked. “Best guess Drakken must need him for something and I bet after our little trip to the Bot Fights, Yama must have told him about Hiro as payback.” Kim deduced.
“Like he’d ever help Drakken.” Wasabi then said.
“What if Drakken threatens Hiro with Baymax to make him work it’s a classic move in the comics threaten what the hero loves most and he’ll comply.” Fred then pointed out.
“That actually makes a lot of sense.” Gogo said.
Kim then pulls out the Kimmunicator to call Wade. “Wade are you there.
“Yeah Kim I’m here no leads on Drakken yet.” Wade relayed.
“Drakken and Shego’s taken Hiro and Baymax we need to find them fast.” Kim then explained.
“How we don’t have Baymax?” Wasabi said.
“Well I’ll see if I…” Just then the feed to Wade started to cut out and the screen glitched.
“Wade are you there, Wade?” Kim said but the screen just went black and was replaced by a certain red devil avatar.
“Greetings Miss Possible, Greetings Big Hero 6” A voice then sounded from the Kimmunicator and the rest of BH6 recognised that voice all too well.
“Wait who is this?” Kim demanded “And how’d you hack this frequency?”
“Oh we’ve never officially met but I’m sure the heroes that your with know all too well.” Said the voice.
“Its Obake!” Gogo glared. “Obake?” Ron asked and Rufus just shrugged not knowing who that was.
“Oh he’s basically our arch foe who we’ve been trying to stop for months its on the conspiracy board over there.” Fred explained and point to a board with various images and pins of Obake’s avatar with push pins and thread linking different images to him such as a painting done by Linor Shimamoto and various other things.
“You know for someone who can do anything it seems you’ve hit a road block finding where your enemy’s hide.” Obake said.
“I don’t know who you are but if your not going anywhere with this then I’m…” “I’m only saying maybe you need a way to ‘chip’ a way to find what you seek.” Obake said interrupting Kim.
“Farewell for now.” then the Kimmunicator screen goes back to normal. “Okay that was weird.” Kim said a little creeped out.
“Kim!” Wade then called in. “Wade what happened?” Kim asked.
“Someone hacked into my system then into the Kimmunicator transmission frequency.” Wade explained.
“What I thought the Kimmunicator was hack proof?” Ron asked. “Yeah?” Rufus asked.
“It is whoever this Obake guy is he’s good he didn’t even leave a trace for me to follow.” Wade then explained.
“Yeah he’s as good as they come.” Wasabi said. “Okay 411 me on this guy later right now we need to find Hiro.” Kim then decided.
“Again how without Baymax we can’t scan for him.” Honey Lemon then reminded.
Kim took a moment to think, they couldn’t find Hiro since they didn’t have Baymax’s super sensor and Wade couldn’t find any leads on Drakken’s lair, she knew interrogating Yama wouldn’t do much good as he probably wouldn’t crack. Then something rang in her she remembered what Obake said ‘chip’ in then she realised something.
“Wait.” Kim said getting everyones attention. “Wade is it possible for you to track Baymax via the data chips in him?” She then asked.
“Its possible but I’d need said data from the chips in order to track the chip.” Wade said.
Kim realised that they would need a copy of the data and she turned to the others.
“Guys Tadashi built Baymax right?, if so would he have back up files of Baymax’s health care matrix if he lost the chip?” She then asked the rest of the team.
“Yeah they may still be on his computer in his old lab.” Gogo deduced.
Drakken’s Lair: Location Unknown:
In Drakkens lair the Destructo Yama’s head was open and Hiro was working on its cyber circuitry and was being watched by Shego to make sure he didn’t try anything.
Drakken meanwhile was busy making a copy of the data found on Baymax’s KP chip and transferring the data to the Destructo Yama’s CPU.
“You know for a mad scientist this is pretty impressive work.” Hiro then said for the sake of conversation.
“Why thank you I do know how to build a robot.” Drakken replied to what he thought was a compliment but…
“I mean for a college reject.” Hiro then cracked.
“Drop out thank you very much they let me in I let myself out!” Drakken then exclaimed.
“Yeah just because you couldn’t make a robot date for a dance then later developed versions of said robots turned on you to become their own villains.” Hiro then said remembering some of the stories Kim told him.
“Grr shut it brat!” Drakken said. Shego can’t you get him to go faster!?” He then said to his assistant.
“Yeah yeah whatever.” She said reading her magazine.
“Oh and by the way Shego I heard you used to be a superhero.” Hiro then said.
“Ancient history kid.” Shego dismissed. “But heres what I don’t get, you were given incredible powers and use them for good to start with but now you use them to hurt people why?” Hiro asked the green villain who didn’t say anything.
“It wouldn’t have anything to do with your brothers would it?” Hiro then said when suddenly a shot of green energy blasted past him and hit the ground.
“If I were you kid I’d be careful what you say next.” Shego said with a death glare.
“Okay okay but just out of curiosity where’d you get those energy enhancing gauntlets?” Hiro asked.
“Stole them from Krei tech.” Shego said. “Doubt it no way Krei tech could produce things like that.” Hiro observed.
“Okay since your not going to see the light of day, I got them from some creepy guy who called me out.” Shego explained.
“He didn’t happen to have a glowing part of his face did he?” Hiro then asked.
“Yeah whatever.” Shego brushed off which all but confirmed his theory about where Shego got the energy enhancers.
“You done yet?” Drakken demanded. “Nearly, by the way where’s Baymax?” Hiro then demanded back.
“Oh don’t worry about that walking balloon bot he’s safe promise.” Drakken said but secretly had his fingers crossed behind his back so Hiro couldn’t see it.
Back at SFIT
In Hiro’s lab the team was looking for Tadashi’s data files for Baymax’s healthcare matrix hoping to find a way to track Baymax himself.
Soon Gogo found a file on the computer marked Baymax, she opened it and found the data they needed.
“Here it is.” Gogo said and Kim connects the Kimmunicator to the computer and downloads the data to Wade.
On the other end Wade received the data and began using it. “Okay guys I’ve got the data.” Wade said as he set to work converting the data into something he could track when finally.
“Kim I’ve converted the data to an update for your Kimmunicator tracking system.” Wade explained “I’m beginning a scan of the city for similar data.”
Soon after short time they had something. “Got it they are at a warehouse on the west side of the city.” Wade relayed showing a map on the Kimmunicator.
“We know where that is, it’s where we first fought the Mad Jacks.” Fred explained.
“But how do we get there?” Ron asked. “We’ll take my car.” Wasabi suggested showing his car keys only for Gogo to snatch them away.
“I’m driving.” Gogo said. “Oh no no no I am  not letting you drive especially after last time!” Wasabi protested as he chased after her.
“Last time?” Ron asked rather worried. “Its a long story.” Honey Lemon explained. “Well how bad could it be?” Ron asked to which Rufus nodded.
In the car Ron was screaming his head off in Wasabi’s small grey car as he clung to Wasabi who was in the back with him, Rufus Honey Lemon and Fred (in his monster suit) whilst Kim (in her mission suit) was in the passenger seat Gogo was driving in her armour. The car sped through the streets like a racer possessed and the engine roared like a racing car down a track. Later at the warehouse The car pulled up to the warehouse then did a power slide as it stopped.
Wasabi and Ron pushed each other to get out of the car first panting like crazy whilst Ron just threw up. Rufus was dizzy and couldn’t stand up straight.
When Ron came around he looked to Wasabi.
“Seriously where the heck did she learn to drive!” Ron exclaimed.
“I’ve literally asked myself that very same question since the last time she drove my car!” Wasabi exclaimed.
“Hey this is an emergency we didn’t have time for your safety checks.” Gogo pointed out as she got out the car with Kim and Honey Lemon.
“Well look on the bright side at least the car didn’t end up in the bay this time.” Honey Lemon smiled trying to look on the bright side.
“Okay crazy good driving aside let’s go.” Kim said getting on the mission. They arrived at the door to the warehouse and when Kim tried pulling on the door she found it was locked by a pad lock.
“Locked.” Kim groaned. “No worries KP.” Ron said “Rufus your up.” Ron said and on cue Rufus emerged and crawled up to the pad lock and using his finger he’s picks the tumblers in the lock until, click. The padlock opens and Rufus squeaks triumphant.
“Whoa?” Wasabi said impressed. “Yeah gross but handy.” Gogo said with a slight smirk. They then proceeded to enter the warehouse.
They look around and see its a little condemned and but still in use given the amount of shipping containers stored there. Everyone looked around for any sign of their missing team mates but so far nothing, nothing but darkness.
It was rather quiet however the only thing that could be heard was Fred humming a song to himself in his suit.
“Hmhmmhmhm, Freds Angels, hm,mmm, Freds Angels, m..mmm.” Fred hummed.
“Fred zip it!” Gogo whispered. “Yeah keep your head in the game.” Kim agreed.
They looked around the warehouse but they still couldn’t see any trace of their friends.
“I don’t get it where’s Baymax?” Honey Lemon said.
“Baymax!” Ron called then all of a sudden the door of the warehouse slammed shut surprising everyone in the room then a lone light shone in the room revealing a certain robot now in his red armour.
“There he is!” Fred said as Ron went over to him.
However when they looked at him he didn’t move an inch it looked like he was deactivated.
“Baymax, buddy you okay?” Ron asked however there was no response.
Looking at the scene Gogo could see something wasn’t right about this situation.
“Hold on, somethings not right here.” Gogo said in caution.
“Yeah guys my super hero senses are tingling.” Fredzilla said.
Ron looked closer at Baymax then suddenly his eyes lit up in red. Before Ron could react Baymax smacked Ron to the side with his fist and into a container.
“Ron!” Kim exclaimed Baymax then raised his left fist and fired his rocket fist at the rest of the group!
“Get down!” Gogo said tackling Kim to the ground to avoid the rocket fist which then returned to Baymax who began to approach the group with his rocket boots and tries to crush them. The team quickly move aside to avoid the impact from his fist Honey Lemon was slow to recover and saw Baymax aiming his rocket fist at her however.
Acting quickly Gogo jumped on Baymax’s arm and directed the fist to the roof.
“Baymax stop its us your..” Gogo tried but Baymax just swatted her away and across the floor and his right fist returned to him as he turned his attention to her. From his point of view a targeting grid was locked on Gogo with a list of targets including the rest of the team, Kim and Ron.
Baymax readied his fist to fire at Gogo.
“Fred we gotta do something!” Wasabi exclaimed and the two quickly jumped onto the robots back trying to pull him away from Gogo which does work and Baymax tries to pull them off his back. Kim hurries over to Gogo to help her up.
“Gogo what’s wrong with Baymax why is he attacking us?!” Kim asked.
“This has happened before when Hiro removed his healthcare chip to attack Callaghan.” Gogo explained.
“Wait what?” Kim exclaimed in shock. “Look he was angry about Tadashi but right now we need to snap Baymax out of this!” Gogo then said in a serious tone.
Kim nodded and turned to her Kimmunicator.
“Wade Baymax is attacking us we think somethings causing him to do this!” Kim said. “I need you to scan him.”
“On it Kim!” Wade said and Kim held up her Kimmunicator and a beam of light emerged from the top above the screen and it scanned Baymax whilst Wasabi and Fredzilla tried to hold him back.
The scanning light retracted back into the Kimmunicator giving Wade the data. In analysing the scan from his computer he could see there was something in Baymax’s data port.
“Kim there’s a chip inside Baymax causing him to lash out and it’s programming him to attack you, and the team.” Wade explained.
“Can you hack it and reboot Baymax somehow?” Gogo asked.
“No go, it’s preventing me from hacking in your going to have to remove it manually.” Wade explained.
“Oh that’ll be easy.” Kim said sarcastically. Baymax grabbed Fred by his suit tail and threw him away into a wall and then slammed Wasabi into a nearby wall with his right fist forcing him to let go.
“Guys there’s a chip inside Baymax we’ve gotta try and remove it!” Kim exclaimed and so Honey Lemon helped Ron up and Fred gets back up as does Wasabi.
“Everyone surround him we need to restrain him on all sides.!” Gogo relayed as she began skating on her mag lev skates getting Baymax’s attention whilst Wasabi jumps on his back and tries to reach his access port in his chest but Baymax just grabs Wasabi by the head and tosses him into Gogo. Honey Lemon throws some chem balls from her purse aiming at her legs.
The impact created ice goop around Baymax’s legs restricting his movement so he couldn’t move.
“Fred now!” Honey Lemon exclaimed and Fred moves quickly performing a super jump and landing on Baymax back and reaches for his access port however Baymax grabs Fred by his suit collar and tosses him away into a container knocking off the top half of his suit.
Baymax fires up his jet boots and breaks free from the goop then fires his left rocket fist which crashes into the ground near Honey Lemon and the force of impact sends her flying.
“I’m coming!” Ron exclaimed and quickly caught Honey Lemon in his arms but the force sent him crashing into some crates rendering them unconscious.
Before Baymax can finish them off wrapping round his rocket fist was a cable which was trying to pull Baymax back. He turned to see Kim with her grappling hair dryer trying to use the cable to pull Baymax back.
“Thats enough Baymax!” Kim exclaimed but Baymax’s eyes glowed even brighter and then pulled the cable towards him yanking Kim forwards and Baymax readied his right-hand  rocket fist but acting quickly the red head teen quickly planted her hands on his arm and flipped over him. She landed on the ground only for Baymax to fire his right hand rocket fist towards Kim who quickly backflips out of the way to avoid it she then runs and leaps onto Baymax’s shoulders using on of her cheer routines.
She tries to reach for his access port however Baymax grabs her by the arm and tosses her into the front wall leaving a crack in the wall. She falls to the ground groaning in pain.
“Kim!” Wasabi called as he Fred and Gogo hurry to help Kim by trying to hold Baymax back as he tries to approach her.
In the stack of destroyed crates Rufus emerges from the unconscious Rons pocket and saw what was happening he could see the rest of BH6 trying to stop Baymax only for him to whack and toss them away from him. He was horrified when he saw what the red robot was going to do so he quickly scurried over to him and climbed up his leg and Baymax hadn’t yet noticed.
As Kim was coming around groaning she saw Baymax raised his arms and was getting ready to crush her. Kim looked in horror and she couldn’t move away, for the first time in her life and career she felt very afraid. However before Baymax could deliver the finishing blow, Rufus reached for the access port opened it and quickly pulled on a blue coloured chip on the right from his superhero chip, until finally he pulled it out and fell on the ground.
With the chip removed Baymax’s eyes turned from raging red to their normal Black circles and he began to lower his fists and from his POV his normal settings were restored and could see Kim looking at him a little scared and relieved whilst everyone else was recovering from the beating they received by his hand. Wasabi helped Fred to his feet whilst Honey lemon was supporting Ron while Gogo slowly got back up on her feet.
Baymax blinked if he had a face he would’ve been horrified.
“My healthcare protocol has been violated.” He finally said as he waddled over to Kim and helped her back up on her feet as she pulled away.
“I regret any distress I might have caused.” Baymax apologised.
Rufus breathed a sigh of relief the panic was over as Honey Lemon picked him up with her hand.
“Nice work Rufus.” She said stroking him. “You okay KP?” Fred asked.
“Yeah I’m fine a little bruised but okay.” Kim said. Rufus then handed Honey lemon the chip he pulled out of Baymax.
“Kim.” Honey Lemon said handing her the chip and upon close examination she noticed a small symbol of Drakken’s face which she recognised from a certain shampoo he once used.
“Drakken!” She said crushing the chip in her hand in anger.
“He must’ve placed this into Baymax left him here so we could find him and let him destroy us.” She deduced.
This left everyone in surprised how could someone go this low to have a robot built to help people try and destroy them so they wouldn’t get in the way.
“Okay, that’s just crossing more than a few lines.” Wasabi said.
“Seriously, what’s this guys deal?” Gogo said a little angered.
“Uh newsflash Gogo, hes a bad man!” Ron said simply.
“Alright enough games, now it’s getting personal.” Kim said before turning to Baymax.
“Baymax, find Hiro” She said and Baymax started scanning however there was a problem.
“My enhanced sensor has been disabled.” Baymax relayed.
“How much you willing to bet Drakken disabled it knowing that’s how we would track him.” Fred deduced.
“And the only person who could get it up and running again is being held captive by him.” Honey Lemon said.
“Come on Wade can get it up and running right?” Ron wondered. “Wades good but not at this kind of robotics.” Kim said and then had an idea but it meant taking a risk.
“But don’t worry, I know someone who can help.” Kim then decided. “but it’ll mean doing something you guys might not like.”
This had gotten the team rather worried what wouldn’t they like and who exactly is it that could help them with Baymax’s sensor who just blinked in response.
Later  that late afternoon back at Hiro’s Garage behind the Lucky Cat, Kim was waiting for someone to show up. Soon she heard footsteps approaching and she saw it was her parents James and Ann with Jim and Tim in tow.
“You made it.” Kim said in relief. “Kimmie cub we got your message but why the sudden urgency?” James asked.
“Well, some friends of mine need help and well, just promise you won’t judge or freak out.” Kim said which brought about confusion amongst James and his wife why would they judge or freak out while Jim and Tim had a good idea of where this was going.
So they followed Kim into the garage and were rather surprised by what or rather who they saw. It was five of Big Hero 6 standing in Hiro’s Garage as Honey Lemon waved awkwardly Wasabi was a little worried whilst Gogo kept a mutual expression as for Fred inside his suit he too was a little worried.
“Hello.” Baymax greeted with a wave.
“Wait aren’t they?” Ann asked. “Yeah Mom, dad meet Big Hero 6 or at least five of them.” Kim introduced.
“Kimmie your going to have to explain this to us?” James then said.
“Well, the thing is Drakken and Shego are in the city and these guys have been tracking them too so after our second encounter we decided to work together, so I trained them to fight better but now their leader has been captured and now we need help.” Kim then breathed after spitting out that large story.
“Hm fair enough.” James said but whilst Kim was explaining everything Ann was looking rather closely at the red armoured robot and noticed something familiar about his eyes.
“W, wait a second…” Ann took a closer look and then she remembered where she’d seen those eyes before.
“Is that Baymax?!” Ann said rather surprised. “Baymax?” James said as he took a look.
“Wait why is he wearing carbon fibre armour?” James then asked. “I also know karate.” Baymax said by moving his hands in a karate fashion.
The two looked to their daughter for an explanation. “Well that brings us to the next explanation.” Kim then said and turned to the rest of the team.
“Guys go ahead.” Kim then said and so the team took a deep breath and one by one unmasked themselves, first was Wasabi, followed by Gogo, then Honey Lemon, Fred and finally Baymax.
The Possibles looked to the faces of the five heroes and instantly recognised them.
“Hey aren’t you those classmates Hiro always hangs out with?” James observed which then connected more dots in this puzzle.
“Wait is Hiro part of this too?” Ann asked. “Well technically he started this, or rather his brother did.” Ron explained.
This had gotten the Possibles even more confused until Baymax weighed in.
“After Tadashi perished in the fire caused by Professor Callaghan AKA Yokai  Hiro wanted to catch him to improve his emotional state which lead to Wasabi, Honey Lemon, Gogo and Fred helping him, after this we decided to form Big Hero 6 as a way of honouring Tadashi’s legacy.” Baymax explained.
“Tadashi’s work has become Hiro’s work.” He then added.
“And right now Drakken has him and forcing him to finish his latest creation but we can’t find him as Drakken disabled the super sensor Hiro added to Baymax and we need help to get it up and running again.” Gogo explained.
“So Dad we need you and the Tweebs to help Wade fix the sensor so we can track them down.” Kim then explained.
“Please will you help us?” Honey Lemon said.
There was a minute of silence for a moment but then.
“Okay lets get to work.” James then said which more than surprised BH6 to say the least.
“Wait just like that?” Wasabi said in surprise. “Yeah no lecture on how we shouldn’t be doing this?” Honey Lemon said.
“Well I’m not one to judge but if my daughter supports this then so do we.” James explained.
“Don’t worry your secrets safe with us.” Ann said then her phone sounds off and its Aunt Cass. “I’ll deal with Cass you all get to work.” Ann said as she took the call outside and so the crew set to work.
Using the data on Hiro’s computer and from coordination from Wade James used the computer data and tools in the garage to fix the sensor and Jim passed him the tools needed, whilst Tim was looking at another set of armour for the team that was silver which he thought lacked colour.
Soon the sensor was finished and so James placed it back onto Baymax’s head.
“Okay Baymax is it working?” James asked and Baymax turned his head to test the sensor, he looks back to James.
“My sensor is operational.” Baymax said “Kimmy it's working.” James called and she came over.
“Great Baymax find Hiro.” she then said and so Baymax stood up and used his sensor to scan for Hiro and then from his eyes created a holo map of his location.
“I have located Hiro.” Baymax said and the holo map showed a marker of Hiro’s face on an island a distance away from San Fransokyo. This was an island that the team recognised all too well.
“You have got to be kidding me.” Gogo said deadpanned. “Not there again.” Wasabi said. “Why what’s bad about there?” Tim asked.
“Its basically an abandoned Krei Tech facility where they were developing portal technology, it was called Project Silent Sparrow.” Honey Lemon explained.
“Silent Sparrow, I heard that mentioned somewhere from some old contacts of mine but never thought they’d do it.” James remembered.
“Well they did and long story short it nearly blew up the city when Yokai used it to attack Krei tech.” Fred said.
“Alright we know where Hiro is let’s roll!” Kim declares.
Mean while at Drakken’s Lair:
Meanwhile Hiro had finished applying the finishing touches to the Destructo Yama and closed a panel indicating he was finished.
“Well is it done?” Drakken asked. Hiro climbed down the ladder and faced Drakken and Shego with several henchmen standing behind them clad in red and black suits wearing black visors.
“Yeah it’s done, now let me and Baymax go.” Hiro then demanded.
“Ah yes about that, I’m afraid I can’t let loose ends go.” Drakken said as he singled his henchmen to grab Hiro which they did.
“WHAT!” Hiro said as he struggled to break free.
“If I did let you go you’d just warn Kim Possible and I’m not letting her foil my plans this time.” Drakken said.
“Your going to regret this when my friends come for me…” “HA, they’d have to find us to do that and without balloon bot they won’t be able to find us.” Drakken interrupted Hiro. Hiro just looked round his surroundings and instantly recognised the frame work.
“Its the Krei Tech Silent Sparrow test site isn’t it?” He said with a bored raised eyebrow.
“WHA, HOW DID YOU?!” Drakken exclaimed. “Dude I’ve been here before.” Hiro said with a smirk.
“Yeah well we won’t have to worry about Kimmie showing her face here your so called friend has probably seen to that by now.” Shego then pointed out.
“What are you talking about?” Hiro asked rather serious.
“Oh let’s just say the doctor gave him a little personality adjustment.” Drakken smiled evilly giving Hiro the impression that he did something to his friends.
“No you said no harm would come to him!” Hiro exclaimed.
“Newsflash kid, I’m a bad man.” Drakken then smirked and motioned for his Henchmen to take Hiro away who was kicking and screaming.
Meanwhile Drakken looked at his creation with pride but then began to wonder should the new found potential of this robot be wasted by a city crime boss or could it do something more.
In the hallway of the facility two of the henchmen escorted Hiro towards a cell. Hiro knew he couldn’t allow himself to be detained so he devised a plan.
“GAH!” Hiro cried as he dropped down to the ground in pain. “Get up kid now!” Demanded one of the Henchmen.
Hiro slowly got up whilst smirking but then he quickly performed a leg swipe and tripped up  the henchman on his left. Suddenly the Henchman on his right tries to grab him but Hiro slips out of the way quickly and as the Henchman turned and ran towards him Hiro quickly leaped into the air over the henchman then tripped him up with a leg swipe knocking him to the ground and into an unconscious state.
“Did I mention I know self defence and was trained by a cheerleader recently.” Hiro smirked as he straightened his hoodie.
However his smugness was short lived as coming from the left in the hallway was a gang of henchmen who saw their comrades knocked out on the ground and saw the teenager who did it.
“In Baymax’s words, Oh no.” Hiro grimaced.
The henchmen began to approach Hiro with every intention to beat him up and carry him to a cell. All of a sudden the right wall exploded and a it catapulted everyone to the floor. Suddenly Hiro saw several coloured balls emerge from the smoke which then encased the henchmen in a blue and pink solid substance.
Then emerging from the smoke was Gogo, Kim, Honey Lemon, Baymax, Fredzilla, Ron and Rufus standing in a superhero like pose. The moment was dashed when Wasabi started coughing as did Honey Lemon given the dust around them.
“A little much wouldn’t you say?” Wasabi said.
“Guys!” Hiro exclaimed in joy and he was even more happy to see a certain robot with them. “BAYMAX!” He said in joy as he jumped up and hugged him.
“Hiro.” Baymax replied as he hugged him back. “Hiro, are you okay?” Honey Lemon said enveloping him in a hug.
“You guys came.” Hiro said as he looked to Kim and Ron.
“Hey we super heroes gotta stick together.” Ron said giving Hiro a fist bump to which he accepted.
“Hiro where’s Drakken?” Kim then asked. “He’s down there Yamas on his way to get the Destructo Yama which he forced me to finish we gotta stop him!” Hiro said.
“Well then, you’ll be needing this.” Kim said pulling off her  back pack and revealing its contents to be Hiro’s gear seeing this put a confident smile on his face.
Back in the main Lab, Yama had just arrived on site to inspect his robot looking it over to make sure it was the specs he wanted.
“Hmm and your sure Hamada corrected all the issues.” Yama asked suspiciously.
“Absolutely he took very little convincing threatened what he loved most and he ignored his better instincts.” Drakken then gloated.
“Hm classic move.” Yama said “Well you’ve delivered now as we agreed I’m gonna use this thing to level the competition in this city and all the crime bosses will answer to me!” Yama then gloated with pride knowing he now had the edge he needed to work his way to the top and also satisfy another associate of his.
“Uh yes Yama, well there’s a slight change in plans.” Drakken then pointed out which caught Yamas attention.
“What?” Yama said. “You see, I’m keeping the Destructo Yama.” Drakken then said smirking.
“WHAT! YOU DARE DOUBLE CROSS ME WE HAD A DEAL!” Yama shouted in anger.
“Yeah well deals changed you think I’m going to let you use something that can easily conquer the world just to satisfy your needs to be the biggest crime boss in the city well think again I built it I use it to take over the world!” Drakken gloated.
“NOONE SWINDLES YAMA!” Yama said as he marched over cracking his knuckles intending to hurt Drakken however he was suddenly stopped by Destructo Yama as it picked him up by his shirt collar.
“Put me down you tin can!” Yama exclaimed but the robot didn’t comply.
“Oh ho please did you forget it only takes orders from the one wearing this.” Drakken said pointing to the bracelet on his right wrist.
“Destructo Yama please evict Mr.Yama from my lair at once!” Drakken ordered and the robot just launched Yama into the air sending him crashing through the roof out of the building and landed in the bay.
“Ha now who’s not a big time supervillain!” Drakken gloated.
“Now with this I shall conquer the world, and better yet that little squirt made it all possible. That’s the thing with genius it’s easy to manipulate and coheres.” Drakken gloated but was then met by two familiar faces and he already squeaked in fear as they clanged their fists.
It was Hiro armoured alongside Kim with the rest of Big Hero 6 in tow.
“Your right about one thing Drakken, being a young genius can be tough.” Hiro said “But you know what’s easy?” Kim then asked.
“This!” They said in unison and both punched Drakken right in the face sending him flying back to the ground.
“WHAT HOW DID YOU ESCAPE MY PLAN TO ELIMINATE YOU!” Drakken exclaimed.
“Easy team work.” Wasabi said with pride.
“Hm impressive.” Drakken said “but so is this!” Drakken pressed the green button on his belt and that activated a force barrier in front of the heroes cutting them off from the other room. When Wasabi and Gogo tried to cut through using their plasma blades and mag lev disks it had no effect.
“Oh please you think I wouldn’t take precautions!” Drakken said “I found this among some of the old Krei junk in here and you can’t break through it why? Because the off switch is….ALL THE WAY UP THERE!” Drakken pointed out a small red switch on the wall opposite.
“Okay why would you tell us where the off switch is seems kinda dumb?” asked a deadpanned Gogo.
“I know right!” Shego agreed “Finally someone gets it!”
“Zip it Shego!” Drakken said.
“Now you can witness my plan come to foliation!” Drakken exclaimed “Now with the Destructo…” “Hold on your blabbing out your evil plan?” Wasabi questioned.
“Uh yeah its standard super villain procedure.” Fredzilla pointed out. “Yeah they actually fill in some blanks.” Ron added.
“Ahem would the trapees please listen to the uh, trapper please!” Drakken interrupts.
“Now with the Destructo Yama I shall finally conquer the world and I have you and Kim Possible to thank Mr. Hamada!” Drakken then explained.
“What?” Kim asked “Well let’s just say that training of yours has proved quite useful to me.” Drakken waved around the ‘KP’ Chip Hiro made for Baymax.
“No!” Hiro breathed in horror.. “Yes a robot programmed with data from Kim Possible that’s better than I could have hoped for I guess your not as brilliant as you think.” Drakken gloated right in Hiro’s face.
“He’s brilliant enough to use his gift to help people.” Kim then defended Hiro. “Just as his brother was smart enough to build Baymax to fulfil that dream, which he still works to carry out today. Thats what you don’t get ‘Drew’ it’s not the brilliance it’s how you use it!” Kim then said which did put a smile on Hiro face.
“Yeah and we may just be smart enough to have an ace up our sleeves!” Fredzilla pointed out.
“What ace lizard boy?” Drakken asked. Just then without warning something busted through the wall on Drakken’s side of the shield and the smoke cleared to reveal a small round robot wearing armour similar to Baymax’s except it was blue and Persian blue and the visor revealed similar eyes to Baymax only his were blue.
“Have no fear Mini Max is here!” Mini Max declared in a super hero way.
However all Drakken and Shego could do was laugh out loud with Drakken clutching his stomach.
“What that, that’s your ace a pint size robot!” Shego laughed.
However just then Mini Max flew forward and punched Shego in the face and then kicked Drakken in the face and took back the KP chip then flies up to the off switch and presses it deactivating the shield.
“MINI MAXIMUM HEROICS!” Minimax proclaimed as he landed on Freds arm.
“Booyah Mini Max!” Ron said and Hiro took back the KP chip and inserted it back into Baymax.
“Okay guys lets take them down together!” Hiro declared and so the team leaped into action.
“DESTRUCTO YAMA ATTACK!” Drakken exclaimed and the Destructo Yama responded by charging forwards with blades swinging. The team scatters in different directions and attack from all sides. Gogo attacks first with her mag lev discs to skate along and throws her arm discs to slice at the robot but it deflects the disks then forms blasts from its hands and tries to blast Gogo with them but she is quick to avoid them. Wasabi then tries and leaps in using his plasma blades to try and cut into the robot however it activates a laser blaster on its back and fires at him Wasabi uses his blades as a shield to hold back the blast but it didn’t stop him from falling off the robots back. Thankfully he landed in a soft pink ball compliments of Honey Lemon.
“Man this robots tough!” Wasabi said.
Fredzilla then jumps in and unleashes his fire blast from his mouth however it didn’t seem to affect the robots outer shell.
“WHA?” Fredzilla said in surprise. The robot then blasts Fredzilla into a wall with his right arm cannon just then Baymax flies in and fires his rocket fist at the robot however the Destructo Yama just back flips out of the way using its advanced servos and then leaps in the air and punches Baymax to the ground knocking Hiro off his back.
“Whoooaa!” Hiro yells thankfully before he hits the ground Kim swings in with her rocket skates and grabs Hiro bridal style before he hits the ground.
“Nice catch!” Hiro said “Your welcome.” Kim said as they skated to the side.
“This robot isn’t gonna be easy to take down!” Kim said. “Yeah so how do we beat a robot that fights like you?!” Ron asked hastily.
“We’ve got to get that controller on Drakkens wrist it should stop the robot!” Kim said.
“You handle that Kim we’ve got the Destructo Yama!” Hiro suggested and Kim nodded as she and Ron headed after Drakken.
(Music starts: Born Ready Dove Cameron.)
Big Hero 6 regrouped around Hiro and faced their opponent Destructo Yama.
“So what’s the plan?” Gogo asked. “Yeah how do we fight something that learns and fights like Kim?” Wasabi then added.
“Yeah but remember we’ve trained with Kim, she’s taught us how she fights so we have an advantage so we attack quick and at the same time so it can’t scan all of us!” Hiro strategised.
“So hit and run combo attacks got it!” Fredzilla said.
“I’m game.” Honey Lemon said.
The team then charges forwards with Hiro on Baymax’s back the Destructo Yama fires missiles from its shoulder blasters and the group quickly avoid them and as Wasabi runs Gogo skates along side.
“Lets sling shot this thing!” Gogo said. “Right.” Wasabi agreed and grabbed Gogo’s hand and zoomed in a circle really fast before throwing wasabi forwards who formed his plasma blades and slashed at the robots shoulders slicing off the missile launchers. The robot turns and tries to slash at him however just then.
“SUPER JUMP!” Fredzilla exclaimed as he leaped into the air and then rolled into a ball whilst breathing fire hitting the robot in the arm slightly denting the armour on its right arm.
Meanwhile Drakken watches the battle from afar. “Oh this is getting good!” He said excitedly
“Hold it Drakken!” said a voice and Drakken turned to see Kim and Ron heading towards him.
“SHEGO!” Drakken called and on cue Shego lands in front of the two heroes.
“Going somewhere princess.” Shego teased. Kim just ran towards her and attacked throwing some punches but Shego avoids them and uses her enhanced abilities to attack forming her plasma energy to form a blade to slice at Kim which she quickly ducks to avoid the slices. Ron quickly slips past and goes after Drakken.
“Hand over the remote control thing Drakken!” Ron demanded. “Why don’t you try and take it side kick!” Drakken challenged.
Ron just leaped at Drakken to try and take the control bracelet. However Drakken just moves out of the way to avoid Ron who quickly turns around to tackle him to the ground.
The Destructo Yama fires lasers at Gogo who quickly avoids them on her skates whilst Honey Lemon uses her Chem balls to make a bouncy stair case of pink goop to jump over the robot and fires from her purse a number of blue chemballs which on impact with the robots arms ice up the blasters.
Honey Lemon lands on the ground next to Gogo.
“Sling shot punch?” Honey Lemon asked. “You know it!” Gogo smirked and so Honey used produced two orange chemballs from her purse and claps them together then launches them at the walls on the right and left. Gogo skates far away then launches forward but then the Destructo Yama blasts off the ice from its blasters and tries to shoot Gogo however Baymax’s rocket fist flies in and punches it back which returns to Baymax and the Destructo Yama focuses on him.
This buys Gogo the time she needs and so runs straight into Honey’s slingshot keeps pushing back until finally she turns round and launches from the sling shot propelling her forwards and readied her arm discs then as she pulled a fist back she slices off the robots right arm with one shot and lands skidding on the other side.
“Spankin!” Gogo smirked. “He’s all yours Baymax!”
“Thank you Gogo.” Baymax said flying at full speed then lands a punch in the Destructo Yama’s chest to then get punched away by the robot. However what the robot didn’t see was Hiro who quickly jumped onto the robots back.
“This looks important!” Hiro smirked and using the magnet in his glove pulls off a panel and then yanks out some wiring generating sparks from the bots back and suddenly it’s eyes go black.
Hiro acts quickly and leaps off its back and Honey Lemon quickly launches a pink chem ball from her purse which hits the ground creating a soft cushion for Hiro to land on.
Things were heating up in the fight between Kim and Shego. The green villain put her fists together and fired a massive blast of energy at Kim who quickly back flips away to avoid it but the next blast sent a shock wave that knocked Kim back and landed on her back. Shego leaps up and tries to crush her with her foot.
Kim quickly flips back up and throws a round house kick to push her back only for Shego to ready a plasma blade with deadly intent.
“KIM!” Called a voice and Kim turned to see Gogo toss her one of her gauntlets with a mag lev disk attached and as Shego leaped forwards you strike her. The blade was blocked by the mag lev disk as Kim had just managed to slip the gauntlet onto her left wrist.
She pushes Shego away then proceeds to throw the disk at Shego but misses.
“Bad shot princess.” Shego smirked. “So not!” Kim said and then the disk came back around and hit Shego in the back of the head knocking her down to the ground and the disk returned to Kim.
“Wow, I’ve so gotta get one of these.” She said impressed.
Ron was still trying to get the control bracelet off Drakken’s wrist but he just kicks him off him and Ron lands on his back.
“Ha good try side kick but good only counts in....” Drakken looks to his wrist and sees its gone. “What!” He exclaims.
A whistle then gets his attention and he turns to see Rufus in his armour holding the bracelet smirking.
“Why you little!” Drakken tries to grab Rufus however wings emerge from his back and he flies in the air to avoid Drakken grabbing him.
“Give it back!” Drakken said trying to swat Rufus down.
“Catch!” Rufus squeaked as he tossed the bracelet to someone Drakken tried to grab it only for a certain small blue robot to fly in and grab it.
“Mini Maximum touch down!” Mini max said as he then threw the bracelet to the ground destroying it.
“Oh yeah wait a go Rufus and Mini Max!” Ron cheered.
“Excellent work naked companion.” Mini Max said hovering next to the armoured mole rat.
“Boyah!” Rufus said then offering Mini Max a fist bump which he accepted.
“Ba-la-la-la-la-la!” The two said.
However their joy was short lived as the Destructo Yama was still fighting Big Hero 6 even with the control bracelet destroyed.
“Uh that shouldn’t be happening!” Ron said as Kim looked and could see what was happening she hurried into the battle ground near where Hiro had just avoided a blast from the robots remaining arm.
“The remotes gone but the robots still kicking!” Kim exclaimed to the young genius. “It must be on systemised commands meaning it’s carrying out the last order it received.” Hiro theorised.
“Meaning we’ve gotta stop it now.” Kim suggested. “My thoughts exactly.” Hiro said and looked to Baymax.
“Baymax, Overdrive Mode!” Hiro ordered and so Baymax begins transforming. The Destructo Yama sees Baymax and runs towards him only for a mag lev disc to hit him in the head and turns to see it was Kim who threw it.
It directs its attack and speeds over to Kim throwing a saw blade with its remaining arm and tries to slice Kim which she’s able to avoid.
She’s about to back flip again only for the robot to perform a roundhouse kick which kicks her to the ground. She forgot this robot was programmed with her skills and could learn from its opponents if locked down to one.
The Destructo Yama hovered over her ready to attack but then. SLICE!
The Destructo Yama stood silently for a few seconds before it fell apart in two halves and went crashing to the ground. It then revealed Overdrive Baymax standing behind it retracting his energy sword revealing he was the one who sliced it in half.
(Music ends)
“Nice Baymax!” Kim thanked as Baymax returned to his normal form.
“I did a thing!” Baymax said rather drunk as she was low on power and lost his balance and fell over.
Hiro and Ron ran over and helped Kim back on her feet she then looked to the young genius about what just happened.
“Yeah overdrive mode puts a massive drain on the battery.” Hiro explained.
Soon the rest of the team could hear slow clapping and turned to see Drakken standing there clapping and giving an evil smirk.
“Oh yes yes very impressive.” Drakken said sarcastically.
“You seem in a good mood for a guy who’s plan is down the drain.” Hiro smirked.
However the smirk on Drakken’s face persisted something that Gogo noticed.
“Let me guess you have a trick up your sleeve don’t you?” Gogo said not surprised.
“Ohh you catch on quick.” Drakken said as he clicked his fingers the wall near the team opened to reveal a room full of Destructo Yama robots all identical to the one that was destroyed there was an army of them much to the teams horror.
“Oh no.” Ron, Rufus and a drunk Baymax said in unison.
Then from behind Drakken the floor opened and then rising from the hole was a much larger Destructo Yama, the only difference was a small compartment in its head was made for someone to pilot it.
“Please as if I would build more than one.” Drakken then said as the robot picked him up and placed him in the cockpit.
“Now watch as I take over the world starting with this very city! Come Shego!” Drakken announced evilly.
Shego who had just regained consciousness jumped up to the robots cockpit to join Drakken at the controls. Then the feet of the Destructo Yamas roar into life with jets of fire and began to ascend and the other robots soon followed.
Outside the roof of the abandoned facility on Akuma Island explodes and the Destructo Yama army erupts from the top like a swarm from its hive. In the cockpit of his Destructo Yama Drakken smirks evilly knowing this was the time to conquer.
Back on the island the ground is covered in wreckage and rubble everything completely buried. Just then Rufus and Mini Max emerge from the rubble. They look around and can’t see their friends anywhere and Rufus squeaked in worry for Ron and Kim.
“We must find our fellow Heroes” Mini Max suggested and they began looking around Mini Max looked from the air whilst Rufus scurried along the rubble suddenly he saw something move he scurried over and then saw a large pink dome emerge from the rubble Rufus looked in confusion as Mini Max landed next to him. Then when he touches it the pink goop starts cracking to then shatter only to reveal the eight heroes alive and safe.
“Everyone okay?” Kim asked as she stood up. “I’m good.” Gogo said “A.Okay!” Fred said as he lifted off the top his suit to reveal his head.
“Oh I’m fine… on a scale of one to whoo you look filthy.” Baymax said rather drunkly as he looked to the rest of the team.
“Whew nice thinking Honey Lemon.” Hiro breathed. “Yeah I’m still surprised that worked.” She replied just the Ron was greeted by his naked molerat companion who wasted no time hugging his face.
“Rufus you okay buddy?” Ron asked. “Uh huh.” Rufus said with a smile.
“Uh guys.” Hiro said getting their attention as they all looked up to see the army of robots flying towards San Fransokyo Bay.
“We maybe okay but now the city isn’t.” Hiro said with a deeply worried voice.
TO BE CONTINUED.
End of Chapter 6
Dun dun dun! Looks like an army of evil killer robots are bent on attacking San Fransokyo will Team Possible Hero 6 be able to stop them?! Find out next time on PH6. Now if you've noticed I’ve made a reference to BH6 (the movie) when Hiro removes the health care chip and turns Baymax into a killer robot and also some references to the live action KP movie like Drakken telling them where the off switch is, because when I heard him say that it just screamed classic Drakken. I must admit this chapter was rather hard to write given my mind was all over the place what with uni projects and all, but it all worked out in the end I’ll try and update soon there's just a few more chapters to go plus and epilogue.
Until then TO THE POWER OF 6!

Mistletoe Mayhem: A Christmas Gift for
@princess-kidatheart17
“Hiiiroooooooooo!”
 Oh boy.
 Something was up.
Hiro Hamada, SFIT’s resident robotics prodigy/superhero/lovable scamp/”genius boy” turned his chair around to welcome on the unwanted and unexpected visitor, but he didn’t even need to open his eyes to know who it was.
Good. More time to massage his temples.
“Oh… Are you… Ok?”, Karmi Khan, SFIT’s resident Bio-Tech prodigy/Big Hero 6 fangirl/lovable tsundere/“Best girl” (oh wait, that’s my nickname for her) found herself exhibiting an unusual emotion, at least, unusual in her relationship with the brunette boy trying not to sigh heavily.
Hiro sighed heavily, contradicting me. “Karmi, I thought we were beyond petty fights! And I didn’t mean to leave my lunch behind in your lab!”
Despite its slight surprise, Hiro expected a Karmi visit today. Good news or bad, his new friend (who he may or may not have slight feelings for) had been making daily check ups.
What he didn’t expect (though he chided himself for that) was Karmi leaping up to him and hushing him with her finger, fear and alarm in her eyes.
Moving the finger wordlessly, an annoyed Hiro with a raised eyebrow asked a sort of pointless question. “Karmi, are we seriously still doing this?”
Karmi blushed red faster than light traveling in space and, with an incredibly impressive backflip, closed the door to Hiro’s lab and jumped back to him, her eyes darting around madly.
Hiro stayed still in his seat, before lifting a perfect 10 sign.
“Of course we still are seriously doing this! I’ll even do it absurdly, if the need arises!”, Karmi told him off, before wordlessly nodding at the other seat.
Hiro nodded in approval and Karmi sat down, taking his bag of gummi bears.
“Hey, I never nodded at that!”, Hiro remarked, with half a smile.
“General vicinity, Genius Boy.”, Karmi bit back humorously, and she began to stuff a few in.
Hiro shook his head in adoration and they resumed their conversation.
“So, let me get this straight: Even though we’ve made up, even though everyone basically knows we’re friends now, and even though we’re smart enough NOW to know that there is something between us, you want to keep it secret?”
“First of all, we are not dating, if that’s what you’re implying!”, Karmi, with a slightly full mouth, was wuick to correct.
Pointing at him, she continued. “I may feel slightly sort of very intense feelings for you, but we are NOT dating.”
Hiro slow clapped, a cocky smile gracing his lips. “And the Nobel prize for best explanation goes to…”
“Ha, ha! I see you still major in comedy.”, Karmi retorted, but deep down she thought it was funny.
She didn’t hide it as often these days, she was a lot more open in her adoration, but she had to hide it.
 At least… Here.
Hiro, standing up and resuming his previous operation of fixing his armor, asked the necessary question. “So, I assume you’re not only here to remind me of what I already know.”
Standing up as well and already peering over his shoulder (to his half annoyance-amusement), Karmi supplied the answer with a copy of the school paper. “Somehow, I am actually here to inform you of something you really should know.”
Hiro stared at the paper in front of him before dryly remarking. “Not only do I not bother with print, but why would I care about a celebration of meat loaf in Room 3B?”
Karmi took the paper back, grunted, and turned it around.
Hiro’s eyes scanned the words and still looked phased as they reverted to Karmi’s beautiful…
“Don’t think it. Not yet.”, he thought.
Anyhow, Hiro was still confused. “A Christmas party is the problem? And here I thought the only Scrooge was Professor Granville.”
“Actually, she REALLY loves Christmas.”, Karmi corrected, and Hiro couldn’t help but chuckle, raising the smallest smile on the girl.
“Professor Granville and Christmas? Yeah, I’ll believe it when I see it.”
He then stood up and crossed his arms, observing her with curiosity. “So, do please enlighten me to the “humbug” in the situation.”
Karmi sighed, wondering how dense can one admittedly lovable boy be. “Hiro, surely even you know that a Christmas party with mistletoe and your friends is a recepie for disaster.”
Now, Karmi’s assertion was absolutely true in every way.
It was her timing that was a little off.
Hiro began choking on the gummy bear that he extracted from the left over bag while Baymax woke up.
“I was alerted to your presence when you made choking sounds. Like this!”
Baymax began impersonating the choking noises quite adaquatley, and now it was Karmi’s turn to lift a perfect 10 sign as Hiro thankfully spat out the sweet.
 “I’m… Fine, Baymax.”
Hiro did NOT want the inevitable…
“My diagnosis is different. You appear to also be afflicted with a rapid heartbeat, sweaty palms, and hormonal activity retaining to…”
 “IAMSATISFIEDWITHMYCARE!”
Baymax quickly shut down and Hiro, who had dashed to his robotic friend, was now panting on the marshmallow body.
 THAT was close.
“Hiding it… You’re right, Hiro. It really is sad.”
Hiro snapped back, pouting. “Uh, of the three people in this room, who barged in to tell me of the ever present and horrible danger of mistletoe?”
“Karmi! Karmi did!”, a voice answered from above.
“Yes! Well said!”, Hiro congratulated, before realizing someone was above them.
“What the…”, Hiro and Karmi both said at the same time as they looked up and saw…
 “FRED ATTACK!”
Fred dropped down from the ceiling, suction cups in his hands, and he bowed down exaggeratedly. “A thank you! A thank you!”
Hiro and Karmi, blushing wildly, stammered and stumbled out unfinished questions. “Why are you… What are you… How did you…”
“Oh! I was just sticking up on the wall with suction cups to hear your inevitable conversation over mistletoe. GoGo sent me!”, Fred informed with zero hint of awareness.
Hiro and Karmi both sighed. “GoGo…”
For some reason, GoGo was sort of fixated on proving that the two had feelings for each other. WHICH THEY DID NOT!
But still, it was a recurring theme.
And Fred had been roped in.
Karmi, however, sensed a hole in the plan, and she grinned smugly as she approached the rich teen, a sight Hiro had to admit he had grown accustomed to.
“Ah, but Mr. Frederickson, therin lies a problem in your plan!”
She prodded him on the chest, cocky and sure. “We both clearly don’t want to kiss under the mistletoe, if one assumes you heard the entire conversation!”
Hiro sat down, cocky too, and the two teens high fived. “She’s got you there, Fred!”
But now it was Fred’s turn to cockily smile as he left the room. “Oh, that is true… But of course, 4 against 2 is quite the advantage…”
And as he shut the door, Hiro and Karmi both blushed beet red and looked at each other with fear and alarm.
They may have only become friends four months ago, but they were very much in synch enough for this statement:
“We have GOT to stop this kiss.”
           “…Are you ready?”
Hiro’s palms felt very sticky and sweaty, and he tried to wipe them on his ugly robotics Christmas sweater.
“…Well, that depends. Do you have everything?”
Karmi’s mouth felt very dry, and she hoped that her fidgety hands would not be noticed.
 “…I do.”
Hiro wished the floor could swallow him whole.
“Well… Let’s go stop your weirdo friends from making us kiss.”
Karmi wished that she could stop time so she could run away and live on an island with a giraffe named Kenneth, but that wasn’t happening any time soon.
Hiro gripped the doorknob and Karmi gulped.
 “Yes… Let’s do that…”
Suddenly overreacting, both teens kicked the door down, revealing the main SFIT hall to be decorated with bowls of holly and somehow endearing yet still a little kitschy ornaments, from the usual bells, reindeer and Santa dolls to the less traditional Kaiju with a Santa hat.
Blinding lights, cheery Christmas carols belted out from a humongous speaker system and many ugly Christmas sweaters enjoying the not exactly (but let’s not kid ourselves) spiked egg nog.
Professor Granville would SURELY not like this!
“Mr. Frederickson, is that festive Kaiju yours by any chance?”, the as ever serious and dry tone of Professor Grace Granville was not music to Fred’s ears, as he and his friends were still hatching their plot.
Turning around with remarkable speed, Fred smiled sheepishly. “Why, it is! I seem to have…”
Honey Lemon piped in. “Misplaced it!”
Fred pointed back at her, grateful and jubilant. “YES! Misplaced it! Nice!”
He turned around, cocky grin. “As my very helpful friend just informed you, I have misplaced this awesome beat of awesomeness! Don’t worry, I will have him removed immediately, as he is…”
 “Unfit?”, Wasabi offered hopefully.
“Yep! That was the word I was looking for! Unfit for this great hall of Christmassy Christmas!”
Fred smiled innocently, as did Wasabi and Honey Lemon (GoGo couldn’t be bothered).
“Why, yes, Mr. Frederickson, he IS most unfit.”, Granville informed, before suddenly attaching a white beard to the Kaiju’s face.
As Fred and the others gaped in shock, Granville beamed and danced off in a hurry. “IT’S CHRISTMAS! FUCK YEAH!”
The foursome blinked in confusion before stating the obvious. “Huh! Who knew?”
Hiro and Karmi, meanwhile, were hiding behind one of the snack tables.
The cold floor was not very welcome, but Hiro’s butt would have to live with it as Karmi laid down the game plan.
“Ok, so we have four obstacles to encounter: Fred, Honey Lemon, Wasabi and GoGo.”
Hiro set down a small circular device, which, when opened, revealed a 2-D hologram of his friends, now turned enemies.
Removing the Fred hologram, Hiro threw him onto Karmi’s arms. “Fred is too excitable not to strike first. And knowing him, his plan will involve comic books!”
Now lying down on his stomach, Karmi repeating the act, Hiro took out Issue 2500 of Big Heroes and opened it on the final page.
 “Thanks to extensive research…”
“I.E, listening in on Fred in the shower.”, Karmi rubbed in, and Hiro rolled his eyes.
“Hey, he signs everything in the shower! Easy pickings!”
Reverting to the plan, Hiro cleared his throat. “Moving on, this issue of Big Heroes end with Mr. Moe, the superhero who uses cuteness as a weapon, accidentally getting a mistletoe kiss from his on and off rival friend Haley Tju.”
Hiro then pointed at a specific panel, one that is almost directly before the kiss. “And it happens because Fanboy Kaiju, the shipping trash monster, lures Mr. Moe under the mistletoe.”
Karmi nodded, understanding fully. “Youre more used to Fred, so you should tackle him.”
Hiro shook his head though, surprising his partner. “That’s what he WANTS! We need to surprise him, not play into his plan!”
“He’d be expecting us to… No, you know what? I’m not going to even finish that one, he’s not smart enough.”
Hiro and Karmi shared a small laugh and Karmi inserted the hologram into her folds as Hiro then picked up Honey Lemon.
“You seem to be closer to her…”
“Bio-Besties. Not the term I’d choose, but she likes it.”, Karmi admitted, with a small smile. She sort of liked how much Honey Lemon cared.
Hiro pocketed this one. “Well, then, this one goes to me.”
Next was Wasabi. “Now, Wasabi is probably going to be the easiest to handle.”
“So I should have him!”, Karmi demanded, and she made a grab for the hologram, but Hiro kept it at arm’s length.
“Hey! I already have to deal with Honey Lemon! I want Wasabi!”
Karmi kept reaching for the hologram, though, grunting in frustration as Hiro stuck his tongue out.
“Hiro! I should handle him! I actually know his weakness!”
“Oh, please! Everyone knows it’s dirt! Even Mel, that one moron we fought once knows!”
“Hurtful!”, Mel called out of nowhere.
Karmi had to counter and fast, if she wanted to stop Wasabi.
Luckily, she really did know his weakness.
“No, Genius Boy! I’m talking about his OTHER weakness!”
Hiro laid there, dumbfounded. “…What other weakness?”
Using this for her advantage, Karmi snatched the hologram and send it flying into her folds.
“Exactly.”, she grinned smugly, but Hiro couldn’t help but laugh at that.
In an odd way, she had become so endearing to him, that he really didn’t mind.
Finally, they reached the one they dreaded most.
“And then there was one…”, Hiro announced morbidly, and a hologram of GoGo popped up.
Both teens gulped in fear, clearly uneasy. GoGo was not just a physical challenge with her strength and speed, and a mental challenge with her brains: She was also determined to make fun of Hiro and Karmi’s… TOTALLY NOT ROMANTIC relationship.
She was cunning, she was tough, and she would stop at nothing, efforts be damned.
Hiro and Karmi exchanged knowing looks, and without a word, silently nodded.
This would require all hands on deck. The two could only prevail by teaming up on GoGo.
Slicing her in half, each one received a GoGo, the mission now ready to be taken on.
Extending his hand, Hiro smiled encouragingly. “Good luck.”
Karmi took the opportunity to barb with him, but she too was genuine deep down. “I mean, you’re the one who’s gonna need all the luck, but why sweat the small stuff?”
The two giggled for a moment, before realizing how close they were on the floor to each other.
Close enough to look into each other’s eyes, feel each other’s breaths…
 Maybe…
 Even…
 K…
“OK, LET’S GET ON WITH THIS!”, Hiro suddenly shouted out, and he and Karmi, with VERY red faces, stood up and went to their positions.
Shifting through a sea of slightly tipsy college students and robots “attempting” to do the Macarena, Karmi nearly tripped over a few feet, before finally finding Fred.
 Not that it was hard.
“JINGLE BELLS, JINGLE BELLS, I DON’T KNOW THE WORDS! JINGLE JINGLE JINGLE JINGLE MOTHERFU(BLEEP) JINGLE!”
The strangest part of Fred singing wildly and flailing all over the place in a Fanboy Kaiju costume, slurring all the words, was that he hadn’t drunk a single thing that night.
 Huh.
Karmi, however, was a lot more cool and collected, and she grinned to herself as she turned her back to the rich boy and put on a certain hoodie.
“Karmi Khan, you are a genius! Why, thank you, Karmi! You’re welcome, Karmi!”, Karmi congratulated herself, leading Hiro to radio in “Modest, much?”
“Says the guy who has an edited recording of Tadashi saying “Noice and Toight” every time you succeed.”
“…I would like to withdraw my comments from the record. The floor is yours, Ms. Khan.”
Chuckling to herself, Karmi then took out a pre-recorded sound byte of Hiro, which she played right next to Fred after bumping into him.
“Sorry, Fred! I’m just such a clumsy weirdo! Also, Karmi is smarter than me!”
“THAT SOUNDS EXACTLY LIKE HIRO! TIME FOR OPERATION “MAKE SHIP SHIP AND ALSO LEARN TO SPEAK PROPERLY OR SOMETHING WHY DOO BUTTERFLIES CALL THEMSELVES BUTTERFLIES IF THEY PREFER MARGARINE?” TO START!”
“Seriously? What if Fred wasn’t a total car crash of a human being?”, Hiro asked, annoyed.
As Karmi Naruto ran away from a lumbering Fred, she radioed back with a playful grin “As if you don’t have a bantery recording of me somewhere!”
Tucking in his deepfaked “Karmi sings “I’m a Barbie Girl” recording, Hiro sheepishly confessed with a “Yeah, probably, kind of, I wouldn’t know…”
Karmi continued to dash along, pushing students to the side as Fred lumbered down the room, knocking even more.
“HIRO! WAIT UP! I NEED YOU TO STOP SO I CAN ENFORCE ROMANCE ONTO YOUR LIFE!”
“Wow, he’s not being subtle about this.” Hiro radioed Karmi as she slid under a table to hide for the moment.
Karmi agreed, panting as Fred continued running for no reason. “I know, right? Why the heck would GoGo let him in on the plan?”
What Hiro didn’t know, as he hid in the mini fridge, was that someone was already there…
 Waiting to strike.
“Well… Maybe because GoGo knew that you’d send Karmi after Fred, so she sent me to follow you?”
“H’mm… Maybe…”, Hiro said, scratching his chin, before realizing that someone was now… Right behind him…
Beaming brightly, Honey Lemon waved cheerfully. “Hey, Hiro! Don’t mind me, GoGo just asked me to force a mistletoe kiss between you and Karmi.”
As Honey Lemon tapped her chin, stating that she considered it “a little immoral, but whatever”, Hiro slowly got out of the mini fridge.
“Karmi, I am being pursued by Honey Lemon! Fred is a diversion, I repeat FRED IS A DIVERSION!”
Karmi was startled, the plan not spiraling out of motion, so much so that she stood up and dropped one of the snack tables.
Food and punch spilled all over the floor, and many students turned around, seeing Karmi in Hiro’s hoodie.
Karmi had to come up with an excuse, and fast!
 “…Hey?”
Karmi was a genius, but even she was liable for a total “doi” moment.
Unexpectedly, the students all suddenly picked up their own Hiro Hoodies, gesturing at them excitedly.
“Huh. And I thought I was the only one who found it amazing.”
“What?!”, Hiro, who was being chased by a giggling Honey Lemon with a butterfly net, asked incredulously.
 “NOTHING!”, Karmi shouted back.
Able to focus now, Karmi started to think. “Fred as a diversion makes sense… And honestly, he should be out of my hair for now, since he’s a total moron…”
“YEP! THAT’S ME! A TOTAL MORON!”, Fred confirmed as he breakdanced.
Karmi fist pumped, seeing victory coming in hot. “PERFECT!”
She took off the hoodie and narrowly dodged flailing elbows as she radioed a now roof climbing Hiro, who hissed like a cat as Honey Lemon jumped up and down to reach him.
“I’m taking on Wasabi! Fred basically took himself down!”, Karmi informed as she leapt over a pile of presents.
Peaking down, she moaned. “Aw man, none for me?”
“Great! I just wish I could take Honey Lemon down!”, Hiro replied as he swung from one sleigh decoration to the next, Honey Lemon still in pursuit.
Karmi slid between some elves legs. “What even was your plan?”
Hiro narrowly reached the tree, hissing still as Honey Lemon barked enthusiastically. “I WAS GOING TO SPEAK TO HER NORMALLY! I THOUGHT SHE WAS SANE!”
“YOU’RE MY OTP, WHAT DO YOU WANT?”
 “WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!?!”
“Only true pairing.”, Karmi helpfully informed as she finally reached Wasabi, who was holding a vacuum cleaner of sorts and “calming” himself down by talking to himself.
“Just relax, big guy. Suck your two friends in, make em kiss, and all will be fine…”, Wasabi whispered to himself, not realizing that Karmi was right behind him.
Hiro, who could see this from the tree, prayed for Karmi. “With how hard this has been, who knows if Karmi can take on Wasabi! I hope she fares better than I have.”
Karmi suddenly looked back and winked at Hiro, causing his heart to skip a beat.
Turning back to Wasabi, Karmi tapped him on the shoulder.
“AAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHH!”, Wasabi screamed as Karmi waved back.
“Hey, Wasabi!”, Karmi greeted with a smile and closed eyes.
Wasabi, calming down, waved back, his green sweater already stained with sweat. “Hey, Karmi!”
Getting a little fidgety, Wasabi pointed at his device. “Say, I know this is weird, but GoGo be GoGo, you know! Um… Can you, like, let me suck you into this for kissing Hiro reasons?”
Karmi put a comforting hand on Wasabi’s shoulder, apologetic. “Why, I’d love to, but I’m sort of busy.”
Wasabi blinked, confused. Had he failed the mission? “Busy? Doing what?”
Karmi suddenly unveiled what looked like Chris. “Hooking you up with Chris’ good twin who in no way is a criminal, Finn!”
Wasabi took one look at the dashing man before him, with lovely blond hair and a sparkling smile, and then resumed staring at Karmi.
“Don’t snitch on me and you’ve got yourself a deal!”
“Wouldn’t dream of it!”, Karmi vowed, shaking Wasabi’s hand and watching as the two guys had a gay old time (kill me).
Hiro, however, was less pleased. “HOW DID SHE GET ALL THE EASY ONES?!”
Honey Lemon, meanwhile, continued to surround the tree. “Hiro… Come out, come out! I only want to ensure your happiness and fuzzy feelings!”
The mad look on her eyes didn’t ease his soul, however.
Hanging on to the tree, Hiro sighed. What could he do? Karmi was clearly smarter!
 He was just a…
 “A failure…”
Karmi, meanwhile, who was still being very smug, was about to radio some more banter when she saw that her friend was seemingly lost.
This made no sense to Karmi. Sure, she was clearly the real brains of the duo, but Hiro was a genius too!
This should be easy for him!
And if Karmi was really being honest, she totally believed Hiro could do anything if he put his mind to it!
Seeing him like this depressed her. He needed some motivation.
 Perhaps…
 No, no, she couldn’t!
Not in front of all these people!
But deep down, Karmi knew that she had to.
 “That’s…”
She took a deep breath and braced herself.
 “That’s what friends do.”
And she smiled a little smile as she realized that Hiro really was her friend…
And she knew that she wanted to go the distance for him.
Now, usually, a writer for this fandom would most understandably use Tadashi as an inspirational motivator for a moment like this.
But this time, someone else motivated Hiro.
“COME ON, HIRO! YOU CAN DO THIS!”
Looking down, Hiro saw Karmi do something totally unexpected: She was cheering for him.
Not just cheering, but holding a sign with his name and jumping around like a cheerleader (and Karmi HATED cheerleaders!).
“Who’s a genius, who’s a boy? Who’s gonna spread some Christmas joy? HIRO! HIIIIIRO!”
Hiro was shocked at this exhibition of affection.
 But he was also touched.
Enough to flip down from the tree and finally get Honey Lemon to leave him alone.
“Karmi, read this slip of paper!”, Hiro ordered, as he slipped her a slip.
Karmi grabbed the slip and read out loud.
 “Tadashi is gone?”
Hiro suddenly burst into tears, the water level slowly rising in the party.
Honey Lemon immediately threw away her butterfly net and hugged Hiro, comforting him. “Oh, Hiro! I am so sorry! But Tadashi isn’t gone!”
Hiro cried on her shoulder and she patted his back, making him feel a bit better.
“How can I make you feel better?”, Honey Lemon asked, kissing his forehead.
Sniffling, Hiro mumbled “If you could leave me and Karmi alone, that would be great.”
Nodding vibrantly, Honey Lemon ran out of the room. “No problem, Hiro! Just don’t cry!”
Immediately wiping his tears away, Hiro cockily grinned at Karmi, who raised an impressed eyebrow. “Not bad, Genius Boy!”
Hiro chuckled and high fived her, before suddenly getting a little shy. “So… You really meant all that before? I thought… I thought you wanted to keep this a secret of sorts.”
Karmi now was a little red, but she stood up for her feelings.
Smiling, she grabbed hold of his hand. “…Well… I’ve got your back. We are friends… No?”
Hiro smiled and shook back. “Yeah… We are…”
Holding on perhaps a little too long, feeling for once not alone, the two teens smiled before suddenly hearing a squee above them.
Turning in horror, they saw Fred and laughed.
“Oh, that’s rich! You’re going to stop us?”, the two geniuses challenged the shipper.
Fred suddenly began to laugh sort of… Evilly.
In fact, his whole body shook quite visibly as he laughed, causing Hiro and Karmi to exchange worried glances. “…Fred? You ok, buddy?”
 But Fred wasn’t there.
 Instead, it was…
“GLOBBY?!”, Hiro and Karmi shouted as the former villain turned friend appeared.
“YES! IT WAS I, GLOBBY!”, the pink ally pointed at himself.
Turning again into Fred, he explained. “Fred may be dumb, but not THAT dumb! I was sent as a distraction to lower your guards!”
“Fred” then grinned and pointed behind them. “Ah! I see Uncle Globby’s shipper squad is already here!”
Hiro and Karmi gasped and turned around, fully expecting GoGo but instead seeing…
“AUNT CASS?!”, Hiro screamed, disbelieving the maternal figure behind him, holding very sticky bread mix.
“FELONY CARL?!”, Karmi screamed, shocked to find the former criminal with open and ready hands.
 “And me!”
 “…Yama?”
Yama shrugged, smiling. “What can I say? You’re adorable!”
Hiro and Karmi slowly backed away to the wall, scared out of their wits, as the four figures approached them “maliciously”.
“Listen, guys, we don’t have to do it this way!”, Hiro nervously tried to convince as he ran out of floor.
“Really, maybe we can postpone this to Valentines? WAY more romantic! NOT THAT I WANT TO!”, Karmi offered, sweat dripping down her neck.
“Nope! This is the end of the line, kids! You gonna kiss!”, Globby said, and the four laughed evilly.
It seemed like all hope was lost as Hiro and Karmi hugged each other in fright.
 That is…
 Until something else unexpected happened.
Just before Globby could grab them.
 CRASH!
 “Hello!”
Baymax, dressed as Santa Claus with Mini Max as a reindeer, crashed down the roof and onto the four shippers (the sleigh was made of marshmallow, so no one was hurt).
“Baymax! Oh, you are the best!”, Hiro and Karmi hugged the robot as the four shippers shrugged and ate the marshmallow sleigh.
“No one is the best, Hiro. The best is an unmeasurable…”
 “Yeah, great, see ya!”
Hiro and Karmi decided to make a mad dash for the door, when they suddenly realized something.
“Hiro, wait! GoGo and Fred are still out there!”
“I know! Let’s get out before they get us!”
Karmi blocked the door, and Hiro looked at her, puzzled.
“Karmi, I’m trying to run away here.”
“Hiro, think! If GoGo and Fred went to such extremes to make us kiss, they could be hiding somewhere with a portable mistletoe!”
 Hiro turned white. “Oh shit.”
Karmi gripped his hand and looked at the party, with terrified eyes, as they began to walk in, approaching a closet door.
“I hate saying this, but we need to stop them first. It’s the only way.”
Hiro gulped, but smiled. “Ok. We’ll do this…”
 He extended a hand. “Together!”
Karmi grinned and shook back. “You said it, friend!”
But as they shook, Hiro suddenly overheard an odd noise.
Karmi noticed this. “Um… Hello? Earth to Genius Boy? What’s wrong?”
Hiro shushed her and pointed at the closet.
Weird, wet noises could be heard, alongside muffled grunts.
Terrified, the two opened the door slowly, expecting a trap or a monster o even worse, a shipping Obake.
 But instead, they found…
 “GOGO AND FRED?!?!?!?!”
In the midst of a VERY wet and passionate makeout session were GoGo and Fred, who seemed to have forgotten all about the plan.
“You are so divine, my knight in shining armor!”
“You’re such a fucking idiot… Kiss harder.”, GoGo instructed as Fred continued.
As Karmi giggled uncontrollably, Hiro cleared his throat. “Why, my dear Karmi! I believe we are interrupting something!”
Fred and GoGo’s eyes widened and as Fred hid under his hat, GoGo, with a very phased expression, surrendered.
“Don’t tell anyone, and I’ll let you off the hook.”
Hiro and Karmi nodded, but not before GoGo added “and I WILL kill you if you tell!”
The rest of the party was surprisingly normal, especially compared to the insanity beforehand.
Pretty soon, the whole room was empty, save for Hiro and Karmi, who observed their hall of vanquish.
Karmi sighed, pleased with herself. “I must say, we really nailed it!”
Hiro, leaning on her, jokingly boasted. “Of course, much of the work was mine!”
Once, Karmi would have argued with him, and they would have wasted valuable time sniping at each other.
This time, though, Karmi just shoved him slightly, laughing. “For a genius, you’re a real idiot sometimes!”
Hiro shoved back, laughing, and it wasn’t long before they rolled around on the floor, laughing and actually feeling free to be themselves.
 To be friends..
Still giggling on top of each other, the two didn’t even notice where they were…
Until, that is, Karmi looked up and…
 “…Oh…”
Hiro, was on the bottom, looked at her quizzically. “What? What did you…”
 Then, he saw it.
 “…Oh…”
Somehow, they had let their guard down long enough to stand under the very thing they had fought all night long to avoid.
 Karmi looked at Hiro.
 Hiro looked at Karmi.
Both smiled weakly, embarrassed chuckles abound.
Finally, pink blushes tinging their cheeks, the two were brave enough to take the step:
“You know…”, Karmi started, really getting shy now, looking up at him with a soft smile. “…No one is here to see us…”
“Yeah…”, Hiro agreed, holding his own hands and rocking a little bit. “I mean… It can just be a secret… Between the two of us…”
“It’s not like it means anything!”
“Yeah, exactly! It’s just… A totally platonic friends thing!”
 “Yeah! And nothing more!”
 “No dating here!”
 “Nuh uh!”
 …
Finally, slowly but surely, they edged closer and closer, eyes closed…
And their lips met in near silence.
Not a single sound could be heard in the entire room, as Hiro and Karmi made each other feel special and loved for just a few seconds.
Warmth enveloped them and seconds felt like hours.
 They felt…
 Safe.
Finishing the kiss, the two teens held hands and looked at each other with short, slightly surprised breaths.
 Slowly, they smiled softly.
“…Merry Christmas, Hiro.”, Karmi offered, blushing.
 “…Merry Christmas, Karmi.”, Hiro returned.
And the two went back to their homes, hand in hand the entire way.

Fan Friction Review
Now that I’ve seen the episode, here’s my full opinion on it below (spoiler warning, of course)
It was a pretty cute episode. REALLY not as bad as what I’ve pictured. Sure, the only elements that got on my nerves is the fact that the only characterization we have of Karmi is either “Hiro’s fangirl” or “Hiro’s one-sided rival” (as said by @atruehiro) and that they made her yet again a damsel in distress. The fact that she still can’t see Hiro Hamada and Captain Cutie are the same person really bugs me. But we got to see another part of Karmi in this episode. How cheerful and dorky she is in her element of fiction, something she doesn’t show in public (adding to my reasons to love her since I relate to her so much)
But the gang do agree that Karmi has good ideas. The elements of science in her story are seem pretty legit (well, except for Baymax’s anime transformation haha); let’s not forget she’s a teen genius too! The only element that felt off was how the whole school read and LOVE her story to the point of shipping her with Captain Cutie, but yet she still doesn’t have friends? But at the same time, the way I see it, Karmi is getting praised for her story and she feels more accepted online than she is in real life (which is something me and a lot of other people can relate to)
MOMAKASE IN THIS EPISODE?! Love her. She’s so evil and badass. I would’ve wanted to know how she kidnapped Karmi, though. And Fred ships her with Obake lmao. Speaking of which, I loved their interactions in this episode. How Momakase not only had the guts to put a knife to his face, but also how unfased he was by it. Obake is getting all the villains to his side and we should be worried about that...
And obviously there’s the Karmiro hehehe. Personally, I don’t think they’re forcing a romance just yet. Hiro was really embarassed in this episode and I love that it’s canon that his friends tease him about it (come on, flustered Hiro is life). But I think this episode showed that Hiro is gradually warming up to Karmi. He probably loved to see her “nicer” side around his superhero persona. But the end showed he’s not crushing on her yet
Fan Friction was maybe a filler episode, but it was good. The action scenes were SO WELL ANIMATED. Fred lampshading the ship names and a lot of fanfiction terms from real life was good too (the crew is watching us you guys, watch your backs and your fanfics!) And I am still hopeful for more Karmi characterization. Because let’s be honest here; it’s still the first season. Karmi is a reccurent character, she hasn’t appeared in that many episodes just yet (if I’m correct, in 6?) This episode maybe wasn’t what some of you expected, but it takes sometimes seasons for a character to have a good development (ex: Steve from Stranger Things, Sakura from Naruto, etc.) It would’ve been pretty unrealistic for her to know and be Hiro’s friend after not that many appareances. Maybe Karmi is harsh to regular Hiro and a damsel in distress, but she’s a WOC who’s smart, hard-working, has a lot of imagination and was the first youngster to be accepted at a prestigious university.
SHE HAS POTENTIAL, AND I’M TRUSTING THE CREW WITH IT
Anyway, that’s all I have to say. Kida out!

Big Hero 7
(Long Post)
*Another peaceful day is happening in San Fransokyo. The gang so far had been successfully leading their double lives: students by day, superheroes at night. But now it was a school day, and the younger members of the group, Hiro Hamada and Cora Mizichio, were currently heading to Hiro's lab.*
Cora: So, what are we up to this time Hiro Hamada?
Hiro: *Smiling slyly* Oh, nothing much...
Cora: *Raises eyebrow*
Hiro: I just made a little something for you that I know you'll love!
Cora: What is it?
Hiro: Close your eyes first.
Cora: Really?
Hiro: The surprise will be great I promise, so please?
*After he gave her his best puppy eyes. Cora smiled and blushed as she shut her eyes. Hiro quickly grabbed a headset to place on Cora's head as lightly as he can.*
Cora: *Eyes still closed* Can I open them now?
*Hiro plugs in and starts up the headset*
Hiro: Now you can!
*Cora's eyes opened to find herself in the sea, complete with coral reefs and exotic fish swimming by her.*
Cora: Hiro...you did this?
*Hiro sat on his desk as he watched both the screen and Cora awe in wonder in her headset enthusiastically*
Hiro: Only for my favorite girlfriend.
*Cora giggles before she removes her headset and gives a quick kiss on his lips*
Cora: You're only girlfriend, but thank you.
*Hiro blushes before giggling like an idiot as Cora puts her headset back on. She emerged herself to the oceanic world Hiro made for her, connected to the marine life and wonders it has to hold. Cora giggled as she felt small fish twirl around her as another fish nibbled on her finger*
Grandville: Mr. Hamada?
*Hiro's love struck daze quickly came off as Grandville entered the room. He looked at Cora, who did not hear the Dean.*
Grandville: Miss Mizichio?
*Cora in the virtual ocean noticed something swim up to her, so she looked up and saw a shark in front of her. But what startled her the most was that the shark was speaking to her.*
Shark*Grandville's voice*: Miss Mizichio!
*Cora jumped back before realizing who's voice it was. She removes the headset as she looks at the Dean, giving an embarrassed laugh as she puts away the headset.*
Grandville: Follow please!
Hiro: Uh Professor Grandville! Cora and I were just taking a little break, cause you know, studies shows all work and no-
Grandville: Do not play me.
Hiro: Fair enough, uh so what's up?
Grandville: I would imagine being two fourteen year olds surrounded by college students presents certain...social and emotional challenges.
Hiro: Looks at Cora before looking back at the Dean* No... N-not really. but hey, I'm sure whatever you have in mind is gonna show me how wrong I am.
Cora: Ma'am, if I may. We already have friends who are college students and Hiro and I are together.
Grandville: And that's impressive for a student who has been home-schooled for a majority of her life.
*Cora's voice fell before she looked down at her feet, but Hiro was quick to hold her hand and give her a reassuring smile. Grandville smiled at the couple, knowing that this is what she had in mind for someone else. The three arrived at bio-hazard lab, reserved for the studies of cells and viruses, the lights were off at the end of the room was a person with long hair in a pony tail and wearing a lab coat.*
Grandville: Mr. Hamada, Miss Mizichio, meet Karmi.
*The person named Karmi turned around to face the three, she was wearing goggles and medical mask as she held green glowing needles in her hands. Hiro has concerns over this person while Cora was in awe over her. Karmi put away her needles in her lab coat and removed her goggles and mask, revealing a girl who is their age if not maybe a bit older as the light suddenly turned on.*
Karmi: Hiro, Cora! When Professor G asked me to connect with you two, I thought this is gonna be super great! And it is! So great! The greatest!
*Hiro took a step back away from Karmi, feeling a little uneasy over her 'enthusiasm'. Cora on the other hand, gave her best smile and shook Karmi's hand*
Hiro: Uh- hello.
Cora: It's very nice to meet you too Karmi!
Grandville: Karmi was the youngest female student ever admitted into San Fransokyo Tech.
Karmi: Until you two!
*At this Cora noticed that Karmi's smile and the way she said it was a little too...forced. But she pushed it aside, giving it the benefit of a doubt.*
Grandville: So she knows what you two are going through.
Hiro: *Looking at Cora again before looking back at the Dean and Karmi* Oh! w-we're going through something? That's news to us.
Cora: It's very nice that you thought of us ma'am.
*But they knew that they were doing alright. After all they had great friends and each other to get through anything, social or otherwise.*
Grandville: Now you both know, and you're welcome. Here's what we're going to do.
Hiro: *Gesturing to himself, Cora and the Dean* We?
*Grandville slightly pushes Hiro and Cora towards Karmi.*
Grandville: You two.
Karmi: *Sounding forced* So super!
Grandville: I want you two to 'hang' with Karmi. I think you two can learn from her socialization experience.
Hiro: Uhh, sure we can probably do Thursday morning-
Grandville: Every day! All week, keep a journal, I want a full report on Friday.
Karmi: Bye Professor G! So glad to have new friends!
*After the Dean left the three teens, there were only three emotions running through each of them: Hiro is super confused, Cora had the 'alright' look, but Karmi's chipper attitude quickly washed away once the Dean left.
Karmi: Here's the deal. Stay out of my face, stay out of my space.
Cora: Uh, okaaay...?
Hiro: What happened to 'hanging'?
Karmi: Of course you'd ask that, YOU TWO think you're both some special white blood cells, but you're both nothing but common red blood cells!
Hiro: What? W-w-what uh, What?
*Cora, who was thinking over Karmi's words, finally realized what is happening.*
Cora: Oh! I understand now. You're jealous.
*Karmi stopped in her tracks when she heard Cora innocently point out the reason for her actions. She gave a deadly glare at Cora before walking back to her studies. As of while, Fred had wandered into Hiro's lab and tried on Cora's headset, which now led to Fred running for his life over the virtual shark Cora encountered before as he ran passed the lab the teens were in as he yelled out.*
Fred: Shark attack!
Cora turns her glance slightly to the door as Fred ran by yelling about a shark attack and noticed he was wearing her headset and sees that the cord was still attached to the headset and no sooner had he ran passed the door, the cord pulls him back hard that he falls back hard on his back in front of the door. After Cora see all this, she pinches the bridge of her nose as she signs*
Cora: Oh Fred...
*After Karmi returned to her seat, Hiro and Cora looked around Karmi's lab, interested in what she's studying. As of now, Karmi was observing a virus in her microscope.*
Karmi: Observing mutated virus, Day 57.
*Hiro lightly played with the mechanical arm while Cora looked over the other viruses on the shelf, specifically over the more dangerous ones, and held her phone up to see it closely.*
Hiro: Careful Cora.
Cora: *Smiles at him* Always Hiro.
*Karmi rolled her eyes at the couple before she resumed her research at the cell*
Karmi: Looking good, 81-004.
Hiro: You ah, you talk to the virus?
Karmi: That was a private conversation, but yes. 81-004 is a dear friend. As are R69-5, L4-382, and 95-414. Who I'm still getting to know
*At the corner Cora spotted one petri dish*
Cora: Hey, is this lung fluke?
*Karmi, glad to show off her knowledge, made a smirk as she turned her chair around.*
Karmi: Yes it is, 14-013 is a lung fluke that's-
Cora: Commonly found in crab fish and causes chronic coughing and chest pain and etc right?
*Karmi's smug face was wiped clean off.*
Karmi: How do YOU know that? Are you studying viruses too?
Cora: No, Marine Biology, lung fluke is common knowledge.
Hiro: Okay... sure...
Karmi: *Turns back to Hiro* Oh you thinking talking to viruses is weird. YOU and your GIRLFRIEND, the kids who talk to a mechanical snowman, as least my dangerous microscopic organisms are actually alive.
*At this point, Cora gave a glare before she calmed down and cleared her throat.*
Cora: Yeah, deadly viruses that live to destroy and leave only rotten corpses are definitely superior from a robotic nurse programmed to help people from said diseases.
*Karmi looked at Cora, to which both are glaring venom at each other. Hiro, seeing the tension between the two girls, clears his throat.*
Hiro: Alright, no judgement. Can we just move on, I need to put something in the journal for Grandville.
Karmi: Not my problem, just make me look good because-
*Unbeknownst to them, Grandville was walking past them with an open door, which Karmi took full advantage of and gave off her sickly sweet tone of voice.*
Karmi: I want this to be a wonderful experience for you two!
*With Karmi's smile that Grandville bought, Hiro could only deadpan*
Hiro: Oh you are good.
Grandville: Karmi, take Mr. Hamada and Miss Mizichio to lunch at the dinning hall, my treat.
Karmi: *Sounding forced again* So super!
Grandville: Get aquanted you three, have fun. Mandatory fun.
Karmi: Super great idea! On it!
*Grandville soon left the room*
Karmi: I'm sorry 81-004, I know we were gonna do a DNA extraction over lunch but, you're just have to incubate a little longer.
*Karmi placed her petri dish in the machine to heat the virus*
Karmi: Let's go genius kids.
*After Karmi made way to the cafeteria to lead the couple, they gave their thoughts on the overall experience.*
Hiro: And Grandville thinks we need socialization help?
Cora: *Crosses her arms* If anyone needs 'socialization help', it her. And maybe a good butt-kicking to go along with it.
Hiro: *Looking nervously and pleadingly at Cora* Cora...
Cora; Relax Hiro, I'm not gonna do anything to her, I know better than that. But I swear if she keeps up this attitude, I can't promise that 'someone' might not be getting some much needed B-slapping.
*Soon after she said that, Cora begins to walk out of the lab after Karmi with Hiro following right behind her as he mutters while pinching the bridge of his nose trying to calm his already building stress and nerves.*
Hiro: ...This is gonna be a LONG week...
*Once the three made their way to the dinning hall, they chose a large table so all three can sit in one place. They noticed that Karmi brought her books and started working. Cora sighed before she pulled out her Bento boxes, one for Hiro and one for herself*
Cora: As promised Hiro, I made you bento.
Hiro: Sweet! Thanks babe.
*Cora blushed and smiled softly at his words. Karmi rolled her eyes and scoffed*
Karmi: Can you two not flirt right now?
*Cora pouted at her remark, but just before she could retort back, she noticed that Karmi doesn't have any food with her. Cora, while still not very happy with Karmi and her attitude towards her and Hiro, but with concern on her brow non-the-less, brought over pieces of her lunch, containing Tempura(Fried Shrimp), Kobe beef, and a sushi roll.*
Cora: Hey Karmi, are you hungry? You can have some of my food until you get something to eat.
*Karmi turned her head to face Cora with a cocked eyebrow.*
Karmi: *Deadpan* Really?
Hiro: Hey, don't knock it til you try it. Cora is a really good cook, with years of practice and experience to back it up.
Cora: *Smiles gratefully at Hiro* Aww, thank you Hiro.
Hiro: (Blushes and smile back) Heh, no problem babe.
Karmi: *Annoyed* If you two can stop making goo-goo eyes at each other and let me work in peace, that'd be great.
*Hiro and Cora blinked at Karmi's response, but soon their attention was diverted when they heard a crash and yelp that sounds a lot like Fred. Both stood up and left the table to check on their clumsy friend, and after they were out of sight, Karmi resumed her work. However her stomach growled and stood up to get in line, but spotted the food Cora offered her. She hestiantly grabbed the sushi roll and took a bite, she paused for a moment as her eyes widened before she sat back down and continued eating the food Cora gave her, slightly nodding in her approval.*
*Later on at night Hiro, Cora and Baymax were on the rooftop of a random building where the young teens spilled out to Baymax what happened when they met Karmi.*
Hiro: What is Karmi's problem?!
Cora: I don't know what is going on in her head to think she can act like a massive j*** towards us! We never did anything to her, I mean we only just met her today and she treats us like we're dirt underneath her shoes or something!
Baymax: Without a thorough scanning, I am unable to determine if she suffers from any health anomalies.
Gogo: Are you two really not getting this?
*Gogo zoomed down to meet up with the three.*
Gogo: Karmi doesn't have friends, the only thing she had going for her? Being the youngest genius at the school. Now for the two of you, that's your thing, you two took her thing.
Hiro: We don't want it to be our thing! We have our own thing!
Cora: Both separately and together I might add. But seriously, if she's really that butt-hurt over something like that, I hate to see her at worst tantrum.
Baymax: My scanner is picking up a disturbance nine blocks to the west.
Hiro: And there's our thing now! Co'mon Cora hop on!
*Hiro and Cora rushed to climb up on Baymax to stop whoever was disrupting the peace in the streets of San Fransokyo. But what they were up against was certainly not what they expect the criminals to be.*
*At the streets of San Franksokyo were two dancers performing, dressed in 80's fashion under the song of a typical 80's song. One was young woman and the other her mother. A blue orb floated above them with the crowds cheering on.*
Stage Mother: OK Juniper, practice is over, I want you to show me you have IT!
Juniper: Oh you know I have IT! Cause I'm about to bring IT!
*With impressive choreography they exposed their true intentions for dancing. The blue orb was not for decoration, and instead was an electric orb that safely flowed to them as they charged the ATMs and turned off the lights, and yet the crowd still cheered even when the money flowed from the ATMs for them to steal. But the music stopped as the gang arrived at the scene, and what they are seeing is widely confusing...*
Hiro: Umm...I'm not sure what's going on here, but you're gonna give the money back.
Juniper: I'M A STAR! You don't interrupt a star when she's leaving in awe on the stage!
Hiro: And uh, you are?
Stage Mother: I'm Barb!
Juniper: I'm Juniper.
High Voltage: And together we are High Voltage!
*A few seconds of silence pass before Cora, making a phone hand gesture, spoke*
Cora: Hey High Voltage, the 80's called, they said they want their hairspray back, and to stopping ripping off Jem!
Hiro: *Confused Eyebrow* What are-?
Cora: Jem's a cartoon from the 80's, Dad still has Jem Cassette tapes from when I was a toddler.
Baymax: Electricity may cause severe burns.
Gogo: I got this!
*Gogo zoomed to stop the dancing criminals, but their smooth moves-like jagger had their electric volts stopped Gogo in her tracks as she was sent flying through the air, leaving just the two teens and Baymax to stop them*
Barb: Juniper, I need more flair in those back flips and more sparkle in that smile!
Juniper: On it!
*Juniper did her back flips with flair and pizzazz as her mother instructed and clasped her hands to send a large bolt to mess up Baymax's armor. Hiro and Cora got off before their super suites were fried*
Baymax: Oh no.
*Baymax blasted off in the other direction while Hiro chased after him. But Cora stayed as Gogo returned.*
Gogo: Ok we need to power these two freaks down!
Cora: On it!
*Gogo threw her disk at the duo*
Barb: Juniper, electric fence!
Juniper: Oh yeah! lets go!
*The criminals created a net to catch the disk*
Barb: 2,5,7,8!
*With the disk thrown back it landed a blow on her stomach, making her land on her back as Hiro continued chasing Baymax.*
*The dastardly duo continued taking money as the crowd cheered for them*
Crowd: Juniper! Juniper!
Barb: And Barb!
Stranger with poor taste in women: I love you Juniper!
Hiro: They're robbing an ATM!
*A zap of electricity put him down.*
Barb: No, we're telling a story through dance!
"Think again!"
*Barb looked around for the voice before a fist met her gut, which then the figure revealed to be Cora. While the duo were distracted with Gogo' disk she turned on her camouflage to sneak around and take them from behind*
*But it was cut short as she felt a zap run through her, making her fall down on the ground. Said zap came from Juniper, who smirked at the girl. The two hopped on their car and drove off with the stolen money as Juniper called out to their adoring fans.*
Juniper: We love you all!
*The fallen four could only stare in confusion and disgust as the duo made a get away, to which Hiro rushed to Cora's aid and helped her stand up.
Hiro: You ok?
Cora: Could have been better.
*And Baymax tumbles through the air past them*
Baymax: Oh no.
*After that disastrous night, the gang grouped up at the dining hall as Hiro recounted on what happened.*
Hiro: They got applause. The bad guys! People clapped for the bad guys!
Cora: *Grumble* I wonder how they'll cheer after they realize that they stole their money from their bank accounts...
Gogo: *Snark* Telling a story through dance.
Hiro: Story of kicking our butts.
Wasabi: *Rubbing temples* Ohh and there's gonna be more butt kicking...Why did I choose a Yoga elective over Martial Arts?
Honey Lemon: One: you centered yourself, two: you strengthen your core, and three: you love the big ball!
Wasabi: *Chuckles* Yeah, big ball.
Fred: Colorful villains, underestimated because of their ridiculous personas? Like so many things, it was foretold in comic books!
Gogo: *Sarcasm* Yeah! We should probably run out and study a bunch of comic books to figure out how to beat them! *scoff*
Fred: Yes! But in this case I choose one in particular. Captain Fancy Issue 188!
Gogo: *To self* Don't ask, don't ask, don't...ugh! And what happened in Captain Fancy?
Fred: Captain Fancy lost battle after battle to a mother-daughter acrobat team.
Honey Lemon: Wow that is similar!
*Fred pointed to Honey Lemon to show that he has a point when it comes to super heroes.*
Hiro: Did they have a floating shock generator too?
Fred: Close! They had a trained bear named Grizzlvich.
Gogo: Shouldn't have asked.
*Wasabi noticed that Cora drawing out something on a piece of paper*
Wasabi: Cora, you drawing something?
Fred: Are you drawing Captain Fancy?
Cora: No, just drawing out new features for my suite. Hopefully with these new additions we could hypothetically take down a bear.
Hiro: Speaking of fighting a bear...
*Cora looked up to see what Hiro was looking at, and her face lowered to a frown. Across them was Karmi, seating on a table alone, surrounded by her books as she is writing something on her book*
Hiro: *Whew*
Cora: Wish us luck guys.
*The teens stood up and walked over to Karmi, knowing they must fill in the criteria for Professor Grandville's journals.*
Hiro: Hi Karmi, uh..hanging out at the cafeteria too hehe.
Cora: You doing alright Karmi? Did you eat something yet?
*Karmi looked up at Hiro and Cora, giving a disgusted ugh before resuming her work*
Cora: Okaaay...you don't want to talk, that's cool. Just that Grandville may be right about us hanging...
*Cora stopped speaking as she looked down at her book and her eyes widened. Hiro, confused on what caused her to loose her voice and eyes to widen, looked at Karmi's book. Inside the virus textbook were drawings; Specifically drawings of Hiro and Cora...in their super hero suites...styled in shoujo manga drawings complete with flowers and sparkles.*
Hiro: Wait is that?-
*Karmi slammed her book shut.*
Karmi: Eyes on your own work creeper!
*Karmi stood up as she packed her belongings and left. When Hiro turned to regard Cora, he saw his girlfriend's jaw dropped and eyes still widened. The rest of the gang walked over to the two young teens and saw that Cora was frozen with a shocked look on her face*
Honey Lemon: Cora... Are you ok?
*Hiro had to turn Cora around to face the others and close her mouth for her before Cora regained her train of thought*
Cora:...You guys will not believe this.
*Night came again as Baymax with Hiro and Cora on his back while carrying Fred were discussing what they discovered with Karmi*
Hiro: You know, I don't get it! Why would she draw Super Hero me and Super Hero Cora!
Fred: Because Big Hero 7 Hiro and Big Hero 7 Cora are Hero Hiro and Hero Cora, and regular Hiro and regular Cora are just some boring run of the mill boy and girl genius couple.
Baymax: But there is only one Hiro and one Cora.
Fred: In this dimensional timeline!
*The beeping of the Comlinks came through as Gogo gave her report*
Gogo: It's High Voltage, again!
Hiro: Let's go!
*They directed Baymax to the location of High Voltage's latest scheme. Cora checked over her upgraded armor as she muttered to herself*
Cora: Ok, let's see how they deal with us when fire meets fire.
*The crowd cheered for Juniper as Barb threw out the money from the bank car to stuff in their own car.*
Juniper: My dreams are coming true! You hear that Mama they love me! They really love me!
Barb: Us Juniper, they love us!
Gogo: Hey!
*High Voltage turned their attention to Gogo*
Gogo: You two got lucky last time.
*Gogo skated down the rails as she began to attack*
Barb: Juniper! Squat dance, with feeling!
*Juniper backflipped to her mother as she shot out her electric shocks and disabled Gogo's skates*
Wasabi: Probably not the right time right now, but your dance moves are perfection!
Barb: She does have my thighs.
*One with footstep she shot out an electrical shock to stun Wasabi, but he was quick to 'dance' his way out off the volts. In the middle of the crowd, Karmi went to see what was going and saw what was happening.*
Honey Lemon: Rubber insilates electricity!
*She threw her rubber chem ball to stop the dancing criminal queens, but they dodged her ball as Juniper aimed the electrical orb to Honey Lemon, which sent her flying through the air only to be caught by Fred with Baymax and the teens. They finally met up as the crowd cheered for the rest of Big Hero 7 arrived, which Karmi then brought out her phone and took a picture of Hiro and Cora in their super suits blushing and smiling like an idiot.*
*High Voltage shot out a zap of electricity to the team.*
Hiro: Watch out!
*The team scattered as Hiro and Cora still on Baymax's back did their best to fly away from the bolt. But it zapped Baymax's suite anyway as Hiro and Cora held onto each other as they fell down only to be caught by Fred on the last second.*
Hiro and Cora: Baymax!
*In the distance Baymax was spinning as his suite short-circuited*
Baymax: Powerpowerpowerpowerpower surge powerpower surge!
*The electric shock had malfunctioned his suit to the point of unintentionally releasing his rocket fist towards them. The team was quick to dodge the fist, but the fist hit a street light which broke in half and was falling towards the crowd beside it. Karmi was too late to as the crowd skedaddled their way out. Hiro and Cora ran out to save the young girl who they did not recognize at the time to be Karmi. They grabbed Karmi safely as they all landed on the ground.*
Cora: That was close. Are you okay?
Hiro: Are you alright-*gasp*
*It is at this time that Hiro and Cora realized that the girl they rescued was Karmi*
Karmi: *Giggling* I am now.
*Karmi took a photo of the two of them which caused them to flinch. But then they spotted another volt of electricity head towards them, which Cora stood up and reached out her hand. High Voltage smirked, expecting the girl to be stunned, but gapsed as Cora's hand simply cackled unharmed, which she then threw the bolt back at the dastardly duo. High Voltage dodged the attack safely, to which Karmi saw that as stars were glimmering in her eyes*
Karmi: *In awe and this time not forced but actually genuine* So cool...!
*Cora rushed towards the duo as she let out a war cry, dodging their attacks as quickly grabbed the volts and threw them back towards the mother-daughter duo. But the villainous dancers flipped over to the girl and both delivered a double kick to the girl's stomach and back.*
Hiro: No!
*Karmi watched as High Voltage took this opportunity to run with the money as Hiro ran to Cora who was lying on the floor coughing. Hiro laid Cora on his lap as he looked over her*
Hiro: Cora are you ok?
Cora: *Smiles* Yeah...the upgrade worked better than I thought..still got beat though... But I'm always okay when I'm with you.
*The two smiled gently at each other, temporarily forgetting about their defeat, and Karmi could not help but squeal over the scene playing out before her.*
Karmi: This is so going online tonight!
*The school day came as the nerd gang moped over their defeat.*
Gogo: Seven to two, and they still kicked our butts.
Honey Lemon: I call it seven to three, I'm counting that energy orb thing.
Fred: You mean that thing that makes it like that circus bear in Captain Fancy Issue 188? Am I right? I'm surprised we're the only ones who see that connection.
*Just then Hiro and Cora arrived at the Gang's table*
Hiro: As if losing wasn't bad enough, Karmi got a good look at our faces!
Wasabi: Tell her you two have clones?
Cora: Wasabi, she's in Bio tech! she'd see right through that and know that it's really us!
Hiro: *Sigh* Well, might as well get it over with.
*Hiro and Cora walked over to Karmi to talk over last night. Cora spotted Karmi blushing as she lightly rubbed the picture of Hiro in his Hero suit and sigh as she swiped it to a picture of them in the aftermath of the battle*
Hiro: Hi Karmi...
Karmi: Looks like I caught you two!
Hiro: Hey...Karmi umm..any chance we can convince you to keep this quiet?
Karmi: Ew, you think I want people to know you have a crush on me?
Hiro: Ew What?!
Cora:*Glaring* Excuse you?! Hiro and I are dating!
Karmi: Tch, yeah. But who would want to date someone like you miss 'Oh-I've-been-home-schooled-all-my-life-and-never-had-any-friends-much-less-a-boyfriend-before-I-came-to-SFIT-but-now-I-have-the-most-perfect-boyfriend-in-the-world'! Your relationship makes me sick just looking at you two. Besides, it's SOOO obvious! Your so called 'boyfriend' is always saying stuff like *Poorly imitating Hiro* 'Hey Karmi. We should work on our project." N5-4 totally called it. But these two...
*Karmi looks at the photo with Hero Hiro and Hero Cora in each others arms*
Karmi: I admit I'm a little jealous that this guy is already with someone else, but who could blame him? She's super cool and pretty! The way they look at each other, protect each other and are willing risk their lives for each other is so romantic! I would kill just to have someone like him give this much devotion to me as he does for her! They are definitely the new Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask!
*Karmi got back to coddling the picture of the superhero couple while the actual couple slowly backed away from her and walked towards the lab. Both of them arrived with very confused and concerned expressions on their faces, trying to process what has happened.*
Honey Lemon: Oh no she knows?
Hiro: Well...
Honey Lemon: Oh! A memory wipe!
Cora: Actually...
*Honey Lemon quickly gathered her chemicals to conduct a memory wipe on Karmi.*
Honey Lemon: I'll need this and this and this! Ooh and this!
*Honey Lemon brought out a blender to mix the chemicals together as she muttered to herself.*
Honey Lemon: Ooh! One Amnesia Geno coming up!
Cora: Karmi didn't know that 'They' were 'Us'!
Wasabi: Wait, wait? *Turns off the blender causing the lid to pop off and the contents inside to foam and overflow from said-blender* How could she not notice you two were yourselves? It's so obvious.
Hiro: It gets worse! She's in love with him! Me! I don't know it's complicated...
Cora: Not to mention that while she confessed that she's in love with my boyfriend's Hero ego, she started talking about Hero us as if we are the next Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask, her exact words by the way, like a crazy fangirl!
Fred: Ahhh the power of the Secret Identity. Intrepid investigator Reater Rampart never realized cab driver Lash Luper was secretly Captain Fancy!
*Fred fell off the chair he was lounging on when he was explaining over this*
Gogo: This is a comic book thing again right?
Fred: Indeed! Quickly to the Fred room!
*One Fred montaging Batman transition later, Fred and Gogo are in his room about to look over the comic book collection he has acquired over the years.*
Fred: We'll start you with the basics, Battle Max and Avenger duct, maybe throw in a little Mia Mia.
Gogo: Skip the training wheels, I'm going straight to Captain Fancy 188.
Fred: Wooaaah!
*Fred shut the drawer close*
Fred: No!
Gogo: Fred, it's the only way we'll figure out how to beat High Voltage. I won't crease it's stupid pages or anything.
Fred: Stupid?! You need to dial it down before you crease our friendship! We don't rummage through classic comics like we're barbarians! These are works of art, they must be treated as such.
*Fred was quick to pull out a container for Gogo*
Fred: And gum?
*Gogo put away her chewing gum.*
Fred: Thank you. And the back up!
*Gogo grumbled before giving up the extra gum.*
Fred: Hands up!
*Fred put on both gloves on Gogo and himself.*
Fred: Also I should probably tell you I don't have Captain Fancy Issue 188. Okay!
Gogo: What?
Fred: I only know what's within its pages based on whispered rumors.
Gogo: Do not start at the beginning.
Fred: I'll start at the beginning!
*Gogo groaned as the lights turned off as Fred turned on a flash light to tell the story like a urban legend.*
Fred: June 1963. Disgruntled artist, AJ Doehertz sets a wildly inappropriate drawing of Captain Fancy into Issue 188. It wasn't until after it was printed that people caught the offending...image the entire run was pulped, save for one copy smuggled to freedom. Few have ever seen it. To my eternal frustration, I am not one of the lucky few.
Gogo: So where is it now?
Fred: In the clutches of my Arch-Nemesis. Be forewarned, he's a dark and dangerous foe!
*The two arrived at a fairly normal comic book store where a young boy with a large mole under his left eye was reading a comic book passing the time for the lack of customers. Fred gestured Gogo to talk to the kid.*
Gogo: Hey kid is your Dad here? We need to talk to the owner.
Creepy kid: You're talking to the owner dream girl.
Fred: Jilien, isn't he?
*The kid lowered down on his chair and got on the floor*
Mole: Richardson Mole, San Fransokyo's most eligible eleven year old. And you are?
*When He attempted to kiss her hand, Gogo was quick to remove it.*
Gogo: Much older than you!
Mole: Nice...
Gogo: Fred, talk to him.
Fred: Hey, this is a business call Richardson! Lets keep this professional!
Mole: Very well.
Gogo: We need to see Captain Fancy 188.
Mole: Ah the very issue I sniped from you at that online Auction.
Fred: You cut the power to my house!
Mole: Those charges were never proven.
Gogo: Can we just see the dumb comic book?
Mole: Oh I like you angry dream girl, follow me to the Mole hole!
*Mole walked over to a telephone booth where he pulled the phone and fell down.*
Mole: I'm waiting!
*The duo walked over to the booth where they both squeezed in and than fell down to see an arcade of sorts featuring Fred, more specifically games where bodily harm is done to Fred.*
Fred: I told you he hates me.
Mole: Beat my high score on any of these and I will let you see Captain Fancy 188.
*Gogo walked to the Fred version of Whack-A-Mole, but the moles were Fred's heads.*
Gogo: Whack a Fred, let's do this.
Mole: Ooh, poor choice. This is my favorite game and my high score is-
*Gogo began to whack the Freds into oblivion, releasing all the pent up frustration and fury as if it were the real Fred, which Real Fred is developing worries that maybe he should be more careful with Gogo from now on.*
Mole: I'm impressed.
Fred: I'm concerned.
*Mole activated a game booth to reveal the true location of Issue 188 of Captain Fancy. But even Mole knew better than to carelessly throw away caution.*
Mole: Gum.
*Gogo gave her gum to the pincers*
Mole: Strawberry, nice.
*With the conformation of the hand pass, the door revealed the long awaited Issue 188 of Captain Fancy.*
Fred: *Gasp* It's beautiful!
Gogo: Oh just give it!
*Fred was quick to grab her hand to stop her*
Fred: Ba ba ba ba ba ba! Gloves.
*As Fred and Gogo were at Mole's Hole to read up on Issue 188, Hiro and Cora were at the lab with Karmi who currently studying N5-4 wearing a hazmat suit.*
Karmi: N5-4 you put on some weight! There's some junk in your nucleus. Pathegemic aniba appears thermo stable.
Hiro: Hey Karmi-Ah! I mean Hi! Hello, how's it uh going?
*Baymax walked over to the booth where all three teens are. Cora looked around.*
Cora: Should we be wearing some bio hazard suites?
Karmi: Are your eyes bleeding?
Baymax: They are currently not.
Karmi: Then you two are fine, probably.
Hiro: So...you like dangerous organisms
Karmi: Duh, by studying them we can figure out therapeutic uses for them. It's called science.
Hiro: That's uh, actually interesting. Maybe when your done we can talk about our journal? Uh you know, just the one that's due Friday!
Karmi: Nobody cares. Hand me N5-4.
Hiro: Oh uh sure.
*Hiro placed his phone down next to the dish Karmi was reffering too. However at that moment Hiro's phone buzzed from a call from Wasabi. The vibration of the phone caused the Virus to disintegrate into nothingness.*
Karmi:*Gasp* No! You killed N5-4!
Baymax: This is a fortunate result. N5-4 would have soon reached a contagious factor of ten.
Karmi: N5-4 was the first pathogen I ever formed.
Baymax: I will download proper disinfection methods to ensure no particles of N5-4 survives.
Karmi: He was more than a flesh eating virus! He was a friend.
Baymax: If you have any more N5-4 in storage, we should dispose-
Karmi: Shut him up!
*Cora glared at Karmi*
Cora: Baymax is a nurse Karmi! He's suppose to put the needs of human health first before everything else, and that includes knowing how to get rid of deadly viruses! And if N5-4 had reached that level you could had gotten Hiro and I killed! Or are you too self-absorbed in your precious deadly viruses to realize or even care about that!
Baymax: You two appear tense. I have some relaxation suggestions.
*The phone buzzed once again while Baymax listed the following*
Karmi: Well, answer it!
*Hiro grabbed the phone quickly and answered.*
Wasabi: High Voltage, San Fransokyo Trust. Now!
Hiro; Okay yeah, we'll be there as soon as we can.
*Hiro turned to Cora and Karmi glaring daggers at each other as Baymax continued listing relaxation methods.*
Hiro: So, something came up and umm, we need to umm, We just gotta go.
Karmi: You think I want you to stay!?
Cora: Don't you talk to Hiro like that!
*Hiro quickly grabbed Cora and Baymax so that any chances of a war between his girlfriend and his...'friend' do not escalate.*
*At the depths of Mole's hole, Fred studied carefully over the contents of Captain Fancy Issue 188. It was then he finally came across the infamous page.*
Mole: Good luck unseeing that!
Gogo: Oh co'mon grow up. Read faster.
Fred: A wise man once said if you want a solution, you can't rush Fred.
*Gogo yanked on Fred's ear in response.*
Fred: OW Ow Ow Ow Ow! I'll read faster!
*Fred continued to observe the content as Gogo's phone just beeped.*
Gogo: Yeah?
Wasabi: High Voltage! San Fransokyo Trust! Now!
*Gogo hung up her phone as Fred struck gold*
Fred: Yes! I get it! I totally get it!
Gogo: So you actually found an answer in that thing?
Fred: Couldn't be more clear.
Gogo: Great, time to roll!
*Gogo dragged Fred to the exit to suit up and beat High Voltage once and for all.*
Mole: Come again! Not you Fred!
*At the scene of the crime, High Voltage was cracking open the safe to grab the loot.*
Barb: Big finish Juniper!
Juniper: Oh yeah!
*Juniper flipped to the door and back to see it explode and expose the money inside.*
Barb: Now freestyle into that vault and get that cash!
Juniper: On it!
*But before she could enter, a wall of Rubber blocked her way.*
Wasabi: You don't need to steal, you have real talent!
Honey Lemon: He actually makes a really good point. You guys should audition for Top Feet!
Barb: Stars don't audition!
*A flash of electricity was shot their way and quickly they dodged.*
*As of while Hiro and Cora were on Baymax.*
Hiro: I don't get it. I don't, what can we even learn from Karmi? She talks to those things! Ugh, we're way better adjusting than she is!
Baymax: True, you both have each other and a strong social network for support. Karmi does not.
Cora: So why did Grandville-
*The vibration rumbled strongly.*
Hiro: Let's finish this later.
Baymax: I will set a reminder.
*The three flew down to the scene of the crime to join the rest of their team at the bank.*
*At the bank, Juniper struck her electric whip to cut a pillar in half to crush Wasabi, but it didn't for Baymax stopped the pillar*
Baymax: Hello Wasabi.
*Baymax threw the pillar and picked up Wasabi to his feet.*
Baymax: You will be fine.
Hiro: Time to power down ladies.
Juniper: Step off, we're the headliners! It's Juniper's time to shine!
Barb: Juniper launch! 2,5,7,8!
*The electric orb fired up as it charged, launching her to Baymax as he suddenly caught her in his hand. She smirked as the electric currents were at her fingertips and could damage Baymax's armor again.*
Baymax: Oh no.
*With his armor and system scrambled, Hiro, Cora, and Wasabi joined Honey Lemon to avoid Baymax's malfuction.
Baymax: Reboot. Reboot. Reboot. Data packet invalid. Data Packet invalid.
Hiro: We gotta tap out. Anybody wanna tap in?
Gogo: We do!
*Just then Gogo zoomed in with Fred riding on her back*
Gogo: Fred knows how to beat these dance punks.
Fred: Actually I have no idea.
Gogo: What?! Ugh, you said you got the answer from the comic book!
Fred: Yeah to explain Hiro and Cora's Secret Identities situation, was I not clear?
*A zap sent Fred flying towards the gang along with Gogo by crashing into her.*
Gogo: This is a disaster.
Fred: Tell me about it.
Gogo: So Issue 188 didn't tell you ANYTHING that would help defeat them?
Fred: No! Overall, 188 was a letdown. Maybe Richardson did me a favor all those years ago when he cut the power to my house.
Cora: Cut the power...That"s it!
Gogo: Looks like you and I got the same idea kid.
Cora: Honey Lemon, insulate Gogo's disks!
Honey Lemon: Cora, Gogo, you're both geniuses!
Cora: I'll distract High Voltage while Gogo gets that thing down.
*Cora stepped out off the safe zone and began to face off the Mother-Daughter duo. High Voltage threw lighting bolts at Cora but she was quick to either dodge or use her gloves to absorb the electricity and shoot it right back at them.*
Cora: Now Gogo!
*High Voltage was caught off guard as Gogo threw her rubber disks at them and finally cover the electric orb in rubber, rendering High Voltage's powers useless.*
Fred: Use a catchphrase! Say a dumb line like it's a joke even though it's not really a joke.
Gogo: Last dance Freaks!
Fred: *Laughs* Good one!
*With their power useless they were surrounded by seven individuals ready to throw them in prison.*
Barb: Escape dance Juniper! 2,5,7,8!
Honey Lemon: Not so fast!
*Honey lemon threw a rubber chem ball that immediately encapsulated Barb, leaving Juniper free.*
Barb: Juniper!
Juniper: Sorry Mama I'm going solo!
*Juniper backflipped towards the exit*
Juniper: You can't stop the art of danc-
*The art of dance was stopped when her face slammed into Baymax's metallic wings.*
Baymax: My system has been restored. Is anyone hurt?
Gogo: Aside from their pride? No one was hurt thankfully.
*Honey Lemon encapsulated Juniper as soon as she was down.*
Barb: You're grounded!
Baymax: Have I missed anything of significance?
Hiro: We're all good Baymax, just some pretty quick thinking from Cora and Gogo.
Gogo: Big ups to Fred for the inspiration, even if it was completely unintentional.
Fred: That's what I do!
Hiro: Fred, Secret Identity, What have you got?
Fred: Uh yes, you see... Captain Fancy's alter ego Slash Luper may look like Captain Fancy in a sweater vest. But nobody ever recognizes him, not even Newsreport Reater Rampart!
Cora: And that's supposed to explain why Karmi can't recognize us as Hero Hiro and Hero me?
Fred: Yeah, it's a super hero thing. People see what they want to see
*That Friday Morning, Hiro gave his journal to Grandville with Cora and Karmi beside him.*
Hiro: People see what they want to see. Take Lash Luper-
Grandville: Who?
Cora: Not important.
Hiro: When people look at Cora or I, what do they see? Robotics major, Marine bio major, teen geniuses, and maybe just some teens trying to fit in. Because that's what Karmi saw. And we thank her for that, and for our journal.
Grandville: Karmi?
Karmi: I don't know what to say...
Cora: Cause you're modest that way. Professor, Karmi was great this week, we learned a lot.
Grandville: I'm happy to hear it. You're dismissed.
*Once Karmi walked silently to the door, Hiro and Cora looked at Grandville.*
Hiro: So...all this wasn't actually about Cora and I was it?
Grandville: We are through here Mr. Hamada.
Hiro: It was actually about Karmi, am I right?
Grandville: I said we are through.
*As soon as the teen couple exited Grandville's office, Cora suddenly gave a heartfelt kiss to Hiro, to which he blushed immensely while Karmi simply rolled her eyes. As soon as she let go she whispered.*
Cora: You and Baymax go on ahead to the marine hall. I'll catch up in a bit.
Hiro: A-a, okay C-Cutie, I-I mean Cora!
*Hiro, still somewhat dazed and blushing like crazy from the kiss, starts speed walking away with Baymax following after him.*
Baymax: Your hormones are rapidly surging and there's an increase of endorphins and oxytocin.
Hiro: *Getting embarrassed* Now's not the time Baymax.
Baymax: Your heart beat is accelerating and you have sweaty palms.
Hiro: *Still embarrassed and now getting annoyed* Let it go Baymax!
*As soon as Hiro and Baymax were out of sight, Cora turned her attention to Karmi. She took a deep sigh as she thought over her words, finally she spoke.*
Cora: Karmi, you and I both know that Hiro and I had a perfect chance to expose your rotten behavior, but we didn't.
Karmi: I know...hehe, I guess your boyfriend really has it hard for-
Cora: *Hardened glare* That kind of talk has to stop now. You had given me every reason why I should have spoken up to Grandville over your infectious sour attitude. You were butt-hurt over Hiro and I joining SFIT, and that's something you'll have to face eventually in the future once the upcoming generation realizes they can be here too if they work hard and give their all into it. But you didn't stop there, you continuously insulted Hiro and I whenever Grandville wasn't around to hear it, not only that, you continue to claim that Hiro likes you even when you know clearly that We. Are. Dating! Even then you gag at us like a preschooler calling out on us for having cooties which is ironic since you study them! This social experiment was all about you and you know it. You and I both got here because we worked our butts off to get into this school! Especially Hiro after all with what happened with his brother and Callaghan. We all made it here because of hard work and giving it our all to be the best we can be, and you can not act like you're the queen here because you kiss up to Grandville. You know why real Queens like Elizabeth or even fictional ones like Elsa are respected and loved monarchs? They gave their subjects the same respect any human being deserves.
*At the time Karmi could only stay silent, any words to backlash at Cora was gone.*
Cora: Ultimately the reason why Hiro and I didn't expose the deadly virus you acted to us was because...you have no experience talking to us. I understand that, I was home-schooled my whole life up until now. I remember how fun it was to study subjects far more advanced than others..but it was still lonely. Hiro and I are together and have friends because Tadashi took the time to listen. He supported us and talked to us, and our friends have been amazing people. You know how I said we can all work hard and give it our all to achieve anything? That includes friendships too. And friendships require respect for each other. Look, I have something I think you should see.
*Cora pulled up her phone to reveal her own personal video diary, first showing Hiro and Cora hanging out with their friends, then to the week with Karmi.*
Cora: I have proof to show Grandville how you really treated us. But I won't...under one condition. You have to give respect to earn respect, that's how I won't expose this. If you genuinely show decency to Hiro and I and anybody else who goes to talk to you, let them speak and actually listen. This doesn't mean we're automatically BFFs, what this starts is respect as classmates. It's your choice to start a genuine connection with people who may also share in your interests too. Okay?
Karmi:...Okay...
Cora: Cool...so...I also noticed you ate the food I gave you before. You can ask me anytime you want-
*An alert on Karmi's phone interrupted them.
Karmi: Big Hero 7 news alert!
*On the phone was a news reporter telling last nights events.*
News reporter: High Voltage's rhythmic reign of terror began a reign of error when the Mother-Daughter duo ran into Big Hero 7-
*Karmi paused the video to zoom in on Super Hero Hiro and Super Hero Cora smiling together and holding hands.*
Karmi: *Sigh* These two are so romantic, if only someone like him would look at me like he looks at her.
*Cora shook her head before she left to join Hiro for their date.*
Cora: *Sing song voice* See ya later Karmi~
News reporter: Big Hero 7 'shocked' High Voltage by insulating them in a maximum security prison.
*The person watching the news now saw the news reporter give the Big Hero 7 report, but he was more invested on Hiro and Cora. As the image of them appeared half of his face glowed an ominous mauve pink glow.*

Big hero 6 the series : countdown to catastrophe challenge : day four : favorite quote
« People see what they wanna see [...]. When people look at me what did they see ? A robotics major, a teen genius, maybe just a guy try to fit in [...] » Hiro Hamada from Issue 188. Love this quote so much, I really like they say every people see us in different way. Plus explain why Karmi doesn’t see hero!Hiro, I know some people don’t understand and don’t really like it, but for me this make me ease with that but also with these superhero trope in general.

Fanfic request: Karmiro first kiss
oohhh boi here we go
A Slippery Slope
Fandom: Big Hero 6: The Series
Rating: K
Characters: Hiro Hamada and Karmi
Word Count: 1,476
Summary: Hiro and Karmi share an unplanned kiss
These days, it wasn’t often Hiro walked out ofhis last class without feeling drained. Lectures and exams tended to tire himout and once he had his free time, he spent it either working on schoolprojects or fighting crime. His life was far from dull, but he’d grownaccustomed to this. He liked having something to do at all times.
Despite that, it felt nice to finish his schoolday off on a high note. Today was mostly a review day for an upcoming test. While it wasn’t any more exciting than taking notes, it didn’t exhaust Hiro toany extent. In fact, he was currently walking through the halls, whistling awayas he headed for his lab. In addition to a test he’d need to study for, he alsohad a project he wanted to get started on.
As he kept walking, he noticed someone walkingnext to him out of his peripheral vision. They showed no signs of walking aheador turning to go somewhere else. Curious, Hiro glanced over. He didn’t have anyguesses on who it was, but he surely didn’t expect it to be Karmi.
Karmi, who had been walking beside him for acouple minutes, was glaring right back at him. Her arms were crossed and herback was stiffened up straight. She couldn’t have looked more intimidating, butin only made Hiro confused. Why was she walking beside him? Why did she look soangry?
While it was tempting to simply ignore her, Hirodecided to stop walking. He turned to face Karmi who had stopped walking aswell. “Uh…hey, Karmi.” He waved.
The look on Karmi’s face had yet to fade away. She immediately responded to Hiro’s words by rolling her eyes. “You’re proud ofyourself, aren’t you?”
The robotics major raised an eyebrow. “Wh-what?”
“Don’t act all innocent with me. You know whatyou did.”
Hiro could actually feel his patience startingto fade away. All he was doing was minding his own business. Why Karmi felt theneed to approach him this way was beyond him. If she had a problem, she shouldjust say what it is. Yet, before he had the chance to ask, Karmi continuedtalking.
“I answer one question wrong and the second thathappened, you felt the need to correct me!”
Oh. That’s what this was about.
During their last class, their professor askedreview questions out loud. At one point, Karmi raised her hand to answer aquestion, only for it to be wrong. Knowing the correct answer, Hiro raised hishand. The answer was right and the professor went on to ask more questions.
For Hiro, it was that simple. All he did wasgive the right answer, not thinking much of it. However, Karmi seemed to betaking it extremely personal. The teen geniuses may have their differences, butin this case, Hiro felt no need to celebrate. It wouldn’t have mattered who gotthe answer wrong. He still would have raised his hand regardless.
“Are you actually mad about that?” hequestioned, finding this conversation to be completely ridiculous.
Karmi scoffed. “Yes! You saw an opportunity tomake me look bad and you took it!”
“I wasn’t doing anything!” Hiro sighed, tryinghis best to keep his cool. “Look. It wasn’t that bad. The question was what thesecond law of thermodynamics was and you accidentally said the third. It was amistake, that’s all.”
“But you still jumped in to correct me. Face it,you rarely ever raise your hand in class. The only reason you did today was tobe a gigantic show-off.”
Hiro wanted to smack himself in the face. Thiswas so pointless! Clearly, Karmi was disappointed in herself for getting theanswer wrong, but taking it out on him was getting aggravating. When was shegoing to learn that he never meant to take her place as being the youngestgenius at SFIT?
While he knew that this argument was completelyone-sided, Hiro had enough of it. He knew Karmi wasn’t going to be satisfiedunless he told her something that would make her leave.
“Okay, I’m sorry. Next time you accidentally saythe wrong answer, I won’t raise my hand to give the right one.”
With that, Hiro started to walk away. His moodhad unfortunately shifted since Karmi approached him, but he wasn’t going tolet that affect him from getting work done.
Still, the way he phrased what he said didn’tsit well with her and she was not going to let him have the last word. Karmimarched forward until she caught back up with Hiro.
“Bold of you to assume that I’ll ever answeranother question incor-”
Due to Karmi putting all her focus into beingmad towards Hiro, she wasn’t paying attention to any of her surroundings. Shehadn’t realized that halfway through her sentence, she had stomped right into aspot on the floor that had recently been mopped. She didn’t notice the wetfloor sign that she had walked past.
Whatever she was about to retort Hiro with wasnow replaced by a yelp. She could feel herself falling backwards and hadnothing to grab a hold of.
Except Hiro.
Desperate not to fall, she extended her arm out, clasping onto Hiro’s arm with all her strength. She expected to regain balanceon her feet and pull herself back up. Unfortunately for her, she was slippingat such a quick speed. Hiro was so caught off guard from being grabbed, that hecouldn’t react to it happening in time. Because of this, Hiro was now beingpulled down with her.
“Whoa!”
The fall happened so fast. Karmi fell, her backnow against the damp floor. For Hiro, Karmi broke his fall, but that didn’tmake it any less painful. Their teeth clattered as their faces collided. Whenthis motion happened, Hiro’s lips accidentally made contact with Karmi’s.
They had yet to realize this. All they knew wasthat between the aches and pains from the fall, there was a mutual spark. Apleasant surge of electricity dancing between their lips. A feeling that wasnearly strong enough to outweigh the strains from crashing to the floor. Bothof them now ignored what had happened, subconsciously melting into theunforeseen kiss.
The once tense moment turned blissful. Theirfrustrations now a thing of the past. What had them so irritated couldn’t cometo mind.
Karmi fluttered her eyes open. She wasn’t surewhat she expected to see, but nothing could have prepared her for what itactually was.
Hiro had fallen on her. He was kissingher! How was this happening?!
In an attempt to stop the kiss from going anylonger, Karmi grabbed Hiro by his arms and shoved him off to the side. Hiro, who still had yet to process that he and Karmi just kissed, was startled whenhe was pushed to the floor.
Thankfully, he landed on his side and on a spotof the floor that was dry. His mouth fell slightly agape as he looked around. What was going on?
He snapped out of his confusion when he watchedKarmi standing up. She smoothed out her clothes, huffing at how badly thissituation turned. Her cheeks were now a dark shade of pink and a deep frown hadformed across her face.
“Wh-why did you do that?!” She asked, visiblyunnerved. “Why did you kiss me?!”
All at once, everything hit Hiro. Him and Karmiwere just arguing. Karmi slipped and grabbed onto his arm. Hiro went down withher. Hiro fell onto her. Their lips crashed against each other.
They kissed.
Heat rushed from Hiro’s cheeks to the tips ofhis ears. So that’s why Karmi shoved him. But he didn’t mean for it to happen! If Karmi hadn’t grabbed him, he never would have fallen down with her!
“It was an accident!” Hiro yelled. “You think Iplanned on that?!”
“Yes!” Karmi brought a hand up to her mouth. Shetook this as an opportunity to wipe off her lips and rub her jaw. “That hurt! You’re lucky that I didn’t chip a tooth!”
Hiro now rubbed at his equally sore jaw. “Y-yeah, my teeth hurt too! You know, even if I wanted to kiss you, WHICH I DON’T, do you really think this is howI’d go about it?!”
“I-I don’t know! What is with you today? First, you make me look bad in class and then you kiss me?!” Karmi made a disgustedsounding noise. She turned to walk away. “Just stay away from me!”
Still flustered and processing everything, Karmistormed off. This time, she made sure to walk around any parts of the floorthat were still wet.
As for Hiro, he remained blushing, confused andtoo stunned to get up.
This was such a fun prompt! I actually have a few things to say regarding this fanfic sooo here we go.
Alright, first things first, idk if Hiro and Karmi are going to kiss in canon. And I don’t know how they would or should go about it if they do. I think it’d be nice if they kissed after forming a solid friendship. But for this fic, I felt like summarizing a friendship would have felt super rushed and out of place. So, this is a scenario that I think could suit them best as rivals.
Another thing, I’m sorry if Karmi comes off sounding really rude and acting ridiculous over a stupid thing. It’s meant to be a ‘her ego got mildly bruised’ situation if that makes sense??
I’d like to think after this, Hiro and Karmi have some time to think through it all and they eventually find the courage to talk it out (and hopefully become friends).
Anywho, I hope you enjoyed it! Thank you for the request @mojo72400 :D
