Did I just spend over an hour making my SWTOR OCs in a Barbie picrew? Yes, I did.
Can I offer any explanation of or elaboration on my choices? No, I cannot.
There's really no excuse other than maybe this fever has finally cooked my brain.

K just watched the new Pokémon Direct and I have a lot of hope for S&V. It's open world, and I do hope that you can play a combined version of each story, and possibly have a main ending for continuity sake, with different ways to get there.
My socially anxious self is also really hype for the multi-player option, hoping that it can bring in some inspiration from the likes of animal crossing. In that vain, I hope that multibattles and other different types of styles can be more involved.
I think the Teralizing gimmick is a much more interesting battle style than dynamax and gigamaxing and, since it seems to combine Mega evos, z-moves and dynas in an interesting way, particularly when the story starts off centered around a treasure hunt. I also hope that they bring back megas since stones are involved and aren't specific to the Kalos region, which should be close to Palena since France and Spain border each other. This focus on treasure would be a great way to reintroduce the concept, even if it is overshadowed by teralizing. Either way, the concept is pretty cool.
I also wonder if the terratype is based on hidden power stats, and if either hidden power will be replaced or enhanced by it. The crystallization and the placement of a crystal hat is pretty smart since you don't need to make a new model for each pokemon, or risk any weirdness to the textures. Just simply add an extra texture to the pokemon based on it's teratype and add the hat. Hopefully, they've learned to have the game use proper file handling where the game checks for the teratype and loads the texture from a dedicated folder when avaliable. I say this based on the way models were duplicated and used up more storage space than necessary in Sun and Moon.
I'm pretty hyped to play Violet, so I definitely hope to get it this time around.
