So kinda funny thing about me is that it actually takes QUITE a lot to get me legitimately upset. With all of my health stuff, I've ended up with the attitude of "lots of things really don't matter in the long run so there's no real use in me getting actually upset over this". I'm really very easygoing sjddkf but! When something really does bother me and I'm super mad or upset or having a panic attack, I'll do the 5 senses thing;

5 things I can see

4 things I can touch

3 things I can hear

2 things I can smell

1 thing I can taste

You have to see those things out and really be present in the moment, often doing things to acquire the checklist of that exercise. So, usually, by the time I'm done with that, I'm in a place where I can breathe and think a little better to allow myself to feel what I'm feeling without it being overwhelming.

29.) morning, afternoon, or night?

I think I'm definitely a night person, though my body does better in the morning. I like sleeping in too much. I always have! But I enjoy the calm of the night. I like that people are more available to hang. When I was younger, I would stay out pretty late with friends and just be free under the cover of night. There is a peace that comes with watching the stars y’know!
