Why Daemon need the king to set aside the marriage to Rhea Royce? Doesn't he need only the high septon?
Also fuck him Rhea needed someone better!
Because in a post Maegor/Jaehaerys Westeros, the High Septon basically acts as a rubber stamp for the king in religious matters. Especially under the Targaryens, the king could appoint a High Septon and ignore the wishes of the Most Devout (seen with Baelor) If a High Septon wanted to annul Daemon/Rhea’s marriage, he’d quickly find himself afoul of King Viserys aka the guy who is in charge of protecting and funding him. Nope, the High Septon wasn’t going to go against Viserys’ wishes for the highly impious Daemon.
Yes, Rhea deserved better than him. But the same could be said for (nearly) all women sexually connected to him. I wish that Daemon’s mistreatment of Rhea had at least some impact on the story, since despite earning the rightful disgust of Jeyne Arryn, she still supported his cause during the Dance of the Dragons as a female regnant.

A-T-2 236 D.C. Hardcore Punk
Carrying on with Was 1982 the best year for punk rock albums? here are some examples form the Washington D.C. hardcore scene
The only track not released on Dischord Records on this post Bad Brains - Banned In D.C. (Bad Brains rasta side A-T-2 047)
Minor Threat had released their first e.p.'s in 1981. 1982 they contribute two tracks to the Dischord Records compilation Flex Your Head. Dischord's Jeff Nelson and Ian MacKaye were both in Minor Threat (and The Teen Idles who are also on Flex Your Head)
also on Flex Your Head is The Untouchables - Nic Fit which is notable for being covered by Sonic Youth on their Dirty album
Void - Ignorant People from the The Faith/ Void split album. Another example of the hardcore/metal merger
The Faith - Confusion from the The Faith/Void split album like the above post... bit of an influence on Seattle

that scene in tlo where thalia tells percy he can't start feeling sorry for luke bc luke made his choices. and thalia reveals that the reason they couldn't make it to camp in time for all of them to make it to camp was bc luke kept picking fights. and annabeth never saw this as wrong bc luke was her hero. so thalia had to pick up the pieces. and percy thinking both that luke was put in a cruel position and that luke was putting others in a cruel position. and percy is the only character who understood both sides of luke bc annabeth sees only the best of him and thalia sees only the worst. and that's why percy is the prophecy kid and the one who gives luke the knife. bc annabeth had spent the entire series essentially giving luke the knife when he didn't deserve it. and thalia was never going to give luke the knife. but percy is the only one who can see exactly when luke deserves the knife.

The knights of the Kingsguard have to follow the Faith? can a non-Faith believer join the Kingsguard, like for example an Ironman?
Until Sandor Clegane, all Kingsguard had to be knights. While knighthood is usually tied to the Faith (to the point that it’s very rare in the North and Iron Islands), some non-Faith believers seem to have been knighted, like Jorah Mormont, Rodrik Cassell, and Harras Harlaw. So yes, if that ironman had a knighthood—say it was granted by the king for honorable service—then yes, he could join the Kingsguard.
