My grandpa likes watching me play video games and recently wanted to try. So I set up a casual game. He was not interested in customizing his Herald though and wanted to get straight to the game. He's using one of the ugly defaults you can chose from the start of the game and plans to romance Cassandra with it. And I just find it hilarious and adorable at the same time

ILLEGAL sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe by the United States of America have resulted in complications with repayments for a US$98 million Brazilian loan facility under the More Food Africa programme, Foreign Affairs and International Trade Minister Dr Frederick Shava said yesterday.

Speaking during a courtesy call by visiting Brazilian Secretary for Africa and the Middle East in the Ministry of External Relations, Ambassador Carlos Duarte in Harare, Ambassador Shava said Zimbabwe was grateful for the 15-year loan facility in 2015 to support at least 22 000 small-scale farmers with equipment, including tractors, fertiliser spreaders and irrigation kits.

“The Government of Zimbabwe and its people are sincerely grateful to Brazil for the expression of support, this mutual support. I regret, however, that there have been challenges in repayments for the loan and interest for the equipment supplied to Zimbabwe,” Dr Shava said. “This was and is due to complications associated with the sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe by the US and that tended to slow down or complicate our repayment programme. “An attempt by our commercial bank, the AFC Commercial Bank, to remit funds in January 2023 was not successful because the funds were returned by the United States immediately to the intermediary bank, citing their international compliance policy, that is, compliance with the sanctions regime.”

OC Kiss Day 6, the day I really didn't have time for with how things have worked out but at the last second I attempted to throw together anyway. This one I intended to spend multiple nights on before stuff happened both for the obvious reasons and Also because as I remembered midway through this these characters have not had color palettes since like. Maybe 2017. There's a color version under the crop, but it's a Mess of improvisation and "all it has to be is done."

Bonus: a concept version of this from January. I forgot about the halo both times. The Herald is hell to draw and will be until I sit down and make a real reference sheet, which will be maybe never.

Ambassador of Palestine to Zimbabwe, Dr Tamer Almassri has said settler terrorism against Palestinian civilians in more than 10 villages in the West Bank and countryside has reached unprecedented levels under the protection of the Israeli occupation army, in violation of international law. Ambassador Almassri said Israeli militias were obtaining encouragement and political support in the practice of their terrorist acts through the supply of various weapons, protection and immunity provided by the extremist Israeli government to execute a premeditated plan of gradual annexation of the West Bank thereby undermining the opportunity to realise the Palestinian statehood. He said the international community should urgently intervene to force the Israeli government to stop all its settlement activities, dismantle armed colonialist militias, remove their weapons, stop their financing and punish those who support them. “The attacks are an extension of Israel’s open aggression against the Palestinian people in a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law,” Ambassador Almassri said.
