Shipping containers don't come much more luxurious than this! Once two run-down shipping containers, this home has been redesigned with a young sim couple in mind who love gardening, eco-living, and fabrication. Downstairs is a crafting room and a kitchen that looks into the spacious yard, filled with every amenity that a citizen of Evergreen Harbor could possibly want. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom, complete with a space for yoga, and a huge balcony for enjoying the water views.

the highlights of my Newcrest Series builds

I've started a series in the sims 4 that I've called "My Newcrest Series." I'm filling out every lot in Newcrest using only 1 pack per lot. These are my favorite lots so far - and no, the Ridgeline Apartments arent technically apartments, it's just a residential lot that I made to look like an apartment complex.

Anyone else having issues with Eco Footprint still running despite having it disabled in your game?

I’ve repaired my game and have continuously enabled it to disable it afterwards just to have it go away, but it always comes back. I’m not even playing in Evergreen Harbor, but it doesn’t matter what I do and how many times I enable/disable it, the world always turns to an industrial state and my Sims keep getting the “Gross Air” moodlet.

This has been happening since the last patch, and I do have a bunch of CC/Mods on my game, however, I haven’t heard of anyone else going through the same thing, nor was this mentioned in the last laundry list sent out by the Sims team. Just wanted to know if it’s just me, or if anyone else is having the same issue because it’s hella annoying.

Cyber Harbor

The Cyber Harbor is an industrial site with a cyberpunk style apartment and small bar. The apartment is on three levels and has two bedrooms, a large fitness area and a basketball court. There are secret rooms and corridors. There is also a simple bar for those who want to play with the mod live in buissness by littlemssam.

It's not all functional but most of it is. All basic things like cooking, sleeping, showering work. I wish you a lot of fun with it and if you publish screenshots I would be very happy about a link to see your cool photos.
