Tails' real name being a human name (Miles) is weird, so I've decided that his name being a human name was an accident (his full name being a speed pun is a happy accident). His parents did the same thing that Asriel's parents did in Undertale, where they took the first two letters of one parent's name and the last three letters of the other parent's name and mashed them together to get their child's name. In his case, his mother's name was Mist, and his father's name was . . . Squiggles.

I just realized today’s the anniversary of The Village That Went Mad so enjoy this doodle of Robin (which also doubles as the first drawing I did of the new year)

You also get some of my headcanons for him as a treat.

-After the ordeal in Not A Very Good Town, he roams around the world. He wears Cornelius’s cloak and Cat’s hat which both he’d taken from their homes on the way out.

-He vividly remembers burning, as well as seeing the murderous duo that survived the night. They didn’t attack or believe him to be alive, but they did feel it when he drove his adoptive father’s knife into their sides. He ran before they could grab him, fleeing into the woods.

-He’s not sure what keeps him alive, but he’s well aware that whatever it is… it wants something from him.

-He was brought to the non canon version of the Village (based on the one year anniversary of it) by chance, and unlike last time, he followed Karl back into the timeless rift he created.

-He’s the reason Sheriff Thompson has the scar on his eye.

so in my village the group of friends has always been 3 of us, since we were little. i was the first one to come out, and the yr after that the other two came out basically at the same time. that same yr i found out that they had made out/hooked up, and i saw that our friend group was gonna fall apart bc of it. last yr they ended up dating, and a few months later (cant exactly remember when lmao) they broke up

#w one of them (the one that got broken up with) i dont talk abt the other bc shes mad #when it was still fresh/i was updating her on my life i let her tell me the news and how the breakup was #but other than that i literally do not mention my other friend #oh and my other friend literally told me she broke up w her right when it happened and she kinda told me but not too much #bc shes very closed off w her emotions so i just let her tell me whatever n i didnt push her #but this yr i saw her again and she told me way way more than she initally did #so basically w one of them i dont mention the other #and w the other (the one that broke up) i just talk abt the other friend. thats 90% of our convos #just helping her thru stuff #and im just stuck in the fucking middle bro #but i know one of them is in the wrong. like i get she has all the right to be mad BUT i think shes going/went overboard w it #i genuinely wish we could go back to when we just rode our bikes around the village and at night we met to do some stargazing #OH WAIT (if anyone is even reading this far) i forgot to mention THEY ARE LITERALLY NEIGHBORS #so the three of us live on the same street but one of them lives right below the other one
