#bunny speaks #I forget to be sad about the things that I just. miss out on bc of my autism #I think bc for a long time I thought it was Just Me?#(but to be fair. the pretentious bug bites me quite a bit)#I dunno. my friends are talking about clubs and partying and going to New Orleans and gambling #and like I think a lot abt accessibility. I am the biggest proponent of Not every activity needs to be accessible bc it CANT #you CANNOT make a club accessible for me and THAT IS OKAY #I dunno. I've also never really had friends who wanted to Do that kind of stuff before though #I just. I hope they don't feel like I'm a bummer bc I miss out and don't want to go. but I also hope they don't ever feel guilt for going #but I love having multiple autistic ppl in my life. there are so many who also think actual partying is hell on earth <3 #need to find ones who will also want to hang out!!! inside. where I don't. have to. feel any. bass #bunny vents

the browns/ravens and Texans/titans(oilers) discourse this past week is giving me a headache 🙄

Thinking about how the Mikaelsons asked Hope where she wanted to spreed Klaus ashes, she said she wanted it to be somewhere she can always feel him with her. And the writers really expect me to believe that Hope would decide to spreed her fathers ashes at the Salvatore School. A place she spent a decade of her life unhappy. Bc she had to deal with losing her family/trying to get them back, dealing with the twins bullying her, losing an irreplaceable painting she made with her dad etc. They really want me to believe that that’s the place she’ll always want to come back to, the place she’ll always want to be. 😑😑😑😑 nope I reject that so hard.

#s4 #why couldn’t they have her do it in New Orleans in the same place she put her mom to rest so she can always have both her parents with her #or literally any other place on the planet #but then again that would go against their whole thing that the Salvatore school was a home/family for all #one of my many headcanons is that she spreed her dads ashes in New Orleans Klaus’ fav place in the world #and a place that her whole family can visit and feel close to him as well #random thoughts #idk if anyone else was bugged by this or if it was just me

googling how to deal with a parasocial relationship with a city

#personal #travelblogging #honestly i genuinely think i’ve fallen in love with new orleans over the course of this trip #like i have no frame of reference. maybe what i’m attracted to is humanity in general #but all the little niches you can find in the city — pirate alley with all the local artists selling original works and prints #artists doing plein air paintings #cute little specialty shops where the owner is genuinely so passionate about what they’re doing #(too many to list! stationery; playing cards; /several/ vampire cafés and stores; etc)#the live jazz #there is such an artist culture here and again i’m not sure if you find a similar thing in any big city or if it’s just here #but genuinely i love this environment!#i’ve bought so many indie post cards and zines #i could keep talking but it’d get pretty cringy. but again i think the best way to describe this is a parasocial relationship #…also i think i got robbed lol.
