Today marks ten years since Rise of the Guardians was released. I can and have talked the ear off of anyone who will listen about this movie.
Sometimes, I put it on just to look at all the textures and small details in the character designs. Sometimes, I put it on for comforting background noise. The books are whimsically strange and delightful with such lovely illustrations. I just love the characters, love the story, love that I can visit them for comfort and inspiration.
The Guardians brought magic back into my life, and I’ve been so glad to have them the last ten years. I’m sure these won’t be the last pieces of fan art I ever do (Jack is still one of my favorite characters to draw, you know he’ll be back), but I’m glad I got to finish these portraits to celebrate the film in time for its anniversary.
My brain made a cute thought.
Tootianna is a witch, specifically a memory witch. Like in the movie, teeth have memory and she can see/show them when the teeth are in a person's body. And she can fly by turning into a hummingbird.
Oh, and she replaced her teeth with gold teeth and her real ones are on her neck. Not a necklace but a teethlace!
Hey do you guys know what else you need? A second rotg/httyd crossover ship to think too deeply about.
Also I wanna shout-out @hijacksecrets again for her incredible interpretation of a bard!Tooth design! I still stare at it on the daily, thank you so much for drawing it again! Check out her design over here guys, it’s SO FUN!!
I didn't liked the idea of tooth getting pregnant or anything like that, it felt weird and she would have to take a break from running around in the world for teeths so I had an idea about the Storks!!! Yeah it made so much sense :DD they're one of the beliefs told to children so I thought it fits very well.
So he was brought by the storks as a gift from MiM, had came as a kid, will stay as one immortally just like how the others don't age. I'm gonna need to think of some names akrndkene >;DD
