Publisher Top Hat Studios and developer Casper Croes will release 90s survival horror games-inspired Alisa for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch on February 6, the companies announced.
Alisa first launched for PC via Steam on October 22, 2021. A “Developer’s Cut” update featuring various new content was released on September 9, 2022. The console versions contain all updates and new content previously added to the PC version, as well as numerous fixes and quality of life optimizations.
Here is an overview of the game, via Top Hat Studios:
About
Elite Royal Agent Alisa—hot on the heels of a notorious thief in a fantastical world somewhat reminiscent of the 1920s—finds herself suddenly whisked away to an old, bizarre, Victorian-style mansion. Now trapped in a world up-side down, Alisa must find a way to escape—all the while being haunted by the mansion’s strange, mechanized doll-like inhabitants. Can you survive the dollhouse… and escape with your humanity? This Developer’s Cut is the definitive version of the hit, critically acclaimed Alisa.
Key Features

Real Pre-rendered backgrounds and authentic low-poly models.
Currency, items, and outfits with unique player stats boosts.

Not only do I try to make awesome general comic book content, I also host a podcast for Nerd Initiative called The Comic Press Podcast, where we interview comic book industry professionals and indie comic book creators every other Friday LIVE at 6pm est! Check out this clip from our latest episode!
Part 1
In this clip from The Comic Press Podcast, indie comic books writer and friend of the show, Allen Dunford, details the origins of his new indie comic series.
"Horus In Hell" is a brand new horror/comedy series spun out of Top Hat Studios smash indie hit, "Pocus Hocus".
Hirus was Hell's most decorated war hero, until he accidentally pledges himself to a magician for all eternity. That dame magician has screwed up big, and now Horus must fight his way to Hell and back (literally) to set things right. Did I mention Horus is a pink bunny rabbit?
You can back "Horus In Hell" at the link below before time is up on July 7th at 10pm est!

Short and not enough variety. Still, the fun premise and nice presentation make it a pleasant experience.

Welcome back to Jolly Jinglings, The Splintering’s celebration of all stars of royal beauty bright. Today we’re going to pick apart Big Dipper, a visual novel “game” published by Top Hat Studios and developed by Zimno Team for the Nintendo Switch and Steam PC. Why the quotation marks around “game”? Because Big Dipper isn’t a game in any sense. Zero. It is merely an illustrated story told via…

A Pleasant Trip Back to Simpler Platforming Times in Frogun
Excursions up and around its 3D levels that are not without a challenge to overcome and interesting experiments with traversal to work out. Proof that even the least-graciously aged of 3D platformers still hold some charm and value literal decades on. Frogun in a way is a testament to that decades-old staying power.

Just gotta say, Frogun is my FROGOTY! Such a delightful little game brimming with charm and challenge. Renata is absolutely adorable and the music is marvelous. Definetly recommend checking it out! I also love that the game is fully playable with the Switch's N64 controller. 🐸

What's super scary at the end of the cavernous ruins? Renata and Frogun don't seem to like it, but it'll be a nice reprieve in order to get out of these nightmare stages! Soon we'll be at the core! The core's cool. Excited. Episode 17 of Frogun!
