The console versions contain all updates and new content previously added to the PC version, as well as numerous fixes and quality of life optimizations.
Here is an overview of the game, via Top Hat Studios:
About

Now trapped in a world up-side down, Alisa must find a way to escape—all the while being haunted by the mansion’s strange, mechanized doll-like inhabitants. Can you survive the dollhouse… and escape with your humanity?
This Developer’s Cut is the definitive version of the hit, critically acclaimed Alisa.

Hirus was Hell's most decorated war hero, until he accidentally pledges himself to a magician for all eternity. That dame magician has screwed up big, and now Horus must fight his way to Hell and back (literally) to set things right. Did I mention Horus is a pink bunny rabbit?

What's super scary at the end of the cavernous ruins? Renata and Frogun don't seem to like it, but it'll be a nice reprieve in order to get out of these nightmare stages! Soon we'll be at the core! The core's cool. Excited.
