The letter is not fake. It is not a diary. Jungkook's privacy and that of his unit were indeed violated. There is official confirmation that the content of the letter or part of a letter that circulated a few days ago, claiming to have been written by Jungkook, is real. The letter had been posted on the army's intranet, and only other soldiers could see it. Someone arbitrarily took a photo and posted it on social media. In doing so, Jungkook's privacy was violated in a certain way, and the army rules were breached.

Those who hastily claimed a few days ago that the letter was a lie and that Jungkook had not written any of it, accusing Jikookers of lying, are now silent. It's incredible, but not surprising at all that they were more concerned with denying the authenticity of the letter and Jungkook's words than addressing the fact that someone posted something they shouldn't have.

This has become repetitive. As far as I know and have read on Twitter today, that group of people has not said anything about the Ministry of Defence's response after someone reported the illegal leak. The reason is simple: talking about the ministry's response would mean acknowledging that the content of the letter is real, that Jungkook did say what he said, and they cannot do that.

All of this only confirms for the eleventh time that many in this fandom, or those who claim to be fans of BTS or any of its members, don't really care if photos, videos, information, or letters are leaked illegally or violate the members' privacy. This group of people only cares when it involves something related to Jimin and Jungkook TOGETHER. Because they HATE seeing that Jimin and Jungkook are close. That their relationship is genuine and that they are the closest duo in the group. Now more than ever.

Got this comment on my fic Key To The Hearts this morning. I don't know why I got such a review and there's probably no reason than to be toxic. The only thing I could think of is that I wrote a positive take about Asta x Mimosa on my Tumblr here. It is a strange coincidence that this comment came the next day.

In any case, I don't even think that this person is even a true Astelle fan. Firstly, I always get a bit suspicious about so-called shippers who put "(ship name) supremacy" in their name. Secondly, shippers who are toxic like this are in most cases not even loving the ship they claim to be fan of. And thirdly, I've read here on Tumblr that there is a fake Astelle fan who has very toxic takes and probably is only doing this to give Astelle fan a bad reputation. I feel sorry for everyone who had to deal at least once with this person or this kind of people.

I need to get this out of my chest, so... It is okay to not lake a ship, there is nothing wrong with that. But what is not okay is this kind of attitude. Not only is it disrespecting towards other people, but also towards those ships, even the one you claim to be a fan about. Shipping is suppose to be fun, to share love, to explore possibilities and dynamics. It is not a serious national affair on which could depend the fate of the world.

I like Asta x Mimosa, but I prefer Asta x Noelle. Just because I like one ship doesn't mean I'm not allowed to like another one. Shipping Asta with Mimosa is not insulting towards Astelle. And this counts for ANY ship in ANY fandom.

You are NOT a real Astelle fan if you do things like this comment. Wether it's intentional or not, you should know that no real fan would do something like that. Not only should a ship never determine your entire personality, nor is a ship you dislike a "danger" or a "crime" towards your fav. If you love a ship genuinely, you just ignore those you don't like. The block button is there for a reason.

And one of the reasons I came to like Asta x Mimosa is because of takes like this one that. So, insulting me and the ship won't change my mind. Heck, I ship both ships even more right now, maybe I should be grateful for that!

By the way, if you were truly a fan of Asta and Noelle, you would know that they would beat you for disrespecting Mimosa like that.

To any Astelle fan out there, I know and everyone else know that you are not like this person. Ship Astelle with all your might. To any Mimosta fan out there, you are not wrong to ship Asta with Mimosa. Ship Mimosta with all your might.

So, this was it on my part. I feel much better now and now I'm actually very motivated to continue my writing. Currently I'm on chapter 8 of Key To The Hearts and a Beach Oneshot inspired by a chapter of Paper Hearts by @kalolasfantasyworld. Both have Astelle in it, by the way^^

Maybe I'll also write a little something about Mimosa, because she deserves it!

Heya! Now before I go into this please know I AM NOT a toxic/force shipper, I am not forcing you to ship Huntlow, simply just telling you why your reasons don't make sense and contradict to the canon versions of the characters of the show, and with that let's go

Reason 1: it's not possible for Hunter to trust Willow after Below possed him and in general

Titan...Im just going to automatically assume you've never watched Any Sports In The Storm, that one part in Reaching out, Labyrinth Runners, Clouds On The Horizon, Kings Tide or the entirety of s3, I'M LITERALLY TRYING TO BE NICE BUT YOU ARE ACTUALLY FUCKING STUPID, Hunter trusts AND CARES Willow by first, in reaching out, giving her his penstegram account to chat, saving her from getting hurt in clouds on the horizon, yes, it's wasn't actually Luz, it was an illusion, and in the same episode Willow tried to save Hunter (or so she thought it does matter if it's actually Luz it just proves she cares about Hunter) and when Luz got captured by Kiki she was very anxious and hurrying everyone to get to Kiki to save Luz, yet again, don't come at me with just because it was illusion doesn't mean she dosent care about Hunter, she thought it was him, she cares about him a lot cause she was in a hurry to save him (or so she though it was him)! Hunter was comfortable and trusted her to cut his hair in thanks to them, in the same episode he wasn't uncomfortable with Willow holding him after the possession, in for the future HE LITERALLY SAYS HE CARES ABOUT WILLOW, NOT JUST GUS, WILLOW TOO, he comforted her after her breakdown and saved her and Gus, Willow trusts and cares about Hunter in ending of for the future by holding his hand (pinky promis?? Idk what to call it lol) and literally said "Thanks Hunter, you mean a lot to me to" which Hunter replied "yeah...sure, no problem"

Reason 2: they head canon either Hunter, Willow, or both of them as aroace, asexual, or on the spectrum

I expect the aversion to celebrating Yoonmin in Jikook spaces is because Taekookers ship Yoonmin specifically to keep JK and JM apart and piss off Jikookers. Not saying it’s fair, logical, or reasonable but I’d wager that’s a big part of it. Toxic Taekookers ruin everything.

I Hate When People Just Say That You Can’t Ship Something Because Their Relationship is “Unhealthy”

I just think that exploring their dynamic is fun and the art is cute! Like as long as they aren’t hurting anybody else what’s the point?

“But it’s toxic!” “They’re not good for each other!” “They would never work!” etc.

1. AUs (Alternate Universes) are a thing, where the situation around characters’ relationships are different.

2. Sometimes the dynamic of the characters is fun to play with, even if in canon it would never work. Like not every part of the source material has to apply to a person’s enjoyment of a ship.

3. Maybe that’s the point! Maybe I want to watch this train-wreck of a relationship go down in flames! Do I agree with it in real life? No! but isn’t diving into worlds and trying new scenarios and relationships what fanfiction is about?

4. I don’t give one crap what you ship. like whatever you want, I don’t care! Just let me enjoy my source of dopamine and you can enjoy yours. We can both like different things for equally valid reasons!

(P.S. Thank you to all the respectful shippers out there that can appreciate the dedication that goes into creating something even if you don’t like it personally. JIMIN AND JUNGKOOK AND THE HATE THEY DON'T DESERVE.

Being part of this fandom when your biases are Jimin and Jungkook is not easy. Forget about whether you believe there is something more between them; being a fan of them in this fandom is difficult. Every day is a new reason to feel helpless, upset, disappointed, and afraid that they see all the hatred they receive. Hatred they don't deserve, particularly Jimin.

I will never tire of saying how wonderful Jimin is and that, even though I don't know him, I can tell he is a good person, friend, and colleague. A respectful, affectionate, hardworking, dreamy person. One of those people who doesn't seem real, one of those people who are perfectly imperfect. And that's why I'll never understand why he receives so much hatred and why many in this fandom allow it.

Jimin has always been the number one enemy of Taekookers and many Solos, for different reasons but one in common: envy. These groups have always been able to say whatever they want about Jimin, and practically nothing, aside from his fans and Jikookers is said in response. And what's worse, when these fans say something to defend Jimin, they are labelled as Solos or reduced to mere shippers. Jimin cannot be defended, apparently.

The hatred they, particularly Jimin, have been receiving since their trip to Japan with Jungkook was announced is sad. What has happened since before the rumours that Jimin and Jungkook would enlist together in the army came out has crossed all kinds of limits. Jimin has been insulted in the vilest ways I have ever seen in my life, and virtually no one says anything—no one, except the usual ones, of course. When the rumours surfaced in the Korean press, the hatred intensified. Haters once again realized that they could say and do whatever they wanted, and nothing would happen to them because, once again, the fandom, in general, did nothing to defend Jimin, to silence the haters. Funny how that doesn't happen when it comes to another member.

After Big Hit confirmed that not only Jimin and Jungkook would enlist together but also that they would do it under a special program that guaranteed they would be together for the duration of their military service, hell broke loose. Disinformation became an everyday thing, insults, mockery too, and the target remains the same: Jimin.

You are guilty when you do something wrong, but you are also guilty when you do nothing when you see others doing something wrong. I believe even the latter is worse. Jimin and Jungkook decided to apply for a program that guarantees they will be together throughout their military service for reasons they only know and don't have to disclose, nor do they have to give explanations. That decision, which surely was not easy to make, must be respected by everyone, period. Not questioned, not belittled, not explained to fit into absurd narratives.

The way Taekookers always paint Jungkook as this manipulable person, incapable of making his own decisions, who always does what the company, according to them, tells him is deplorable, disrespectful, and further proof that they don't care about Jungkook. The way I've seen many diagnose Jungkook with different things, in treating Jimin as a helpless and weak being who needs a bodyguard with him to say that they applied to the program because they had to and not because they wanted to is insulting. And yet virtually no one says anything.

Jimin and Jungkook will never be the enemies that many want them to be. They will always be the two members who seem to be the closest. They will always be the ones who understand each other with just a look. They will always be the ones with the same sense of humour, who laugh in the same way, and who simply share more things in common. They will always be the ones who promised to go to the moon together and the ones who seem to have no secrets from each other. Those who comfort each other, who are there when one is sick etc.

JIMIN AND JUNGKOOK WILL NEVER BE THE ENEMIES MANY WISH THEM TO BE.

Reducing all the hatred they are receiving right now, and that they have always received, to a shipping issue is insulting, it's cowardly. If your conclusion is to blame Jikookers only, ignoring absolutely everything that Taekookers say daily, what Solos and akgaes say daily, let me tell you that you are a hater too. And you are, in a way, worse. YOU are the problem. If you are unable to stand up for them because you think it will make you a shipper, you are the problem because it goes beyond that. If you are afraid to defend the love, affection and trust that they obviously have for each other, if you are afraid to acknowledge that they are close, that they are great friends, you are the problem too. No one is asking you to accept that Jimin and Jungkook are married or anything like that, what many of us would expect from everyone who claims to be a fan of BTS, is to defend the members of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. If you are incapable of doing that, you are the problem too. You are also a HATER.

I hope the time the boys are in the army serves to clean up this fandom from so much rubbish. I hope they find a fandom that supports all seven of them unconditionally when they return. That respects them and only wants the best for them.

But in this life, nothing is that easy, right? I'm afraid to think about what they will say when the documentary is released and what will happen when whatever Jimin and Jungkook filmed together is released. In a way, I'm glad they won't be here when all that comes out because the chances of them not seeing any of that will be high.

People are questioning jikook bond because now that bts are on hiatus, jikook stopped hanging out. And then we see jk hanging out with taeyhung only (sometimes with hobi). So it's normal that people think that it's true that jikook was only fanservice because if they have a close bond, why they only see each other during birthdays or when they have to film something for the group. At the same time, taekook are always together even when they don't have group activities. They spend a lot of time together, something that jikook doesn't do anymore.

On the birthday thing, cause you had to caveat your whole “Jikook don’t hang out” with that, since that was a case of them clearly hanging out for a non-official reason which collapses your whole theory but I digress: JK told Jin that other than him, only Hobi and — with an adorable giggle, but that could have just been from Jin’s antics — Jimin came to see him for his bday. Why didn’t he say Tae? Guessing it’s cause Tae in fact did not go see him. Don’t give me a line about him hiding their relationship, enough of the other guys had come to see him that he could have mentioned it without it raising eyebrows if that were the case. We can reasonably assume he was telling the truth. In that case, isn’t it kind of weird that Tae didn’t go see him on his birthday, and Jimin did, if he and Tae are so inseparably close? And listen, I’m not trying to pit the guys against each other and compare their bonds, but you brought it up, so what gives?

Alright, onto the biggest part of your ask: On Jikook apparently not hanging out because we haven’t seen it: I don’t understand why you feel like the things we don’t see cancel out the things we do. This is preposterous logic, plain and simple. Let me give an example: let’s say you go to your friends’ wedding. It’s beautiful, you shed a tear. You see the marriage contract and the rings. You hear them pronounced. They’re married - you saw it with your own eyes. Now what you haven’t seen is them having sex - and they haven’t told you directly (at least, not in the last maybe three months) that they do, in fact, have sex. Is it then a logical conclusion that they DON’T have sex, since you haven’t seen it, and are therefore not sexually attracted to each other and the whole marriage that you witnessed was a sham? (Hint: No. That would be a stupid conclusion to come to. Hence, the things you don’t see don’t cancel out the things you do. Make sense?)

What we’ve seen and heard (or at least what I see, feel so free to disagree) from Jikook in recent months is the same affectionate, domestic, sweet couple-y, flirty vibes they’ve had for years. I have seen no reason in their recent on-screen interactions to doubt that they are as head over heels for each other as they’ve seemed for pretty much ever, and quite a few reasons to think they’re closer than ever. So yeah, the dates and hang outs and time spent together that I don’t see is never going to affect that. If they suddenly start appearing distant, unfriendly, or negatively awkward around each other, I might think differently. But that will be based on what I’ve seen. Get the difference?

This last part is not necessarily aimed at you, anon, but I’m just gonna say it for whoever needs to hear it:

toxic taekookers are gaslighting you. They’re telling you to disregard what you see with your own eyes, and believe in some made up narrative that falls apart under even the smallest amount of scrutiny. You don’t have to agree that Jimin and Jungkook are dating, but to deny that they are close is ridiculous, directly contradicts original content and their own words, and is just a weird thing to have the desire to prove. And there’s really only one reason people are so obsessed with claiming that Jimin and Jungkook, who are quite obviously one of the closest if not the closest duos in Bangtan, aren’t even remotely close. Wanna know what it is? ✨brainwashing ✨

Tkkrs say stuff without providing any proof when something they don't expect with evidance happens to stop it from escalating. they try to cause confusion by spreading false information mixed in with the real information as much as possible to gain back control on the narrative by hoping it will stick and more people will pick it up and the lie will be turn into a fact. it's a form of control like how propaganda networks work. If enough people see it in the first attempt the tactic works no matter if deep down they are struggling with doubts and insecurities they only share in their PG chats to each other. Some examples

"Set me free was for Taehyung but was given to Jimin" Lies. Jimin wrote it for himself to himself and we all can guess why they want it

"GCF Tokyo was suppose to be with Taehyung and JK setteled". Lies. JK did it for Jimin's birthday and never once mentioned any other member

"BTS never goes out without managers and bodyguards so this means Taennie is a PR relationship". Lies. JK and Jimin did it in Tokyo and I imagine when they all travel with family and friends for holidays or in private they do it too

"He isn't in Paris with Jennie, he is in Nice". Lies. There's a video, pictures and enough information for that

"That's a cosplay gang". Lies. Nobody can arrange that in such short time and Taehyung himself doesn't say it wasn't him and his manager

"Jungkook never support or promote Jimin's songs". Lies. He's basically the only one who consistently do it and even dedicated an entire live for him

"Taehyung and JK celebrate birthdays together every year" bla bla..the list goes on. It will become harder and harder to keep this up tho because things change and nobody has full control of the situation (enter Jennie) that's why they are forced to keep changing what they say about them as people

I think (or at least I hope) that the angry Destiel super fans in your inbox are very young and immature. I’ve been around since forever in various fandoms and back in our day no one gave a shit if our ship didn’t go Canon. I had several ships involving characters that had never even met, fgs. Shipping was a fun, relaxing activity- not the weirdly culty, religious experience it is now. Dear superfans, stop trying to convince people about your ship - who cares what anyone else thinks . If you enjoy shipping, just do it and leave the rest of us and the actors alone.

I don't know about the ones in my inbox, but I've seen plenty of hellers who are older, have kids, spouses, etc. In fact, they're most often the ones finding those who are younger and easily manipulated (e.g., insecure, needing attention, etc.) and 'indoctrinating' them (probably because it's a power-trip). It's basically a cult complete with pushy salespeople who refuse to let disbelievers live in peace.
