Today’s talk: Today kinda sucked. Classes weren’t fun and stressed me out. Have so much due in the next few weeks since the semester is coming to an end. Sadly, I had no motivation to work on anything. After my morning classes, I laid in bed watching youtube basically all day. I’ll finish my outline tomorrow for sure.

Second day of new ab workout and I can feel the pain from yesterday. Could do more without stopping so already making progress. Tomorrow will be my “rest day” which just means I’m gonna do a simpler but still effective ab routine because this one hurts my back a little bit. I’ll also be doing mostly homework tomorrow. Had a few bad thoughts about my body today; mostly at night like usual and when I’m writing this.

Today’s talk: So I got very far behind on these again and couldn’t remember enough days to try and catch up. School has been kicking me ass! Having five online classes kinda sucks especially with the classes I have. Some just don’t work well online. I’ve also had no motivation most days so working on homework before the day it is due has been hard. I saw Devin this past Tuesday and is the last time I’ll see him until the pandemic is over. I’ve just been chilling at my house, dealing with my annoying brothers, texting some friends, and trying to get though school. Semester is almost over and I can’t wait.

I also started a new exercise for abs on tops of my 100 squats a day and arms exercises. Only 6 minutes for abs but my god does it burn and feel good. Hoping to see some results from it.

Today’s talk: Back and shoulder pain was still there but not as bad as yesterday. Back to a day of no class, doing homework, and watching YouTube. Texted Dylan some this morning but he stopped replying after about 10 minutes and hasn’t responded back. Was gonna nap today but had to Skype with a friend/project partner about the project and then film my part of the project. When they was over, I tried some cool effects in photoshop and only one of the two worked. After the second one, it hurt to sit on the chair anymore so I got ready for bed and have been laying down since then.

Today’s talk: I’ve been in so much pain today. My back and shoulders are killing me so I skipped my workout today except for my 100 squats (accidentally only did 50 today). Still stretching to keep my legs loose and to try and help with some of the pain. Class was boring as it was just a PowerPoint and taking notes. Sitting hurt my lower back a lot and while sitting to do homework later in the day, my lower back would seize so bad. Laid on the heating pad for so long tonight and I’m still on it. Body image is still super bad today and I have no energy (plus the pain) to shower tonight either so that will be for tomorrow.

Today’s talk: First week of full online class and I’ve never been happier for a Saturday. Slept late and really did nothing today. Sleeping has been rough recently. Body hurts from my sleeping positions but other positions are not comfortable to sleep in. Also been waking up a lot. Again, really a day of nothing. Just watched YouTube and scrolling through social media. Took a long ass nap today at around 6 pm.

Today’s talk: Happy St. Patrick’s day🍀 A pretty chill day. I’ve started doing intermittent fasting again and was a little difficult today. I’m also working on eating better and healthier. A little difficult with the food in my house. Body image has also been pretty bad the past couple of days and don’t see if getting better anytime soon. Finished Sex Education with my dad today and I started him on Big Mouth (I’ve already finished it).

After watching Netflix with my dad, I spent the rest of the day watching YouTube and doing homework. Also found out today, classes will be online for the rest of the semester and my work in closing down one facility and our weight room (doesn’t affect me now.) So freshmen year on campus is basically over.

Today’s talk: Long but exciting day. Had my group speech today. The football player that didn’t come to practice last night messed up our intro. I was really nervous about how my part went so I went to my teacher’s office hours to talk about it. She finds it funny that I was freaking out when I did amazing again. My other class of the day was online which was boring as hell because nobody wanted to talk and it was just going over a project that is going to be difficult to do online instead of in person with our partner. After class, I had more filming for the weightlifting club. Today was mainly interviews and a few minutes of b-roll filming.

The university sent a message out today that all classes will be online starting the 16th. So when I got back to the dorm, my roommate was leaving since her classes that week were already online or cancelled. So now I’m alone in the dorm for the rest of the month.

Today’s talk: Another fun but busy day. Woke up early at Dylan’s and we watched Turbo (the movie about a racing snail) until Devin woke up at his house. I got ready and left Dylan’s, drove to Devin’s, and chilled there for a bit. About noon, we left for his mom’s house where we ate lunch (Chiptole) and relaxed there for a couple of hours.

Went back to his house, relaxed, ate a dinner of wings and fries, and then had ice cream and brownies. All foods that I havent had in a while, especially the dessert and I was craving ice cream. We then each drove to my house where I finished homework and he played minecraft. It’s about midnight and I know he’s gonna be playing for a bit longer so I’m gonna go to bed.

Today’s talk: Today started boring but ended so fucking fun. Was at home working on my scholarship portfolios and ran a few errands. Visited the daycare and dropped some stuff off for them. Got drinks for my hangout with Dylan tonight. I also finished my portfolio website and almost done with the scholarship application.

At 530, I left my house and drove to Dylan’s apartment which was in town. The rest of the night was filled with movies, video games, him being drunk, me drinking a fuck ton of diet coke, and us getting 10 cheeseburgers from McDonalds at midnight. Was such a fun night (I’m writing this the next day because we passed out after eating).

Today’s talk: A fun day at first and then went downhill. Went and had breakfast with my mom which was fun. She had a doctor’s appointment so was gone for most of the day. I continued with my homework and website making.

The day went downhill when both parents were home and right before Devin got here. My dad has been pissy lately so he’s set off by everything. Today it was my mom not eating the leftover taco casserole but she can’t because it has milk it in. Just continues to be pissy for the rest of the night which put me in a bad mood. This caused me to feel annoyed by stuff Devin was doing that on any other day I would have been fine with. So I felt awful because I was making him feel bad and I just broke down when we were cuddling. I’m ready to go back to school but I also don’t want to either.

Today’s talk: Okay, so I’m behind almost an entire week on these journal entries and I can’t make them all up. I’ve been super down this week so I haven’t been keeping up with anything: skin care, showering, exercising, homework, etc. So I’m just gonna do today’s and keep the going with the numbers. This week has been hard. Depression has been awful. BDD has been awful. Just an awful week. Thankfully I go home tomorrow, instead of Monday now, so I can get away from my roommate, who is kinda toxic right now, and from the vibe of college. Can also get cuddles from my boyfriend which is really needed.

What happened this week: had an exam, learned about bit flips and Russian hackers taking over cities last year, got my new speech assignment so have homework over break, and dealt with my roommate constant complaining and playing down my own problems. Woo
