Personal Revolution

Tuesday - February 13, 2024

For those who are ready, there is a personal revolution of the Self going on inside of them. Are you one of them? Believe me, if you know, you know.

Today that inner revolution gets a HUGE kick in the ass as Mars moves into Aquarius, and conjuncts Pluto at 0°. And this just isn't any conjunction by the way. I've looked and looked, I CAN NOT find where these two have conjoined at 0° Aquarius. I looked back to 500 BC, and forward to 2100 AD and can not find it. (Note: this conjunction is exact at 0° 46' on Wednesday at 1:05am ET US. And this conjunction will last about 30 hours, until Mars moves to 1°.)

Mars represents action, movement, power and ego. And in the sign of independence, innovation and revolution, it is a time of great renewal and rebirth. Think BIG folks ... this ain't no little bitty, let me think about it kind of transit.

This is the transit that is showing you all of your potential, and ESPECIALLY the potential of things you have already been investing energy into.

Mars will be in Aquarius until March 22nd, and will be poking and prodding you to GO, GO and GO. So my suggestion is to GO!

But also remember that many are not as Self aware as you, and may use this conjunction and Mars in Aqua transit in life-negating ways. If your intuition says STAY AWAY, don't engage with that person, place or thing, I'm telling you ... you better damn well do it.

Well, certainly having the Composite Moon in Libra conjunct the Midheaven of the same sign can point to a relationship that is easily visible to other people or, at the least, the emotions that goes through the both of you will be noticeable. Along with that, a Libra Moon grants a relationship in which those involved will be friendly, amiable, caring, and loving towards each other. Fights or situation in which this energy is affected negatively could impact both of your moods and, taking into account that it lays close to the MC, their moods could affect your work. Venus is gaining on a sextile with Neptune, which will go exact on the 28th. This harmonious aspect can emphasize a focus or desire for deep connections in relationships and expands space in the heart (metaphorically). Neptune is a sensitive and emotional energy, while Venus represents feminine receptivity and pleasure. On Monday there could be a mildly romantic sense of the world around us, with Venus often lightening up the mood if it’s well aspected. Venus is fun and creative things, and Neptune also brings a connection to the more creative, imaginative side of human nature. We may be more open to our artistic senses on this day, and feel pleasure in beautifying the space we live in, or the lives of the people around us.

The moon forms a conjunction with Saturn at around 10:20 AM (PST). The moon doesn’t meld well with Saturn’s energy, and when it is in aspect with it things can get tense for us emotionally. Saturn moons really show where we need to open up to nurturing or being nurtured, and the moon in Capricorn can bring a stunted sensation around emotions in general, especially as it meets up with Saturn, Capricorn’s ruler. We may feel a magnified sense of difficulty or “failure” on Monday, putting extra pressure on ourselves to perfect things; or, on the reverse: there could be a sharp focus felt on things that bring life together in a way that’s more stable or “fool proof”. Energy Update: Venus in Taurus square retrograde Saturn in Aquarius, June 2022

As with many things, predictive astrology is not as simple as reading one transit.

If you take one thing away from my energy updates, I want it to be that. Beware the astrologer who ALWAYS talks about transits one at a time, never putting them into any sort of context, never talking about the other planets, never speaking about where each planet has been or where it is going.

Yes, Venus in Taurus makes a square with retrograde Saturn in Aquarius this weekend and yes, it will be rough on relationships. But to not mention how this is an ongoing pressure that has been put on relationships all year long (and, from a wider lens, for the past two years) is doing all of you a disservice.

What do I see right now? Venus in Taurus square retrograde Saturn in Aquarius - another Taurus-Aquarius square like the three between Saturn and Uranus that we experienced all last year. Venus sextile to Neptune in Pisces and trine to retrograde Pluto in Capricorn. This will reactivate some of the energy of our Venus retrograde at the beginning of the year (Venus went retrograde conjunct to Pluto). I also see Mars conjunct Chiron in the very unforgiving sign of Aries - the sign where Mars last retrograded in the Fall of 2020. I see the repeating pattern of Venus and Mars stressors always appearing at the same time as each other.

Reality has shifted a lot in the last two years - for most of us, our circles have gotten a lot smaller. For many, "family" (well established) or Relationships (less so established) has been our only source of solace and sometimes friction. We've become, collectively, more insular as the world pushes us to choose Us or Them. We've trauma bonded over the very real fears of death and the loss of basic human rights.

Now, the planets are taking us through a journey of disentanglement. We're being shown where we've been holding on too tight (Saturn retrograde in Aquarius). We are being asked to make the hard decisions to end things that are past their time (Pluto retrograde in Capricorn). And we are being given the insight, if we are willing to stay aware of it, to know what is right for us going forward (Neptune in Pisces).

Is it gonna hurt like hell? (Mars conjunct Chiron) You bet your last dollar it is. Does that mean that it's not worth it - maybe even IMPERATIVE that we tap in, make the hard choices, and do what is right for us? Fuck, no.

This weekend is your cosmic reminder that what doesn't feel right isn't right. That just because something has always been, no matter how much work you have put into it, no matter what it has meant to you, doesn't mean that it is right for who you are now. This will markedly show up in relationships, surely, because for a lot of us - relationships are all that we have left right now. But don't let that distract you if that's not how it's showing up in your own life.

Cut on the dotted line that Neptune is so artfully showing us right now - that is what you need to release. Say a loving goodbye and let that shit go.

It is very ill-advised to hold onto things past their time right now - it may seem like ole Daddy Saturn is out of the house but he inevitably comes home and he'll know whether you did your chores or not. When Saturn is retrograde, we have to do things on our own. It is our choice (it is always our choice - free will and all but it is especially on us when Saturn's moving backward) but there are still consequences to our actions.

The transits of this weekend work well with the waning moon cycle that we are currently experiencing. On Tuesday the Sun reaches its zenith and we enter the Summer season. What can you put down now so that you don't carry it unnecessarily forward? Spring is always a time of purging and releasing - this is our last chance.

Disclaimer : Not an astrologer, take it with a grain of salt, only for fun.

🫧 Asteroid Orma in 8th house might be the people to leave an impression of being hella reserved in a mysterious way. Like they might tell you a story and you will always feel like there is something more to it.

🪩 Mars in 3rd house people often say something offending without meaning to and regret the very next second. Trust me it's not their fault, they wanted to say something else and ended up saying something totally unexpected. They also feel guilty about it for days and feel sad that they might have come off rude for no reason.

🫧 Neptune conjuct ascendant, they are the real chameleons. They can mold themselves as per the situation demands. Ngl it comes handy sometimes. Like I remember when I was in 6th grade I was caught into a very serious matter but I pretended as if nothing happened and flew away. When the other guys rattled me out to the teacher, she said It's impossible that I was involved and that she doesn't believe them. She didn't hear a single word against me. Lol no, I wasn't her favorite student or something. It's just that I had maintained a certain reputation among different sect of people as per my own convenience. Finding The Thorn

Sunday - June 19, 2022

You may be familiar with the ancient story of Androclus, a runaway slave of a Roman dignitary who seeks shelter in a lion's den. Inside the den was a wounded lion, suffering with a thorn in his paw. Androclus removes the thorn and the lion befriends him. Androclus is later captured, returned to Rome, and sentenced to die in the arena at the hands of a vicious animal. As fate would have it Androclus faced the very lion he had earlier befriended. The lion fought its instinct to devour him and instead protected him. The Roman elite were so amazed at this almost "supernatural" event they released Androclus and gave him possession of the lion. There are tales of a man who would walk his lion down the streets of Rome, and how people were touched by the graceful power of both the man and his lion. They would shower them both with gifts and treasure, and the man and his lion grew old together.

That story has come to symbolize how something so tiny (i.e. a thorn in the paw) can come to create great pain, but also a great place for healing, friendship and the return of the positive energies you send out into the world.

Today be Androclus and help another with some small "pain point" that plagues them. It's an incredibly positive way to use the quincunx between the Sun in Gemini and Pluto in Capricorn at 28°. 28 is a Taurus/Earth ruled degree, and the grand master degree of manifestation. Sometimes the best way to bring a blessing to yourself is to be a blessing to another.

And this is further amplified by the early morning sextile between Venus in Taurus and Neptune in Pisces at 25°. When you value Self, and in turn honor that value in another, both benefit, and both experience healing and beneficial karma.
