“The First Winter” by Valentin Belousov (1968).
The name, I think, means the first winter in the newly built city district, or possibly the whole city.

Happy late International Lolita Day I didn't wear lolita on Saturday (I didn't go out at all), so here's an outfit I wore in October for another solo walk. I don't wear lolita as much as before, and most of my outfits are not entirely "lolita" (this very outfit is debatable), but after 15 years in the fashion, it can get really restrictive and boring, so a lot of us old lolitas end up doing whatever we want. Fashion is my creative outlet, so restrictive guidelines, categories and substyles needed to go. Hunting down old, less popular pieces on the second-hand market for cheap is part of the hobby
Outfit rundown: Dress: old second-hand Juliette et Justine Turtleneck and cardigan: thrifted Bag and hat: old second-hand Métamorphose temps de fille Shoes: Yosuke Earrings: Phantom Jewelry All other jewellery is thrifted, vintage, from artists who don't have Instagram, and that Lady of Shalott necklace was from a now defunct medieval shop in Dorion
