i’m so tired of warriors fans pairing up a cat that’s been abused with an abuser of the same gender (cough cough mapleshade cough cough) and acting like it’s better than the canon / hetero ship. it’s not. abuse isn’t a purely straight problem. unless you completely rewrite the character, it’s not good.
