one of my favorite things about Jeremy is that any time he’s setting up a lobby he makes sure to include a high proportion of women. like, any lobby above 4/5 people, he’s basically guaranteed to have at least 1/3 - 1/2 of the lobby be women. he’s the only non-woman streamer I watch that has that high of a proportion; most male streamers include at least one woman per lobby, and they will have lobbies with a high percentage of women, but from my very unscientific observations Jeremy has more women in his lobbies more consistently than basically all of them and it makes me so happy every time.

Made a post recently about sephiroths hair being weird (because it absolutely is, don't deny me) and I compared it to polar bears offhandedly. But the idea stuck so I did some research.

So basically polar bears aren't actually white, their hair is actually hollow and transparent! This captures and reflects enormous amounts of light, turning them white and allowing them to blend in with the blinding snow. Their actual skin is black. You can see this a little when human hair goes white, their follicles stop producing melanin and the colour runs out like printer ink. Unlike polar bear fur, it can get kinda limp without the extra substance.

But the important thing about polar bear fur is that their hair is intended to be hollow to reflect, and thus it's a bit more refined. This allows them at their shiniest, freshly grown in new fur, to take on an almost luminescent sheen just like the snow they hide in.

The important thing about this is that that is also exactly how fibre optics work.

Conclusion: if someone presses even a faint a coloured light to sephiroths head, his whole mass of hair will start glowing evenly the entire way down.

Secondary conclusion: sephiroth puts on a crown of coloured glow sticks and his hair turns into a rainbow trail.

Enough discourse, I wanna post about headcanons

The Vees are a polycule to me, but in a way that I can't even explain without an entire slowburn fanfic (stay tuned. I'm a slow writer). But I will try.

Velvette:

I do adhere to the lesbian Velvette headcanon. She's dating Vox and still occasionally joins Valentino for a threesome with him. When she first joined the Vees, Velvette used to identify as bisexual (and still loves the bi flag colors the most) and all three of them used to date, before Velvette realized that she's a lesbian.

She and Vox are still dating, and they have an open relationship.

Vox:

Vox's response to Velvette coming out was, "So you're breaking up with Val?" Yes, his pronouns are he/him. No, he's not a man. He'd long shed the fleshy confines of humanity and gender along with it.

Vox is aspec, agender, autistic. To me. He's sex favorable of the 'I want to do it for my partner's enjoyment' flavor. Watching from cameras brings him just as much enjoyment, and he watches everything and everyone, living vicariously, a voyer through the screen. As a result of that, he's so so touched starved, but his sense of feeling is muted (the consequences of betraying flesh in favor of the machine). Soft touches to his synthetic skin don't really register, his sense of feeling restricted to mostly pressure and pain, so he's become a bit of a masochist in response because that's something physical.

Valentino:

He just likes sex. He chases pleasure in any form he can find, dopamine rushes from numerous drugs, orgasmic release, the rush of power from crushing someone underfoot. Anything and everything, he'll try it all. And none of it is really enough, so he'll never stop chasing more.

Valentino doesn't consider his relationship with Vox romantic, even if Vox totally does. They're friends, sure, business partners, absolutely, and fuckbuddies wherever Val is in the mood for it. But romance isn't Val's thing. That's hard work, and Val saves romancing for potential new hires he wants to sign a contract with. What Vox and he have is also written down on a contract, joining their businesses together too closely to be parted without blood, but it's not the same. Not to Val. So, he wouldn't call Vox his boyfriend, but he also wouldn't correct anyone who said they were. Vox is someone he can let his guard down with, one of the few people who would never want to get out of the contract their names are signed on. They work well together. That's better than any romance you can get in Hell, Val thinks.

Val and Velvette are catty besties. Pan/Lesbian solidarity and hostility all in one.

Idk, I've just watched the special and when the bi-generation thing happened, I just got annoyed. Like, RTD, Let It Go already.

There was already so much Tennant Doctor content while Whittaker's run was on, and now the white guy gets to actually hang around in Gatwa's run. Hopefully very very very rarely.

Absolutely nothing against Tennant's Doctor, I think he's great, but let's respectfully move on for the 15th Doctor in his own right without the audience hand-holding. Maybe I'll feel much better once Gatwa's run proper starts.

Ohhhh that's so cool as hell, like. Yes. He deserves to lookm cool, and it does make sense.

Also on the buff alicorn thing that's secretly amazing because i don't think we ever see that, or any alicorns with a thicker build. Celestia looks like an elongated horse rather than a pony, I'm sorry but I'm right, and Cadence is like a mix between that and your typical pony build. It's been a while so I can't really describe her build well but it's like Celestia but shorter and almost rounder? Twilight basically stays the same until the finale where she's a lot like Celestia. Flurryheart is baby so we gotta exclude her. But we don't see any alicorns different than the princesses in the show (well we don't see any alicorns who aren't princesses in the show.) So it'd be a delightful idea to have an alicorn with a stronger build. Idk if describing ponysona megs here as a "part time alicorn" is correct here or not but it'd totally mean he's got a cool and undoubtedly unique design. so fucking cool. The feathering would be so cool as well, we only see that a few times in the show with the ponies: clydesdale addition and the hippogryphs (look it's spelled somehow in the show you get the vibe) who iicr one of these has more feathering than the other. Rightfully dramatic, perfect for a villain such as Megatron.
