4. favourite dish specific for your country?

There are so many dishes I love. The one I can't resist is tzatziki which is a yoghurt dip (we call it a spread) -- I can eat huge quantities of it. Another is gemista (stuffed tomatoes/peppers with meat and rice)--I am salivating just thinking of it.

8. do you get confused with other nationalities? if so, which ones and by whom?

We get confused with other Mediterranean nationalities. The Greek lg sounds a lot like Spanish.

14. do you enjoy your country’s cinema and/or TV?

Our TV is a mixed bag. I don't own a TV and I dislike the vast majority of local sitcoms or soap operas or dramas, with the exception of a couple of TV series of the past that were absolutely fantastic. Also, there were a few others that weren't particularly well-written, more like trashy comedies, but they have achieved cult status in our mentality and I'm fond of them.

Cinema-wise, I like the weirdness of Lanthimos. I used to enjoy the Golden Age of 50s and 60s films, though the morality in those films is pretty conservative and I'm not a fan of them being constantly playing on TV even now. Besides those, there are very few films I actually enjoyed. A Touch of Spice was one of them.

🍇: What sort of friend are they? Where are they in the group dynamic?

Iris - She doesn't have a lot of people she would consider friends, most of the people she talks to are acquaintances.

So when someone wins the friend achievement, she's more chaotic (causing explosions with them, dragging them into sneaking out during curfew), and more expressive with her negative emotions (like whining about how boring class was instead of making a passing comment). She also tries to introduce her more introverted friends to people she thinks they might vibe with, and genuinely tries to cheer her friend up when they're sad.

She's the social butterfly in the group dynamic, cheerleader vibes and everything. Also! When she's in a friend group, she stays in it.

Violet - Who would want to be friends with her? That narrows down a lot of friends potentials, and it also doesn't help that she refuses to admit when she's gotten attached to someone. They're just a classmate/clubmate/whatever she says.

It's actually not that hard to win her friend achievement! Just hang out with her a bit, compliment her a few times and boom, she would kill for you. Only severe betrayal and death can break her bond with a friend she makes.

She's the type to help her friends in any way she knows how to. Struggling in studies? She'll come over to your room and teach you how to do your homework! Feeling down? She does not know how to talk nicely to save her life, but she does know hugs and comfort food!!

She could be counted as a mom friend? She often hounds people into behaving, studying, taking care of themselves and whatnot.

Bonus: She makes a special seashell necklace for every important person in her life, friends included.

Slyvan - He's friendly with everyone, but it'll take more time to truly be considered a friend.

He doesn't act that different from how he would treat everyone actually. He's the type to patch his friends up without a word, simply a loving smile. He'd spend more time with them, and maybe gift them some jewelry?

He would be a mixture of the quiet friend and mom friend. He's really gentle and caring, though soft-spoken.

🥃: If your OC was in this universe, what would be their favourite show/book/band/social media platform?

Iris ~

Show: I think she'd really be into fashion shows. Project runway? Book: She'd be into the fantasy genre! And a few romance books here and there. Band: Why don't we Social media platform: Instagram ✨

Violet ~

Show: Educational ones like National geographic. And some crime shows sprinkled in. I think she'd like Law and Order. Book: I...She'd...read autobiographies. As inspiration. She also reads history books. Band: I CAN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT HOW SHE'D LIKE KPOP? WHY CAN'T I GET THIS IDEA OUT OF MY HEAD??? Her favourite band is TWICE. Help me. Social media platform: Twitter

Slyvan ~

Show: He'd watch anything as long as it has good reviews honestly. He likes cooking shows the most though. Not Masterchef, the calm baking shows. Book: He'd like comedy romances. Fun banter between characters always cheers him up after a long day. Band: Some underrated band with a unique feel to their music. Social media platform: Pinterest maybe? He doesn't want to post anything, just look at pretty pictures and baking recipes.

🍾: Does your OC believe in luck? If so, do they have any charm or ritual they do before a stressful event?

Iris - She kinda does believe in it? But she doesn't think much of it. It's good luck, it's bad luck. Whatever. She has a little duck keychain a friend gave to her that she carries around in her pocket. That's her lucky charm <3 She rubs it with her thumb when she's nervous.

Violet - She says she doesn't believe it, but the thought of bad luck gets to her more than she likes. Iris gave her a pearl bracelet for 'good luck' when they were kids and she doesn't have the heart to stop wearing it.

Slyvan - He does believe in it! He's got little rituals here and there from his village that he does when he has the time. For example, throwing flower petals at his feet helps ward off nightmares for the night. He recommends said ritual to his friends 'cause it's quick and easy!
