Being Slavic I have my personal issues with the way Zemo’s character is written, but I can forgive some of his sins, because I love how he used the first opportunity he had to put Sam Wilson in one of the prettiest and most extravagant suits MCU has to offer. He just saw a guy who clearly dislikes him and decided that he needs to make him look hot. I can respect that.

And I might not be very into Sam/Zemo as a ship, but it’d be pretty funny if both Zemo and Bucky kept fighting for Sam’s attention by giving him more and more ridiculously expensive clothing. After the full-vibranium superhero suit Zemo has some catching up to do, but he probably has enough money and creativity to top that.
