Not sure if u intentionally reblogged that meme here but I'll ask here anyway KEKFKWKFWF so!! Do you have ocs that struggle with anger issues, to keep their temper and actions in check? Or any that are almost comically optimistic?

it comes to no surprise that Xizaya struggles w/their anger issues still. even if he has come a long way, he still has hair trigger anger issues that he struggles to keep in check All The Time. It's stressful, he's still learning how to manage it in ways that don't involve Murder. It's hard. But he has a fantastic moirail that helps tons

Then I got Geniva, who (unbeknownst to many), is chalk full of rage. There's only so many times you can work your anger issues through extensive workout routines before snapping, and boy has he done that uh. Several times. His anger is just as explosive as our fiery anon, if not more dangerous than theirs. He's too good at keeping the cool and collected (or optimistic) facade up until it's too late and you're left staring down the mess he's made. He holds grudges. He holds onto the past. He can never forgive anyone and it just culminates in there. He doubles as the "comically optimistic" too.

It's taken a lot for her to treat herself more than a comic relief character, but she still falls into the habit of being just that. It's not like it'll hurt anyone, right?

Strife Specibus ► A large assortment of blessed weapons, ranging from small throwing knives to large blades to various guns. She also carries magically charged items. Her main strife specibus is a set of pistols, gilded in various precious metals and engraved with elaborate protection and banishment runes.  Trollian Handle ► fugaciousVermeil [FV] Typing Quirk ►  A - Ѧ, a - ѧ, uses proper capitalization but she types like she talks, sometimes dropping the “g” from words ending in “ing” and combining/shortening words. On the surface, Silver is a relatively easy to comprehend type of person. She values the truth and those who don’t mince their words, being an incredibly frank individual herself. She holds rules and laws in high regard, at least the ones that match her standards of being “fair,” which doesn’t necessarily align with Alternian standards. While she dislikes outright breaking them, she’s knowledgeable about many loopholes that can be legally exploited to maintain her morals, though when push comes to shove she will break them if necessary. Silver is not easily ruffled, be it by rudeness, aggression, or witnessing horribly violent acts, though she refuses to engage in conflict unless there is no other option or the individual(s) in question are “monsters.”

To most she is either compassionate or benevolent, though both her expressions and tone of voice often makes it seem as if she is apathetic or detached. Many of her emotions are not easily shown, as Silver is uncomfortable with this with most people and tries to keep a relatively tight lid on them. The main reason being is that she can easily be completely consumed by them if she allows herself to feel anything too deeply. So, her solution is to essentially muffle them. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work too well in terms of having lasting relationships with other people. This isn’t helped by her meddlesome nature, as she’s prone to darting off and sticking her nose into suspicious business, which has made her many enemies. However, as she’s saved many lives in the process, she is fully convinced it’s more than worth it.

Consumed by a deep, aching wanderlust, she never remains in one area for long, though there are discernible patterns to her movement across the region of Antebellum. At the most, she’ll stay for a few weeks before traveling her route again, communicating with a small network of other hunters that also patrol the region so that it largely remains under watch. The majority of close friends she has are within this network, though even a good portion of them barely know anything about Silver. She is purposefully vague and guarded about her personal information, mostly giving non-answers to any questions regarding it. Still, if prodded enough over a long enough period of time, one can gather that she’s living with a considerable amount of personal demons and more than a bit of loneliness. Yet in spite of this, she is equally as closed off when it comes to quadrants, stonewalling most attempts or simply leaving if someone is especially persistent.

With those who journey with her, her demeanor is notably lighter as the nights pass. She enjoys dry and morbid humor, cracking jokes every so often if her partner(s) are receptive to them. Stories and music are beloved subjects for Silver, as she deeply enjoys both listening to and creating them. She is never without a spare journal or instrument, favoring a guitar or fiddle. Both topics she regards with a sense of spirituality, which pervades a lot of her beliefs and actions. The full depth of her beliefs is difficult to reach, as she usually tries to avoid the topic with trolls she doesn’t know well or trust enough.

Xizaya what's your most favorite and least favorite aspects of guarding Riqxae?

"My favorite part is when my job is to 'look intimidating'. I get paid to stand in front of a guy and cross my arms. People with half a fucking brain don't approach me. My least favorite part is being so.. visible. I don't know. I'm used to watching over these things from a distance but.. that's not something you really do as a bodyguard. How am I going to fucking guard him from 60ft away y'know. And I hate being caught in pictures or videos. But it's bound to happen.

Getting the opportunity to fling crazed fans and paparazzi away from him makes up for it though."

Ooh were any of your ocs forced to go to the yule ball? Or were they all more than happy to attend?

Xizaya and Chrona were both forced to because it's pertaining to their jobs! Xizaya is a fulltime bodyguard for a very famous R&B singer, Riqxae, who performs every Yule Ball! And Crow is there for the First time ever also because of his job- make connections with other empire-affiliated individuals and kind of keep an ear out on the thoughts around him. And he's struggling with the noise. pray for him. hes NOT having a good time but he is so good at pretending to be. somewhat normal
