September 21 ‘22 | meditation session
I was feeling so Zen and cute this day. The hostess said I carried a lot of “what now” energy and I needed to continue searching for what truly makes me happy and take a hold of it, even a small piece for a little while. She said it’s hard for people like me to find their sense of self and they often wonder what it is that they are meant to do. I tend to drift off in so many directions but instead I need to look within, sit in the quiet, and do Zen meditation instead of searching for some outside acceptance. It a necessary practice.
