So I noticed something very interesting about Snatcher's model.

SPOILERS:

They changed Snatcher's model at the end cutscene + the DLC, his neck... fur???? Stuff??? Is a lot more smoothed downwards. Upon checking the cutscenes, the model changeover seemed to happen after the fight with mustache girl, cuz he had his "old" model there. But in the end cutscene + the vanessa's curse dlc? He's a smooth boy.

Conclusion? He is domesticated.

Man, being an artist is like so cool actually. I've spent over a decade and a half carefully honing a skill to my own satisfaction and people I've never met think that this skill is cool enough that they want to pay me money to receive something that specifically I create for them. Thousands and thousands of artists out there and people trust me to bring their ideas to life. Seeing their reactions when I complete a piece for them, something they put faith in me to do, and knowing that they loved it is an unmatched feeling to me.

It me birfday :3 I'm turning 29 today, I'm so ready to get out of my 20s. Everyone hypes up your 20s like its the best years of your life and like idk maybe to some people but my 20s sucked, they were so messy in so many ways and honestly I WAS worried about turning 29. But like. Idk, I'm looking forward to being 30 next year.

Related to my last reblog because the point is very much about "leave kids alone" but also "leave adults with harmless interests alone" as well. The only people I see using "cringe" unironically are people who had all the fun left in them beat out of them by peers or family that said having harmless fun and hobbies and stims was a bad thing, for some reason, and have yet to challenge that and open up for themselves. Let yourself be free, seriously. Let yourself be "cringe" because the only real cringe thing is making others feel bad over harmless stuff that doesn't have any effect on the lives of other ppl in the first place.

Do you ever just wanna draw your comfort characters doing completely mundane things, like getting slushies at a gas station or relaxing in a bubble bath or sitting under a tree reading a book.

There's something inherently soothing that draws me to wanting to do that. Not even necessarily your sonas. Maybe just a character (of yours or otherwise) that you're really attached to. Something hits different to me about it.
