Thoughts on the harbringers

I only got the chance to watch the interlude now so pleas excuse the late reply but oh my god. chills. literal chills (no pun intended)

Most of the designs are soooooo. woah. Amazing!!! Pantalone and Dottore >>>>>> they look so cool!!!!!

they way they gave Dottore the glow-up of the century ((don't get me wrong the webtoon looks nice but the way he looks now somehow looks so much more deranged and I am here for it) can't wait to see what kind of calamity he will bring to sumeru *microwave noises*)

Pierro has that suspicious star pupil and I've seen thories that he's also a Kaenri'ah survivor so no matter of that's true or not I'm really excited for what kind of role he'll play in the story (the checkmate scene ahhhhhhh)

Speaking of pupils Arlecchino looks so cool!!!!! Her vibes are so idk how to properly explain but she has that aura of authority (does that make sense I feel like that doesn't make sense)

I don't really have many thoughts about Sandrone, Capitano and Columbina tbh. Sandrone made me think about Shu all the time so that's fun but other than that I really like the designs of all the of them Sandrone especially she looks like a doll and I have a soft spot for dolls and her hair accessory is really pretty

Ajax was there too but in my brain he has a different category cause we already have so much lore on him but the harbinger uniform really suits him it's so curious to see him in something else other than his in-game skin (also the way he was so nonchalant at his own colleagues funeral was really amusing in a way. Makes one think about the general relationship the harbingers have with each other and ig it also says something about Ajax as a character but I think that side of him isn't really new to anyone so eh)

the only one who's design I didn't really like was Pulcinella. Idk exactly what it is but something about him seems off. Not in that uncanny valley effect but idk it just doesn't really catch my fancy to put it mildly

#I'm sorry this is so long I got overexcited again #but new lore new lore new lore #BUT THAT SCENE WHERE THE ENTIRE CHAPEL AND THE SURROUNDINGS WERE SLOWLY ENCASED IN ICE #AND THEN THE CRYSTALFLY LANGS ON THE COFFIN AND BURNS AWAY AND THEN THE MUSIC I WAS SHAKING IN MY SEAT #The way the auroras got brighter too the more ice there was #and then it just pans to Dottore burning down Sumeru (??????) and Collei waking up and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh I #I'm starting to actually get excited for Sumeru now that the lore seems somewhat promising I hope they don't fuck this up #the character designs were already a disappointment please Mihoyo don't let the story be one too #I mean the one's of the new sumeru characters the Harbingers look dope #save for one ig #cobalt🐍#inbox

I did the first one last year, now my missa cubito design it's the last one, his skull it's like one of a cat, I also love when characters have little eyebrows and missa irl has really small eyebrows so I have to put that detail in my design apart of the shape of his nose. (yes he is a skeleton/wears a skull and almost doesn't have a nose idc, and tallulah has the same eyebrows and nose <tres)

I am very proud of that pepito (second pic) I like how it looks and that fucking "philza hat" it's so hard to draw for me.
