Alright I’ll bite, who’s Marchosias? And why are they helping to try to find MC?

//I have to hold myself back here a little because I could gush about her for hours, but Marchosias is my demon OC! She's part of the Newspaper Club, gossips a lot with Mephisto (and regularely kidnaps his younger brother to take him to Devil's Coast), and since she's one of the demons mentioned in the Ars Goetia, she has a pact with Solomon

In my Obey Me-verse, she and MC are friends which is part of the reason she helped Satan look for them, except she didn't realize how serious Satan was about finding MC and genuinely thought they were just doing it for the hell of it

This is perfect timing by the way, because I started working on a little concept art for her earlier. For example I want her pupils to turn into slits whenever she's in demon form or when she gets excited about something

She also has two burning tails, has two large scars on her back, and her right arm is pitch black with claws (because I'm still mad that the main cast doesn't have any, like what the hell). And aaaaahhhhhhhh I could talk about so much more about here, but I'll stop her for now

🎬: Please do not remind me Kazui and Kotoko didn't get their songs covered by Es 😭 It was such a disservice. I'm gonna just chalk it up to Kazui's voice is so deep that Es couldn't sing it properly and by the time Kotoko's MV was shown to them, the first trial ended before they could even sing it.

Or, y'know. Your AU, so Es did cover their songs too.

Also another thing for post-MILGRAM hangout where Es joins in too...KARAOKE (didn't Milgram have some sort of karaoke-related event running earlier?) Or maybe they have their own karaoke party at someone's home (I know someone has a karaoke set at home!), so they sing their songs and encourage Es to sing too...and pleeeeease sing "half" and "harrow" too (this will lead to Es finding out they've been eavesdropping on their singing. Hey!). Bonus that Deco's song is such a bop in the AU that everyone sings the songs they covered.

...my train of thought is still running, but I just imagined this AU's Milgram allowed everyone to gradually accept their faults that almost led them to their crime. Soooo Mahiru is still just as sweet, BUT rocks it when she sings "Psychogram". Also Amane, I like to imagine at this point she can be a bit more of a kid (I can dream!), so she's sort of bouncing around when she sings "Positive Parade" and "Animal" while the girls dance with her.

But with that said, I hope we'll get more Es' song covers! Or at the very least make up for "half" and "harrow"...and c'mon, Es didn't get to sing at all this trial. What gives?!

RIP I know 😭 I'm hoping we'll get a bunch of covers to fill the trial hiatus, and that they'll start with those two!! I know some people were worried that they would never get covers because they didn't reach 1M before the trial closed, but I think that's an oddly unfair requirement for the later prisoners. So I'm confident we'll get them at some point!

Kotoko's does make a bit more sense -- it was right at the end of the trial, and there wasn't much too break down in the lyrics because she was very forthcoming with information/intention. And I like that explanation for Kazui's! Es was intimidated by his voice and didn't want to do it an injustice by singing it poorly. Maybe Kazui makes a snide comment that they would have actually understood his crime better if they'd studied/sang his lyrics like the others' 😅

And I love the post-Milgram thoughts! Given Yuno's mvs and her written response about liking karaoke, I can definitely see her taking everyone out to her favorite karaoke spot. I like that too because the covers were kind of an indulgent inclusion of mine -- I knew they didn't quite fit in during the trial hiatus but I really wanted it to happen asdfdsn. Like, I know Amane wouldn't do frivolous things, and Kotoko/Shidou/Kazui would try to take the situation seriously and not play around. But if it's all after the experiment... >:3

Me too! Tae is such an interisting character, at first i didn't perceived that much, but still liked her a lot! Right now, she's one of my favorites!

Tae is an walking anti-thesis and this is so funny and inturguing at same time! She can be cold as hell but still is super sensible, she can be rude but very educated, can be selfish but always put everyone before herself, it's violent but caring, this woman is a demoniac angel.

And she's so mentally strong and it's kinda sad people don't appreciate it, bc y'know pshysical strenght is more interesting as always she lost her parents soon, needed to take care of Shinpachi and the dojo alone, meanwhile having that amanto disturbing her since as a child, Tae had to carry the world without anyone to help her, despite that she still stands strong.

And her role in the story is so interesting, because it's not typical, neither she's a healer, neither a fighter, neither a damsel in distress, she's her own thing, plus since gntm isn't a battle shounen characters like her, where the person is the focus not their battle tecniques, we can see how amazing she is, because Tae importance is more emotional than anything else.

A true sense of utter adoration- a feeling that nearly raged a burning sense of PROTECTION and LOVE- her first born child, Cain.

Other children would follow after. But it would be Cain that followed in his mother's footsteps, the act of sinning. There was no doubt within her mind- she had cursed her children, from the moment the LORDS voice had revealed the death of her second child. The mourning, the sorrow- the tearing anguish she had felt from not only the babe in which had been d e a d in her arms- but from also the cruelty in which she had blessed her child, her Cain. She had unsaid pleas on her tongue- the torn duty of mourning for a child she had lost- but also the desperate need to keep her first by her side. The last she had seen of her CHILD had been so long ago- and she feared she could no longer remember the look on his face from the last glance her way.

But she could never forget her child- almost as if all the years came back to her at once-

"Hehe! That's me! Yeah!! ...Wait, huh?" Blinking, she gives herself a once-over and gasps! She was apparently wearing a chef hat and apron before she knew it?! "W-Woah!! I know you used your super speed, but this is crazy! How did I not even see you do that?!" Then when she properly looks at herself in the mirror, her eyes instantly light up when seeing the name of her family's restaurant embroidered on the hat and apron! "Oh my god, David! I love this!! It's even got our family restaurant's name on it! Yeah, you really do! Oh trust me, I practically collect aprons with how much I love using them, so I am more than happy to receive this."

"And true, true~! Though I'll still try to make sure it doesn't get completely riddled with stains too soon! Heh heh, then I guess I won't have to worry as much if I do pull a Kaito when I get super into my cooking modes! Just from the feel of the quality alone, I can tell this is a very good quality hat and apron. Eee, I'm already excited for what I'll cook while wearing this: now the kitchen really will feel like my own little 'restaurant', hee hee hee~!"

Then at the sudden appearance of the tray of cookies, she gasps, and beams in delight! "Ohh you speedster, you've always got another nice surprise right up your sleeve, don't you!" She laughs with him, her smile brightening. "These look so yummy~!" Grabbing one, she plops it into her mouth and hums from how tasty it is! "And is yummy! Let's enjoy them together~" Then after eating another one, she goes and pulls him into a tight hug!

"David, thank youuu! You're the best!! Ahh I'm gonna be wearing new hat and apron so much! Since it's got the restaurant's logo, I'm definitely gonna wear it there, too, and show it off to my parents and the others, hee hee hee~! Thank you again for the cookies, too: they are so delicious~! And thank you for just... making today so awesome with so many great surprises! It made today more fun than it already is~!"
