ABSFZ IS NOW LIVE!!!

You’ve all been so darling and so patient with me, so now it’s time to announce that ABSFZ is now live and ready for your perusal!  To receive your copy, email the screenshot of your charitable donation or sent-card to [email protected]

From there, you will receive a link to download your 300+ page .pdf (THAT’S RIGHT 300 MOTHERFLIPPIN’ PAGES!) of ABSFZ!  A quick word of warning before you do so, however: ABSFZ is divided into two sections, Horror (denoted by the colour purple) and Non-Horror (the colour orange).  This Zine’s overall rating is PG-13, HOWEVER there are some blood, gore, horror, and other elements present in the Horror Section that are not tagged, as we would be here all day if they were.  SO BROWSE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

With that in mind, Happy Halloween, all! And make sure it’s a safe one!

After days of wandering the woods, a starving Aziraphale finds a campsite and helps himself to some meat cooking by the fire.

Crowley is more than happy to let him eat his fill. Crowley tends to him, hand-feeding him as Aziraphale collapses from exhaustion.

But it's only later that Aziraphale gets an inkling that Crowley isn't what he appears to be and all that meat has to be coming from somewhere...

Everyone’s Got to Dream

A figure steps into the cold blue lights of the alleyway. Its face is framed by a familiar halo of white curls, but the face itself is unlike one Crowley has ever seen before. Sickly pale skin has stretched past the breaking point across it, exposing the muscles of its cheeks and chin. Its eyes are flat, black, unfocused orbs. It stretches its bloodless lips in what might be a smile and holds its arms out wide, and its arms expand longer and longer until its horribly-overgrown fingernails scrape the brick walls on either side of it. Crowley, mouth agape, steps back until his heel hits the empty bottle. “Shit.” It laughs, a throaty cackle, and walks slowly toward him. The gutters catch fire.

“What in God’s–”

It stops. “This–” the figure croaks, holding up its talons against its twisted face, “is… God–” And it lurches toward him.

After averting Armageddon, Crowley begins to have disturbing dreams. Easy fix: he'll just stop sleeping. It goes well enough until Aziraphale invites him over for Halloween night.

In the 14th century, due to miracle restrictions set upon him by the Church and Heaven, Aziraphale has been secretly moonlighting as a healer to aid his mortal charges. Unbeknownst to him, the angel catches the attention of one of the fae. A Wild Hunt is called and Aziraphale finds himself captured and taken beyond The Veil.

Now Crowley must save his angel from certain peril. He just hopes no one's offered Aziraphale any cake. ---- Aziraphale quickly assessed his situation and narrowed his options as followed:

A) He was captured by this faerie who was planning on making him a pet for all his immortal life or until he tired of him—or worse, when Gabriel came looking for him.

B) His spirit was stolen from his corporation and was made to join the hunt.

C) He was going to discorporate.
