sometimes i feel like i have more in common with cishet acespecs than i do with allo queer people. its just.. so much in the lgbtq+ community revolves around sex. and i'm not saying it shouldn't be that way! sex and sexuality are a vital, integral part of what it means to be queer for many, many people, and it certainly should be celebrated instead of stigmatized. but i just... don't relate, like, at all. and it makes it hard for me to connect with other bisexuals, lesbians, and queer people in general, unless they're also acespec. it makes me feel like an outsider, or like i'm doing 'being queer' wrong.

i think i found out my identity of sorts but i feel like its still so confusing to me and if i had to explain it to other people. i consider myself an arospec, aceflux, bi if that makes sense? im not sure if maybe thats an actual thing or if im valid but i feel like these labels resonate with me. the aceflux part of my identity is one i recently came to the conclusion of but i feel like being bi kind of negates that or just makes me less valid. its all still a jumble in my head as i came to this VERY recently and i know that its something for me to figure out on my own but this feels so confusing and as I've said i dont know if im valid or not to be honest.
