TLDR: emergency commissions needed

I just had to rush my cat Edgar to the emergency vet. He was in critical condition when i found him. He's receiving oxygen now and I'm not sure what's wrong or what is going to happen from here. He does have previous health issues but I don't know if they're related to him crashing.

I don't yet know what this is going to cost but I can't imagine it will be cheap.

If anyone is interested in a commission or wants to buy an adoptable please let me know. I'm already trying to save up to bring my fiancee to my country and this is going to set me back considerably :(

I currently have two others in my queue, typically my turnaround time is quick. I try to check in with people waiting for art from me frequently and provide communication and updates even if I dont have anything to show them yet.

Hope has had a very busy first week on the island of Melve

The days are long, so she found herself sith more time then she ever imagined having. She'd spend most of it fishing, relishing in the nothing sound of the sea and the snow. It was very cold on the island. Eventually, she brought enough fish to Mr. Nook that he invited his Owlish friend over to start a museum. When the cold becomes too much Hope finds herself wandering the halls of the building watching the fish and wondering.

She also helped the young Nook twins open up their first shop on the island, it was only right after they helped her turn her tent into a home is just one day. She often brings them cherries both to sell and as a snack to the hard working boys.

Finally, Hope herself built a bridge connecting the main part of the island with the right chunk. Opening up more room for her soon to be neighbors moving in during the up and coming week. She has found Kevin bolting across the bridge and she worries if it is truly strong enough to hold more than one person at a time. She'll have to talk with Mr. Nook about getting a sturdier bridge set up.

As Hope started to fall asleep for the night she kept thinking the waves sounded... different. Almost as if they washed something large ashore. Perhaps it was that Gulliver fellow again?

Weekly Summary: Leander has taken the first steps towards becoming a part of the Pelican Town community! Having heard rumors of Shane’s chicken husbandry skills, our farmer is attempting to befriend possibly the only person in town to actively avoid having friends. Very rude; we just want to talk about chickens!

Leander has found solace in fishing. He prefers fishing at the dock in front of Willy’s shop, but will sometimes move to one of the small islands of the mountain lake. The Fiberglass Rod was a much needed purchase. The mines do instill a growing need for adventure, however…

Having met with the Wizard and “partaken” of his brew, Leander’s magics have begun to reawaken; enough that the Fae saw it within their good graces to bless our first crops. A fruitful first week back at Aurora Fields.

Our beginner chickens are Honey (white) & Biscuit (brown)

Cleared a small patch of land in front of the house for crops & cut down enough trees for 2 chests

Bought & planted: 1 Parsnip, 1 Cauliflower, 1 Kale, 1 Green Bean, 1 Blue Jazz, 1 Tulip, & 3 Potatoes

Said “Hi” to everyone excluding Alex, Willy, & the Wizard - Not bad!

Found all possible Spring Foragables - Great start!

Dug up a Rusty Spoon and spoke with Gunther about the museum

Hit Foraging Level 1

Day 2:

Forgot to pet the chickens; continue to be mad I can’t pet them while they’re sleeping

Got word from Willy & went to the beach for our first fishing rod

Dropped a chest in front of Willy’s shop & fished until 5pm; treasure: iron & 2 Frozen Geodes

Found Glass Shards on the beach - Serious safety hazard!

Said “Hi” to Willy & Alex, then gifted a daffodil to Linus for the ‘Making Friends’ quest

Cleared some of the farm before heading to bed

Rained - Caught all rain fish except the Shad

Fenced off a portion of the Coop area for the blue chewy grass to spread without being eaten
