Hibiki talking about the city noise that hurt and scared him and the sounds outside that are gentle absolutely made me cry because it felt like someone understood. I’ve always had issues with being overwhelmed with lots of sound/loud sounds, but at the same time, there are so many wonderful sounds out there that feel so good to listen to, and the movie got that. It seems like such a simple distinction to make, but I’ve never really seen it anywhere else that I can remember, that city bustle might be too much, but water ripples and bird song are gentle and feel good. I don’t know, it just really struck a chord with me is all.

To celebrate our anniversary my girlfriend and I planned animal crossing dates for each other! We each redecorated our island and dressed up for the occasion. Putting the island together for it was so much fun, maybe I will post more pictures of what all I changed :)
Now that this is over I’m going to be revamping for a semi-permanent spring/summer look! I think I will keep my living room like this for a while though, it’s so cute 💖

Local resident Jack Fox removed a dozen trees and over ten brics and bracs from Foxington today, after mounting pressure from the FHA (the foxington home owners association) the FHS (foxington historical society) and the KFBCFABFB (keep foxington beautiful citizens for a beautiful foxington brigade) (presented by Kraft) all of which are represented solely by Tom Nook. We have a quote from the volunteer in resident services. "There really were too many trees" says Isabelle.
