Like two years ago my friend was on a course and texted me going ‘there’s a guy here who’s great. I’m gonna try and set you up’. I never heard anything more of it, which is weird because even if I’d said no she normally would have kept going to wind me up.

Turns out there’s a whole backstory why she left it, but also I’m glad she did because apparently he does idiotic shit like go to war zones on holiday.
