Actually good DND ideas
Weapon concept.
An axe with the shape of an shovel.
Name: push comes to shove.
Each time that you do a thrusting attack, your character is push back 10 meters back.
Imagen you are in combat and the enemies are far away. You attack the ground pushing you backwards, then you use the bonus actions to shot the MF at point-blank range.

id in alt. per tradition, my d&d group played a spooky one-shot for Halloween, and I got through the whole session without anyone realizing I made a Crowley inspired character lmao. I've named him Antony!
i've continued to develop him and their story, and it's really coming along. keep your eye out for Aziraphale's character!

like idk i feel like the standards for writing nowadays are transitioning to where the concept of a plot is enough for people. like all this ya shit where u throw a bunch of tropes into a blender and then let the audience run away with it and just think about how cool a book about something is rather than writing a book thats good

Put all your point in disguises and espionage.
Fake a British accent, even if England isn't a thing in that universe.

tbh i keep thinking abt how so many people in the curse of strahd community talk about running strahd as a woman (or are in campaigns with a female strahd) but i literally, in like 2+ years, have never once seen anyone suggest running ireena as a man. and like i feel like there must be reasons for this but fuck if i know what they are. men can't be victims of stalking/abuse? ireena can't be a man bc tatyana was a woman? ireena has to be a woman bc she has to be Frail and Helpless? who knows

Im gonna say something maybe people wont like but.... Hatchetfield really is a bunch of B+ (at best) stories that at the core of them have a brilliantly intriguing idea that just nags at you and forces you think, even if the base media that it's portrayed in isnt actually all that good. And it annoys me lmao

I have the desperate urge to write something, but I can't get my shit together enough to put anything down on the page. Literally anything would be nice, but the only thing I've been able to wrote for MONTHS now is d&d character backstories. Plot? I don't know her. Which is a shame, cause I'd really love to write something with a nice big plot someday. But my brain is physically incapable of coming up with plots. Character backstories definitely, worldbuilding maybe, but plots? Nope!!! Even my current WIPs don't have much in the way of plot, and that's what's been preventing me from working on them. maybe??
