Questioning PTSD culture is getting triggered and having nightmares bad enough to make you seriously question your right to be alive but feeling you are not valid because things that usually trigger you sometimes don't or don't do it as badly.
That’s totally valid, how bad a trigger affects you can differ for different reason like physical health, time just to name a few.
