i listened to get to heaven by everything everything a lot in january i think? or maybe late last december, idk. it was last winter and so now it gives me such weird vibes.. like idk, this album already had strange vibes to it, but add on that weird, liminality? that comes with winter and its just really so... eoehgghg in my mind now LOL

#ok i checked spotify and i was listening to it a lot in late december /early jan #which was literally right around when i got my wisdom teeth removed #which definitely adds to the weird liminality of this album #its like. idk . ive never experienced any changes in mood with winter. like i dont have SAD or anything #however. december - january definitely are ... WEIRD #like i cant explain it . liminal is the best word i can think of and it only just came to me as im writing this post LOL #its just.... strange #the way it gets so dark by like 3 in the fuckin afternoon.. the days barely exist #plus its so cold and the way everything is just so...... gray #its just. strange #add onto the weird dread leading up to my wisdom teeth + being fucked up for about a week afterwards #like the disruption of my daily life and not being able to be normal bc of it.... made the winter time even more weird as hell #and then i was listening to this already strange album.. and the album art is so colorful which contrasts so much with how #absolutely gray and lifeless everything is in late december LOL #especially when we dont get any FUCKING snow!!!! #literally the vibes of winter change so much when we get snow . it doesnt feel so strange then whn theres snow on the ground #but when its so dry and the dead grass is exposed and the trees just have their bare branches out.... its just strange #and we got literally ZERO snow last winter so yeah lmfao #brot posts #music
