-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
At times I wished I had the same emotionless expression as my “cousin.” One might ask why I put air quotes around the word, it’ simple.
Her uncle Fester happened to stumble upon myself and mother’s violin when I was merely three months old during one of his “adventures”.
As I previously said, I wish I could copy her expression, especially now. You slam your journal shut, turning to look at your clock.
You grab your jacket and exit the room, making your way towards Xavier’s art shed. Your mind is blank but thoughts float around your mind, you wonder what it is he wanted to talk to you about.
With Wednesday firmly believing that he is the hyde, it makes you more weary of being alone with him… in the woods but if you can talk to him in his safe space so he doesn’t “totally freak out” as Enid would say, you believe it would do you good.
“Do you believe me?” Xavier spins around to look at you.
You gulp, this is not where you saw this going right after entering the shed. “I don’t- I don’t know,” you say, giving him your honest answer.
“What do you mean you don’t know? It’s either you believe that I’m not the monster or you agree with your cousin,” he hisses out the word you’ve grown accustomed to calling the pigtailed girl.
You ignore his gaze and opt to look at the floor. “I- I,” the thought you had written down in your journal crosses your mind.
“I don’t think you’d do all these things, but you have to admit the evidence she has does make it highly possible for you to be the hyde.”
He furrows his brows, face slowly becoming more void of emotion. “If you really believe that I’m the monster then why are you here?”
You raise your head. “I- I needed to see it for myself.”
“See what?” He asks with a tired tone.
“I- what’s that?” You point over to the sketchbook with a flower bookmark sticking out of it.
“That- that’s nothing. Why is that important now?” He’d never admit it out loud, but he was always impressed with how your attention could be drawn elsewhere within a second, even if it isn’t the most appropriate time for this to happen.
You ignore him and walk over towards it, opening the page to find a drawing of yourself playing your deceased mothers’ violin. You reach for the flower and find yourself thrown into a vision.
How odd, Wednesday’s the one who usually experiences these, at least from what you can remember. It is also weird how whenever she would have one, you would pass out.
Eugene’s screams flood your mind.
The cave where the monster hides is on fire.
The hyde’s wide and red rimmed eyes.
Red boots… red boots?
-
You wake up, blinking as your eyes adjust to the moonlit room. “How did I get here?”
The numerous footsteps echoing throughout the hallway draw you out of bed.
You open the door and listen to the scared and panicked shrieks of the other students, rushing over towards the railing you find the red aura of the siren song on the lower floors.
Crackstone.
Your head snaps over towards the side. You furrow your brows at the sight of a pale dressed Wednesday, not your cousin but- “Goody?”
She nods. “You must help her.”
“Help who?”
“The key.”
You remember the pigtailed girl mentioning this to you, you know exactly who she’s referring to. “Where is she?”
“I am going to her now, but you must guide her.”
“Guide her? Guide her how?”
“His black heart will end it… I must go to her now.” She starts to disappear.
“No, Goody. Wait!” You sigh and look down.
Bianca’s head snaps up.
You block her song and search for a window. At times like this, you’re happy you’ve climbed the walls of the school.
 -
You stand on the edge of the roof just before the upper hallway where you can see Bianca and a few others. You don’t feel good, something’s going on with the black-haired girl, the urge to scream is on the tip of your tongue but you fight it as you protect the students.
You place a temporary shield around the area, preventing the fire from reaching any of the students and jump down. “Crackstone!”
He turns to you, the evil look in his eye should send shivers down your spine but you don’t let it, not wanting him to harm anyone.
“Another one. How nice.” The revived Joseph Crackstone taunts you.
“Don’t you think this is a bit much?”
He aims his magical staff at you, luckily you are able to block it. “I am ridding the earth of you abominations!”
“You’re an abomination too!”
“Lies!”
“Your descendant raised you, brought you back from the dead!”
You spin around, avoiding his magic. “You have magic! You are now the very thing you despise yourself! How can you get rid of what keeps your heart beating at this very moment!”
“I am doing what should have been done years ago.”
“You’re going to die, and your magic will not be able to save you.” You raise your hand, trying to telepathically pull the staff away from him.
“Stay away from her.”
Why does this voice sound so familiar?
The arrow flies past your head, in front of the resurrected man, only for him to use his magic and flip it.
You cannot let it hit him or anyone else and put yourself before him to stop it. You spin around, landing on your back unable to catch your breath.
Xavier runs towards you, lifting your upper body off the ground.
“Get the others out of here,” you tell him once you can breathe again.
“What?” He furrows his brows, mouth curling in disbelief.
“You need to get the other students out of here. We cannot lose anyone else.”
“I don’t-”
“I have to help her,” you whisper.
He helps you up, “I don’t like this idea.”
“Good thing,” you snap the arrow and chuck it onto the ground. “You aren’t going to be here to see the rest of it… be careful.”
“You, too.” You push him away when you sense Joseph aiming the damn staff at you.
You stand beside Wednesday. “We have to aim for his-”
“Heart, yes,” she cuts you off. “I didn’t realize you were aware.”
“Let’s say, seeing the dead does have its perks at times. I expect no tears from you at my funeral.”
“Don’t-”
Xavier turns at her shout, his heart drops.
You run at him as Bianca stabs the man in the back. You rub your hands together, thankful for Fester teaching you how to use his trick now more than ever. You hold him in place and call out for her. “Now, Wednesday!”
She lifts the sword and stabs him in his black heart.
You can’t remove your hands from him, not until he fully disappears even then you fall, eyes closing.
The hands on your shoulders and whoever’s attempting to do CPR bring you out of your quick reenergize nap.
You open your eyes and give three a tired smile.
The artist helps you sit up and continues to hold you even as Wednesday wraps her arms around you.
You smile and kiss the top of her head, letting her know it’s over (you hope, unless Nevermore isn’t done with you all).
She forces herself off you, letting Bianca and Xavier help you up.
You nod to the siren. “Let’s go find the others.”
-
The four of you walk out of the school, searching for the waiting party.
You lean against the boy throughout the entire walk.
He hasn’t said a word to you, and you don’t know what you could say to him other than, “I’m sorry.”
Enid rushes over to hug your cousin, giving you a moment to talk to him.
“Why are you sorry?”
“I believed you were the very thing that would terrorize the school when I shouldn’t have. I should have followed my heart.”
“I think I can forgive you. I mean, you did take an arrow to the shoulder for me.”
“And I would do it again if it meant I had your trust.”
He shakes his head, “I wouldn’t want you to get hurt over my trust.”
“I should have listened to you.”
The corner of his lip’s tugs upward, “yeah, maybe. But now that you’ve saved the school, I think I can understand where you were coming from.”
“No, don’t do that.”
“What?”
“Don’t just brush it off, I know what I did wasn’t the nicest or most respectful thing to do when I’ve known you and have been your friend for three years. I know you; I have for years, and I shouldn’t have let someone else’s theories get into my head to ruin that trust.”
He nods, tucking the hair blocking his view behind his ear. “I’ll take that into consideration.”
Your lips twitch, “that’s all I ask.”
Enid rushes over to you, hugging you not nearly as tightly as your cousin but enough to let you know how much she cares about you.
 -
You leave Wednesday to finish her novel while Thing finishes packing for her. You wonder around, waiting until it’s time to leave.
“The feeling of eyes on me brings a chill up my spine and not in the fun way,” you think. “That would be a good thought to right down when I return to my room.”
You turn, facing the stairs to find him watching you which may be creepy to some, but you find it to be rather sweet.
He waves and leans against the railing.
You walk up the stairs, wanting to talk to him before your dragged out of here. “Are your parents coming to pick you up?”
He shrugs, “probably not… I got you something.”
“Really?” You raise a brow.
“It’s not much but it’ll be faster than the letters." He lifts the lid off the box, showing you your new phone.
“Don’t expect a call,” you inform him, not wanting to hurt his feeling. You must really care about him if you’re taking his feelings into consideration.
“I’m not.”
You squint your eyes at him, “seems you know me well.”
“That and,” he tucks his hair behind his ears. “I know you don’t like new things… at least, until you get the hang of them.”
“I guess we’ll have to see about this then.”
“I believe in you.”
“I trust that you’ll have a normal summer?”
“It might be fun if I get a phone call.”
“Don’t push it.”
He smiles, having a feeling that you’ll learn to use the phone faster to call him. “How’s your shoulder?”
“Fine. I’ve decided to let it heal on its own.”
“No magic?”
“I believe it would be wise to save my energy. I have a feeling we’re just getting started with Nevermore and all it has to offer.” You take the phone out of the box and hold it. “How do you use this dark box you call a phone?”
He chuckles, taking it from you, “why are you calling it a dark box exactly?”
“It’s painfully obvious.”
“Alright, I’ll give you that. I already programmed my phone number in here. What exactly you were looking for?”
“I want to send you my aunt Morticia and Uncle Gomez’ address. I will be staying with Wednesday and her family this summer; we believe it would be wise if we stay together.”
“Okay,” he shows you how to use the phone.
“I cannot guarantee I’ll be able to remember all of this.”
“As long as you can turn it on and remember to charge it, you’ll be alright,” he assures you.
“Do you know if you’re ability can work over the phone?”
He shrugs. “I’ve never tried before.”
“Perhaps it could be our summer activity?”
He nods, not at all hiding his smile when you said, “our activity”. It seems as though there’s a chance for him to ask you out in the near future. “Maybe.”

The Addams Allergy
Pairings: Thornhill x Weems x Reader (platonic)
Word count: 1.7K
Summary: Reader's allergy is a thing of myth, and someone decides to do some myth-busting. This won't end well for anyone.
TW: allergies, anaphylaxis, needles, hospitals, ambulance, difficulty breathing, bullying, attempted manslaughter (fancy legal terms hehe), mentioned heart attacks, physical violence
A/n I have added a link at the end for very simple instructions for how to administer an epipen. Spend like three minutes reading it and save lives. Also please reblog the linked post to help other educate themselves as well.
You suppose it wasn’t too bad being an Addams. But then again you weren’t quite the same as your sister Wednesday. You were more of an interim between Pugsly and Wednesday. You were soft but not squishy, cold but not frigid. You were actually most likely the most seemingly normal of all the Addams’s.
But being Wednesdays twin, you shared many things, a womb (for all of nine tortuous months), black hair, pale skin and your most inconvenient shared trait, an allergy to colour. Luckily though you did not share a dorm. You were roomed with Yoko who was much more palatable than the ball of colour who was Wednesday's ‘roomie’ as the wolf-pup had put it.
Unfortunately, most people were sceptical bordering on disbelieving about the colour allergy. Taking it as another Addams lie. And you being the easier target of the two of you often copped the most teasing. Everyone knew not to mess with Wednesday, but you were slightly easier. You cared more.
Yoko and you were sat in the library studying at the tables down the back when a group of siren boys came in. They had been teasing you a lot as of late and Yoko knew about it, but you begged her to keep quiet, you didn’t want to attract any more attention than you already had.
The boys were quick to spot you down the back and grinned wolfishly beelining straight for you. You let out a soft groan and Yoko looked up.
“If they lay a hand on you, I’ll drain them dry.”
“It's fine Yoko. I’ve got this.”
“The same way you ‘had it’ when you got a black eye i had to help you hide for two weeks?” She asked with a deadset tone. You grumbled a response when you felt your chair being pulled back.
“Hey!” Yoko said, “leave her alone.” She started but one of the boys spoke with his siren song.
“Sit” he commanded, and Yoko found herself no longer in control of her muscles as she sat and watched helplessly.
“So, a birdie told me your allergic to colour?” The main boy said, he was light-skinned with deep rich blue eyes and blonde curls. He looked like the type to be a surfer with the tan he had.
“That would be correct.” You nodded trying to remain calm and mimic your sister's tone.
“Well, how about we check you still have this … so called ‘allergy’” he said in a mocking tone. Pulling something from his pocket, you tried and failed to stop your eyes widening.
Between his thumb and forefinger was probably the most colourful and bright piece of fabric you had ever seen.
Despite the allergy, you hadn’t given any of your friends and epipen for you yet and the only people who had one were the nurses and weems. So, in other words unless Yoko was fast at running because the headmistress's office wasn’t too far, you may be looking at the object that would kill you.
Drawing a shaky breath, you looked the boy in the eyes. “As much as i love attempted murder, this isn’t a good idea.” You said
“Huh? Really?” He mocked “You think your smarter than me, don’t you?” He sneered and you gulped.
“Obviously.” You muttered and the boy scowled. Before you could stop him, he pinned you to the floor and shoved the scrap of fabric in your mouth. Your eyes went wide, and you began to flail and kick wildly trying to get him off.
Yoko was screaming bloody murder which seemed appropriate on more than one front.
After a second the boy rolled off you and stood brushing off his uniform.
“See… lies.” He said as you rolled onto your stomach, propped up on your elbows and spitting out the wet cloth onto the floor.
“Gross.” The boy said.
“You moron, let me go i need to get her epipen.” Yoko screamed and the boy's face morphed into something else for a second.
“Wait is she … actually?” He asked starting to look a little scared.
“Yes, you tool what would she gain from a fake allergy. Now let me go.” Yoko screamed and the boy froze before bolting. Luckily as he grew further away Yoko felt his song fading. She stood running over to you. You were laid on your back gasping as the anaphylaxis began to set in.
“W-weems.” You rasped and then coughed, your throat feeling ridiculously tight. Yoko nodded.
“You’ll be ok Y/n/n. Im going to get weems.” She said and raced out the doors.
Yoko ran the fastest she probably ever had in her immortal life. In a matter of seconds, she was banging hand over fist on the wooden doors before she simply pushed the open wasting no time.
“Ms Tanaka-“ Weems began, she was sat on the couch with Ms Thornhill looking equally startled.
“No time… y/n … epipen…now.” Yoko said between gasps. In a second both teachers were on their feet. Weems hurried over to her desk throwing open the second draw and pulling out the epipen she kept there just for you.
“Where is she?” Weems said with a commanding and scarily calm voice.
“Library.” Yoko replied and the three of them ran to the room of books.
Yoko led the two teachers to the back of the room where you were still gasping. Luckily for them you were already on the floor which made this next part easier.
“Christ.” Weems said, “Marilyn, call an ambulance.” She commanded as she uncapped the giant needle.
The Botany teacher scrambled to find her phone pulling it out and punching in the numbers for the emergency services.
Weems mentally recited the rhyme from when she had to do this for Morticia as a student as she pulled off the blue safety cap.
‘Blue to the sky orange to the mid-outer thigh.’ She thought and in one swift motion she lined it up with your thigh, Yoko having helped her pull down your skirt. She quickly stabbed your outer-mid thigh listening for the click and then counting to three before gently removing it. She gingerly deposited the epipen on the table.
The two teachers sat either-side of you while Yoko sat next to Ms Thornhill on your left. Your breathing began to even out, becoming less and less raspy as the epinephrine began to take effect.
Ms Thornhill was still on the phone with the emergency services who had assured her they were on their way now.
Both teachers and the vampire sat and watched with bated breath as they realised your breathing had stabilised.
After about ten minutes you tried to sit up, but the headmistress placed a hand on your shoulder.
“No. Stay lying down the EMTs will be here soon darling. Then I’ll come with you to the hospital, and they’ll check you out alright?” She said and you nodded and laid back down.
“Can i come too? I need to tell you something.” Yoko said and Weems made a thinking face and then nodded.
“Yes. After all, I do need to know how this happened. The Addams family know their limits and are quite good at avoiding this so any insight you could provide would be helpful.” The principal said and Yoko nodded. After another few minutes of tense silence, the emergency services came in and the paramedics gently lifted you onto a clean white stretcher. You hated the idea but luckily weems made sure nobody saw as you were taken to the ambulance that sat by the nevermore gates. Yoko and Weems joined you in the ambulance and Ms Thornhill waved as you were driven off.
About an hour later you were being held for observation. It was another three hours before they would let you go. You were sat up in a hospital bed with Yoko and weems sat in plastic chairs beside you.
“This feels like one hell of a power imbalance.” You muttered and both of them laughed.
“Well, you did just cheat death.” Yoko teased and you nodded.
“As an Addams it's an expected weekly occurrence. Kind of like a grim ostentatious weekly period.” You grinned always finding ways to relate everything to blood. Yoko groaned dramatically and facepalmed.
“And as the principal of two Addams’s who weekly try and take me with them to then grave, I’d say I’m cheating death myself with the number of heart attacks you and your sister attempt to induce upon my poor heart.” Weems said sounding exasperated.
“It wasn’t y/n/n’s fault though!” Yoko exclaimed and weems raised a brow while you opted to look out the window and avoid eye contact.
“You never did explain how this happened.” Weems said gesturing with a sweeping motion to the bed you were still in.
“Well i guess now’s as good as any and i doubt Ms. I-cheat-death-daily is going to spill.” Yoko said before launching into an explanation starting a few weeks ago when the teasing began. It was safe to say the principal was outraged.
“I will not have students attempting to murder each other.” She huffed with pure unadulterated rage in her eyes burning with fire, rage and brimstone with the likeness of hell itself. The look would have scared Satan into being as straight as a nun.
In a matter of seconds, she drew a deep calming breath, and you were reminded of the saying, the calm before the storm. Then she opened her eyes again and excused herself, walking out into the hallway and pulling out her phone. Not even five minutes after Yoko’s story ended, she was on the phone in the school board arranging his immediate expulsion.
About a half hour later, Weems returned looking flustered but when her eyes settled on you, she deflated slightly and gave a tender smile in your direction. Her eyes locked with yours, scanning for any hints of pain.
She had also texted the anxious botanist who had agreed to come by once you were discharged to drive the odd team home. As well as ordering about a dozen epipens for all your close friends and her office.
Once Weems had decided you were defiantly not in pain, she walked over to your bedside and gently brushed the hair from your eyes.
“It's dealt with darling. Nobody will hurt you now.” She assured and you blushed slightly at the contact, leaning into her hand.
You were safe. Alive. Breathing normally. And safe … again.

Tyler Galpin x Addams Reader

She was in the Weathervane again, as was her habit. Sipping her black coffee, occasionally tapping her long fingernails against the white mug in which the hot drink was served.
She looked like a living painting, so beautiful and impossibly perfect, despite her indifferent eyes and grim face. Unfortunately for him, he wasn't the only one who thought so.
Tyler watched as one of the Nevermore students flirted with her in an extremely overt way, not even hiding how much he cared about Y/n's attention, his Y/n.
She was Wednesday's cousin, which made her Addams, although despite her last name, she did not share much of her family's traits, but Xavier didn't mind. The moment his eyes saw her, he was intoxicated by her, not even hiding how she affected him ,and Galpin hated it him for that.
But the girl was having a surprisingly lot of fun with it, even though she shouldn't have. Yet, she couldn't help it. Her dark heart filled with an unfamiliar warmth as she watched her boyfriend take her in his arms, each time the brunette took one step too many or spoke one word too far. She loved to feed on his overprotectiveness and possessiveness as if it were the sweetest dessert.
So when Thorpe decided to sit in her booth, smiling warmly which made his face even more handsome, the teenager started her little game. Smiling softly, she turned her attention to him. The coffee mug had long been forgotten, and the hand that held it was now resting her chin to feign interest in the words that were pouring out of his mouth. And even though their were intoxicatingly sweet and warm, Y/n didn't pay much attention to them.
They weren't from Tyler, so their wasn't of much value to her.
-You spend an awful lot of time in this cafe - said Xavier suddenly - Aren't you bored of constantly sitting in the booth and looking out the window?
-And you don't get bored of running all the time? - she asked, frowning slightly - You tire your body over and over again. There are other activities that can make you tired than constantly getting to point a or b - she concluded jokingly, a spark of malice sparking in her eyes.
Xavier smiled to himself. Sometimes he wondered if these little hints, the girl put in her statements was on purpose or maybe it was pure coincidence.
-I find that rather reassuring - he replied, bringing his body closer to hers, even though there was a table between them.
-What about drawing? Doesn't that calm you down?- she asked, also closing their distance as much as she could.
-Well, it stopped recently. You see my dreams are haunted more and more often by a girl who messed with my head. I only think about her - he confessed looking at her as she was one of the wonders of the world.
Y/n could’ve felt the intense, obsessive, even maniacal gaze on herself, which filled her black heart and soul with a surprisingly large amount of warmth, which she accepted with a shockingly great willingness.
-Oh, personally for me nightmares are something wonderful, the thrill when someone is chasing you is incomparable - confessed the girl with a smile - But if night visons mess with your head just as nightmares do, I think I can do something about it - she admitted, now arranging her head on both hands, so that the breasts between them were pressed together - Our Great Aunt Calpurnia. She was burned as a witch in 1706. They said she danced naked in the town square and enslaved the minister. I learned some of her tricks.
-I don't doubt it - Xavier muttered.
-But... something for something- she said, smiling subtly.
-Anything you want - he replied without breaking eye contact with her.
-I want you to paint me - she stated, even though she knew perfectly well that she was the object of his affection, but teasing Tyler was all too tempting -And if I remember the references correctly. I like you to paint me like one of your French girls - she added quietly but enough for the barista at the counter to catch her words.
The brunette let out a heavy breath. Watching Xavier turn red in the face and his eyes glowing with lust, he told himself enough was enough.
Alone with the two Nevermore students, he wasn't afraid to hit the countertop with a washed mug to show his annoyance, he wasn't afraid to approach the table with a look that could kill, revealing the much darker inside that the sheriff's son was hiding.
-We're closing - the boy said, even though it sounded more like a snarl -You should go Thorpe. I believe your headmistress won't be pleased if you don't come back - even though it sounded like a decent explanation, Y/n sensed that hidden speck of menace, and she wasn't the only one.
-Well, I'll take Y/n with me - he said, standing up, and the difference in height showed up immediately, but Galpin didn't care, his demeanor and aura fully made up for the lack of a few inches -She's a Nevermore student too.
-I’ll take care of her. You don't have to worry - he stated, grabbing her waist as she got up from the chair - But thank you for caring about my girl so much. Almost like you were in love with her.
-What, are you jealous? - Xavier asked defiantly, looking at the older boy.
-Jealous? Please, you don't even exist to me - he stated and his voice became lower, more menacing -Be my guest, have feelings for Y/n. But she will never love you back.
The green-eyed boy clenched his hand into a fist.
Between the two you could feel the heaviness of the whole situation and the girl quickly realized that the jokes ended right there.
Placing her hand on her boyfriend's chest, she tried to push him away, to silently let him know to stop, to give him affection, to make him forget about the brunette, but he didn't budge.
-It's weird because lately she's been giving me more attention than you. And I doubt you know what goes on within the walls of the school -Thrope confessed.
The whole body under Y/n's fingers tensed, which made her look into Tyler's eyes, which were directed towards her friend.
-Xavier - said the teenager - Just go...please - she added and only then he left her with a heavy heart, which drove the sheriff's son even more furious, seeing how easily he obeyed her requests, how devoted he was to win her approval - Ty - she whispered after a long moment - My beloved, I adore seeing you in a possessive state with eyes that can kill but not this time. Xavier is wrong, do you understand? You're the only one that holds my dark, cold heart.
Addams grabbed his cheek, trying to elicit any reaction from him again, but in vain because he didn't move, not responding to any of her touches.
Tumblr media
The ride in the car was even worse than the silence the teenager gave her in the cafe. Y/n could only watch as Galpin reacted to her hand brushes and soothing words, or rather, how he didn't react. Her pale hand desperately held Tyler's, and it had been there for quite some time, but he hadn't held her hand or kissed her fingertips like he usually did.
When they finally arrived at his house, they found no one. Her boyfriend's father was almost never at home and she knew how he lamented it, but now she was grateful for his absence because she didn't know what would happen behind closed doors.
The brunette took her straight to his bedroom.
-My beloved? - whispered the girl, stubbornly trying to reach the teenager - I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings - she confessed, hugging his back - I understand if you're angry with me.
-I'm not -he finally said, sighing -I'm not mad at you, maybe more at myself- he said helplessly -When I first saw you, you took my breath away. I was crazy about you, obsessed with you, and when you agreed to be my girlfriend, I was the happiest guy on the planet. Maybe I just didn't love you enough.
-Oh Tyler - the girl said, burying her face between his shoulder blades -I just wanted to tease you. I didn't know I'd hurt you with it, I thought it would anger you.
-You wanted to anger me? - he asked as if offended and annoyed him at the same time - All this to get reaction out of me? - he muttered, turning around to look into her eyes.
Galpin suddenly grabbed her by the neck, not to hurt her, but to show that he wasn't in the mood for jokes.
Feeling his large hand on her neck, she sighed and clenched her legs. She had dreamed of a darker version of Tyler, and now he stood before her in all his glory, ready to devour her.
-I want you to mark me, to show me who I really belong to - Y/n confessed, her eyes misting with desire -Please, Tyler.
-Oh, I'll show you exactly who you belong to - he whispered into her ear before attacking her neck with wet kisses and harsh bites.
The girl tilted her head back to give him more space as he assaulted her neck. Her hands found their place on the brunette's head, pulling his curls with her fingers, which made him growl from time to time, making the wetness between her legs only get stronger.
Tyler's own arms went to her waist, gliding his hot hands under the material of her clothes, filling her skin with a pleasant burning sensation. His fingers efficiently pulled every material in their path, so soon after Addams stood naked in the boy's arms, shamelessly enjoying his greed.
-Tyler -she whimpered as his lips left her body.
-On the bed, ass up - he said firmly.
Y/n shivered at the low tone of his voice ,complying to his command without question, wanting to appease him. Galpin watched as she obediently placed herself in the designated position, wiggling her hips suggestively, inviting him. And he gladly accepted her invitation.
Feeling his touch on her skin, she waited patiently.
-Ahh!- she squealed suddenly as his hand made contact with her asscheck.
-Who do you belong to?- Tyler asked.
-To you -she said, burying her face in the sheet beneath her.
Boy slapped her again, but this time she moaned loudly, delighted with the combination of pain and pleasure.
-Louder -he commanded, slapping her yet again, too intoxicated by the way her firm skin lay between his fingers.
-You. I belong to you - she said, looking at him with lust.
-Good girl - grunted the brunette, undressing himself after a while when Y/n watched, absorbing his muscular figure with her eyes - Get up princess - he added after a while, approaching and grabbing her neck.
The teenager connected their lips in a slow and sensual kiss. Their lips touched again and again, and their tongues only brushed occasionally, sending shivers down both lovers' backs.
-I want you to know how sorry I am - she confessed, breaking their caress.
-Don't worry. You'll have a chance to do that - he said, stroking her cheek, his thumb hooking over her bottom lip.
After a while, Tyler climbed onto the bed, arranging the girl as he wanted, which made her turn her back to her boyfriend, supporting herself on his thighs as her womanhood was exposed centrally in front of his face.
Y/n looked back, waiting for further instructions, but she only got a single smile before he dived deep into her folds, licking, kissing and sucking. She moaned in response, clenching her hands on the skin under her fingers, before she bent down to his member, repeating the same actions that the brunette was doing.
She tried to fit it all in, focusing on the task, but it was simply too big and she was too inexperienced. Catching her breath, she breathed deeply, moaning and whimpering alternately through the wet tongue of the boy who was devouring her like he was starving.
Covering her mouth with one of her hands, she tried to drown out the scream that wanted to escaped her mouth, only to actually scream when Galpin's hand met her clit.
-You do that again and I'll tie your hands and feet, and then I'll take you so that the only thing left for you is to be silent through your sore throat - he warned, gliding with his fingers around her entrance, seeing if she understood the message.
In response, Y/n moaned loudly and shamelessly, arching her back. Her climax was coming and going, making the feeling even more intense.
The brown-haired man outlined his assault, slurping her juices with great craving, making her orgasm approach unrestrainedly fast, too fast. The only warning was a silent cry before Tyler's chin and mouth were covered with a clear liquid.
-I'm sorry...I made a mess- she said in a hoarse voice, closing her eyes.
-Sweet mess- he said, carefully sliding her hips down so he could sit himself.
Y/n immediately took the opportunity, falling on his torso, burying her face in the crook of his neck, moaning directly into his ear as two fingers glided over her swollen clitoris before moving inside, stroking her tight and wet walls.
-Tyler - she whispered -Too much...
-One more- he said tenderly into her hair -Will you do it for me, hmm?- he asked, and she nodded sluggishly - My good girl, taking my fingers so well. Letting me stretch her out so I can enter her, right?
-Anything for you -she sputtered as her legs began to tremble with the intensity of another orgasm that came much faster than the previous one, pulling strings of pain that so deliciously completed the pool of sensations.
Galpin stared at her eyes, which were clouded with lust, closing again and again. His hand involuntarily went to her face, gliding over the hot cheek with his thumb. The teenage girl snuggled into his palm, sighing.
-You're tired. Do you want to stop?- brunette asked worriedly.
-You're not done marking me - she stated with a lazy smile, running her hand along her legs -You must mark me deep inside, my love.
A soft growl was the last warning before her back met the mattress again and her legs were placed on the boy's loins, who in one rough move entered her, filling her to the brim.
Tyler moved in her with strong and long strokes, watching as if hypnotized as her breasts bounced with each stroke and the way the outline of his member glided in her lower abdomen.
-I'm so close - Y/n moaned, lifting her head up heavily, begging for kisses.
The teenager granted her request by kissing her swollen lips, pausing every now and then to listen to how beautiful his name sounded when she repeated it like a prayer.
-You're squeezing me so tight - he growled into her mouth -You like how I treat you, hmm? You like it when I use you like you're just a rag doll. Mine to ruin and destroy, mine alone.
-Yours, oh god, only yours - she said, almost on the verge of tears.
The third orgasm that took over her body was overwhelming. Making her see the stars, almost losing consciousness. The boy was still moving, wanting to feel the feeling of wet walls tightening like ticks as long as possible before he did what his girlfriend begged him for. He marked her insides.
Y/n moaned gently, feeling the sudden warmth that poured from inside of her, directly between her asschecks. Holding Galpin's neck, she pulled him to her, snuggling into his larger body, which covered her form completely.
-I love you - she said after a while, stroking his hair.
-I love you too, very much - the sheriff's son replied, kissing her breasts and sucking her skin from time to time to create additional marks on her body.
-Tyler - she said, and he murmured confirming that he was listening -Next time, don't torture yourself, beloved. That's my job.

Crows cawed loud above Tyler’s head up in the trees. They flew up when Tyler ran underneath them, panting loud, carrying you back to the school. They then flew after Tyler cawing loud. – “Hold on Y/n. Just hold on.” – Tyler said looking briefly down at you. You coughed the black substance up as the turmoil in your stomach buzzed on. Looking up you saw the crows fly over Tyler’s head, tagging along. A gushing wind swirled through the trees. Leaves got picked up and danced around till they settled again.
Tyler ran past the graveyard as a fog came creeping around his feet. The damp giving his ankles a cold. It was as if nature was mourning. Reaching out to their dying sister. Tyler gave his surrounding little care, only focused on getting you inside. You felt mesmerized by it. Feeling a warmth in your heart. Blinking slowly you imagined the dead reaching out from beneath to give their sister of night help. To crawl from under the earth all at once.
Slow and in pace to reach you and claim you. Claim you as another sister of night to join them in the world below. To be pulled underneath the earth accepting the eternal sleep as your body falls still. In a way it felt liberating to witness it. To accept the darkness with a warm smile on your face. There was no greater death than this. Tyler rounded some trees making way for the greenhouse near your school.
The greenhouse glowed with a warm orange light. There was someone still at work. Tyler picked up his pace, running to the greenhouse. He threw the door open, busting inside. Running through plants hanging over the pathway to the center. There in the center was Miss Thornhill. – “Master!” – Tyler called out in a panic. Thornhill turned around gasping loud at Tyler’s presence with you. Tyler sunk through his knees, dropping  down as made sure you didn’t fell out of his hands.
“She’s… she’s been poisoned… help her!” – he demanded touching your cheek. Your body spasmed from coughing. Wheezing as the poison was taking it’s toll on you. Tyler looked frantically up to his master, begging her to help you. – “Please help her! You have the antidote! Please!” – Tyler looked demanding at his master.
Miss Thornhill’s shock had worn off. – “No.” – she said making Tyler’s eyes widen. – “Why…why would you… You… you poisoned her!” – he let go of you getting up. – “You poisoned her! You have to help her!” – he urged with demand. – “No.” – Miss Thornhill simply repeated. Tyler grunted loud, clenching his hand out of anger. – “How could you do this do her!” – Tyler gestured wildly at her. – “I love her and you… you hurt her!”
“Exactly!” -  Miss Thornhill replied loud. – “You love her and that is why she must die!” -  Tyler’s eyes widened in shock. You coughed loud, gurgling on the black liquid as Tyler knelt down beside you. – “Y/n… Y/n my night… please keep fighting…” – Tyler whispered to you, moving his head close to yours. You managed to nod trying hard not to choke. Tyler pressed his fist against the ground. Face tensed. – “I commanded you to kill her, and you went against my ask!” – Miss Thornhill called out.
Tyler clenched his jaw. – “ I forbid you to help her! Kill her Tyler!” – She demanded knowing you were threatening her grip on the Hyde. Yet you didn’t know yet that Tyler was the Hyde. Tyler’s hand trembled. The urge to listen to her command still very real. He hated that she had such a grip over her. – “Kill her! I command you to kill her!” – Miss Thornhill shouted, urging him to end your life. Tyler looked down at you with a trembling head. Pity rested in your eyes as you stared back at him. Miss Thornhill came closer to him, crouching to his height.
“She is threatening our bond Tyler. She means to take you away from me. Me the one who took care of you after your mother passed. Me who understands you completely. Me who loves you.” – she reached her hand out to sooth him like she had done numerous times. A gentle brush of her fingers against his forehead, moving some hair away. Before her hand could reach him, slapped Tyler it away. – “Tyler!” – Miss Thornhill called out in shock.
“It is not love if you control me!” – Tyler bit back keeping his focus on you. Miss Thornhill glared. – “How dare you defy me!” – she got back up, taking a few steps back. – “Put her out of her misery and kill her. End the threat once and for all.” – she ordered. Tyler grunted turning his head away. He felt the claim inside of him protest loudly. Without him knowing rose his hand. Your eyes widened when you saw the hand rise, slowly set itself in a claw grip.
His muscled tensed. The hand went down to you as you feared it might choke you. Closing your eyes, it was the first time you felt deadly afraid. You imagined the grip. Tightening around your neck as it squeezed your airpipe shut. Yet you didn’t feel a grip. Slowly opening your eyes you saw that Tyler was breathing out loud. Holding his own hand back by the wrist.
The struggle inside him clear as night. His clawed hand trembled fighting against his other hand holding it back. Miss Thornhill’s eyes widened. Yours widened too as you slowly saw the changes go through Tyler. His skin turning paler as you recognized features of the Hyde. It all made sense now. The warnings of Tyler. The strange behavior of the Hyde. It was Tyler fighting against his orders.
“No…” – Tyler grunted out half in transformation. – “I am your master!” – Miss Thornhill screamed out as you watched Tyler transform to his fullest at your side. His arm set over you, head low close to your throat to rip it open with his teeth. Yet he never did. He was panting, his eyes meeting with your frightened one’s. The Hyde lifted his head up, roaring loud at Miss Thornhill. Miss Thornhill stumbled back.
The Hyde stared deadly at her, drool dripping down his teeth. Miss Thornhill gasped frightened when the Hyde looked down at you with pitiful eyes. When it looked back at her she could see the hatred in his eyes. – “No!” – she shouted grabbing a pottery from the table behind her and threw it at the Hyde. The Hyde shielded you so the pottery would hit his back. That angered him more as he roared out loud.
Miss Thornhill screamed loud when the Hyde came jumping at her. Soft tapping on the glass drew your attention away from the chase. There at the lowest glass window of the greenhouse you saw Thing tapping the glass. It frantically moved all his fingers up in a panic. He then held one finger up, hinting for you to hang on. Thing hopped on his fingers, scattering away. It was getting harder for you to keep your eyes open as you hoped the antidote would come soon.
Thing hurried his fingers over the ground. Rushing like he had never rushed before. Arriving at the walls of the school, Thing flipped over and started climbing the wall. Up, up, up all the way to the top. He hopped off the balcony finding his way into the bedroom. Enid gasped loud when Thing jumped on her lap. Thing immediately started to wave at Enid that he needed to communicate. Enid stared uneasy at him. – “Uhm Wednesday I think he wants to tell you something.” – she said looking over to Wednesday’s side.
Wednesday sighed loud without parting her lips, throwing the covers from over her head. Pulling her legs over the edge, she walked over to Enid. – “Speak.” – she told Thing with her arms crossed. Thing started signing to Wednesday still on Enid’s lap as it made her swallow nervously. – “Can… can he maybe do that elsewhere.” – she peeped out as Wednesday shushed her. She leaned in closer nodding in understanding.
“My sister is dying.” – she replied plainly as Enid gasped loud that Thing jumped off her. – “Where!” – Enid called out needing Thing to show her. Wednesday and Enid were rushing down the stairs. – “Oh, I shouldn’t have left her. I should’ve gone after her. It’s my fault!” – Enid cried out, sobbing uncontrollably. – “Control your waters.” – Wednesday said with a glare. Thing held onto her shoulder as they rushed to the greenhouse.
Back in the greenhouse was the Hyde chasing after Miss Thornhill. She had a few tricks up her sleeves. Spraying some substance on plant base that made the Hyde shake his head. It slowed him a bit down as she was able to make a run for it. The Hyde quickly recovered roaring loud as he chased after her. Going on all fours to decrease the distance. Helpless you knew you needed to do something fast. Tyler was occupied with getting his revenge on Miss Thornhill, leaving you to die.
There was no certainty in waiting for Thing. You needed to act now or else it would be beloved funeral. Something you did look forward too but not today. Not tonight. You used all your might to roll over to your side. Coughing up more of the poison as it weakened your strength. Setting your hand down, it trembled as you tried to get up. Every limb was weakened with soreness.
Finally you rose, standing wobbly on your feet. You stumbled over to the table where several glass bottles stood between her equipment and a potted plant. Your knees buckled as you slammed your body against the table, hands slapped hard down on the woodwork. Losing consciousness you fell weightless to the side. Body smacking hard on the floor. The world around you became silent.
The Hyde had Miss Thornhill pilled to the glass windows, snarling at her. The door slammed open, Enid and Wednesday running inside. Enid gasped loud at the sight of you. – “Y/n!” – she called out in a panic. Then her attention got drawn to a sound. Her jaw tensed at the sight of the Hyde. She screamed it out, her hands clawed out. Wednesday widened her eyes more seeing Enid transform to her fullest. She had never seen it, thinking she wasn’t capable of it. Enid now a wolf sprinted to the Hyde out for revenge. She bit the Hyde in his side, making him roar in pain.
The Hyde pushed the wolf away turning his attention to Miss Thornhill again. Wednesday rushed over to you, picking up your head as she laid it on her lap. – “Viper?” – she said seeing the poison stains all over you. You reached a trembling hand up to her, wanting to touch her face. Wednesday’s eyes stood wide as she wept a single tear. It rolled down her cheek as you touched it before it could drip down her chin onto you. – “Thing.” – Wednesday said as the hand had jumped onto the table.
“Anything.” – she added beggingly. Thing started rushing through the bottled liquid on the table. He couldn’t be certain, but he had to try something. Wednesday placed a hand on your chest, feeling that your breathing had slowed down. Thing pushed a bottle over, rolling over to the side. He pushed it off as it landed on your stomach. Wednesday took it pouring it inside your mouth. Then she waited. You closed your eyes as she looked worriedly at Thing. Thing laid himself flat in failure.
Wednesday pulled you up to her chest, cradling your body. – “May the wicked witches guide you home to the eternal night.” – she whispered pressing you firm against her own body. Wednesday lowered her head to give your head a kiss. A moment of silence fell. Till your loud gasping startled your sister and Thing. Thing jumped up as Wednesday moved you a bit to get a good look at you. – “You’re alive.” – she said plainly. Thing jumped on your lap, bowing his fingers down and patting you affectionate. – “I am.” – you said getting up. – “and I have a thorn to pick.” – you let your magic surround your hands as Wednesday kept staring at you.
The Hyde and the wolf were fighting each other. The Hyde constantly trying to get her off as Enid wanted revenge. Miss Thornhill had taken off. You swept your hands to the side. Your magic surrounding the Hyde and the wolf as it parted them. The Hyde and the wolf both looked at you in shock. The Hyde got on his two legs, slowly approaching you. The wolf snarled loud his way as you held your finger up to stop her from doing anything.
The Hyde came to a stop before you, lowering himself to a bow. Head lowered it held his claw up, palm upwards. You inhaled deep, looking briefly up. The Hyde looked up when you had placed your hand in his with a warm smile. You had accepted him as he had chosen you. Defied against his own master to pledge his loyalty to another. – “Hunt her.” – you told him as the Hyde snarled loud. It flung itself out of the greenhouse, rushing into the woods to hunt down Miss Thornhill.
Enid changed back out of breath. – “Y/n!” – she called out running up to you. – “You are alive!” – Attacking you with a tight hug. You hugged her back with warmth. She then pulled back to scold at you. – “Why didn’t you kill it!” – Enid slapped you against your arm. – “He is not the real threat.” – you told her. – “Miss Thornhill is. She poisoned me. Tyler only did what he was told.” – you explained as she gasped. – “Tyler? Are you to tell me that thing is Tyler?”
You nodded making her gasp even louder. – “And I love him. Beast and all.” – you answered. The three of you left the greenhouse coming into the woods. You came to a stop as the Hyde ran over to you. About 5 ft away from you it changed back into Tyler. Tyler ran up to you, hugging you tight. Wednesday stared confused at Enid. – “Don’t ask.” – Enid whispered. – “I thought I was going to lose you Y/n.” – he spoke wrapping his arms tightly around you.
“I am one though witch to kill.” – you told him with a smile. – “Thornhill… I…she got away…” – he told you brushing his knuckles against your cheek. – “She wouldn’t dare to return.” – you replied placing your hand against his cheek. – “Because of you I’ve broken free. I am yours to serve.” – he whispered letting his forehead rest against yours. You shook your head. – “We are equals.” – you whispered back. Tyler smiled. – “I love you.” – he breathed out before kissing you.

I'm a big fan of The Addams Family and I could get out of my head of the reader being an Addams, probs the oldest child, and becoming the nanny to Brahms Heelshire.
The same sort of shit happens but reader is completely fine with Brahms (kinda lovesick too because AWOOGA), and ends up managing to convince Brahms to visit her family (somehow idk).
And like Morticia and Gomes are so happy for their little monster (like how they cannot Wednesday their little raven) to find someone so dashing and protective. Wednesday is interested in his scars mostly and Pugsley likes having someone to scare other kids (mostly his bullies). Puberty hides his shoes when he comes to visit so he doesn't have to leave (cause he'll have to stay for longer if Brahms can't find them, and reader has to reassure Brahms that they do in fact like him).
I've seen a few posts (mostly on TikTok) where The Addams adopts the Eraserhead baby, named him Beldam, and lives there. So Brahms is probably very protective of him (because he knows what it's like to be ridiculed based on how you look).
Reader makes it an effort to visit their family with Brahms more often, noticing how he's comfortable and coming out of his shell around them.
Would anyone be interested in reading some head cannons or quips about this? I already have a few in mind if anyone is interested! :)

Xavier Thrope x Addams!fem! Reader
Warnings: Tyler Galpin, lazy ending
Note: just some fluff! i wrote this a while ago and I just need something to post. Reader is Wednesday’s sister 💚
You pushed open the door of the Weathervane, the chime of the little bell irritating your ears. A tortoise shell cat following close behind you.
“Welcome to the Weathervane how can I help you?” Tyler the barista your sister had taken a slight interest in greeted automatically, “Oh- sorry y/n, what can I get you?” He asked once seeing it was you.
You stared at him for a moment before greeting him coldly, “Hello Tyler.” You repositioned the strap of your cross body bag before speaking again. “I’m here for Xavier, not coffee.”
“Oh. I see. I can go get him.” Tyler replied awkwardly before heading towards the back of the cafe
You stood by the counter waiting. After a minute you finally see the long haired boy.
“Hello, Xavier.” You greet, much less coldly than you did the other boy.
“Hey, didn’t think I’d see you around the Weathervane, seeing as you don’t particularly like coffee.” Xavier smiled at you as he leaned on the counter.
“I’m done with my assignment actually.” You state, “I didn’t feel like torturing myself further by going to Pilgrim World to visit my sister so I decided to come here instead.”
“Well I’m flattered that you’ve come to see me. I can brew you some tea if you want.” He offered.
“No need, I’m not in the mood for a cup of tea.” You decline.
“So.. how was your day at Uriah’s Heap?” He asked as he started making coffee.
“I quite enjoyed myself honestly, the shop was good and I found many things I liked. But I would have enjoyed my time much more if Enid wasn’t flirting with Ajax the entire time.” You sighed.
Xavier chuckled before starting to make a latte, “Seems you’ve got yourself a little friend there.” He remarked looking at the cat rubbing itself against your legs.
You looked down at the fluffy cat, your gaze softening, “He’s been following me since I left Uriah’s Heap. I’m surprised that it’s so fond of someone like me.” You bent down to pick up the cat and held it in your arms like a little baby.
“He’s not the only one fond of you, you know.” Xavier passed on the latte to Tyler before going back to looking at you.
“Are you saying you’re fond of me, Xavier?” You asked looking at the boy
Your gentle expression made him smile boyishly, “What if I am, hm?”
“Then I would say that I’ve grown fond of you to.” You replied looking into his eyes.
“Really?” He asked, a bit surprised.
“Yes, you’re one of the only people who doesn’t make me want to crawl into an endless abyss to avoid them.” You joke but it didn’t really work considering your tone sounded the same.
“I’ll take that as win.” He smiled and straightened back up.
You gently placed the cat down on the floor, “Anyway. I decided to call the cat Belphegor and got him a collar after I purchased some things at Uriah’s heap.” You say as you dug through your bag trying to find the collar you bought. You pulled out a spiked black collar from your bag and ripped off the packaging.
“Love the collar. It fits right in with your.. aesthetic.” Xavier commented.
“I didn’t pick it, he did. I would of rather given him a sophisticated bow tie but he was very insistent on getting this one.” You said crouching down to the cats level so you could put on its collar.
He chuckled at the thought of you arguing with the cat in collar isle of the pet store while it just meowed loudly back, “What else did you get?” He asked.
“A few shirts and sweaters.” You shrugged, “and a gift for you..which I’d rather give to you in private.” You said shyly.
“You’re full of surprises today, y/n” He grinned.
You rolled your eyes, “When does your shift end?”
Xavier checked the clock mounted on the wall, “In about half an hour.” He sighed.
You visibly deflated, “Well then, can I get a cup of tea then?”
“Of course, what kind?” He got a mug ready.
“Black tea.” You replied getting out your wallet.
“Don’t worry about paying, it’s on the house.” He smiled, before turning around to prepare your tea.
While his back was turned you stuffed a five dollar bill into the tip jar before sitting down at a table near by.
Your leg bounced anxiously as you waited.
You really hoped he was going to like it..

⊹ ⋆゚꒰ఎ ♡ ໒꒱ ⋆゚⊹
I get caught red handed as the foreign, high-pitched sound of a message notification fills in the pause of a family discussion during dinner. I freeze, accepting my fate as the center of attention as we sit in dead silence. I always liked my solitude and the quiet, let alone words and things beginning with ‘dead’, but this one was making me nauseous, and not in a good way. This is where it ends. What a drag. The taste of my favorite dish or my father’s neverending stories of his years at Nevermore could not have made it up to the void I felt inside of me.
I slide my right hand into my pocket slowly and imperceptibly, disabling the sound of my phone. I see a familiar contact name as my phone screen lights up. Xavier. Of course it has to be him. Oh the place and time. Brushing off the brim of emotions that overwhelms me, I take the knife and the fork back in my shaky hands and force out a few words of explanation that my parents deserve.
“My apologies, perhaps bringing a phone to a family function wasn’t the best idea. Will note for next time” I end up murmuring indistinctly with a fake smile, looking down at my plate in humiliation. My eyes then anxiously wander across the room, examining my family’s faces. Everyone is eyeing me back in utter confusion. That, however, doesn’t stop my mom from engaging into the conversation furthermore, as she puts the napkin back on her lap.
“Y/n, darling,” she said softly. “Would you mind explaining how you happen to possess the soul-sucking electronic device of meaningless affirmation in the first place?”
The question was expected and I should’ve came prepared - no one in the house knew about Xavier’s thoughtful gift to me, except for Wednesday, of course. The alien and humbling feeling of excitement, mixed with admiration, has overfilled me to the point where confessing to my sister on the spot was inevitable. The timing was especially right, as next came the unsettling messages from our stalker that we’re yet to decode.
“It was a parting gift from my friend when I left Nevermore for this winter break” I clarify blandly, making eye contact with my mother. My train of thought, which was more a contemplation of my eventful life anyway, was cut off by a voice at the end of the table.
“Does the friend in question happen to be the handsome young man from that one time at the Nightshade library?” Uncle Fester asks frisky and somewhat mockingly, stuffing his mouth with salad.
I am in the beam of spotlight once again as the family is left on a cliffhanger. Hurts to admit, I overreacted. This is where it ends. My ego are pride are shattered in a million pieces. Who knew that the terrible loss of a subjective self-identity of a heartless, disastrous hellbound teenage girl would come so soon.
Hastily picking up the food on my plate with a fork, I utter the following in a grumbly indistinct manner, trying hard not to blush. “Yes, it was him.”
My parents meet each others gazes as they smile. They let me rest from the discussion for half a minute, murmuring sweet nothings to one another, and just when I begin to think my blaze of glory is finally over, my mom picks the conversation up again.
“So, mind telling us more about it? What is his name?”
“Xavier Thorpe.” Wednesday shot back before I was even able to respond. Perhaps the complete disgust of the ongoing discussion has pushed her to my rescue, hoping to end this nightmare as soon as possible.
My mother hums in approval and continues the love interest trivia, raising her brow. “He’s Vincent Thorpe’s son, isn’t he?”
“Wait, what?!” Pugsley says at the edge of his seat, excited from overhearing his favorite psychic’s name.
“Yes, yes he is. I am not sure as of where me and Xavier stand and I would appreciate it if you give me some time before we talk about this again” I let out a sigh as I finally say what’s been on my mind. “For now, excuse me, I have to go. Thank you for a wonderful meal.”
I get up and make my way upstairs, to find some peace and quiet in my bedroom. Laying on my back and staring at the ceiling in complete despair, I pull out the phone from my pocket after some time, checking the messages.
“Hey! I was thinking of asking you out for coffee, how does that sound?”
I am doomed. So doomed.

Chapter two
Tw: mention of killing someone, naked body (drawing by Xavier) smut, and horny Xavier
Tw: dirty talk, fingering, blind fold, overstimulation, slapping, degradation?, and mention on slut, whore, and cumdump
Pronouns are she/her
------------------------------------------------------------
It was morning time and you weren't looking forward to it. You keep on thinking about Enid said about her 'crush' on Xavier. "I don't like him....I don't like him..." Y/n kept saying in her head not knowing Wednesday was reading her mind. "Now Y/n is going to be like mother and father" Wednesday whispered to herself. They all get up and go to their classes.
It was now lunch time and Y/n, Wednesday, Enid, Ajax, and Xavier were sitting together. "So...Enid....Will you come to the ReveN with me?" Ajax asked as Enid nodded with a big smile. "Finally she was getting in my nerves about you asking her to the dance" Y/n said as Wednesday nodded in agreement. Xavier was too busy looking at Y/n wondering what she would look like in a wedding dress instead.
"So....You and Tyler" Ajax said looking at Wednesday. "Me and Tyler what?" Wednesday asked. "You guys going to the RaveN with each other I heard" Ajax said while Enid gasp. "How did I not know about this!" Enid asked looking at Wednesday. "He asked me during one of my classes he gave me a note, I accepted and that's it" Wednesday said while Y/n gave her a look.
"Y/n did you know?" Enid asked as Y/n shook her head no. "Was you planning on telling me?" Y/n said looking at Wednesday. "I would if I wanted to buy I didn't say anything. So I wasn't planning on telling you." Wednesday said. Y/n just looked at her sister with a glare if Tyler was at the same table as Y/n she could kill him.
"I know what you're thinking Y/n don't try to kill Tyler" Wednesday said as Y/n just rolled her eyes. "Okay it's almost time to go back to our dorms" Enid said looking at the time. "I'm going back now goodbye." Y/n said as she left. "I'm going too bye guys!" Xavier said as he left. "That's suspicious..... That's weird...." Enid said.
Y/n made it to her dorm that was shared with her sister Wednesday and her 'friend' Enid. Xavier made it back to his but more horny. He made a drawing of Y/n naked body and made it come to life. He then took his c*ck out and started pumping it.
But with Y/n she was sadly talking to Enid about Ajax asking her out. "Like he asked me to the RaveN right in front of y'all! I was surprised that you and Wednesday weren't gagging about that." Enid said to you. "We didn't gag because we weren't even listening to you in the first place" Y/n said. "Oh..." Enid said looking down sad but not letting it show.
"Anyways it's now two more days before that RaveN!" Enid said excited. "Yeah it is" Y/n said rolling her eyes. "Why do you hate the RaveN so much?" Enid asked Y/n. "Because it's just a dance and everyone is so excited about it. Second why does it have to be dancing. And third I'd rather leave then dance" Y/n said as Enid just nods.
"Plus it's just some silly dance that's all" Y/n then said again. "Oh come on! Be a little happy that Xavier is taking you!" Enid said with a smile but Y/n turned at her giving her a death stare. "First I don't like happiness, second I will never be happy, and third I don't care about who is taking me because I didn't want to go" Y/n said.
"Oh come on Y/n! You like Xavier and Xavier likes you! It's not hard to notice that. Even Bianca noticed, not just her everybody notice!" Enid said spilling the tea. "Well they are all wrong Enid" Y/n said. "Oh really?" Enid asked smirking. "Yes! I don't like him!" Y/n yelled getting frustrated. "Okay, okay, calm down" Enid said as Y/n calm down.
"Can you leave me alone about Xavier Enid? Because it's getting on my nerves and you're making me wanna kill you" Y/n said giving Enid a death glare. "Oh! Sure I'll stop" Enid said nervously. As soon as Y/n was about to say something else a knock was heard. Like always Y/n go answer the door and again it Xavier.
"I need to talk to you Y/n" Xavier said as Y/n again just nodded. Xavier then took Y/n to his dorm which Ajax isn't there because Xavier asked him to stay somewhere else for the night. "What do you need?" Y/n asked Xavier as they walked in his dorm and he locked the doors and stuff. Xavier then pushes Y/n on the bed and stands over her.
"Xavier what are you doing?" Y/n asked as he blind folded her. "Something that I always wanted to do" Xavier said as he took off her night clothes. He then saw how wet her pussy was and put a finger in. "ahhh~" Y/n moaned out as Xavier smirk. "Look at you so wet my finger went in easily." Xavier said as he started thrusting his finger in Y/n pussy.
He started to go faster and faster in Y/n pussy as she felt something in her stomach. "O-oh...... I--I--can't..... I--I-- feel something" Y/n said. Xavier just smirk and went faster as Y/n head hit the pillow and cum spilled from her pussy. "It felt good...." Y/n said as Xavier stopped moving his finger after she got done cumming.
Xavier then licks his finger that had Y/n cum on his finger. "You're so wet my cock and just go straight into you with no pain" Xavier said as he slid his cock into Y/n pussy. "Ahhh~!" Y/n moan feeling Xavier cock deep inside of her. Xavier started moving fast and taking Y/n blind fold off. "Yeah you like that slut? You like it fast whore?" Xavier asked while Y/n nodded yes not able to form words.
"Awe I'm fucking you so hard you can't form words huh?" Xavier asked as he went even faster. "Y-yes...." Y/n moans out feeling a tight knot in her stomach. "Yeah have to cum....You gotta cum huh slut?" Xavier asked as Y/n nodded. "Well you're not going to cum until I say so" Xavier said going harder in Y/n pussy. "O-oh pl-pl-ease! Let me cum!" Y/n said as she has to cum so badly.
"No you cum when I tell you to cum and that's not going to happen anytime soon. Your my cumdump and I will cum in you whenever I want" Xavier said back as Y/n kept babbling about wanting to cum.
It's been about 3 hours and Xavier still didn't let Y/n cum at all. Y/n is now in tears and looking like she got fucked so dumb. But with Wednesday and Enid in their mind they are wondering about what Y/n is doing with Xavier. "If he hurts my sister I will kill him" Wednesday throught.
After some while Xavier let Y/n cum as her eyes rolled back, back aching, and toe curdling orgasm. Even after that Y/n was able to make it back to the dorm without no one knowing, nobody seeing her, and not even waking up Enid and Wednesday. Y/n for the first time smiled to herself as she got back in her bed.
"That was the best...." Y/n thought as she finally went to sleep. But with Xavier he couldn't sleep because he was thinking about how vulnerable Y/n was when he was fucking her for like 3-4 hours straight.

Hannibal Lecter with Dominant!Addams Male S/o
My Stories are meant for the much more mature audience, 18+
Tumblr media Tumblr media
🎶They're creepy and they're kooky🎶
Snapping your head towards your adopted brother, Will Graham, you walked over to him, as his guest at this fancy dinner party. You particularly adored your little brother, even though he was quite strange in the sense of being 'normal' as some would say, the Addams family are creepy and kooky so having a family member that isn't is well...strange once more, but Will move away from home, so here you are, visiting.
🎶Mysterious and spooky🎶
"(Name)?" Will surprisingly asked out, both catching Jack's and Hannibal's interest as Will was suddenly torn from their conversation.
They watched as a male adorned in all black with a black umbrella trotted over, with bleak and deadly eyes. Hannibal and Jack were the utmost surprised when Will suddenly rushed over and jumped into the male's arms.
🎶They're all together ooky🎶
Hannibal was intrigued as Will wasn't the type to do this at all. Your Umbrella fell to the floor as you were quick to catch him. "Why must you torture me with...hugs..." You spoke leaning into it, of course, your strange wording was normal for Will so he knew you in fact enjoyed it.
🎶The Addams family🎶
"Your eyes got bluer the last time I saw you," You bluntly pointed out, Carrying Will over to his friends, before telling him to get out of your arms, which he quickly did.
Hannibal noticed how Will followed your order like a small puppy listening to its master.
"It's your pleasure truly," You spoke eyeing both Jack and Hannibal down, Your eyes lingered on Hannibal for a little while and took a little whiff of the air around him, he smelt like death and food. It was rather easy for you to spot a cannibal. Because uncle Wretched was one himself and showed you some of his cooking skills, he enjoyed eating the meat raw most of the time.
🎶Their house is a museum🎶
Will suddenly turned back to Jack and Hannibal before speaking, "Sorry, this is my Uhm...brother-" Will was suddenly cut off my Jack, "Brother??" He asked confusingly, Hannibal suddenly returning your gaze, "You never mentioned having a brother...Adopted I assume..." Hannibal spoke, Will nodding at the adopted part.
🎶When people come to see 'em🎶
"Pardon me, but may I ask your name?" Hannibal asked, his eyes never even drawing away from you for a second, "Why yes...It's (Name) Death Addams...Death is my middle name for the record...I find it quite fitting, really..." You gave a smirk.
🎶They really are a screaming🎶
"One moment please.." You spoke, walking back over to pick up your umbrella and putting it back up, "Sorry, the draft of the sun is really bothersome, it's not good for the skin." You trailed off, suddenly walking over to Hannibal and looking at him, before touching his shirt and grabbing a piece of cotton. "You're so very not welcome." You spoke flicking the cotton away.
🎶The Addams family🎶
Hannibal leaned to your chest slightly and took a quick whiff that Jack nor Will took notice of, or for anyone of that matter except yourself of course. Your entire was another thing he noticed, it was well put together, and the umbrella also fitted the outfit well.
🎶Neat🎶
The cannibal enjoyed your scent, it had the scent of death and cologne which was rather pleasing because the two scents didn't overlap or overpower one another.
🎶Sweet🎶
"Do you like it?" You spoke in a mere whisper as you brushed past Hannibal to only then stand beside him.
"I made it myself...the Cologne, I used some crushed bone and blood..with other secret ingredients." You suddenly converse with Hannibal as he looked at you in amusement.
You were taller than him so he had to look up at you. Handsome indeed, and not to mention the urge of wanting to unravel you made him slightly drawn to you.
🎶Petite🎶
You let out a low dark hum, as Will suddenly spoke up, "I'm...very glad, you came to see me...but do you have a place to stay...I--I mean I would invite you to mine but my place is...rather crowded." Will trailed off, before looking at you as you spoke, "No." You plainly spoke.
🎶So, put a witch's shawl on🎶
"Did..you bring your...dogs?" Will asked you, as you gave a large smile, "Yes, they currently are out...hunting." You noticed how Will used the word 'dogs' for your little pets, of course, to not startle anyone perhaps.
Hannibal tilted his head into the conversation, "Excuse me for prodding, but if you'd like you can stay with me..." Hannibal slowly said.
🎶A broomstick you can crawl on🎶
Will looked at him in awe before shaking his head, black curls on his bouncing. "I don't want to burden you with-" Hannibal politely cut him off, "I insist, any family of Will's is a friend of mine..." Hannibal spoke directed to you.
You shuddered in disgust at the kind words, "Very well, Shall we ditch this dinner party, and get my things so you could show me to your..abode." You said, not caring at all if Hannibal was the host of the party or not, but what no was expected was for Hannibal to really end the party that night.
🎶We're gonna play a call on🎶
🎶The Addams family🎶
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
🎶They're creepy and they're kooky🎶
Hannibal took ahold of your hand, helping you out of his vehicle, You grabbed both of your suitcases with ease as Hannibal and you walked to his front door.
🎶Mysterious and spooky🎶
Hannibal wasted no time opening it and stepping in first before speaking, "Please, Come in." He invited as you suddenly realized what you forgot. Grabbing a small whistle out of your back pocket you, suddenly brought it to your lips and blew.
🎶They're all together ooky🎶
Curiously looking at you when you blew on the while, he suddenly heard multiple foot patterns, as he saw two black wolves, rush to your sides, sitting patiently.
🎶The Addams family🎶
"My....'dogs,' as will likes to say." You smirked noticing how Hannibal wasn't at all frightened and seemed to realize how well behaved they seemed around you.
You stepped into Hannibal's house with your wolves following closely behind.
🎶Strange🎶
🎶Deranged🎶
🎶The Addams family🎶

Babysitting Pubert on a friday 13th by far wasn't what Y/N Addams would like to do, but the presence of her Dream did make things better. Her parents planned a romantic night at the family's cemetery ages ago and sent Pugsley, Wednesday and uncle Fester to an incredible expedition in Salem. When the babysitter bailed on them it was up for Y/N to stay with her baby brother, since leaving a baby with Grandmama Addams is like asking for trouble.
"Should we read a story for him?" Morpheus was absolutely amazed by Pubert, the young Addams was not a normal baby and yet it was still adorable.
"Only at his bedtime. Shall we do Coraline tonight, dear brother?" he was too young to answer, but his excitement was clear. Her beloved, on another hand, looked confused.
"Is that book appropriate for his age?"
"You do not expect me to read Snow White to him, do you?" without looking at him Y/N walked around her brother's bedroom putting his toys away. "How unfair that Pubert is barely one year and already have his own guillotine and I had to build my own from scratch."
"Well, aren't you the one that always says that easy is boring?"
"Oh, yes. It is boring. When we have ours we should do the same, let her do it. It is very satisfactory to do so." Y/N didn't notice the way Morpheus froze when she said it. "Pubert, darling, can you say Y/N for me? Surely your first word has to be your favorite sister's name. Y/N, c'mon, it's not so hard." while she tried to make her brother say her name, Dream finally came back to his senses and walked towards them. "Y/N. Y….N."
"Y…" the Addams girl was too absorbed in Pubert almost doing it to notice the change in her Dream.
"...N. Y/N." she smiled at his tentatives. "Think about how devastated our parents will be knowing your first word was my name. It would also stake my claim as your favorite, it would destroy Wednesday and Pugsley."
"Ours?" Morpheus' voice was almost as loud as a whisper.
"Excuse me?"
"You said when we have ours."
"Oh, yes, I did. Do you have any issues with guillotine? We all grew up around it, axes, knives…Well, you know. We're Addams, it's expected."
"That is…not the issue."
"And what would it be?"
"There is no issue. It is just…you thought of it? Having children with me?" he sounded almost afraid of the answer. They had talked about Orpheus and Dream's story with him and his ex-wife Calliope. Y/N knew that he wasn't the best father to his son and how he was afraid of being the same with another kid, but she also knew how much he loved children and that deep down he wanted to have his own.
"We are married and I live in the Dreaming with you. You and I are building a life together, of course I thought of having children with you. They shall be the palest kids the Waking World has ever seen." her smile was enough to calm his nerves. Yes, he did want children with her, as many as she would want to. Morpheus could almost picture them running around their realm bringing joy to their lives.
"You wish for a daughter?"
"It must be a daughter first. Us Addams girls are tough and protective, the oldest have to be a girl."
"If I am correct, my sweet Nightmare, it is not something you can choose." now he was the one smiling, his hands on her hips.
"Please, my Dream, I'm Y/N Addams."
"Y/N!" Pubert said laughing, clapping his hand.
"Yes!! Y/N! Your favorite!" she picked Pubert up from the ground. "Just like you are my favorite too. I shall tell you all the weaknesses of our siblings so you can use it against them."
"Perhaps we should have only one."
"And deprive our child to have such a bond with her siblings? We could never." while Pubert kept repeating Y/N's name happily, as it was the only word he knew, she put him in his bed and sat at the end of it holding the book.
"You are right, we could never." he watched as she read Coraline to Pubert, making it sound way more terrifying than it actually was but the child still loved every second of it. Morpheus couldn't wait for them to be able to do it with their kid…daughter, because he knew her too much to know that if anyone could have what they wanted it was her. After all this time he had a change of a second life, it wasn't about replacing Orpheus but not being the terrible person he once was. This time he would be a better husband and a better father.
"Let's rest, my Dream." seeing that Pubert was now sleeping, Y/N took his hand and led him towards her old room. "I am exhausted and ready to go home, even if it is only by sleeping at the moment."
"I shall be with you every second tonight, my sweet nightmare. And tomorrow we go to our home."
"As you wish, my king." the night at the Waking World ended with a kiss, but at the Dreaming it was only the beginning of a night full of love. Perhaps there would be another Addams running around very soon.

This is my first story so if it is bad, sorry. Joel Glicker x Addams Reader
Tumblr media
Warning: Fire, Mentions of Murder
As mother and father dropped us of at this camp of torture (not the good kind), I could tell I would hate it with a burning feeling. After the camp counselors introduced themselves I could feel someone staring at me. When I went to look at the person I found a skinny, fragile looking boy holding a inhaler. He started to smile at me at I had this feeling but it is probably nothing.
~~~~~/////////////~~~~~
My siblings and I are in what they call the "Harmony Hut" for refusing to participate in the group hug. It was disgusting, girly, and absolutely horrid. I wanted to find anyway out. Then that kid I saw the first day came in, I learned his name is Joel Glicker. He got in here cause he refused to participate in horse back riding and building bird houses. He just wanted to read I saw he was reading "A Brief History of Time" by Steven Hawking. That was until the male counselor grabbed it from his hands while laughing and calling him four eyes. I felt this burning hate for that evil man. As I was plotting his death I heard Joel screaming and found he was screaming at a Michael Jackson poster. As Wednesday, Pugsley, and I where going to escape through the gate, Joel came running about tetanus and started to cut the fence then we got caught. My sister said why were trying to escape was our family which isn't wrong but not fully right. Joel said he was trying to get out due to allergies. I felt kinda bad for him but I can't feel feeling, can I? The other children started to chant about a punishment, I wondered what it would be. Then the camp counselors cut them off and said they don't do punishment, what a shame. Then they all started to sing. I wished they gave us the punishment it would have been easier and less horrid.
~~~~~/////////////~~~~~
As I was talking to Joel while looking at the water. I learned he was allergic to almost everything. He can't have dairy, he can't wear wool, he can't drink a certain water, and if his mom uses a fabric softener it will kill him. When he said it will kill him, I finally scooted closer. Slowly realizing that this boy makes me feel emotions I thought I'd never feel. I was slowly letting him creep into my black heart.
~~~~~/////////////~~~~~
As we snuck out again but to the lab this time I felt giddy. When I saw him he said "I got your message you left inside my cutlet." I started to ask him if he would like to go with me to Uncle Fester's wedding with the nanny. I hoped he would say yes. "Do you believe in the forces of evil?... Would you like to go to my Uncle Festers wedding with me. I have a pass and was wondering if you want to come." I asked him. He replied back with "Like a date?" I panicked cause I didn't want him to know and blurted "No." Even though I meant yes. The last thing said before the wedding "I would love too." I felt so happy that I kinda hated it but it was exhilarating.
~~~~~//////At The Wedding//////~~~~~
Wednesday was the flower girl cause I had refused. While pugsley was holding the wedding ring bearer, which was Thing, and I was a bridesmaid. While cousin it was marrying them, I hoped me and Joel might be up there someday. After they got married Lurch pulled up in the wedding car. When Debbie Jellinsky-'Addams' now threw the bouquet, all the girls went for it except me if it is bound to happen its bound to happen not including a silly tradition. Though as it was in my hands I felt the warmness and even though its stupid it makes me feel so great. Joel said "Now you have to get married." I was thinking only to him and him only. Though I was thinking this I played it off like I wasn't interested. "Its not a bound contract." Even though I didn't believe this, I did wanna get married but he can't know, not at least just now.
~~~~~/////////////~~~~~
They where on there honey moon for a week in Hawaii. Then Wednesday received a post card from uncle Fester and Debbie proclaiming that he will miss us, and never see us again. Wednesday was reading it during archery practice. Yep me both knows he is a dead man. Then Pugsley shot a bald eagle which I found funny and amazing, I will be sure to tell father and Lurch this when I finally get home.
~~~~~/////////////~~~~~
While we were under the bleachers looking at Joel's collection of killer, murderer, and psycho trading cards, I was falling more in love day by day. Until we spotted 'The Black Widow' and it looked like Debbie. As this was happening the other kids and adults were giving out roles for the play. The had given the role of the "nice" pilgram lady to Amanda. Not like I really cared, until they said the role of Pocahontas to be "Y/N!" Said the male counseler I never bothered to learn his name. I felt fear, and hatred run up my spine but I know I'll come up with a plan. We all ran to the pay phone to attempt to call Uncle Fester, until to campers caught us and dragged us to the adults. Apparently we missed the costume fittings. And of course this ended us back is that disgusting hut. We where forced to watch Disney movies continuously, I hate this place. We where forced to watch them all day. At the end all the campers and counselors where waiting for a response. So Wednesday took one and said that she wasn't perky but she wanted to be and I could obviously tell it was a lie but they couldn't. We were let out and they didn't suspect a thing. Both me and Wednesday have the same plan to get out one way or another.
~~~~~/////////////~~~~~
During the play, Pugsley was a turkey and he was one of the first on. After the pilgrims not on stage and had the "meal" set up. It was time for Joel, Wednesday, and I took to go on as the Indians. As Pocahontas I had to compliment Amanda when I really meant the opposite. As I was changing the lines to be more accurate I knew what would happen later. "Wait! We can not break bread with you. You have taken the land which is rightfully ours." I could see the confusion on everyones faces as I kept talking. "Years from now my people will be forced to live in mobile homes on reservations. Your people will wear cardigans and drink highballs. We will sell bracelets by the road sides. Your people will be playing golf and eat hot hors d'oeuvres." I kept speaking and I could see that man starting to boil with rage. "My people will have pain and degradation. Your people will have stick shifts. The gods of my tribe have spoken and said do not trust the pilgrims, especially Sarah Miller" I could tell Amanda was getting more scared by the second and I loved it "These reasons is why I have decided to scalp you... And burn your village to the ground." As soon as I said that the plan took action my side went crazy when down from the zip lines and started to light the stuff on fire. It felt amazing the warmth and glow. I made something special for my love, Joel, when he moved the board on ge top row would fall. His parents where sitting there. As the others were tying up Amanda, the traps we set were going off mostly by Joel. We had poured some gasoline around Amanda and made sure she knew. We then pied he parents so they couldn't save her. As i lit the match near her. Her screams grew louder and I always thought I knew true power but this was actual true fire. It was burning and it was just as exhilarating as Joel was. When the others where sitting at the tables some had tied up the counselors and where spinning them over a fire. Not the way I planned to kill them but good enough as long as they died a slow painful death.
~~~~~/////////////~~~~~
As me and Joel went over to he fence via canoe. I knew I was ready to tell him my feelings. As I climbed over I told Joel to come on but he didn't. He was gonna go to help the others. I told him he was brave. I knew that I might never see him again. We talked about what was ripping us apart and what we had together. "I will never forget you." he said. "You won't?!" I replied in shock. "You'rs too crazy" he said before smiling. He said we have this and he said "Cara mia", I replied with "Mi amor". Then it happened we kissed through the gates I swear I could feel sparks. At that point the car pulled up, I knew I loved Joel and I would always miss him. I would never forget him and I hope it to be the same way. I love Joel Glicker, and I will kill to be with him.

Don't Make Me Say It Again. (x.t)
Tumblr media
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x Fem!Addams!Reader
Summary: blurb! xavier is close to snapping when you don't realize what he has been hinting.
Warnings: mutual pining, fluff
a/n: okay, another one before i go torture myself in actually reading my textbook that i haven't picked up in weeks.
masterlist
Tumblr media
“Shouldn’t you be with your sister?” Xavier questioned as you tied on your apron.
“No, she wanted to work at pilgrim world for some odd reason. I would rather die than dress up as a colonist,” you informed the boy.
“That doesn’t surprise me.”
“Hey, Y/N! Need a hand?” Tyler called out from behind the counter as you and Xavier cleaned the tables.
“Already got one,” you replied back pointing to Thing wiping the table.
“I thought I told you and your sister that he was bad news,” Xavier whispered to you as he reached over to grab a mug on your side of the table.
“Twice actually, but I couldn’t care less about him. Wait. Enlighten me,” you turned to face him.
That was when you noticed how close you two actually were. Though you were standing around a foot away from each other, it was concerning how he seemed to step closer to talk.
“It happened last Outreach Day. I was working on a mural for the town then he and his friends come up and start attacking me. They destroyed the mural and left me with bruised ribs. People like him don’t like people like us,” he explained.
“Hm.”
“It’s not like you would care anyways, right?” Xavier scoffed walking off to the next table.
“It seems like he’s changed, quiter softer now, which is disappointing,” you admitted as you followed Xavier. “Why do you care so much if I talk to him though?”
“You’re kidding.”
“Why would I kid?” you blanked.
“Open your eyes, Y/N! I have been here on your side this entire time, and you still don’t get it?” Xavier snapped banging the table with the tub full of plates and mugs taking a step closer to you. “Sometimes it’s unbelievable how little empathy you have for others.”
“Xavier,” you breathed out taking a step back.
“I like you, Y/n. What do I have to do for you to see that?” he followed in taking a step closer.
“You know I don’t actually like Tyler, right? You might be an imbecile and infuriating but-” you hinted.
“Really know how to make a guy blush,” he let out a small laugh.
“It’s the attributes I like about you though,” you muttered under your breath.
“What was that?” he mocked.
“Don’t make me say it again,” you deadpanned looking down on the floor avoiding his gaze.
“No, I don’t think I heard you the first time,” he joked he lifted your chin with his hand. “What did you say?”
“I’m not saying it again.”
“You gonna let me kiss you?”
“Depends,” you answered.
He moved his hand from your chin to the back of your neck pulling you into a kiss. You found yourself kissing him back wrapping your arms around his neck. You could feel him smile into the kiss. You didn’t kow how long you to stayed there for until you heard a cough behind you.
“Seems like you’ve had fun working,” Wednesday said unimpressed as she pulled you away from Xavier. In which he just laughed as you tried to get your arm out of Wednesday’s grip.
"Wednesday, why do you always have to grab the same arm," you whined as she dragged you out.

===+++===
It’s only after you meet Wednesday Addams for the first time that you understand why storms are named after people.
In the near five months total she had been in your life, she had quickly climbed to the top priority, and you found yourself trapped in her rain bands, tugged under her dark, swelling tide and drawn to less direct ways.
Now and likely until the very end of time, you followed her through the forest, peeking around each passing tree and shining your flashlight into the dark. It was a knight's sword for you, and you held it like a weapon so as to ward off evil spirits or howling beasts. Only, half of the time it ended up being a squirrel.
It seemed antithetical, to walk into the pitch black forest that had killed several hikers and injured Eugene, -or more the big ass creature inside it had, but Wednesday had never cared much for what made sense, and you knew better than to argue with her.
The rain continued to fall around the both of you, splattering against the hood of your rain coat and rolling down your sputtering lips, tracing your nose on the way down. If Wednesday was at all affected by the rain, she hadn't let it show yet. Not that she let much show, that was.
You shivered from a sudden gust of cold, wet wind rushing over your knuckles from where they white-gripped the rubber wrapping of your flashlight. "Are we almost there yet?" You asked, squinting into the trees. "I have to get up early tomorrow."
There was no possible way Wednesday could know where she was going in the sheer amount of darkness fended off by a flimsy Acebeam, but she pushed through like she did. Maybe orienteering was just part of the outré magic she always carried with her, or at least that's what you figured it probably was. In another life she had been a cheerful girl scout, though you knew better than to suggest that aloud.
The same could not be said for you, who was an utter idiot about directions and probably would have driven off a cliff by now without the use of a GPS. Wednesday had once said you wouldn't be able to find your way out of a cardboard box, and offensively, she was probably right.
It didn't make sense why she chose you of all people to bring along, then. You had no special strength or sight, and virtually no knowledge on how to investigate a murder, especially the serial kind. The only ability you had allowed you to read thoughts and minds, though you never dared read Wednesday's, even when you itched to know what she was thinking.
Despite feeling more like an achor dragging her boat down, almost every evening, at around the same time after dark, she showed up on your doorstep to tug you off to some dangerous place.
Maybe you were secretly hoping for a reward of some sort. She often indulged you as such, lips like a heroin shot directly to your veins, powering you through the day as you watched the clock tick away into night anticipating the next rush. Enid was right. You were whipped for her.
"Your protesting doesn't make the journey any shorter," she replied, turning with the dark look that always lurked in the back of her eyes.
You knew the movements well: when she glared, her eyes lowered slightly and her mouth tensed. One could not help but watch in awe, storing the memory for later. Or, at least those ‘whipped’ for her couldn’t. She spun back around to face forward, your flashlight pointing over her shoulder into the brooding dark.
The rain only seemed to come down harder from there, punishing you both for slogging through the mushy leaves when sane people would be indoors. But Wednesday would not settle until she found Arcadia.
You cleared your throat, uneasy with the ensuing silence.
"Where are we even going, Wednesday? We've been walking forever," you said, looking down at the pale grey rocks as you stepped over them. You were grateful for being clever enough to remember hiking boots.
"We're finding evidence," she replied. "I was informed of a suspicious cave out in the forest, and-" Wednesday's words came rushing to a halt as her foot clipped the rock in front of her. She stumbled a bit, and you threw out an arm to her back, there if she needed something to steady herself on.
It was uncoordinated and it was clunky at best, and Wednesday was far from appreciative. She jolted back from your touch as if you had stung her, glaring as harsh as ever. "Sorry," you said. "I didn't want you to fall." The tips of your ears had begun to burn again, upon realising you were made the fool for another time in a row.
"You should have," said Wednesday, walking ahead. "It simulates dropping dead." Of course, on you, such a statement did not have the desired effect. Whereas most would have replied in shock or disgust, you laughed. Out loud, right at her. The gall. She whipped back to you, perplexed and annoyed by the noise. "Have something to share?"
You grinned. "You can act cool all you want, but if you had actually landed in the mud, you would have been pissed." Her expression went from glare to glower impressively quickly, though you took great glee in the fact she didn't try to dismiss it.
Anyone who had just met her would have been terrified, but you knew that look meant she hated just how much you were right. Wednesday's moody eyes lowered to your jacket, as if she was looking for an insult to sling in response.
"Why are you yellow?"
You blinked, then shrugged. "Because for someone so intelligent I'm the only one who remembered a raincoat."
"The beast will eat you wether you're rained on or not," she replied reasonably.
You blanched at this. It was apparent the possibility had never crossed your mind. "It eats people????"
Suddenly the darkness of the woods only seemed to worsen and the rain seemed to come down even harder, as if life was laughing at the terror it was causing. You had never been one for haunted houses, and you decided in that instant that this was far worse than any haunted house you had ever been to.
Wednesday shrugged, and you were far from put at ease by that. She glanced at you up through mischievous lashes, entirely knowing what she was doing and enjoying every sadistic moment of it.
"I suppose we may find out tonight. I should offer up you, the yellow highlighter, first. You have longer bones than I do, and I'm sure it would appreciate a snack, after-"
"Ha. Ha."
As surprising as was Wednesday's capacity to joke, you knew that's all it was. Such falsehoods could not be exposed to the public, and she would rather die than admit she cared for anyone. That was her secret. You knew to keep it well.
It had been weird to see Wednesday attempt comedy at first. Often times you still thought she may be dead serious. But on these nightly expeditions it seemed she could joke freely. Sometimes she kissed you freely. You just had to know she didn't do it for you. She told you constantly, just to be sure.
From in front, Wednesday trembled from a sudden angry breeze and you watched her, sighing and tugging off your raincoat. You tossed it over her shoulders wordlessly; Wednesday didn't acknowledge it either. She put one arm in, then another, but didn't pull the hood up, and you rolled your eyes. "Pull the hood up, Wednesday. Don't be stubborn."
"I'm fine," she shot back, tone sharp and piercing to any sort of armour you could have put up. But even that didn't make you buy it.
"Your hair is like, stuck to your forehead, Wednesday. Just pull up the hood part."
"I don't even want to be in this dreadful thing, why would I want more of it on me. It's yellow."
"It's keeping you warm."
"I'm allergic to colours."
"Well then I guess it's great you brought a black one- oh, wait! That's right! You didn't."
She blinked at you unappreciatively, but your unimpressed expression made her give in, and she begrudgingly did as she was told. With a hood now over her, shrouding her soft hair from the harsh rain, you felt a bit better about her being out in the cold. After a moment she grumbled, messing with the sleeves. "Why are your arms so freakishly long?"
You didn't answer, biting back a response that included the word 'short.' It would have been entirely unproductive and probably earned a rock thrown at your head. Instead, you focused on the small row of houses you could see on a road in the far distance.
Their windows were small, warm boxes in the dryness, as opposed to the pouring, angry storm only a heathen of some sort would be caught in. It looked the same as it had the week before when you had passed the same area with Wednesday, and you recognised the same lamp that sat in the same spot of the same window on the second floor. It hadn't moved even an inch and neither had the flowers in the pot sitting next to it.
You hummed, "I love streets like those. It looks so warm and comfortable. I could be out here forever and it would still be the same warm place."
"Poetic," Wednesday dryly replied. Poetry had never seemed to move her much, beyond the grim ones from Poe about death and despair. She had tried to teach you about it once, during an impromptu "study session," which was what Wednesday usually called hunting you down after class and sticking your head between her legs.
It was the very first time she had let you stick around after, and the more and more often she let it happen, the more you felt yourself allowing for false hopes. Of course, accusing her of growing fond was a way to end up in an early grave and you knew better.
It had been a whisper, really, what she said with your head resting on her stomach, arms against the skin of her thighs. You were both sweating, terribly so, and then came, "years of love have been forgotten, in the hatred of a minute." It was only a whisper, and you weren't even sure Wednesday had spoken it into existence. But you looked up, and she was staring down at you, eyes unreadable. Her mouth was tensed into a grimace; a symbol for words unsaid.
"What's that?" You asked, leaning your head back.
She had shook her head. "It's Poe. He founded the school."
"I know who Edgar Allan Poe is, Wednesday. I meant what you were saying."
She looked away to the window, like eye contact then would have doomed her. "I'm not sure." It was a lie, and you knew it, but you couldn’t scan Wednesday’s thoughts and it was the first time she had let you stay propped up against her. You knew better than to ruin that.
"Why do you like that kind of poetry, anyhow? It's awfully depressing."
"It's a reminder," she replied, eyes still away and tone flat. "You and I will be in the ground someday, or maybe I will be in the family crypt. 'As you are now, so once, was I.' And other such ruminations. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust." Her gaze sliced back to you, as if she were gaging your reaction. "Either way, we're doomed."
You hadn't known what she meant by that, and you still didn't know, walking through the forest. She spoke in riddles, and it was impossible to know if she wanted you to decipher them or leave them as they were. Her vagueness with emotions was her armour, maybe.
Wednesday was usually cold and efficient and exact, in a way you could appreciate. You were far warmer, and though you seemed to constantly trip over yourself, patiently waiting for any sort of warmth to be returned, she stayed with the same chill that kept you close enough to bring comfort to her fingers, but never close enough to make her melt.
"When we get there, I want you to stay outside and keep watch. Don't come inside with me, I want to look around alone. If you hear anything or any noise or thoughts over the rain, give me the signal I trained you on," said Wednesday, looking through the bowers and thread veins of roots so as not to trip again.
"You're not my boss, Wednesday, and I'm not your henchman," you said, the words spilling out in annoyance. You hated when she went into work mode. She looked over at you, eyes giving an intense challenge.
"What am I then?"
You rolled your eyes at this. "Like my hobby, at best." It wasn't true, and both of you knew it.
"Do you kiss and sleep with all your 'hobbies,' then?" Wednesday's eyes studied you.
"Maybe," you shrugged. "I don't really kiss and tell." Actually, you hadn't kissed anybody since she had made out with you two days prior, and you hadn't kissed somebody other than her since she had first kissed you two months ago.
You knew, though, that Wednesday had done similar peregrinations with the normie boy, Tyler, from town who worked at the Weathervane. Sometimes you wondered if she put her lips on his, too. Other times, you couldn't help wondering if either of you really mattered to her.
She had said no when you asked her that once before, but slow danced and made out with you immediately after answering, at the Rave'N, so your confusion was understandable. It was like she both hungered for you and hated you for it at the same time, and you knew getting thrown around like that wasn’t what you wanted. But if it gave you her, even for a brief moment, you were all too eager.
From behind the both of you, you heard a branch snap, spinning around as the rain poured. There was nothing visibly there; your stupid flashlight didn't reach out that far and no moving through the brush could be heard. "Did you hear that?" you said to Wednesday, freezing completely. She nodded, but did not seem phased even slightly, turning to watch your terror with an eyebrow raised.
“Likely an animal," said Wednesday.
You were still frozen to the spot, staring into the dark as fear screamed at you to run away. “Are you okay?” she asked, puzzled.
You shook your head, sticking your hand out towards her. “No.” It was a question that needn't be asked. Wednesday examined your fingers closely, like she was contemplating if it was a bad idea, but then grabbed your palm and held it tightly in hers, locking the digits in with her own and squeezing it gently. It was an immediate comfort and you unfroze, Wednesday pulling you into the dark.
===+++===
"Your obnoxious coat is warm...thank you." She seemed to spit the last part out with a bit of reluctance, but you appreciated it nevertheless. For around the last half mile, you had been getting rained on instead. Droplets dripped from your hair, rolling down your cheeks and over your lips before dribbling from your chin.
"You can keep it for a while. Until you get your own, I mean," you said, absentmindedly playing with the flashlight. You would rather die than admit you were nervous aloud. Luckily, it didn't seem you needed to.
She stopped short at your words, grabbing your collar roughly with her hand and balling it between her fingers. It was harsh and it was passionate, like Wednesday always seemed to be in flares. Her mouth crashed into yours, teeth clinking together, toes poking into the mushy ground so she could even reach your face.
Unfortunately, it was over as soon as it began, and she pulled away quickly, walking away and leaving you behind, panting awkwardly as your mind began to spin. She was all too much, everything about her. You couldn’t stop yourself. "I love you,” you blurted out.
From the way she whipped back to you, it hadn’t been nearly quiet enough. Silence seemed to echo through the clearing, even in the raging storm around that pounded into trees and pooled in mushy puddles. She stared at you, and all you could do was stare back. Wednesday stomped back over, cheeks red and dark eyes shining with an unusual capriciousness. “What?”
You shook your head. “Nothing. Talking to myself.”
But she didn’t believe you. In previous attempts by you to draw out any indication of her affections, she could blatantly ignore it or change the subject without answering. Now, she was frustrated by how you always wore your heart on your sleeve. And this time, how your words demanded she do the same.
“What did you say,” she demanded. “Tell me right now, or I’ll-“
“I said I love you, Wends,” you cut her off before she could make a threat. God, she stared. She stared and stared and stared at you with her eyes in the dark, looking like she would be the one to read your mind and not the other way around. The humidity of the rain was suffocating you, but the powerful wind filled your lungs with air again, in a vicious, heaving cycle.
She took a small step forward, tilting her head up at you like she was inspecting you up close. “You don’t mean what you say.”
"I really wish I didn't, but I absolutely do." Your tone burned with a relieving candor, and Wednesday's eyebrows furrowed, before she backed away again. Your flashlight turned towards the ground, lowering your face into shadow.
"I told you, I don't want anything more from you," she said. "You're spoiling what we already have." She seemed more agitated than anything, but you stood your ground.
"But I feel like there's more here, Wednesday. I know I'm not crazy, you can feel it too. So I don't know why you're being all tough, when I just want to take care of you. That's all I've ever wanted."
"Learn to want for something else then," she argued back. "We can't work, we won't, I-"
"Why?"
"I told you why," she replied, crossing her arms. "Years of love-"
"No no, none of that bullshit you know you want to confuse me with. Just lay it out, plain and simple."
She bit her mouth shut, then narrowed her eyes at you before giving a huff. "Have you been reading my thoughts?"
"What?" Your forehead creased into lines, staring at her intently. "You know I don't."
"I don't know if you're aware, but I see you, in my visions sometimes. I actually think about the same one often, when I'm with you."
"What am I doing, then?" You asked, feeling a sickness come to your stomach. You didn’t know what future event you would be up to, but you could guarantee Wednesday you would stop yourself from hurting her.
“You’re being killed. By the beast.”
“…Oh.”
“You’re running far away, being chased. I see you get tackled or hit, and you fall into the dirt. Then I see your face being slashed over and over again by a creature, and you appear to bleed out on the floor of a forest.”
“Wednesday, that won’t come true.” You tried to assure her, but a small hand came forward, covering your mouth, shushing you. The gentle palm pressed against your soaked lips, fingertips ghosting the lines of your cheeks.
“I would hate you for it, dying. What I hate even more is that your closeness to me is likely what causes this. I don’t love you, (Y/n). I can’t. Stop trying to make me. It’s only pitiful and painful for the both of us.”
You reached up for her hand, pulling it away. “But how do you know it’s definitely you that ruins it? What if it’s something else, or what if it’s you saying no?”
“Because as painful as it is, I’m certain I break your heart if I indulge you.”
“Wednesday,” your voice shook a bit. “You’re breaking my heart right now.”
“This,” she said, “This is why I cannot give you more than I already have. I’m not my parents, (Y/n). Can’t you just be happy with our current relationship? You always try to complicate things. Like a stupid little puppy.”
You took a step back like a wounded animal. “What? You’re being mean.”
“Maybe if I am it'll get through to you. We won’t work, and if we don’t try to make it work, I won’t end up breaking your heart, and you won’t run away.” Her speaking volume was getting louder now.
“That’s a stupid plan!” You said raising your voice.
“And you’re a fool!” She said back. “I’m trying to protect you and take what I can get at the same time."
"You're hurting me."
"You're hurting yourself. I keep pushing you away. Stop coming back."
You frowned, feeling your face grow hot. "I come back because I care, and I know you care too."
"Caring for you gets me nowhere. You're doomed, (Y/n). I'm trying to protect you, so do us both a favour and get as far away from me as possible. Don't let me pull you back."
"Wednesday, I-"
"Go, you idiot." You swallowed her words. She was still wearing your yellow raincoat, looking at you with the most steely expression you had ever seen. You stepped forward in silence, only the mushing of the leaves filling the space between you. You unwrapped the armband of the flashlight from around your wrist and extended it out to her.
"Here. For the cave." She blinked at you, then she took it. Without another word, you did as you were told, stepping off into the dark and pulling against the magnetic field. With your ability to break past her facades turned off, you couldn't see the deep regret that wormed its way into her stare, watching your back retreat into the tree line.
===+++===
It only took around five minutes for you to regret not having the flashlight. The storm had turned to complete and utter chaos, and you could hear thunder and lightning booming and cracking against the night sky. Everything was so much darker than before, and it seemed to grow up and out like a giant ladder, turning to shadow and fog a few feet in front of you.
Part of you was still mad at Wednesday. Knowing she was scared for you didn't make it any of an easier pill to swallow. Neither did knowing you would likely die soon.
The looming question still sat unanswered, weighing down the wrinkles of your brain and cozying up at the mantle of your thoughts. Would it be weeks? Months? If she never ended up catching it (though that was very unlikely) how many years would you have left?
From behind you, you heard a branch snap again. You spun, looking around. An animal maybe. Then, you heard footsteps. They were big, though not an animal. Maybe it was Wednesday. She wore thick shoes often, with heavy soles.
It was only with the sudden realisation that there was no flashlight with the figure coming towards you, that your eyes began to widen and a chill shot up your spine like a spooked animal. It only took the dropping of your telepathic cancelling to fully realise what was about to happen.
KILL. KILL. KILL.
The monster's thinking was thunderous and loud, and it reverberated within your skull as you turned to run. You stomped your foot into the swampy ground, running the fastest you felt you ever had. KILL. The forest seemed to blur, rushing past you as you fled through the trees and smacking at branches that sagged in your way.
KILL. You heard the footsteps now, coming up quickly. They sounded huge, and with every bound you could hear greenery get smushed behind you as the beast moved through it. KILL. You had no idea how close it was behind you, but there was no time to look either. In one rush, you found yourself back in a stoney quarry, and in the far distance illuminated a KILL. streetlight standing over a mountain road.
You ran towards it, face scratched by a branch in the process as you forgot to swipe it away. The wood KILL. connected with a stabbing pain, piercing your lip as you ran, but you didn't so much as wince. "HELP!" You yelled KILL. out, trying to catch any attention as you ran for the pavement, and you were almost there. KILL.
You were too slow. A set of long, pointy claws latched onto your back, sinking into the skin and ripping you down with a yelp, throwing you to the ground. Your back slid into the tree with a sickening crack, and pain seemed to freeze your body. KILL.
Standing over you was the muscular, horrifyingly disfigured body of a towering creature, its eyes shining with violent zeal. It lowered with a clicking growl, eyeing your heaving, bleeding body and sneering. KILL. KILL. KILL.
Your eyebrows furrowed, blood spilling from your lips. In a single instant, you knew who it was, digging past the monstrous yells to the real thoughts of the boy underneath. "Tyler?"
Its claws sunk into your stomach, and everything went dark.

on your knees - c.s.
Cairo Sweet x Fem!Reader
Summary: It’s Valentine’s day and Cairo really needs a date.
Word Count: idk i’ll fill it later
A/N: Hiii, here to feed my babies. Beware the last few parts because i did nawt proofread this. Will come back to edit it eventually! Thanks for all the love
Tumblr media
“Come onnnnn, go on a date with me?” The girl in front of you practically begs, leaning forward till her whole body is pressed up to the front of your desk.
“Very funny.” You tell her, dryly.
Cairo’s been whining all week about not having a valentine’s date, but you don’t know why she specifically chooses to whine to you about it. After all, you had heard from around school she had a crush on Mr.Miller.
Your nose crinkles in disgust at the thought. Their coupling would be wild at best, and illegal (not to mention boring) at worst. It would be like seeing Einstein and an Instagram model holding hands. Except Mr. Miller wasn’t Einstein, he was Henry Miller. A spectacularly boring middle aged white guy.
To be completely transparent, you wouldn’t have minded going on a date with Cairo. Since, truth be told, you might’ve had a (tiny) crush on her.
You let your mind wander, think of what it would be like to take her out. The perfect date.
She loves nature, so it would be outdoors for sure. She doesn’t love extravagant gestures, you’d probably make her a little picnic. Your train of thought is cut short by the evil voice that tells you she could be fantasizing about a certain professor on your imaginary date.
Cairo breaks your daydreaming by falling to her knees beside your chair, hitting the carpet with a loud thud.
Your eyes widen, and you quickly grab her shoulders and try to push her up, but she refuses. For such a small girl, she sure had a lot of strength.
“What do you want me to do, beg? I can beg.” She tells you, still on her knees, dress pooling atop the rug.
You’re ashamed to admit the position has a bit of an effect on you. But who could blame you? Anyone would be flustered if Cairo Sweet was looking up at them like that…
It’s a little awe inspiring, seeing Cairo so, desperate. You’re not sure what’s brought this all on, but the cold cut Cairo you once knew has disappeared completely from the equation.
“Cairo.” You hiss, eyes darting between the door and the girl in front of you, praying that no one comes in.
“What’s it gonna take for you to go on a date with me?” She whines again, reaching for your shirt cuffs for something to hang onto.
There’s a swoosh and a quiet “oh!” that brings your attention back to the door.
Mr. Miller.
He stands somewhat awkwardly, smiling the type of smile that somehow indicates he’s unhappy. His eyes narrow when he notices it’s Cairo on the floor, his beloved teacher’s pet.
Okay, now you really need Cairo to get up. You support (force) her up and onto half of your chair, reprimanding her quietly as Miller walks past, coughing.
She straightens only slightly before settling once again on your lap, claiming it’s more comfortable and “a more suitable place for her to focus on her studies”.
“Why don’t you just sit at your desk, hm?” You point at the table, a single chair, smack dab in the middle of the classroom, in front of Mr.Miller. She was such a nerd.
She stares back at you blankly, big brown eyes making you a little distracted.
“That’s not mine.” She says, and you breathe out a laugh. The tension breaks. Her eyes crinkle lightly at the sound.
“You’re so weird.” You mumble, but allow her to sit further into your lap, no doubt much more comfy than her previous position.
“Can I sit here the rest of the class?” She asks, a little bashfully. You give her a pointed look, but nod nonetheless.
“Whatever you want.” You tell her, and she seems happy with that, taking her laptop and notebook out, ready to learn.
You see her lock eyes with Mr. Miller, who looks very confused. She smiles shyly and breaks the contact by nudging herself into the crook of your neck.
Oh.
Maybe all this was just to make Mr.Miller jealous.
You frown at the disturbing thought. Cairo’s breath tingles your skin as she tilts her head up so her lips are right beside your ear. The sensation makes you shiver, quite unwillingly.
“Now will you go on a date with me?” She whispers, huskily. Her confidence has returned, cocky like the Cairo you know so well.
You weigh your options.
You do really want her to get away from Mr.Miller…it might be a good time to slap some sense into the young girl.
“Alright.” You say curtly, already regretting your decision.
Cairo removes herself from your neck, smiling wide. For a second it quells your anxieties, her milky white pearls blinding.
She turns back as more students start filing in, ready yet again to learn.
You can’t focus for the duration of the class, mind wandering. Valentine’s day was tomorrow, what were you going to say? What were you going to do?
You stay quiet until class ends and all the way while you walk her back to her home. Cairo pokes at you a couple times to try and get you out of your head.
“Don’t forget flowers!” Cairo teasingly yells from ahead of you, already one foot into her house. You straighten up, dumbly answer with a “You got it!” and a face palm once she’s out of sight.
-
Okay. This was it. Last night was spent toiling on your bed, writing a script of what you’ll tell Cairo, prepared lillies- her favorite flowers, and a batch of the best things you could possibly find in your fridge.
Bread, butter, freshly sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and two slices of turkey left, you’re all ready and set.
The script is tucked away into the back pocket of your jeans, snug and cozy. It radiates warmth that makes you think it’d be terribly rude to ever take it out.
You sit down onto the grass, arms on both sides straightened, palms rubbing uncomfortably with the tablecloth.
“I shouldn’t be this nervous.” You remind yourself, but it does almost nothing to quell your worries.
You can’t keep lying to yourself, the truth swims in your head and you’re afraid it’s going to leave your lips the second Cairo arrives. You aren’t nervous about the letter, or anything to do with Mr.Miller. In fact, you’re nervous about the date.
A tiny part of you, no matter how much you try and shun it away, hopes that, maybe, just maybe, if Cairo liked this date, she might start liking you.
The minutes count themselves down too fast, and it’s almost time. You sit straighter, checking your shirt for any wrinkles.
You see a tiny figure make it’s way onto the lawn, and you have to bite back a smile when you realize it’s Cairo.
She looks almost shy as she walks up to you, twiddling with her thumbs.
It’s like a wave washes over you when you finally see her up close. She’s wearing a gray turtleneck, with a denim jacket over it, hair all nice and wavy. She looks unbelievably good.
It takes a second for you to grab your bearings and act like you weren’t just blatantly staring at her.
“You look beautiful.” You say, as casual as you can muster, and Cairo breaks out into a smile. You notice she’s wearing water liner, and it makes your knees feel like jelly. She’s only ever done makeup like this once, during your school dance, and it had all but made you swoon.
“Yeah?” She muses, mindlessly. Bending down and sitting on your makeshift picnic cloth.
“Yeah.” You breathe, even though you can tell she didn’t really need an answer to that. She reaches for your face, pushing a stray hair back.
“You look good too.” Is what she comments, all soft like.
You’re a little ashamed to admit you dressed up particularly for this occasion. Some rosy pink blush, your favorite lipstick just for her.
You cough awkwardly, and it breaks you both out of your trance. You reach for the food and serve her her plate.
You get a good while into talking and laughing that you bring up Mr. Miller.
“So…do you have your eye on anybody right now?” You ask nonchalantly, pretending like you haven’t mapped this whole conversation out in your head a million times.
Something flashes in her eyes but it disappears so quick you can’t tell what it is.
“You know you can tell me anything, right?” You tell her, and you mean it. Whatever or whoever it was, you’d be fine with it. You wouldn’t just stop being friends with her because of complicated feelings. She mattered more to you than that.
She bites her lip, then speaks quick, like she has to get it out before she overthinks too much.
“Yeah I am interested in someone. In this school, actually.” She says.
You feel your heart drop to your ass, you’d hoped against hope that the rumor wasn’t true- but with this new information, it had to be.
So much for ‘being okay with anything.’ That’s it. It’s over for me.
“Oh?” You try and ask, but it comes out as a little squeak. Cairo shoots you a weird look, but continues telling you about it.
“Yeah…I really like her. I just, I don’t know if I should pursue it.” She purses her lips.
Now it’s really time for your heart to flip. Her? Did she say ‘her?’
“Yeah, I did.” She confirms, small smirk playing on her crimson lips.
“Shit, did I say that out loud?” You ask her, cheeks heating up immediately. She gives you a quick nod.
Oh god.
“You like a girl?” You ask again, disbelieving.
This time she huffs, sounding almost impatient.
“Yes, I like a girl.” She says, exasperated, with a bit of bite in her tone. Something defensive and possibly jealous stirs up in you fast and quick. Why does she look annoyed?
You can’t help but answer in the same way.
“Okay, so who is it that you like so much?” You ask pointedly. The fire in her eyes that was there just moments before simmers, and just like that, she reverts back to her normal self. It’s almost concerning how she does it so quick, like the flip of a switch.
She suddenly looks nervous again. You give her a small encouraging nod, take her hand in yours as support. They tremble slightly.
“I like you. And I know you probably-” She continues but all you can hear are the echos of her first statement.
I like you. I like you. I like you.
I like you.
You retract from her hands, surprised beyond belief. You regret it immediately when her smile drops.
Her mouth is moving rapidly, and you use the best of your abilities to try and hear what she’s saying.
“I mean why do you think I even begged you on this date? I swear your head is so thick-“ Her words pass through your ears in intervals, and finally, after she’s done, and looking at you expectedly, all you can do is croak out a weak, “You don’t have a crush on Mr. Miller?”
Cairo blinks once, twice.
“What?” But there’s no fear or judgement or any hint of any emotion except disbelief.
Huh, so she didn’t know about the rumor.
“Who said I have a crush on Mr.Miller?” She asks, nose scrunching in disgust. You sigh, looking up to the sky and thanking god.
At this revelation, you’re elated. You scooch just a tad closer and tell her about the rumor. When you’re done, you expect someone shocked, or weirded out, but all she does is letout a hefty laugh.
“God, just because I like a class doesn’t mean I want to fuck the teacher.” She smiles, and you marvel in the way she’s able to shake it off so easy. She’s always been like that, carefree.
You let your mind wander to what she said before. She turns her head to look at the scenery, allowing you guys to sit in comfortable silence.
You say her name, a simple sound, but it makes her look up into your eyes, curious.
“Did you really mean what you said? You like me?” You ask, soft.
She gives an adamant nod, assuring she really does. God, you could not focus right now. She looks so pretty.
“I like you too. Like, a lot.” You breathe, and watch as her eyes sparkle.
“Really?” She blinks, in a state of vulnerability you’ve never seen. You can’t believe that she wouldn’t believe it. You give her the same nod, grin breaking out on your face.
“Can I kiss you?” She asks, gaze fluttering between your eyes and your lips.
It’s all you’ve ever wanted- you can’t even speak.
Her kiss isn’t what you’ve always imagined. Something soft, something gentle. That’s how it always was with the first kiss. You should’ve guessed long ago Cairo wasn’t just anyone.
She surges in, grabbing your face tight like if she lets go you’ll disintegrate. She’s so rough, and you can’t get enough of it. She climbs over your body and settles in your lap, grabbing the collar of your shirt to deepen the kiss.
You break away when it gets too much, both of you panting. Her cheeks are now another shade of pink you can be proud of causing; her hair messed up in a way that makes you want to grab her and kiss her again. And so you do.
You guys stay like that, laughing and talking and kissing till it’s dark out.
“It’s a good thing I forced you on this date, isn’t it?” She muses, rolling in your arms.
You giggle, high from the endorphins.
“You didn’t force me, it was a two person thing.” You try and justify, hoping she doesn’t think you didn’t want the date.
“It’s sweet of you to say that, but we both know you would’ve never asked me out.” She tells you, booping her nose against yours.
“Oh shut up.” And you take her lips in another kiss before she can retort.
