Today Today I woke up wanting to throw up because I had been having nightmares all night because of the anxiety caused by hyperactivity. I'm sorry but either you live it or you don't understand it. ADHD makes my brain can never stop and turns against me. But I fight every day for this to improve. It was just a bad night, not a bad life.
