I need some help, I'm asking here because the audience in theory can be massive so someone might actually be able to help me.
I have to make an ePortfolio using Adobe Creative Cloud. While I have Adobe experience I have 0 experience in making a portfolio and no idea which program within CC.
I've googled and haven't found a tutorial on how to make a portfolio. Does anyone know of a free site or even a paid tutorial site where I can learn this?
okay, real talk, i was editing the thumbnail for my latest video (shameless plug), when adobe tells me my license isn't genuine and i have a VERY GENEROUS (/s) 10 days to "fix it"
oh, i have a 25% discount? how very generous of you! i wonder what its going to cost me now? oh right
to be completely honest, im not giving adobe any of my money. theyre one of the greediest and scummiest monopolies out there and i despise them for it. i am not forking any money over to a company that PENALISES people for cancelling their products.
adobe, you are a scummy company that thrives off leeching money out of people who have no alternative. your products are an industry standard for photographers like me. i can't even get a decent job in the industry because they all ask for photoshop experience. and this is how you treat us?
you extort money out of us THEN you have the audacity to put AI image generation content in your biggest seller. adobe cc, the go-to product for any artist, as well as the go-to product for anyone looking to cheap out and starve artists of commissions.
adobe has the gall to offer an industry-standard software suite, and IN THE SAME PROGRAM provide free tools to give people a reason NOT to commission actual talented artists. what a disgusting company, boycott adobe and dont give them another penny, cent or ounce of your money.
Honestly, I thought I'd never be able to finish this for you, but in the end I was able to and I think it turned out pretty good. Working around the FX that the original object came with (FX can't be edited) was tricky, but I added some extra logs to make it look good.
