Adolphe Millot, Champinions (mushrooms) illustration for a Larousse publication..
Adolphe Philippe Millot, who illustrated many of the natural history sections of Petit Larousse, was the senior illustrator at Muséum national d'histoire naturelle. He was a member of the Salon des Artistes Francaise (honourable mention, 1891) and the Société entomologique de France.

Originally Published in Paris circa 1897-1904 - Nouveau Larousse Illustre (New Larousse Illustrated) by Adolphe Philippe Millot (1 May 1857, Paris –18 December 1921, also Paris), and edited by Claude Auge.
Millot was a french painter, lithographer and entomologist and illustrated many of the natural history sections of Le Petit Larousse Encyclopaedia, as the senior illustrator at National Museum of Natural History, France.
Old Maps Library has variety of illustration prints by Adolphe Philippe Millot.
