my kitty needs a new home. she hasn't adapted to mine bc i have 2 other cats and she's really tiny and shy and it's scared of them. that made her stop eating and playing bc she's terrified of being hurt by one of the boys (since they love to wrestle). being that depressed is making her really really sick and i just want her to live in a place where she feels safe and happy:((

Love Runs Deeper Than Blood (Lance and Lainey)

Just a tender piece I did with Lance Terrell/Freelance Smurf having a heart-to-heart with his adopted daughter Lainey Driscoll/Sharpshooter Smurfling.

In case you’re wondering how they met, it was during a return from one of Lance’s jobs that he saw Lainey lying on the ground in the alley outside his house. Extending an olive branch, he took her inside and allowed her to stay for as long as she needed. Eventually after a month and a half of living together, both Smurfs knew they wanted each other in their lives permanently.

Now, as her adoptive father, Lance does whatever he can to make sure his child is safe and happy, while at the same time making sure Lainey can at least protect herself from whatever dangers may lie ahead.

I just thought my somewhat lightheaded Wanderverse content could use some more emotional bits like this between the wacky wizardry that makes up most of this universe.

(SF Bay Area) This adorable, young trio is looking for a home of their very own – could it be with you?

Brianna (female, speckled), Bianca (female, chocolate brown), and Brayden (male, white) are bonded and need to be adopted together. It’s estimated they’re all around 7-months-old. All rabbits are spayed/neutered and vaccinated against Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus Type-2 (RHDV2).

Brianna, Bianca, and Brayden are good with their litter box and love to come out of their pen and explore. There’s so much to see and chin! Brayden is the more outgoing of the three. Brianna and Bianca are still getting used to people and being house rabbits, but with lots of love and attention (and treats!), they’re sure to blossom. All of the bunnies like being pet. Brayden in particular likes to cuddle, and he even gives kisses in appreciation! The trio also loves to chew cardboard boxes and play and chew grass toys. They love their hay and greens too!

How would you feel when learn your friend’s child is gay/lesbian?

I don’t have any thought/opinion on that matter because people’s biology isn’t my business. HELL, I don’t have any right to have an opinion on my kid's sexual orientation or gender, so why TF I would not do the same courtesy to my friend's children?

Though I know one thing for sure if my friend disown their children for their sexual orientation, those children will have a home with me, I would adopt them in a heartbeat.

I have not officially introduced him yet. But this is our second cat Momo! He is an incredibly sweet boy who we got from the same shelter as toffee. He was relinquished to the shelter because his family was moving and couldn’t t take him with. So far he loves cuddles and scratches and loves to yell at you when you are not giving him enough cuddles or scratches! He is also polydactyl so he has cute little kitty thumbs! Toffee and Momo are slowly getting to know each other but we are taking introductions slow. There is still a lot of angry meowing and glares from opposite sides of the room but they will get there eventually.

Portales, New Mexico: My name is Achilles. I am a mixed breed pupper, and about 2-3 years old. I am sad about being in the animal shelter and it’s very hard on me here.

You see, my family left. I spent days waiting for them to come back but they never did. I was found being attacked by another dog and it took everything the nice people who found me had to help me get free and to safety.

I want more than anything to be in a family, and have a chance to show them all the love my shelter friends have found in my scared little heart. They are so good to me!

But the shelter is so loud and full of dogs who make me very worried. That’s why I need a loving home without other dogs until I have enough time to decompress and learn if I can trust my own kind again.
